A series of S-mono and S,O-bis-1,2,3-triazole linked 1,5-benzodiazepines (BZD) conjugates 6a-j and 7a-j were synthesized employing “click chemistry” under microwave irradiation. The synthesized derivatives have been evaluated for their cytotoxic (MCF-7, HeLa, A549 cell lines), anti-tyrosinase and anti-cholinesterase activities. These molecules exhibited moderate to good biological activity.  相似文献

Summary Irradiation of solutions of excess cyclohexene and 2-acetyl-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione (1), and 3-acetyl-1,5,5-trimethyl-2,4-pyrrolidinedione (4) results mainly in the formation of 1,5-diones2 and5. These originate from intermediate cycloadducts of cyclohexene and theexo-enols of the cyclic 1,3-diketones. The yields decrease with increasing polarity of the solvent. In solution2 and5 are in equilibrium with the cyclic hemiacetales3 and6.

Abstract

A convenient and efficient procedure for the synthesis of 2-substituted-6,7-dihydrobenzo[d]oxazol-4(5H)-ones and 2-aryl-6,7-dihydrobenzofuran-4(5H)-ones through a Rh2(OAc)4-catalyzed C≡X (X?=?N, C) insertion of cyclic 2-diazo-1,3-diketones with nitriles and aromatic alkynes has been developed. This reaction uses readily available starting materials and stable cyclic 2-diazo-1,3-diketone compounds, with desired products formed in good to high yields. A tentative mechanism involving a C≡X bond insertion and 1,5-dipolar electrocyclization/ring opening and cyclization sequence for this reaction is proposed.  相似文献

A regioselective synthesis was carried out of 7-trifluoromethylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines by reaction of 3(5)aminopyrazoles with 1,3-diketones containing CF3 group. The characteristic chemical shifts were established for C5 and C7 atoms of the pyrimidine ring and of substituents thereof in the 1H, 13C, and 19F NMR spectra of pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines.  相似文献

A number of new acridino[4,3-c]acridinedione derivatives have been synthesized for the first time by condensation of N1,N5-bis(arylmethylidene)naphthalene-1,5-diamines with cyclic 1,3-diketones (cyclohexane-1,3-dione and dimedone). The product structure has been determined by two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy, and a probable reaction mechanism has been proposed.  相似文献

The reactions of arylnitrile oxides 2 and 2-diazopropane 5 with 5-hydroxy-3-methyl-1,5-dihydropyrrol-2-one derivatives 1 have been studied. 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of arylnitrile oxides and 2-diazopropane with 5-hydroxy-3-methyl-1,5-dihydropyrrol-2-one derivatives is taking place regiospecifically. The asymmetric induction expected by the chiral centre of the 5-hydroxy-3-methyl-1,5-dihydropyrrol-2-one derivatives was very effective, diastereoisomers 3 and 4 were formed in an approximate 90:10 ratio. The stereoselectivity of the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of the 2-diazopropane with the 5-hydroxy-3-methyl-1,5-dihydropyrrol-2-one derivatives are investigated. The attack of the 1,3-dipole occurred from the less hindered face of the dipolarophile, giving the isomer 6.  相似文献

Monophenylhydrazones were prepared from three monochloro derivatives of arylaliphatic 1,5-diketones, and some their transformations were investigated. The monophenylhydrazones formed regiospecifically, and the direction of the reaction was governed by the substituent attached to C3 atom in the initial chlorodiketones. Formerly unknown products of transformations suffered by monophenylhydrazones obtained were described: 2-amino-1,3-diphenyl-3-(2-phenylindolyl-3)-propan-1-one, 3-benzoyl-2,4,6-triphenyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydropyridazine, and 3-methyl-1,5-diphenyl-5-phenylazopent-4-en-1-one.  相似文献

A series of novel indolo[1,2-c]azolo[1,5-a]quinazoline-8,10-diones was obtained by a multi-component reaction between cyclic 1,3-diketones, α-aminoazoles, and glyoxal. The unexpected cyclization process was established by NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction measurements.  相似文献

A simple and efficient synthesis of indolylidinethiazolidnediones (3) and indolylidinecyclic-1,3-diketones (5) has been developed by reaction of indole-3-aldehyde (1) with thiazolidinedione (2) or cyclic-1,3-diketones (4) using tetra butyl ammonium acetate (TBAA) melt as novel, cost-effective, and recyclable ionic liquid under solvent-free green conditions at 100 °C for 15–20 min without additional use of catalyst.

Reaction of titanocene prepared from Cp2TiCl2 and 2n-BuLi with β-diketones (β-diketone = 1-phenyl-1,3-butanedione, 1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedione, 3-methyl-2,4-pentanedione or 3-ethyl-2,4-pentanedione) afforded the titanocene(III) β-diketonate complex. The compounds [Ti(η5-Cp)2(1-phenyl-1,3-butanedionate)] and [Ti(η5?Cp)2(1,3-diphenyl-1,3-propanedionate)] have been characterized by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Pd(0) catalyzed reactions of methylenecyclopropyl carbonyl compounds afforded a convenient method for the synthesis of conjugate (E,E)-1,3-diene derivatives 2 in good to excellent yields. Moreover, we also found that Pd(II)-catalyzed reactions of methylenecyclopropyl carbonyl compounds with water gave 1,5-diketones in good to high yields via a carbene-palladium intermediate. We have found that the treatment of certain β-keto-esters or 1,3-diketones with thionyl chloride gives either a sulphide or a sulphinyl chloride together with the chloro-compound depending on the structure of the active methylene compound. In certain cases cyclisation of sulphide provides a useful route to a 1,4-oxathiin.  相似文献

New chemical access has been developed for the synthesis of pyran core embedded derivatives from 1,3-diketones and 1,3-diketoesters, in which the active methylene group of 1,3-diketone or 1,3-diketoester was alkenylated with three equivalents of alkenyl bromides in presence NaH to give bisalkenyl 1,3-diketones or 1,3-diketoesters and the resultant bisalkenyl 1,3-diketones or 1,3-diketoesters were reacted with AlCl3 at room temperature to furnish pyran core embedded derivatives in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

2-Ferrocenylmethylidene-1,2-diphenylpropanedione (3), 2,4-dibenzoyl-3-ferrocenyl-1,5-diphenylpentane-1,5-dione (4), and 2,4-dibenzoyl-3-ferrocenyl-2-[(ferrocenyl)hydroxymethyl]-1,5-diphenylpentane-1,5-dione (5) react with MeLi to undergo fragmentation and 1,2-addition or only 1,2-addition at the carbonyl group. Dehydration of intermediate tertiary alcohols affords α-methylstyrene (6), 3-ferrocenyl-1-phenylprop-2-enone (7), 3,5-diferrocenyl-1-phenyl-4-(1-phenylvinyl)cyclohexene (8), 3-ferrocenylmethylidene-2,4-diphenylpenta-1,4-diene (9), 2-benzoyl-1-ferrocenyl-3-phenylbuta-1,3-diene (10), 2-benzoyl-1-ferrocenyl-3-methylindene (11), 4-ferrocenyl-2-methyl-2,6-diphenyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyran (19), and (Z,Z)-2,4-dibenzoyl-1,3-diferrocenyl-5-phenylhexa-1,4-diene (21), isolated by chromatography. The spatial structures of ferrocenyldihydropyran (19) and diferrocenylhexadiene (21) were established by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献
