This paper presents the concept of a vibration control system in which motions of a continuous structure with piezoelectric sensors/actuators can be suppressed (or activated) through transforming mechanical energy to electrical one and vice versa. The study is focused on distributed parameter structures, in which electromechanical variables are spatially dependent, and therefore traditional methods of design of piezoelectric transformers do not apply. In this case, a different approach is necessary to account for the spatial dependency of the variables. To examine the feasibility of the proposed vibration control system, we have performed the vibration suppression analysis of the cantilevered beam with piezoelectric sensors/actuators subjected to an exciting force/moment(s). The experimental results indicate that the damping of the composite system increases by 8-10 times in comparison with the mechanical system.As a result, the paper significantly expands the concept of passive damping mechanism for structural systems to take into account the dynamics of a continuous elastic structure piezoelectrically coupled to electrical network.  相似文献

Methods of synthesis for vibration controllers are presented for mechanical structures where the number of actuators equals the number of modes to be controlled and for structures where the number of modes exceeds the number of actuators. Provided an observer can be constructed complete isolation from the disturbance will be possible for the first case even when the dynamics of the structure are not well defined. In the second case complete isolation is not in general possible but a considerable reduction of strain energy can still be achieved. Possible practical limitations are discussed.  相似文献

In this paper, active control of periodic vibration is implemented using maglev actuators which exhibit inherent nonlinear behaviors. A multi-channel feedforward control algorithm is proposed to solve these nonlinear problems, in which maglev actuators are treated as single-input–single-output systems with unknown time-varying nonlinearities. A radial basis function network is used by the algorithm as its controller, whose parameters are adapted only with the model of the linear system in the secondary path. Compared with the strategies in the conventional magnetic-levitation system control as well as nonlinear active noise/vibration control, the proposed algorithm has the advantage that the nonlinear modeling procedure of maglev actuators and the usage of displacement sensors could be both avoided. Numerical simulations and real-time experiments are carried out based on a multiple-degree-of-freedom vibration isolation system. The results show that the proposed algorithm not only could efficiently compensate for the actuators’ time-varying nonlinearities, but also has the ability to greatly attenuate the energy of periodic vibration.  相似文献

The design and optimization of actuators are difficult and critical for the active-passive hybrid vibration control system. In this paper, an electromagnetic actuator model is established based on Ohm’s Law for magnetic circuit considering the leakage flux. The 600N electromagnetic actuators are designed and optimized based on ANSYS simulation according to the engineering request. Its transient characteristics are studied. The effects of different structural parameters on its output force are analyzed. The experimental results show that the structure parameters and output force characteristics of the designed electromagnetic actuators satisfy the practical requirement.  相似文献

This paper presents a theoretical and experimental investigation into an active vibration isolation system. Electromagnetic actuators are installed in parallel with each of four passive mounts, which are placed between a flexible equipment structure and a base structure which is either flexible or rigid. Isolation of low-frequency vibration is studied, so that the passive mounts can be modelled as lumped parameter springs and dampers. Decentralized velocity feedback control is employed, where each actuator is operated independently by feeding back the absolute equipment velocity at the same location. Good control and robust stability have been obtained both theoretically and experimentally for the multichannel control systems. This is to be expected if the base structure is rigid, in which case the actuator and sensor are, in principle, collocated and the control system implements a skyhook damper. With a flexible base structure, however, collocation is lost due to the reactive actuator force acting on the base structure, but the control system is still found to be robustly stable and to perform well. Attenuations of 20 dB are obtained in the sum of squared velocities on the equipment structure at the rigid-body mounted resonance frequencies. In addition, attenuations of up to 15 dB are obtained at the resonance frequencies of both the low order flexible modes of the base structure and the equipment structure.  相似文献

Synchronizability of complex oscillators networks has attracted much research interest in recent years. In contrast, in this paper we investigate numerically the synchronization speed, rather than the synchronizability or synchronization stability, of identical oscillators on complex networks with communities. A new weighted community network model is employed here, in which the community strength could be tunable by one parameter δ. The results showed that the synchronization speed of identical oscillators on community networks could reach a maximal value when δ is around 0.1. We argue that this is induced by the competition between the community partition and the scale-free property of the networks. Moreover, we have given the corresponding analysis through the second least eigenvalue λ2 of the Laplacian matrix of the network which supports the previous result that the synchronization speed is determined by the value of λ2.  相似文献

Microvibrations, at frequencies between 1 and 1000 Hz, generated by on board equipment, can propagate throughout a spacecraft structure and affect the performance of sensitive payloads. To investigate strategies to reduce these dynamic disturbances by means of active control systems, realistic yet simple structural models are necessary to represent the dynamics of the electromechanical system. In this paper a modeling technique which meets this requirement is presented, and the resulting mathematical model is used to develop some initial results on active control strategies. Attention is focused on a mass loaded panel subjected to point excitation sources, the objective being to minimize the displacement at an arbitrary output location. Piezoelectric patches acting as sensors and actuators are employed. The equations of motion are derived by using Lagrange's equation with vibration mode shapes as the Ritz functions. The number of sensors/actuators and their location is variable. The set of equations obtained is then transformed into state variables and some initial controller design studies are undertaken. These are based on standard linear systems optimal control theory where the resulting controller is implemented by a state observer. It is demonstrated that the proposed modeling technique is a feasible realistic basis for in-depth controller design/evaluation studies.  相似文献

Orthogonal eigenstructure control (OEC) is a novel feedback control that is applicable to linear systems. Orthogonal eigenstructure control can minimizes the trial and error by the controller designer. It finds orthogonal vectors to some targeted modes of the structure within the achievable eigenvector set. When the targeted modes are replaced with the orthogonal vectors, it results in a decoupled system or structure that leads to vibration isolation. In this article, experimental application of this control method for active vibration cancellation of a plate is presented. Piezoelectric actuators are used as control actuators and accelerometers are used as feedback sensors. Vibration cancellation in a plate due to 150 Hz sinusoidal disturbance and a wideband disturbance within the range 200-300 Hz are experimentally studied. Since OEC is a model-based control method, system identification techniques are used for estimating the state-space realization of the system model. The effect of tuning the control gain is studied to compensate for the inaccurate system identification or factors that cannot be identified easily but play a major role in vibration of a structure. A finite element model of a plate is considered and the effects of scaling the control gains are investigated. It is shown that there is an allowable region for tuning the control gain without loosing the stability. The result of this analysis is used in the experiment for adjusting the control gains.  相似文献

We simulated animal conflicts on different networks, where five strategies that the animals may take are considered. The result of the evolution of the five strategies on networks shows that whether one strategy dominates or two strategies coexist on the network is determined by the structure of the network. But no matter what structure the network is, the total-war strategy is constrained and never becomes a final winning strategy when it contests with the other four limited-war strategies. This may be the reason that the animals choose the limited-war strategies to fight against other animals of the same species.  相似文献

摘要:降低汽车空腔的振动,是抑制汽车车内噪声的有效途径之一。以激振器、作动器和控制器等为主要部件,搭建了简化的汽车车内噪声主动控制系统,该系统通过将汽车空腔模型简化为板件,以减弱板件振动为目标,实现了汽车车内噪声主动控制。采用简谐正弦及余弦信号作为激振器发出的激励,用于模拟板件的初始振动,控制器通过采用模糊控制算法直接控制压电陶瓷作动器的振动,压电陶瓷作动器的振动用于抑制板件的振动,完成了汽车车内噪声主动控制系统仿真。仿真结果表明,研究采用的汽车车内噪声主动控制系统,使汽车空腔振动降低23%,为解决由汽车发动机和动力总成的振动所引发的汽车车内噪声问题提供了一个有效途径。  相似文献

This paper regards the outer synchronization between two delay-coupled complex dynamical networks with nonidentical topological structures and a noise perturbation. Considering one network as the drive network and the other one as the response network, the drive-response system achieves synchronous states through a suitably designed adaptive controller. The stochastic LaSalle invariance principle is employed to theoretically prove the almost sure synchronization between two networks. Finally, two numerical examples are examined in order to illustrate the proposed synchronization scheme.  相似文献

Optically driven actuators have a feature of a non-contact method supplied by light energy. A new method is proposed with three poly(vinylidene difluoride) (PVDF) cantilevers as the legs and a polymer film as the body. The PVDF cantilevers are coated with silver on one surface. When one side of the cantilever is irradiated by a laser beam, an electric field is produced along a cross-section of the cantilever by the pyroelectric effect and a mechanical displacement occurs by the piezoelectric effect. Its response time and its generated force are measured experimentally. Two types of optically driven actuators using PVDF film are proposed to move using different characteristics.  相似文献

The network structure entropy has served as one of the index measuring network heterogeneity, but it gives no considerations to the impact of isolated nodes on the network structure. In addition, the all-terminal reliability is zero and is unable to compare it between disconnected networks. Therefore, the concept of network connectivity entropy is suggested to remove the current bottleneck and helps facilitate new index in terms of network connectivity reliability. This study fully proves the rules as follows: when the edges of network are diminishing, the newly-established network connectivity reliability will remain unchanged or become weaker; conversely, when the edges of network are increasing, the network connectivity reliability will remain unchanged or become stronger. Thus, the proposed index of network connectivity reliability is proved reasonable. Furthermore, the impaired metro network of Nanjing city is exemplified to demonstrate the validity and practicability of network connectivity reliability. The result shows that this new approach is in good position to compute network connectivity reliability quickly and effectively, and also to compare it between different networks.  相似文献

Many real-world systems can be represented by bipartite networks. In a bipartite network, the nodes are divided into two disjoint sets, and the edges connect nodes that belong to different sets. Given a bipartite network (i.e. two-mode network) it is possible to construct two projected networks (i.e. one-mode networks) where each one is composed of only one set of nodes. While network analyses have focused on unipartite networks, considerably less attention has been paid to the analytical study of bipartite networks. Here, we analytically derive simple mathematical relationships that predict degree distributions of the projected networks by only knowing the structure of the original bipartite network. These analytical results are confirmed by computational simulations using artificial and real-world bipartite networks from a variety of biological and social systems. These findings offer in our view new insights into the structure of real-world bipartite networks.  相似文献

模块性(modularity)是度量网络社区结构(community structure)的主要参数.探讨了Watts和Strogatz的小世界网络(简称W-S模型)以及Barabàsi 等的B-A无标度网络(简称B-A模型)两类典型复杂网络模块性特点.结果显示,网络模块性受到网络连接稀疏的影响,W-S模型具有显著的社区结构,而B-A模型的社区结构特征不明显.因此,应用中应该分别讨论网络的小世界现象和无标度特性.社区结构不同于小世界现象和无标度特性,并可以利用模块性区别网络类型,因此网络复杂性指标应该包括 关键词: 模块性 社区结构 小世界网络 无标度网络  相似文献

There has been mounting evidence that many types of biological or technological networks possess a clustered structure. As many system functions depend on synchronization, it is important to investigate the synchronizability of complex clustered networks. Here we focus on one fundamental question: Under what condition can the network synchronizability be optimized? In particular, since the two basic parameters characterizing a complex clustered network are the probabilities of intercluster and intracluster connections, we investigate, in the corresponding two-dimensional parameter plane, regions where the network can be best synchronized. Our study yields a quite surprising finding: a complex clustered network is most synchronizable when the two probabilities match each other approximately. Mismatch, for instance caused by an overwhelming increase in the number of intracluster links, can counterintuitively suppress or even destroy synchronization, even though such an increase tends to reduce the average network distance. This phenomenon provides possible principles for optimal synchronization on complex clustered networks. We provide extensive numerical evidence and an analytic theory to establish the generality of this phenomenon.  相似文献

The time-dependent behavior of a simply-supported functionally graded beam bonded with piezoelectric sensors and actuators is studied using the state-space method. The creep behavior of bonding adhesives between piezoelectric layers and beam is characterized by a Kelvin-Voigt viscoelastic model, which is practical in a high temperature circumstance. Both the host elastic functionally graded beam and the piezoelectric layers are orthotropic and in a state of plane stress, with the former being inhomogeneous along the thickness direction. A laminate model is employed to approximate the host beam. Moreover, the coupling effect between the elastic deformation and electric field in piezoelectric layers is considered. Results indicate that the viscoelastic property of interfacial adhesives has a significant effect on the function of bonded actuators and sensors with time elapsing.  相似文献

Quantum strategies are introduced into evolutionary games. The agents using quantum strategies are regarded as invaders, whose fraction generally is 1% of a population, in contrast to the 50% of the population that are defectors. In this paper, the evolution of strategies on networks is investigated in a defector-dominated population, when three networks (square lattice, Newman–Watts small-world network, and scale-free network) are constructed and three games (Prisoners’ Dilemma, Snowdrift, and Stag-Hunt) are employed. As far as these three games are concerned, the results show that quantum strategies can always invade the population successfully. Comparing the three networks, we find that the square lattice is most easily invaded by agents that adopt quantum strategies. However, a scale-free network can be invaded by agents adopting quantum strategies only if a hub is occupied by an agent with a quantum strategy or if the fraction of agents with quantum strategies in the population is significant.  相似文献

本文对簇间连接方式不同的三类簇网络的同步能力和同步过程进行研究. 构成簇网络的两个子网均为BA无标度网络, 当簇间连接方式是双向耦合时, 称其为TWD网络模型, 当簇间连接是大子网驱动小子网时, 称其为BDS网络模型, 当簇间连接是小子网驱动大子网时, 称其为SDB网络模型. 研究表明, 当小子网和大子网节点数目的比值大于某一临界值时, TWD网络模型的同步能力大于BDS网络模型的同步能力, 当该比值小于某一临界值时, TWD网络模型的同步能力小于BDS网络模型的同步能力, SDB网络模型的同步能力是三种网络结构中最差的. 对于簇间连接具有方向性的单向驱动网络, 簇网络的整体同步能力与被驱动子网的节点数和簇间连接数有关, 与驱动网络自身节点数无关. 增加簇间连接数在开始时会降低各子网的同步速度, 但最终各子网到达完全同步的时间减少, 网络的整体同步能力增强. 文中以Kuramoto相振子作为网络节点, 研究了不同情况下三种簇网络的同步过程, 证明了所得结论的正确性. 关键词: 簇网络 有向连接 同步能力 Kuramoto振子  相似文献

A novel active control method of sound radiation from a cylindrical shell under axial excitations is proposed and theoretically analyzed. This control method is based on a pair of piezoelectric stack force actuators which are installed on the shell and parallel to the axial direction. The actuators are driven in phase and generate the same forces to control the vibration and the sound radiation of the cylindrical shell. The model considered is a fluid-loaded finite stiffened cylindrical shell with rigid end-caps and only low-frequency axial vibration modes are involved. Numerical simulations are performed to explore the required control forces and the optimal mounting positions of actuators under different cost functions. The results show that the proposed force actuators can reduce the radiated sound pressure of low-frequency axial modes in all directions.  相似文献
