In this article, an adaptive fuzzy output tracking control approach is proposed for a class of multiple‐input and multiple‐output uncertain switched nonlinear systems with unknown control directions and under arbitrary switchings. In the control design, fuzzy logic systems are used to identify the unknown switched nonlinear systems. A Nussbaum gain function is introduced into the control design and the unknown control direction problem is solved. Under the framework of the backstepping control design, fuzzy adaptive control and common Lyapunov function stability theory, a new adaptive fuzzy output tracking control method is developed. It is proved that the proposed control approach can guarantee that all the signals in the closed‐loop system are bounded and the tracking error remains an adjustable neighborhood of the origin. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 155–166, 2016  相似文献

In this paper, a new method for the control of input-affine nonlinear switched systems is introduced. The system switching conditions are assumed to be state-dependent, rather than the simpler input-dependent case. The main contribution of this research is that the effects of switched dynamics are interpreted as a model uncertainty bounded within a polynomial of states norms, with unknown coefficients. In order to prevent extra conservativeness, coefficients are tuned adaptively, so that a minimal state-varying bound could be achieved. This is unlike the conventional sliding mode control (SMC) scheme, where the existence of a constant and usually large upper bound must be presumed. To address the challenge of coping with such a new concept of uncertainty, an extended form of the original adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control scheme is proposed. Adaptation laws are used to tune a fuzzy controller and also real-time estimation of the instantaneous bound of uncertainties. Closed-loop stability is guaranteed by proposing a group of multiple Lyapunov functions (MLF) with tunable parameters. Except for the mild condition that the largest difference between the magnitudes of the sub-manifolds of the switched system is bounded by a polynomial of states with uncertain coefficients, the proposed method has the distinct advantage that no information about the dynamic equations or switching conditions is required in the control design stage. The proposed method is applied to the two challenging case studies, depicting the outstanding effectiveness of the method.  相似文献

A novel scheme is proposed for the design of backstepping control for a class of state-feedback nonlinear systems. In the design, the unknown nonlinear functions are approximated by the neural networks (NNs) identification models. The Lyapunov function of every subsystem consists of the tracking error and the estimation errors of NN weight parameters. The adaptive gains are dynamically determined in a structural way instead of keeping them constants, which can guarantee system stability and parameter estimation convergence. When the modeling errors are available, the indirect backstepping control is proposed, which can guarantee the functional approximation error will converge to a rather small neighborhood of the minimax functional approximation error. When the modeling errors are not available, the direct backstepping control is proposed, where only the tracking error is necessary. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed schemes.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the stabilization of general nonlinear switched systems by using control Lyapunov functions. The concept of control Lyapunov function for nonlinear control systems is generalized to switched control systems. The first part of our contribution provides a necessary and sufficient condition of stabilization. The main idea is to use a common control Lyapunov function; this is achieved with the converse Lyapunov theorem dedicated to switched systems. In the second part, an explicit construction of a common control Lyapunov function is addressed with respect to a finite family of switched systems. The approach uses a family of control Lyapunov functions attached to the subsystems.  相似文献

In this paper, based on adaptive non-backstepping design algorithm, we proposed a novel variable universe fuzzy control (VUFC) algorithm for a class of MIMO nonlinear systems with unknown dead-zone inputs in pure-feedback form. First, by introducing some new states variables and coordinate transforms, the system is converted form the state-feedback control of pure-feedback form into the output-feedback control of normal form. Secondly, different from traditional backstepping scheme,we introduce contraction–expansion factors, combine non-backstepping control technique and VUFC scheme together to construct the controllers and observers. VUFC approach is mainly based on changing the contraction–expansion factor to change the universe of the variables (which can change the interpolation node encryption). It is shown that the proposed control approach is considerably simpler and better than the backstepping-based ones and it can improve the accuracy of the system, alleviate tracking error, strong robustness. At last, according to stable positive real (SPR)-Lyapunov stability analysis, it can guarantee that all the signals in the closed-loop system are bounded and the output can tack the reference signal to a small neighborhood of the origin. Simulations results are illustrated that the effectiveness of the proposed VUFC approach.  相似文献

In this paper, a robust adaptive control law for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems is proposed. The proposed controller guarantees asymptotic output tracking of systems in the strict-feedback form with unknown static parameters, and matched and unmatched dynamic uncertainties. This controller takes advantages of a robust stability property of the Lyapunov redesign method and a systematic design procedure of the backstepping technique. In fact, the backstepping technique is employed to enrich the Lyapunov redesign method to compensate for not only matched - but also unmatched-uncertainties. On the other hand, using the Lyapunov redesign method in each step of the conventional backstepping technique makes backstepping robust. The suggested controller is designed through repeatedly utilizing the Lyapunov redesign method in each step of the backstepping technique. Simulation results reveal the efficiency of the Lyapunov redesign-based backstepping controller.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of projective synchronization of chaotic systems and switched chaotic systems by adaptive control methods. First, a necessary and sufficient condition is proposed to show how many state variables can realize projective synchronization under a linear feedback controller for the chaotic systems. Then, accordingly, a new algorithm is given to select all state variables that can realize projective synchronization. Furthermore, according to the results of the projective synchronization of chaotic systems, the problem of projective synchronization of the switched chaotic systems comprised by the unified chaotic systems is investigated, and an adaptive global linear feedback controller with only one input channel is designed, which can realize the projective synchronization under the arbitrary switching law. It is worth mentioning that the proposed method can also realize complete synchronization of the switched chaotic systems. Finally, the numerical simulation results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy output-feedback control design with output constrained is investigated for a class of switched uncertain nonlinear large-scale systems with unknown dead zones and immeasurable states. Based on dynamic surface backstepping control design technique and incorporated by the average dwell time method and the prescribed performance theory, a new adaptive fuzzy output-feedback control method is developed. It is strictly proved that the resulting closed-loop system is stable in the sense of uniformly ultimately boundedness and both transient and steady-state performances of the outputs are preserved. Comparison simulation studies illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

In this paper, we deal with stability analysis of a class of nonlinear switched discrete-time systems. Systems of the class appear in numerical simulation of continuous-time switched systems. Some linear matrix inequality type stability conditions, based on the common Lyapunov function approach, are obtained. It is shown that under these conditions the system remains stable for any switching law. The obtained results are applied to the analysis of dynamics of a discrete-time switched population model. Finally, a continuous state feedback control is proposed that guarantees the uniform ultimate boundedness of switched systems with uncertain nonlinearity and parameters.  相似文献

For a class of time-varying nonlinear systems described by the equation , the precalculating control is not available if the input matrixg(x,t) is not invertible. With Lyapunov's second method, a stabilizing controller which makes the system practically stable is constructed in this paper. It is shown that the implementation of this scheme depends on some so-called posi-invertibility conditions forg(x,t). In case the system is partly stable, the method, named part-calculating control, can simplify the on-line computations. Without the assumption that the nominal system is asymptotically stable, the method is applied to the problems of control for the corresponding uncertain system that satisfies the matching condition. When the matching condition is not satisfied, the mismatching control problem is also studied with Lyapunov's second method. This work was supported by the Science Fund of the Chinese Academy of Science.  相似文献

This article is devoted to the problem of robust stabilization of uncertain nonlinear switched systems with canonical structure. It is assumed that the constant parameters of the subsystems are unknown and cannot be adopted in the controller design. In addition, the dynamics of the subsystems are perturbed via modeling errors and external disturbances. The effects of unknown actuator saturation are compensated via proper adaptive control signals. The derived controller is based on the terminal sliding mode theory and does not need any prior knowledge about the bounds of the lumped uncertain terms. It is proved that once the system states reach the prescribed sliding manifold in a finite time interval, the whole system becomes insensitive to both the lumped uncertainties and the switching dynamics of the system. The common assumption of having known quadratic Lyapunov functions for the subsystems is relaxed and the derived adaptive approach does not force any limitation on the switching signal of the system. Subsequently, non-conservative conditions are provided to guarantee the global finite time bounded stability of the equilibrium state for the overall uncertain nonlinear switched system under arbitrary switching signals. A numerical computer simulation demonstrates the robust performance of the proposed controller.  相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of adaptive fuzzy tracking control for a class of switched uncertain nonlinear systems. Fuzzy logic systems are utilized to approximate the unknown nonlinear functions, and the adaptive backstepping and dynamic surface control techniques are adopted. First, a new state-dependent switching method is proposed. By introducing convex combination technique and designing a state-dependent switching law, only the solvability of the adaptive tracking control problem for a convex combination of the subsystems is necessary. Second, a new common Lyapunov function with switched adaptive parameters is constructed to reduce the conservatism. Third, to avoid Zeno behavior, a modified state-dependent switching law with dwell time is proposed. It is shown that under the proposed control and switching laws, all the signals of the closed-loop system are bounded and all the state tracking errors can converge to a priori accuracy, even if some subsystems are uncontrollable. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated through two simulation examples.  相似文献

This paper addresses the stability problem of delayed nonlinear positive switched systems whose subsystems are all positive. Both discrete-time systems and continuous-time systems are studied. In our analysis, the delays in systems can be unbounded. Two conditions are established to test the local asymptotic stability of the considered systems. The method to compute the domains of attraction is also proposed provided that the system is locally asymptotically stable. When reduced to general nonlinear positive systems, that is, the considered switched system consists of only one mode, an interesting conclusion follows that the proposed nonlinear positive system is locally asymptotically stable for all admissible delays and nonnegative nonlinearities which satisfy an extra condition at the origin, if and only if the system represented by the linear part is asymptotically stable for all admissible delays. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the obtained results.  相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of switching design for guaranteed cost control of discrete-time two-dimensional (2-D) nonlinear switched systems described by the Roesser model. The switching signal, which determines the active mode of the system, is subject to a state-dependent process whose values belong to a finite index set. By using 2-D common Lyapunov function approach, a sufficient condition expressed in terms of tractable matrix inequalities is first established to design a min-projection switching rule that makes the 2-D switched system asymptotically stable. The obtained result on stability analysis is then utilized to synthesize a suboptimal state feedback controller that minimizes the upper bound of a given infinite-horizon cost function. Finally, two numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design method.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the variance-constrained dissipative control problem for a class of stochastic nonlinear systems with multiple degraded measurements, where the degraded probability for each sensor is governed by an individual random variable satisfying a certain probabilistic distribution over a given interval. The purpose of the problem is to design an observer-based controller such that, for all possible degraded measurements, the closed-loop system is exponentially mean-square stable and strictly dissipative, while the individual steady-state variance is not more than the pre-specified upper bound constraints. A general framework is established so that the required exponential mean-square stability, dissipativity as well as the variance constraints can be easily enforced. A sufficient condition is given for the solvability of the addressed multiobjective control problem, and the desired observer and controller gains are characterized in terms of the solution to a convex optimization problem that can be easily solved by using the semi-definite programming method. Finally, a numerical example is presented to show the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

In this paper we develop a general fuzzy control scheme for nonlinear processes. Assuming little knowledge about the dynamics of the controlled process, the proposed scheme starts by probing the process at different points in its operating region to generate a fuzzy quantisation. A simple local controller is then designed at each fuzzy locality. A fuzzy inference mechanism then links up tje local controllers to form a global controller which can be further refined by the learning algorithm. By employing a newly developed structure-adaptive fuzzy modelling scheme, the appropriate fuzzy rule-base for the inference mechanism can be extracted stably and efficiently. The conditions for the stability of the global controller are rigourously established. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the scheme.  相似文献

Robust control design for a class of mismatched uncertain nonlinear systems   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
We consider the robust control design problem for a class of nonlinear uncertain systems. The uncertainty in the system may be due to parameter variations and/or nonlinearity. It may be possibly fast, time-varying. The system does not satisfy the so-called matching condition. Under a state transformation, which is based on the possible bound of the uncertainty, a robust control scheme can be designed. The control renders the original uncertain system practically stable. Furthermore, the uniform ultimate boundedness ball and uniform stability ball of the original system can be made arbitrarily small by suitable choice of design parameters.  相似文献

The paper deals with model predictive control (MPC) of nonlinear hybrid systems with discrete inputs based on reachability analysis. In order to implement a MPC algorithm, a model of the process that we are dealing with is needed. In the paper, a hybrid fuzzy modelling approach is proposed. The hybrid system hierarchy is explained and the Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy formulation for hybrid fuzzy modelling purposes is tackled. An efficient method of identification of the hybrid fuzzy model is also discussed.

An algorithm that is–due to its MPC nature–suitable for controlling a wide spectrum of systems (provided that they have discrete inputs only) is presented.

The benefits of the algorithm employing a hybrid fuzzy model are verified on a batch reactor example. The results suggest that by suitably determining the cost function, satisfactory control can be attained, even when dealing with complex hybrid–nonlinear–stiff systems such as the batch reactor.

Finally, a comparison between MPC employing a hybrid linear model and a hybrid fuzzy model is carried out. It has been established that the latter approach clearly outperforms the approach where a linear model is used.  相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of iterative learning control for a class of discrete-time switched singular systems with arbitrary switching rules. According to the characteristics of the systems, two types of iterative learning algorithms are proposed and the corresponding convergence conditions of the algorithms are established. Under some given assumptions, the algorithms can ensure the system state converges to the desired state trajectory on a finite time interval. Finally, two numerical examples are constructed to support the theoretical analysis.  相似文献
