The addition of amines to α,β-unsaturated N-acylbenzotriazoles could be catalyzed by samarium triiodide (SmI3) at ambient temperature. α,β-Unsaturated aliphatic N-acylbenzotriazoles afforded bis-addition products (β-amino amides), whereas N-cinnamoylbenzotriazoles gave acylated products (cinnamoylamides) exclusively.  相似文献

Highly efficient solvent-free aza-Michael additions of a variety of amines to α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds under microwave-irradiation conditions catalyzed by perchloric acid impregnated on silica gel (HClO4/SiO2) is reported. The reactions are completed within 2–7 min in a microwave oven to produce the corresponding adducts in excellent yields, and the catalyst can be recovered and reused.  相似文献

A one-pot, fluoride-promoted Wittig reaction was developed. The reactions of ethyl α-bromoacetate with aliphatic, aromatic, and heteroaromatic aldehydes in the presence of tri-n-butylphosphine and tetrabutylammonium fluoride produced α,β-unsaturated esters in good to excellent yields and E-stereoselectivity. Under the same conditions, reactions of ethyl α-bromopropionate, α-bromo acetonitrile, and α-bromoacetophenone with aliphatic and aromatic aldehydes in the presence of tri-n-butylphosphine and tetrabutylammonium fluoride produced the expected α,β-unsaturated derivatives in good E-stereoselectivity. The protocol was extended to semistabilized ylides and applied to the synthesis of some combretastatin analogs.  相似文献

The first CeCl3 · 7H2O-catalyzed, one-pot synthesis of α-mercapto-γ-lactones via regioselective epoxide ring opening and mercaptoacetylative cyclization cascades in water is reported. The reaction between 2-methyl-2-phenyl-1,3-oxathiolan-5-one and a variety of terminal epoxides was carried out in aqueous media to afford γ-lactones in good to excellent yields (83–94%) with complete cis diastereoselectivity. Acetophenone obtained as a by-product was also recovered and recycled easily for further use.  相似文献

Interactions of γ-cyclodextrin (γ-CD) with the single and mixed micelles of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and sodium lauroyl sarcosine (SLAS) have been studied at different concentrations of γ-CD by using conductivity measurements. From conductivity data, the pure and mixed critical micellar concentration (cmc), the equivalent ionic conductivities of the monomeric species (Λ m), the associated species (Λ assc) and the micelle (Λ mic), the degree of counterion dissociation (χ) in the presence of γ-CD have been evaluated from the slope of the conductivity versus concentration plots for the pure and binary mixture of surfactants. From the dependence of cmc of the surfactantson γ-CD concentration, we have deduced the association constant (K) of surfactant-γ-CD inclusion complexes assuming 2:1 stoichiometry. Theories of Clint, regular solution, and Motomura's have been used for the evaluation of ideality or nonideality of the mixed system. Mixed micelles were found to be rich in SDS content in the presence and the absence of γ-CD. The cmc values have been used to evaluate the transfer of standard free energy of micelles (ΔG0 M,tr) from the aqueous medium to additive medium.  相似文献

Palladium-catalyzed hydrostannylation of alkynyl esters in benzene at room temperature gives stereoselectively (E)-α-stannyl-α,β-unsaturated esters 1 in good yields. (E)-α-Stannyl-α,β-unsaturated esters 1 are difunctional group reagents that undergo Stille coupling reactions with alkenyl halides 2 in the presence of Pd(PPh3)4 and CuI co-catalyst to afford stereoselectively (1Z,3E)-2-ethoxycarbonyl-substituted 1,3-dienes 3 in good yields.  相似文献

The α-thiocyanation of carbonyl compounds is one of the most important processes in synthetic organic chemistry. These compounds are important precursors for the production of various biologically important heterocyclic compounds and other industrially important products. Ammonium thiocyanate (NH4SCN) is a key reagent for the production of such a class of thiocyanate intermediates. In addition to the inherent efficiency issues, there are also environmental concerns that need to be addressed. Therefore, in recent years considerable advances have been made for the synthesis of α-thiocyanation of carbonyl compounds with high selectivity and yield. In this review, we have summarized various methods for the synthesis of α-thiocyanation carbonyl compounds.  相似文献

The study on reactivity of several α-substituted α-sulfonyl malonates toward 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (DABCO) and Bu3N is described. The reactivity with DABCO revealed the possible competition between decarbalkoxylation and unexpected desulfonylation, depending on the α-substituent, because of sterical hindrance around the electrophilic centers (SO2 and CO2R). The derivatives with crowded α-substituents suffer selective desulfonylation, and a novel and efficient desulfonylation method can be proposed. The dependence of the reactivity of α-sulfonyl malonates on the sterical hindrance around the electrophilic centers is confirmed by conformational analysis (Macromodel/MM2? and Mopac/MP3). The carbanionic mechanism is proved because the corresponding protonated, deuterated, and sulfenylated products were obtained by addition of the corresponding electrophilic agents. Bu3N showed itself to be a novel selective decarbalkoxylation agent for any α-substituted α-sulfonyl malonate.  相似文献

Selective and efficient α-bromination of β-ketoesters and cyclic and acyclic ketones is achieved by reaction with N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) catalyzed by silica-supported sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3 · SiO2) under mild reaction conditions and with short reaction times. With 100% selectivity with all substrates, after 45 min at room temperature (20 ± 2 °C), conversions for ethylacetoacetate were 67% and for acetophenone, cyclohexanone, and cycloheptanone were 58, 50, and 55%, respectively. Acetyl acetone recorded 65% conversion with 100% selectivity. Although cyclopentanone and toluene had only 20% conversion, both reactions showed 100% selectivity toward α-bromination. The catalysts exhibit activity and reusability.  相似文献

A simple, facile, and high yielding stereoselective approach for the integration of α-methylene-pyrazole-carboxylates at the β-lactam nucleus is described. These monocyclic β-lactams have been synthesized by treatment of 2-phenoxy/benzylthio/phenylthio ethanoic acids or acetoxyacetyl chloride/phthalimidoacetyl chloride 5a–e with novel α-methylene-pyrazole-carboxylate imines 4a–c using Et3N and POCl3 in refluxing toluene. All of the newly synthesized α-methylene-pyrazole carboxylate imines 4a–c and their β-lactam derivatives 6a–h have been fully characterized by spectroscopic techniques such as FTIR, NMR (1H, 13C, and 13C DEPT-135), 2D-NMR (COSY and HSQC), and elemental analyses (CHN). The cycloaddition reaction was found to be highly stereoselective leading to the exclusive formation of trans-β-lactams 6a–h and trans configuration was assigned with respect to coupling constant values of C3-H and C4-H. The novel β-lactams 6a–h bearing α-methylene-pyrazole-carboxylate ring system will serve as useful synthons for highly functionalized acids, acetohydrazides/pyrazolones, alcohols, pyrazole carboxamides, peptides, and promising biologically active agents.  相似文献

Synthesis of 3-(2-(phenylsulfonyl) ethynyl)-2H-chromen-2-one is described. Reaction of β-ketosulfones with semicarbazide hydrochloride in ethanol at reflux temperature gave the corresponding semicarbazones, which on oxidative cyclization with selenium dioxide resulted in the formation of the corresponding 1,2,3-selenodiazole derivatives. These on pyrolysis gave the titled compounds.

In the presence of iron dust, diaryl disulfides react with α-bromo carbonyl compounds to obtain α-arylthio carbonyl compounds in good yield at 90 °C under an N2 atmosphere, using commercial dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvent. The possible reaction mechanism is that the disulfide is reduced by iron dust to give ArSFeSAr and then reacted with α-bromo carbonyl compounds to give product α-arylthio carbonyl compounds and FeBr2.  相似文献

N-N′-tetracarboxydiethyloxamide (hereafter abbreviated as H6L) was prepared by using L-aspartic acid and diethyl oxalate (DEO). A series of binuclear complexes of divalent metal chlorides viz. Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), and Zn(II) with H6L have been prepared. Spectral studies (IR, UV and NMR) magnetic susceptibility, elemental analysis and molar conductance measurements confirm the formation of binuclear complexes, [M2H2L]/[M2H2L?·?4H2O]. Electronic absorption spectra and magnetic susceptibilities suggest square-planar stereochemistry for Cu(II) and tetrahedral for Zn(II) complexes. Mn(II), Co(II), and Ni(II) coordinate two molecules of water and consequently show octahedral geometry. The in vitro antimicrobial activity of the synthesized compounds is discussed against bacterial strains such as S. aureus, S. epididermis, K. pneumonia, S. typhi, P. aerugenosa, and B. subtilis A. brasilense. The metal complexes show higher activity against all the microorganisms than the ligand.  相似文献

An efficient Strecker-type reaction of nitrones with trimethylsilyl cyanide (TMSCN) catalyzed by MgI2 etherate has been achieved in a short time under mild condition. The condensations of aromatic nitrones, heterocyclic nitrones, and aliphatic nitrones with TMSCN are performed in good to excellent yields. Further dehydration of α-cyanohydroxylamine smoothly produced the α-imine nitrile in good yields by hydrolysis with the treatment of 2.0?mol/L HCl in methanol.  相似文献

Two methods were investigated for the preparation of six chiral α-bromonitriles with different optic purities. The nitrous deamination of amino acids gives α-bromoacids, which react with chlorosulfonyl isocyanate followed by triethylamine to afford α-bromonitriles with moderate enantiomeric excess. However, the dehydration of corresponding α-bromoamids using thionyl chloride gives α-bromonitriles with good enantiomeric excess up to 94%. The use of phosphoryl chloride instead of thionyl chloride results in more than 30% racemization as determined by high-performance liquid chromatograpic analysis.  相似文献
