The Bakkenolide group 1 3 of sesquiterpenes present two interesting synthetic problems. The cisdimethyl cis-hydrindane portion 2, because of its structural and stereochemical relationship with the eremophilane sesqui terpenes,4 has synthetic solutions available.5 The spiro-β-methylene-γ-butyrolactone unit 3,6 which is presently unique to this class of natural products, has been synthesised by four different routes.7–10  相似文献

Four new (Z)-2-phenoxymethylene-4-pentanolide derivatives and four (Z)-2-phenoxymethyl-2penten-γ-lactone derivatives were prepared via Pd-catalyzed carbon monoxide insertion and intramolecular cyclization. All compounds were characterized by IR, iH NMR, 13C NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. The plausible mechanism of the reaction was discussed.  相似文献

The α-methylene-γ-butyrolactone motif is a widely encountered unit in many natural products and pharmaceutical compounds. Herein, a practical and efficient synthesis of α-methylene-γ-butyrolactones from readily available allylic boronates and benzaldehyde derivatives was developed with chiral N,N′-dioxide/AlIII complex as the catalyst. The key success of this transformation was the kinetic resolution of allylboration intermediate via asymmetric lactonization. This protocol enabled to assemble all of four stereoisomers from the same set of starting materials upon variable lactonization. Taking advantage of the current method as the key step, catalytic asymmetric total synthesis of eupomatilones 2 , 5 , and 6 was accomplished. Control experiments were carried out to probe into the tandem reaction as well as the origin of stereoselectivities.  相似文献

A new synthetic method for the preparation of sulfur-substituted α,β-unsaturated δ- and γ-lactones has been developed by reaction of the allylic bromides of 5,6-dihydro-2-pyridinones with NaOH in refluxing MeOH or t-BuOH. The substituents at C5 and C6 of these substrates are very important for the success of this reaction. A series of new α-hydroxyphosphonate (5–14) have been synthesized in high yields by reaction of β-chloro-α,β-unsaturated aldehydes (14) and trialkyl phosphite in the presence of chlorotrimethylsilane at room temperature under solvent-free conditions. In addition, compounds (514) were reacted with acetic anhydride in DBU to give the new α-acetoxyphosphonate derivatives (1523). All these phosphonates (523) were obtained as mixtures of two (E and Z) isomers and fully characterized by multinuclear (1H, 13C, and 31P) NMR, IR spectroscopy and HRMS.  相似文献

Alkyl α-D-galactopyranosides are sugar-based nonionic surfactants, and it is necessary to research their structure–property relationships since it is not quite clear that the change of the alkyl chain length has effects on a series of physicochemical properties. Here, alkyl α-D-galactopyranosides were prepared by galactose and alcohols through three steps including acetylation, coupling with alcohols in the presence of a catalyst stannic chloride, and deprotection. Furthermore, their water solubility and other properties were investigated. Alkyl α-D-galactopyranosides (4a ~ 4e, n = 6 ~ 10) were water soluble, and their dissolution process in water was an endothermic process. Nonyl α-D-galactopyranoside (4d) showed excellent foaming ability and foam stability. Octyl α-D-galactopyranoside (4c) had the strongest emulsifying ability for toluene and nonyl α-D-galactopyranoside (4d) had the strongest emulsifying ability for rapeseed oil. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) values and surface tension at the CMC were decreasing with increasing alkyl chain length. Their standard free energy of adsorption (ΔGads) was more negative than their standard free energy of micellization (ΔGmic). The moisture-absorption abilities were weakening with increasing alkyl chain length. Alkyl α-D-galactopyranosides (4a ~4f) were thermally stable below 280°C. Alkyl α-D-galactopyranosides (4c ~4f) had the optical texture of the thermotropic liquid crystal smectic A phase.  相似文献
