- and -Cyclodextrin (CD) and heptakis-2,6-di-O-methyl--cyclodextrin (DIMEB) form soluble inclusion compounds with mefenorex (MEF); with -CD a partial inclusion occurs. No solid inclusion compound could be obtained with the four CDs. -, -CD and DIMEB, but not -CD, enhance the nitrosation rate of MEF if the nitrosation assay procedure (NAP test) is applied. The analysis of the experimental data for the energy of the longest wavelength optical transitions n,opt of substituted polymethines X (CH)2n+1 X shows that in the asymptotic case (n) ,opt does not tend to zero, as it follows from the empirically established correlations, but has a finite, non-zero value. It is shown that the energy gap of odd polymethines is the same as that of the even polymethines - the polyenes (E 2 eV). The substituents (X N, O, B) are responsible for the appearance of levels in the gap. These, depending on the substituent character, are vacant (X B) or occupied (X N, O). The transition from or to such a level determines the longest wavelength optical transition energy of polymethines.  相似文献

Summary Methyl 3-benzoylthio-5-O-tert-butyldiphenylsilyl-2,3-dideoxy--D-erythro-pentofuranoside (4) and its corresponding anomer5 were synthesized in four steps from 2-deoxy-D-ribose and used as substrates for the synthesis of nucleosides by condensation with silylated thymidine and N6-isobutyryladenine. The nucleosides were deprotected by treatment with Bu4NF inTHF followed by reaction with MeONa in MeOH to give 3-deoxy-3-mercaptothymidine (8), 2,3-dideoxy-3-mercaptoadenosine (15) and its corresponding anomer16. In the latter reactions it was important to use degassed solvents to minimize formation of the corresponding disulfides of purine nucleosides. Using Bu4NF, without subsequent reaction with MeONa in the deprotection reaction, resulted in intermolecular transesterification reactions.On leave from Chemistry Department, Faculties of Science and Education, Tanta University, Tanta, Egypt  相似文献

Non empirical calculations of energies and properties of some excited states of acetylene are presented. A frozen core approximation is used and excitations to , and MO's are taken into account. In this paper, we investigate the common structural and electrostatic parameters of a series of specific inhibitors of the IIb3 integrin. Molecular dynamics simulations with an explicit aqueous environment led to an original theoretical pattern. Our results may suggest that the studied non-peptide IIb3 antagonists developed upon the Arg-Gly-Asp ubiquitous recognition sequence, in fact, should mimic the C-terminus part of the fibrinogen chain. This assumption could, therefore, explain their specificity with respect to other Arg-Gly-Asp-dependent integrins.  相似文献

The analysis of experimental data for singlet transitions (E n) of even polyenes (I), cations (II) and anions (III) of odd polyenes show that for infinite chains E (I)/E (II)=E (I)/E (III) = 2:1. It is shown that the energy gap is equal for the three systems. In cases (II) and (III) there is a level (NBMO) in the gap which is vacant in (II) and occupied in (III). That is why the first optical transition in (II) and (III) depends on the semiwidth of the gap.  相似文献

Conformations of 2-methoxytetrahydropyran as a model for the six-membered ring in aldopyranosides have been calculated by the PCILO method using the algorithm of the conjugated gradient to optimize the geometry. The calculated geometry of the fourteen basic forms of 2-methoxytetrahydropyran was found to be in agreement with the available data obtained by X-ray diffraction of pyranosides. The results indicate differences in the geometry of 2-methoxytetrahydropyran resulting from the change of the axial vs. equatorial position of the methoxyl group. These changes are particularly meaningful in the values of bond angles and they are in agreement with the anomeric and exoanomeric effects. The experimentally found differences in the energies of an axial (4 C 1) and equatorial (1 C 4) conformer, G = 2.9–3.7 kJ/mol, and the dipole moment, = 1.20 ± 0.05 D (1D = 3.33 10–30mAs) agree well with the calculated values E = 3.18 kJ/mol and <> = 1.18 D which, in turn, suggest that the axial conformer is preferred over the equatorial one by a ratio a:e = 78:22.  相似文献

The complexation of 2,3-anthracenedicarboxylate (ADC) by- and-cyclodextrins in water containing an organic solvent has been studied by induced circular dichroism. It has been shown that an increase of organic solvent ratio causes the degradation of the 1:1 ADC:-CD complex and the liberation of one guest molecule from the 2:1 ADC:-CD complex in water. The higher the hydrophobicity of the cosolvent, the weaker the complexation of ADC by-CD.  相似文献

Tartaric acidmodified Raney nickel (TAMRNi) is an enantiodifferentiating catalyst for hydrogenation of ketones. The stereochemical models explaining the enantiodifferentiation of ketoester and 2alkanone were unified as an extended stereochemical model by the experimental supports. Based on this new model, a working hypothesis to improve the enantiomeric excess (ee) of the ketoester/TAMRNi system was developed, and the ee was improved to 96%. By further fine tuning of this system, almost perfect enantiodifferentiation resulting in over 98% ee was achieved.  相似文献

Summary The Lewis acid mediated aldol reaction of chiral , -cis andtrans epoxyaldehydes1 and2 withtert-butyl ketene silyl acetal proceeds mainly withanti diastereofacial preference. The best results were obtained forcis epoxyaldehyde1 in the presence of catalytic amounts of BiCl3·1.5 eq. ZnI2 (anti:syn 13:1), whereas the poorest stereoselectivity was observed when an excess of LiClO4 was used (anti:syn 1:1). The more stable epoxyaldehyde conformers were determined and the diastereofacial preference was found to be in agreement with a nucleophilic attack on the energetically more favoured conformers.

Die besten Ergebnisse wurden für dencis-Epoxyaldehyd1 in Gegenwart katalytischer Mengen BiCl3·1.5 eq. Znl2 erhalten (anti:syn 13:1). Die geringste Stereoselektivität trat auf, wenn LiClO4 im Überschuß eingesetzt wurde (anti:syn 1:1). Das beobachtete Verhalten steht mit einem nucleophilen Angriff am energetisch günstigeren Konformeren im Einklang.

In an effort to modify the solubility and dissolution rate of the contraceptive steroid, 19-norprogesterone in order to improve its bioavailability, the cyclodextrin complexation approach was chosen. In solution, the complex formation with -cyclodextrin (-CD), hydroxyethyl -cyclodextrin (HE--CD) and hydroxypropyl -cyclodextrin (HP--CD) was confirmed by using solubility, UV, IR and 1H-NMR spectrophotometric techniques. The phase solubility diagrams were categorized as AL-type. The complexing affinity of the CDs investigated were ranked as follows: -CD > HP--CD > HE--CD. The complexation thermodynamic parameters were obtained from the temperature dependence of the dissociation constants. In the solid state, differential scanning calorimetery (DSC) and optical microscopy methods were utilized to characterize the complexes. Dissolution studies showed that such molecularly encapsulated forms offered a marked improvement in the dissolution rate compared to the parent drug.  相似文献

The intermediate neglect of differential overlap technique is modified and applied to the calculation of excited triplet states. The resulting method generally reproduces the transition energies of the better-classified observations within a rms error of 1000 cm–1. Trends are well reproduced, and the calculated orders ofn-* and -* triplet states are in good accord with the experimental information to date.The method is applied to benzene and the azines. The lowest four triplet states of benzene are calculated in good accord with experiment. Pyridine is calculated to have an-* triplet nearly degenerate with the lowest lying -* triplet, corroborating suggestions of Japar and Ramsay based on experimental information. A detailed analysis is made of the diazines, and assignments are suggested for the higher lying triplet states not yet classified or not yet observed.  相似文献

CNDO/2 calculations on AH...B complexes in the gaseous phase (AH = strong acids, B = water) gives the following order H2O < HF < HCl < HSO3CF3 < H2SO4 < HSO3F < HClO4 < H3O+ if we take as reference the Wiberg residual indexp(H... O). Other properties and in particular the charge transfer behave in the same fashion. Charge variations for each atom give an explanation for the Pauling rule for the oxygenated acids.

The kinetics of charge-transfer interaction betweenp-toluidine and iodine in methylene chloride was investigated in depth. Thethermal process of formation of theinner complex was found to proceed to an equilibrium. Thephotochemical process follows a different reaction coordinate, going through the formation of an exciplex between the excitedouter complex and the amine ground state. In both cases the same ionic complex (Am 2I+I 3 , whereAm stands forp-toluidine) was detected as the final product.

Zusammenfassung Die Kinetik der Charge-Transfer-Wechselwirkung zwischenp-Toluidin und Jod in Methylenchlorid wurde ausführlich untersucht. Derthermische Prozeß, der zur Bildung desinner-Komplexes führt, geht bis zu einem Gleichgewicht. Derphotochemische Prozeß folgt einer unterschiedlichen Reaktionskoordinate und verläuft über die Bildung eines Exziplexes zwischen dem angeregtenouter-Komplex und dem Amin im Grundzustand. In beiden Fällen wurde derselbe ionische Komplex (Am 2I+I 3 , wobeiAm fürp-Toluidin steht) als Endprodukt festgestellt.

The interaction of six nonionic surfactants -[4-(1,1,3,3-tetra-methylbutyl)phenyl]--hydroxypoly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl) with hydroxypropyl--cyclodextrin (HPCD) and dimethyl--cyclodextrin (DIMEB) was studied by reversed-phase thin-layer chromatography in the presence and absence of sodium chloride. Each surfactant formed complexes with both cyclodextrin derivatives; however, the strength of interaction varied considerably. DIMEB formed more stable inclusion complexes with the surfactants than did HPCD. A longer ethyleneoxide chain decreased the strength of interaction, whereas sodium chloride exerted a negligible impact. Principal component analysis indicated that both the hydrophobicity and the specific hydrophobic surface are of the surfactant influenced the complex formation indicating the hydrophobic character of the interaction.Dedicated to Professor József Szejtli.  相似文献
