A simple and inexpensive laboratory-built flow injection vapor generation system coupled to atomic absorption spectrometry (FI-VG AAS) for inorganic and total mercury determination has been developed. It is based on the vapor generation of total mercury and a selective detection of Hg2 + or total mercury by varying the temperature of the measurement cell. Only the inorganic mercury is measured when the quartz cell is at room temperature, and when the cell is heated to 650 °C or higher the total Hg concentration is measured. The organic Hg concentration in the sample is calculated from the difference between the total Hg and Hg2 + concentrations. Parameters such as the type of acid (HCl or HNO3) and its concentration, reductant (NaBH4) concentration, carrier solution (HCl) flow rate, carrier gas flow rate, sample volume and quartz cell temperature, which influence FI-VG AAS system performance, were systematically investigated. The optimized conditions for Hg2 + and total Hg determinations were: 1.0 mol l 1 HCl as carrier solution, carrier flow rate of 3.5 ml min 1, 0.1% (m/v) NaBH4, reductant flow rate of 1.0 ml min 1 and carrier gas flow rate of 200 ml min 1. The relative standard deviation (RSD) is lower than 5.0% for a 1.0 μg l 1 Hg solution and the limit of quantification (LOQ, 10 s) is 55 ng g 1. Certified samples of dogfish muscle (DORM-1 and DORM-2) and non-certified fish samples were analyzed, using a 6.0 mol l 1 HCl solution for analyte extraction. The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of irradiation temperature on the shelf stability and quality of Kimchi during storage at 35 °C for 30 days. Kimchi samples were N2-packaged and heated at 60 °C and then gamma irradiated at 20 kGy under various temperatures (room temperature, ice, dry ice, and liquid nitrogen). In the results of microbial, pH, and acidity analysis, combination treatment of heating and irradiation was able to sterilize microbes in Kimchi regardless of irradiation temperature. When Kimchi was irradiated under frozen temperatures, especially dry ice, the softening of texture and the deterioration of sensory quality of Kimchi were reduced. Also, ESR signal intensities were weakened due to the decrease of irradiation dose and temperature.  相似文献

An air-stable hypervalent organoantimony (III) triflate complex (PhN(CH2C6H4)2SbOSO2CF3) having intramolecular N  Sb coordination was synthesized and characterized by techniques such as 1H NMR, 13C NMR, TG-DSC, X-ray diffraction and elemental analysis. The complex shows relatively strong Lewis acidity (0.8 < Ho  3.3). It exhibits excellent catalytic performance towards the allylation of aldehydes with tetraallyltin at room temperature, and shows good thermal stability and recyclability. The catalytic system enables convenient and efficient synthesis of homoallylic alcohols.  相似文献

The transformation of o-xylene in low concentration (1 700 ppmv) into air was investigated over Pd and Pt/HFAU catalysts (framework Si/Al ratio equal to 17 and 100). Whatever the catalyst, o-xylene oxidation into CO2 and H2O is accompanied by the retention within the zeolite pores of heavy compounds (‘coke’). The relative significance of these reactions depends on the operating conditions (temperature, time-on-stream) and on the catalyst characteristics (Pd or Pt, Si/Al ratio). Over Pt and Pd/HFAU(17), time-on-stream has a positive effect on the xylene oxidation apparently related to the reducibility of Pd and Pt species during the reaction. The higher activity of Pt/HFAU catalysts can be attributed to its greater number of active species (especially Pt0). Those active species can be more rapidly formed than Pd0 by auto reduction during the calcination of Pt precursor. Whatever the metal, the higher the Si/Al ratio of the support, the faster the xylene oxidation and the lower the coke formation. This can be related to the higher proportion of reduced species (Pd0 and Pt0) formed on the more dealuminated catalyst but also to the hydrophobicity of the support. Indeed, the hydrophobicity of the zeolite play a positive role in the oxidation activity in presence of steam; the higher the Si/Al ratio of the zeolite, the faster the o-xylene oxidation. Thus a catalyst with a low platinum content supported on a hydrophobic zeolite (0.10 Pt/HFAU(100)) allows to oxidising totally o-xylene at 210 °C in presence of steam.  相似文献

Gemifloxacin, a novel, 4th generation fluoroquinolone derivative, was labeled with99mTc; its freeze dried kits were prepared and used for infection imaging. Kits showed great stability with higher labeling efficiency. Kits were synthesized through a simple method; developed at room temperature without HCl and heating with low colloidal content. Reaction conditions were optimized in order to get maximum radiochemical purity. Highest labeling efficiency (99 ± 0.05)% was achieved when 1.0 mg gemifloxacin was labeled with 10 mCi sodium pertechnetate in the presence of 50 μg SnCl2 and 300 μg D-penicillamine at room temperature. Radiolabeled antibiotic kits were preclinically assessed such as in-vitro stability, lipophilicity, protein binding, in-vitro binding with bacterial strains and pharmacokinetic investigations in animals. Kits were found highly stable for 6 h both at room temperature and at 37 °C in serum. Biodistribution showed excellent uptake of activity at infection site (in Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella typhi and Klebsiella pneumoniae). Biodistribution data showed that 99mTc-gemifloxacin has the potential and may be used for infection imaging.  相似文献

A simple and reliable method to determine total and inorganic mercury in biological certified reference material (CRM) by cold vapor atomic absorption spectrometry (CV AAS) is proposed. After the CRM treatment at room temperature with tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH), inorganic mercury is determined by CV AAS. Total mercury is measured by the same technique, after sample acid digestion in a microwave oven. Organic mercury, basically methylmercury, is obtained by difference. In both procedures, the quartz tube is kept at room temperature. By means of analysis of the following reference materials: pig kidney, lobster hepatopancreas, dogfish liver and mussel tissue, it was clear that the difference between the total and inorganic mercury concentrations agrees with the methylmercury concentration. Only one calibration curve against aqueous standards in acidic medium was carried out for both procedures. The concentrations obtained by both procedures are in agreement with the certified values according to the t-test at a 95% confidence level. The relative standard deviations were lower than 3.0% for digested CRM and 6.0% for CRM treated with TMAH for most of the samples. The limits of detection in the samples were 0.02 µg g 1 and 0.04 µg g 1 for inorganic and total Hg, respectively, since the sample mass for total mercury was half of that for inorganic mercury determination. Simplicity and high efficiency without using chromatographic techniques are some of the qualities of the proposed method, being adequate for fractionation analysis of mercury in biological samples.  相似文献

CuO supported on an NaA zeolite (CuO/NaA) was prepared with an NaA zeolite through the ion-exchange (CuO/NaA) method. The morphology and the physicochemical properties of the prepared samples were investigated by XRD, MEB, and EDS. The various parameters, such as contact time, catalyst dose, initial dye concentration, initial pH, and temperature, influencing the adsorption of methyl orange (MO) were optimized. The MO adsorption equilibrium was reached after 240 min of contact time. Removal of MO is better at neutral pH than in acidic and alkaline solutions. Among the tested models, the equilibrium adsorption data are well fitted by the Langmuir isotherm. The adsorption kinetics is best described by the pseudo-second-order model. The evaluation of the thermodynamic parameters, i.e. ΔGo, ΔHo, and ΔSo, revealed that MO adsorption was spontaneous, while the activation energy (20.98 kJ/mol) indicates a physical adsorption. The photodegradation of MO decreased from 100 mg/L down to 2 mg/L when the solution is exposed to visible light.  相似文献

New phases with initial composition (1 ? x)CaTiO3 ? xNaF ? xMgF2 (0  x  0.20) have been prepared at low temperature (950 °C) from mixtures of CaTiO3 and fluorides NaF and MgF2. The oxyfluorides obtained have been characterized by X-ray diffraction at room temperature and indexed by isotypy with orthorhombic CaTiO3. The microstructures of these phases are observed by scanning electron microscopy. Dielectric measurements have been carried out during cooling cycle from 500 °C to room temperature at two frequencies (100 Hz, 1 kHz). Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetry (TG) and differential thermogravimetry (DTG) analyses have been performed, respectively, from room temperature up to 550 °C (DSC) and 920 °C (TG–DTG). The dielectric measurements revealed two anomalies which have been confirmed by DSC analyses. These phenomena are ascribed to second order phase transitions. The variation of the real permittivity with temperature is in agreement with the class I capacitor specifications. However, the dielectric losses have to be improved.  相似文献

Liquid chromatography–inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (LC–ICP-MS) was used for arsenic speciation analysis in tissues of bivalve mollusks (Anomalocardia brasiliana sp. and Macoma constricta sp.). Microwave and ultrasound radiation, combined with different extraction conditions (solvent, sample amount, time, and temperature), were evaluated for As-species extraction from the mollusks' tissues. Accuracy, extraction efficiency, and the stability of As species were evaluated by analyzing certified reference materials (DORM-2, dogfish muscle; BCR-627, tuna fish tissue; and SRM 1566b, oyster tissue) and analyte recovery tests. The best conditions were found to be microwave-assisted extraction using 200 mg of samples and water at 80 °C for 6 min. The agreement of As-species concentration in samples ranged from 97% to 102%. Arsenobetaine (AsB) was the main species present in bivalve mollusk tissues, while monomethylarsonic acid (MMA) and arsenate (As(V)) were below the limit of quantification (0.001 and 0.003 μg g 1, respectively). Two unidentified As species also were detected and quantified. The sum of the As-species concentration was in agreement (90 to 104%), with the total As content determined by ICP-MS after sample digestion.  相似文献

A series of ruthenium(II) complexes bearing redox-active o-benzoquinonediimines (o-bqdi) was synthesized and characterized. Reactions of [RuCl(bdmpza)(η4-cod)] (bdmpza = bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)acetato; cod = 1,5-cyclooctadiene) and 1,2-benzenediamines such as o-phenylenediamine (o-pdaH2), 4,5-difluoro-1,2-benzenediamine (o-pdaF2), 4,5-dichloro-1,2-benzenediamine (o-pdaCl2), and 4,5-dimethoxy-1,2-benzenediamine (o-pda(OMe)2) afforded [RuCl(bdmpza)(o-bqdiX2)] (X = H, 1; X = F, 2; X = Cl, 3; X = OMe, 4).  相似文献

Densities (ρ) for binary systems of (p-xylene or o-xylene + ethylene glycol dimethyl ether) were measured over the full mole fraction range at the temperatures of (298.15, 303.15 and 308.15) K along with the densities of the pure components. The excess molar volumes (VE) calculated from the density data show that the deviations from ideal behaviour in the two binary systems are negative, and they become more negative with the temperature increasing. Surface tensions (σ) of these binary systems were determined at the same temperatures (298.15, 303.15 and 308.15) K by the pendant drop method. The surface tension deviations (δσ) for p-xylene system are negative over the whole composition range, and become less negative with the temperature increasing, but for the o-xylene system, δσ are negative at high o-xylene concentration, and change to positive with the o-xylene concentration decreasing. The VE and δσ were fitted to the Redlich–Kister polynomial equation. Surface tensions were also used to estimate surface entropy (Sσ) and surface enthalpy (Hσ).  相似文献

The effects of pyrolysis temperature and heating rate on the porous structure characteristics of rice straw chars were investigated. The pyrolysis was done at atmospheric pressure and at temperatures ranging from 600 to 1000 °C under low heating rate (LHR) and high heating rates (HHR) conditions. The chars were characterized by ultimate analysis, field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), helium density measurement and N2 physisorption method. The results showed that temperature had obvious influence on the char porous characteristics. The char yield decreased by approximately 16% with increasing temperature from 600 to 1000 °C. The carbon structure shrinkage and pore narrowing occurred above 600 °C. The shrinkage of carbon skeleton increased by more than 22% with temperatures rising from 600 to 1000 °C. At HHR condition, progressive increases in porosity development with increasing pyrolysis temperature occurred, whereas a maximum porosity development appeared at 900 °C. The total surface area (Stotal) and micropore surface area (Smicro) reached maximum values of 30.94 and 21.81 m2/g at 900 °C and decreased slightly at higher temperatures. The influence of heating rate on Stotal and Smicro was less significant than that of pyrolysis temperature. The pore surface fractal dimension and average pore diameter showed a good linear relationship.  相似文献

We present a direct ab initio and density functional theory dynamics study of the thermal rate constants of the two H-migration reactions of C2H5O radical. MPW1K/6-31+G(d,p) methods were employed to optimize the geometries of all stationary points and to calculate the minimum energy path (MEP). The energies of all the stationary points were refined at the QCISD(T)/aug-cc-pVTZ level of theory. The thermal gas phase rate constants were evaluated based on the energetics from the QCISD(T)/aug-cc-pVTZ//MPW1K/6-31+G(d,p) level of theory using both microcanonical variational transition state theory (μVT) and canonical variational transition state theory (CVT) with the Eckart tunneling correction in the temperature range of 200–2500 K. The extended Arrhenius expression fitted from the μVT/Eckart rate constants of 1,2 H-shift and 1,3 H-shift reactions of C2H5O radical in the temperature range of 200–2500 K are k = 3.90 × 10−31T12.4e(−2.13 × 103/T) and k = 2.83 × 10−29T11.9e(−2.24 × 103/T) s−1, respectively. The two isomerization rate constants exhibited positive temperature dependence in the calculated temperature region. The variational effects for the two isomerizations of ethoxy radical are small and the tunneling effects are important in the low temperature range. The titled reactions are minor and not essential compared to the decomposition pathways of ethoxy radical.  相似文献

Monascus fermented rice (MFR) or angkak is a product resulting from rice fermentation using Monascus sp. For the application in functional food of MFR extract, the encapsulation and stability of this pigment have been studied. The extract of MFR was evaluated its stability to that of pH (2-6), temperature (40-70oC) and UV light exposure. Encapsulation of MFR was carried out by spray drying (SD) and freeze drying (FD) methods with dextrin as encapsulating agent. The encapsulated products was analyzed the encapsulation yields, hygroscopicity and monacolin K content. The absorbance of MFR extracts was increased by increasing the pH. The extract was stable after heat treatment at 50oC, but the absorbance was increased gradually when heating elevated up to 70oC. The absorbance tend to stable after exposed to UV light for 5 hours. Encapsulation yields of MFR extract by SD method (34.00%) was lower than by FD method (89.71%). Monacolin K content of encapsulated product by SD method was 898.7 μg g-1 and by FD method was 1458.3 μg g-1. However, the product by FD method was more hygroscopic compared to SD method.  相似文献

Extreme ultraviolet (EUV) spectroscopy was recorded on microwave discharges of helium with 2% hydrogen. Novel emission lines were observed with energies of q·13.6 eV where q=1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9, or 11 or these lines inelastically scattered by helium atoms wherein 21.2 eV was absorbed in the excitation of He (1s2) to He (1s12p1). These lines were identified as hydrogen transitions to electronic energy levels below the ‘ground’ state corresponding to fractional quantum numbers. Significant line broadening corresponding to an average hydrogen atom temperature of 33–38 eV was observed for helium–hydrogen discharge plasmas; whereas pure hydrogen showed no excessive broadening corresponding to an average hydrogen atom temperature of ≈3 eV. Since a significant increase in H temperature was observed with helium–hydrogen discharge plasmas, and energetic hydrino lines were observed at short wavelengths in the corresponding microwave plasmas that required a very significant reaction rate due to low photon detection efficiency in this region, the power balance was measured on the helium–hydrogen microwave plasmas. With a microwave input power of 30 W, the thermal output power was measured to be at least 300 W corresponding to a reactor temperature rise from room temperature to 900 °C within 90 s, a power density of 30 MW/m3, and an energy balance of about −4×105 kJ/mol H2 compared to the enthalpy of combustion of hydrogen of −241.8 kJ/mol H2.  相似文献

Combustion of the rice husk produces rice husk ash, which consists of mainly silica. High purity silica can be produced by controlled combustion after acid treatment. In this study, leaching of rice husk with hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid were carried out prior to combustion to obtain purer silica. It was found that pre-treatment of the rice husk with sulfuric acid had accelerated the hydrolysis and decomposition of organic components as revealed by thermogravimetry (TG) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) analyses. In a systematic study, the combustion of un-leached, hydrochloric acid-leached and sulfuric acid-leached rice husks were performed in a muffle furnace at 500, 600, 700, 800 and 900oC for 2 h. Results demonstrated that all the samples produced amorphous silica (SiO2) and the average particle size were in the range of 0.50 to 0.70 μm. The effect of combustion at different temperatures between 500oC and 900oC on the silica production is very small, particularly at temperature above 600oC. Thus, amorphous silica with purity above 99% as confirmed by X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) analysis can be produced by hydrochloric and sulfuric acids leaching of the rice husk, followed by controlled combustion at 600oC for 2 h. The BET surface area of the silica produced after leaching the rice husk with hydrochloric acid was higher (218 m2/g) than with sulfuric acid (209 m2/g). The silica obtained has potential application as filler in plastics and rubber compounding.  相似文献

The SrSc0.2Co0.8O3−δ (SSC) perovskite was investigated as a cathode material for low temperature solid-oxide fuel cell. The material showed an almost linear thermal expansion from room temperature to 1000 °C in air with the average thermal expansion coefficient of only 16.9 × 10−6 K−1. The Sc-doping made the absence of Co4+ in SSC, which resulted in not only dramatically reduced thermal expansion coefficient but also extremely high oxygen vacancies concentrations in the lattice at low temperature. The area specific polarization resistance was 0.206 Ω cm2 for SSC at 550 °C, which is about 52% lower than the value of a Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3−δ-based cathode. A peak power density as high as 564 mW cm−2 was obtained at 500 °C based on a 20 μm thick Sm0.2Ce0.8O1.9 electrolyte by adopting SSC cathode.  相似文献

The Taguchi method, a robust experimental design for optimization, was used for the synthesis of a superabsorbent hydrogel network using γ-rays as an initiator, energy source and crosslinker at the same time. Nine different samples of superabsorbent hydrogels were prepared in various conditions from kappa-carrageenan (κC) and acrylamide by γ-irradiation at room temperature. Considering the results of nine trials and according to analysis of variance (ANOVA), a new experimental condition with the concentrations of κC and acrylamide 1.5 g and 0.028 mol (2 g in total volume of 50 mL H2O), respectively, as well as γ-ray at the optimum total dose (7 kGy) was proposed. After preparing the desired hydrogels according to optimum condition, the swelling behavior of hydrogels in different media was investigated.  相似文献

The temperature dependence of the standard molar heat capacity Cp, moof samples of crystalline tetraphenylphosphonium perchlorate and tetraphenylarsonium perchlorate was measured in an adiabatic low-pressure calorimeter between T =  4.8 K and T =  340 K and from T =  5.8 K to T =  340 K, respectively, mostly to within a precision of 0.2 per cent. For tetraphenylphosphonium perchlorate, an anomalous change of the heat capacity in the range T =  125 K to T =  185 K, probably arising from the excitation of hindered rotations of atomic groups, was found and its thermodynamic characteristics were determined. No such anomaly was observed for tetraphenylarsonium perchlorate. The data obtained were used to calculate the thermodynamic functions Cp, mo(T) / R, Δ0THmo / R·K, Δ0TSmo / R, and Φmo = Δ0TSmo  Δ0THmo / T(where R is the universal gas constant) of the compounds between T   0 and T =  340 K.  相似文献

The efficacy of gamma radiation decontamination of industrial casein, a milk protein utilized as a component of many food and non-food products has been studied. Low-fat milk powder was also included with a purpose to study the microflora survival in protein-rich materials. Microbial analysis of the samples prior to irradiation showed that the initial total viable count was higher than 6.0 log cfu g−1 in both casein and milk powders. The contamination of casein with moulds and yeasts was found to be equal to 3.56 log cfu g−1. The counts of coliforms have not exceeded the value of 2.48 log cfu g−1. Radiation processing of casein and milk powder has substantially reduced the microbial population of all samples. The dose of 5 kGy was sufficient to reduce the total microflora and coliforms counts to the level permitted for food products. Survivals of microorganisms were analyzed by the generalized exponential equation, SF=exp[−D/Do)α]. Values of an exponent, α, standing for the dispersion parameter, were equal to 0.65 and 0.70 for microorganisms contaminating casein and milk powders, respectively. The numerical value of the dispersion parameter α<1 indicates the concave dependence of a logarithm of surviving fraction versus radiation dose. No difference in microflora survival in irradiated samples tested immediately and in samples stored for 1-month after irradiation has been noticed.  相似文献
