The isothiocyanate 3, obtained from aza‐Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane 2 with CS2, reacts with phenylhydrazine to give thiosemicarbazide 4. Reactions of 4 with alkyl halides in the presence of K2CO3 directly provided 2‐alkylthio‐4H‐imidazol‐4‐ones 6 in good yields.  相似文献

Isobutyric acid in the presence of cyanuric chloride and N‐methylmorpholine was converted into active ester 3 at 0–5 °C, and it was subsequently treated with 3‐aminobenzotrifluoride 4 at 25 °C to furnish corresponding amide 5. This amide finally, on nitration, produced the desired product flutamide, 2‐methyl‐N‐[4‐nitro‐3‐(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]propionamide 6 in good yield. By‐product 2,4,6‐trihydroxy‐1,3,5‐triazine 7 was converted into the useful starting material cyanuric chloride 1 by refluxing with N,N‐diethylamine and POCl3.  相似文献

Novel calix[4]azacrown derivatives from the reaction between calix[4]amidocrown and the different N‐(4‐bromoacetamidephthalimido)alkanes derivatives, which may be useful intemediate compounds of pseudorotaxane, have been synthesized and structurally characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS, and elemental analyses. From their analysis data, it was found that compounds 6ad adopted a cone conformation.  相似文献

A novel synthesis of 2,3,4‐tri‐O‐methyl‐D‐xylopyranose, 4, and its oxidation product 2,3,4‐tri‐O‐methyl‐D‐xylono‐1,5‐lactone, 5, are reported. The new synthesis applies a regioselective Wittig‐like reaction of tetra-O-acetyl-D-xylopyranase, 1, with triphenylphosphine and carbon tetrachloride to yield an O‐dichlorovinyl xyloside protected at C‐1, 2. The protecting group facilitates the permethylation of xylose and is removed under the methylation conditions, to yield tetra-O-acetyl-D-xylopyranase, 3. The anomeric methyl group was removed under mildly acidic conditions to give 2,3,4‐tri‐O‐methyl‐D‐xylopyranose, 4, in good yield. Compound 4 was oxidized using pyridinium chlorochromate to give the title compound, 5, in 95% yield.  相似文献

A novel ionic liquid, 3‐carboxymethyl‐1‐methylimidazolium bisulfate (CMImHSO4), was synthesized and used as a recyclable catalyst for the Biginelli reaction under solvent‐free conditions. High yields of various substituted 3,4‐dihydropyrimidin‐2(1H)‐ones (or thiones) were obtained. The ionic liquid can be recovered and recycled easily without loss of activity.  相似文献

A practical and efficient liquid‐phase synthesis of 3,4,5‐trisubstituted isoxazoles using poly(ethylene glycol) as supported is described. Soluble‐polymer‐supported nitrile oxide generated in situ reacted with chalcones to afford polymer‐supported isoxazolines, which were cleaved by sodium methoxide to generate 3,4,5‐trisubstituted isoxazoles instead of 3,4,5‐trisubstituted isoxazolines. This sequential process provided a novel method to synthesize 3,4,5‐trisubstituted isoxazoles.  相似文献

A novel approach to the synthesis of 3‐methyl‐1H‐quinoxalin‐2‐ones has been described. These compounds were regioselectively prepared by starting from substituted phenylamines and α‐chloropropionyl chloride through the efficient procedures of acylation, nitration, reduction, intramolecular alkylation, and oxidation.  相似文献

Urethane‐substituted polydiacetylene (PDA) crystals of bis(ethyl)‐urethane of 5,7‐dodecadiyne‐1,12‐diol (poly(ETCD)) with micronscale and nanoscale dimension were fabricated by either ultrasonication, surfactant addition or vapor phase processing approaches. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) were used to evaluate the sizes and the shapes of the obtained poly(ETCD) microcrystals. Dynamic light scattering (DLS) was performed to investigate in situ size distributions of these crystals in aqueous suspension. A UV/Visible/NIR Spectrometer (UV/Vis/NIR) was used to study the electronic absorption of the poly(ETCD) microcrystals. Thermochromic phenomena for poly(ETCD) crystals still exist after their dimension was decreased to the nanoscale.  相似文献

Ethyl α‐cyano‐β‐(1‐chloro‐3,4‐dihydronaphthalene‐2‐yl) acrylate (2) was prepared by the Knoevenagel condensation of 1 with ethyl cyanoacetate. Compound 2 was used as the key intermediate to prepare Schiff bases (3a, b), benzo[c]acridine (4), naphthyl thiopyrimidine (5), and pyrazolo[2,3‐a]‐benzo[h]quinazoline (6) derivatives through its reaction with hydrazines, p‐ansidine, thiourea, and 3,5‐diamino‐4‐phenylazopyrazole, respectively. Base‐catalyzed cyclocondensation of 1 with hippuric acid gives oxazolone derivative (7). Reaction of compound 7 with aniline gave imidazolone derivative (9). Treatment of compound 1 with different types of diaminopyrazoles gave 6,7‐dihydro‐pyrazolo[2,3‐a]‐benzo[h]quinazoline (1013) derivatives. The multicomponent reaction of compound 1 with pyrazolone and malononitrile in the presence of ammonium acetate furnished pyrazolo[3,4‐b]‐benzo[h]quinoline (14) while in the presence of piperidine afforded benzo[h]chromeno[2,3‐c]pyrazole derivative 15.  相似文献

A practical green chemistry procedure for synthesis of 3,4‐dihydropyrimidin‐2(1H);‐ones in good yields was successfully carried out in micellar systems according to the Biginelli reaction using β‐ketoester, urea and appropriate aromatic aldehyde in the presence of CuCl2 · H2O as catalyst. The advantages of this method involved the broader application scope of substrates, the more environmental friendly process and the low‐cost of the Lewis acid catalyst.  相似文献

Abstract

trans‐Resveratrol‐3‐O‐β‐D‐glucupyranoside (trans‐piceid, 2) and trans‐resveratrol‐4′‐O‐β‐D‐glucupyranoside (trans‐resveratroloside 3) are the naturally occurring O‐glucoside conjugates of the polyphenolic stilbenoid trans‐resveratrol 1. Recently, attention has been drawn towards the interesting biological properties of the glucoside conjugates 2 and 3 as well as those of the aglycone 1. The fact that only limited quantities can be obtained by extraction from natural sources has prompted the development of novel syntheses of 2 and 3, based on a convergent Heck‐coupling strategy, which now conveniently allows for the preparation of multi‐milligram to gram quantities of each.  相似文献

A novel method for the enantioselective synthesis of β-lactams is described in this study. 2,3-Dihydrobenzooxazin-4-one derived from salicylamide and L-menthone was used as the chiral auxiliary, which reacted with a-bromo-acyl bromides in the presence of pyridine to give carboximides 2. The stereo-controlled Reformatsky-type reactions of carboximides with imines yielded the corresponding trans β-lactams with high enantioselectivities(e.e. 75%-86%) and high chemical yields(63%-85%), meanwhile, the chiral auxiliary dihydrobenzooxazin-4-one was released and recovered.  相似文献
