In this study,we show how a static magnetic field can control photon-induced electron transport through a quantum dot system coupled to a photon cavity.The quantum dot system is connected to two electron reservoirs and exposed to an external perpendicular static magnetic field.The propagation of electrons through the system is thus influenced by the static magnetic and the dynamic photon fields.It is observed that the photon cavity forms photon replica states controlling electron transport in the system.If the photon field has more energy than the cyclotron energy,then the photon field is dominant in the electron transport.Consequently,the electron transport is enhanced due to activation of photon replica states.By contrast,the electron transport is suppressed in the system when the photon energy is smaller than the cyclotron energy.  相似文献

为了研究介观体系的相干输运中接点的重要作用,采用一简单的纳米单势垒“二维-一维-二维”(2D-1D-2D)模型,应用散射矩阵方法和托马斯-费米近似,计算了体系透射率和在直流电压下电势分布. 结果表明: 1)接点对其透射率有显著的影响; 2)电势降落表现的电导性质违背了与经典串联电路中等价的基尔霍夫定律. 因此介观体系中各器件与接点间是量子相干的,考虑接点问题有利于对介观体系相干输运更为深入的研究. 关键词: 相干输运 接点 介观体系  相似文献

采用模匹配方法,研究了非均匀磁场下开放的四端量子波导中的电子输运性质. 结果表明,从一端入射的电子可以透射到两个与之垂直的输出端和一个与之平行的输出端. 在没有外加磁场的情况下,两个垂直输出端的输运概率是相同的,但垂直端与水平端的输运概率不同;在外加磁场下,由于磁边缘态效应,两个垂直输出端的输运概率也有着相当大的差别. 通过施加不同的磁场,我们能获得丰富的电子输运结构,如台阶,宽谷,尖峰等;通过调节磁场的大小和比例以及结构参数可控制该量子结构在各输出端的输运概率. 关键词: 电子输运 介观体系 磁效应  相似文献

We report on calculation of spin-dependent thermal transport through a quantum ring with the Rashba spin-orbit interaction. The quantum ring is connected to two electron reservoirs with different temperatures. Tuning the Rashba coupling constant, degenerate energy states are formed leading to a suppression of the heat and thermoelectric currents. In addition, the quantum ring is coupled to a photon cavity with a single photon mode and linearly polarized photon field. In a resonance regime, when the photon energy is approximately equal to the energy spacing between two lowest degenerate states of the ring, the polarized photon field can significantly control the heat and thermoelectric currents in the system. The roles of the number of photon initially in the cavity, and electron–photon coupling strength on spin-dependent heat and thermoelectric currents are presented.  相似文献

We theoretically investigate photo-thermoelectric transport through a quantum wire in a photon cavity coupled to electron reservoirs with different temperatures. Our approach, based on a quantum master equation, allows us to investigate the influence of a quantized photon field on the heat current and thermoelectric transport in the system. We find that the heat current through the quantum wire is influenced by the photon field resulting in a negative heat current in certain cases. The characteristics of the transport are studied by tuning the ratio, ?ωγ/kBΔT, between the photon energy, ?ωγ, and the thermal energy, kBΔT. The thermoelectric transport is enhanced by the cavity photons when kBΔT>?ωγ. By contrast, if kBΔT<?ωγ, the photon field is dominant and a suppression in the thermoelectric transport can be found in the case when the cavity-photon field is close to a resonance with the two lowest one-electron states in the system. Our approach points to a new technique to amplify thermoelectric current in nano-devices.  相似文献

运用模匹配方法和求解单电子薛定谔方程,来演示非对称T型磁量子结构的电子输运性质.结果表明,结构因子和磁势垒都能改变电子散射模数,电子输运谱因此变得复杂而丰富,散射区域出现了完全局域态和磁边缘态.在特定的结构参数和磁场强度下,能观测到宽谷、尖峰、共振透射和共振反射等电子输运现象,即可以通过调节磁场大小和结构参数来实现波矢过滤. 关键词: 介观体系 电子输运 磁效应  相似文献

A key simulation issue is the development of a dissipation formalism for the time dependent density operator equation, that is amenable to numerical methods and incorporates the role of the environment on state renormalization and dissipation. Using standard super-operator calculus, projection operators, and separating the system of interest from the reservoir, the relevant operator equation is derived. In addition, the role of the reservoir on renormalizing the energy spectrum is discussed.  相似文献

We calculate the current correlations for the steady-state electron transport through multi-level parallel quantum dots embedded in a short quantum wire, that is placed in a non-perfect photon cavity. We account for the electron–electron Coulomb interaction, and the para- and diamagnetic electron–photon interactions with a stepwise scheme of configuration interactions and truncation of the many-body Fock spaces. In the spectral density of the temporal current–current correlations we identify all the transitions, radiative and non-radiative, active in the system in order to maintain the steady state. We observe strong signs of two types of Rabi oscillations.  相似文献

考虑实际体系的梯度无序和结散射,发展格林函数矩阵分解消元方法,研究了准一维纳米线的电子输运性质. 结果表明,由于结散射,电导随能量呈现振荡行为,无序的引入破坏了电子相干性,在低无序度区平均电导呈现异常增加,呈现一个新的电导峰. 当表面存在无序但无梯度衰减时,体系的平均电导随无序度增强先减后增,出现类局域-退局域性转变. 当表面无序线性衰减时,平均电导在强无序区稍有增加,而当表面无序高斯型衰减时,平均电导指数衰减,类局域-退局域性转变消失,不同于以前的理论预言. 研究结果对准一维纳米线电子器件的结构设计和应用有指导作用. 关键词: 准一维纳米线 梯度无序 电子输运  相似文献

基于变形单壁碳纳米管能量色散关系,计算了碳纳米管最低导带的电子速度及有效质量随形变系数变化的各种曲线,以此推测碳纳米管输运性质的稳定性问题.计算结果表明:对于特定类型的碳纳米管,只当其形变发生在某特定方向、且处于低形变(形变系数ε≤002 )区时,电子平均速度vmean及平均有效质量m*mean随形变改变才会很小(相对改变量≤2%),这意味着此时的碳纳米管低偏压电子输运性能是基本稳定的.而其他形变情形,电子平均速度vmean或电子平均有效质量m*mean或两者随形变变化明显,甚至有跃变,这意味着其低偏压电子输运性能是不稳定的,甚至极不稳定. 关键词: 变形单壁碳纳米管 电子速度 电子有效质量 输运性能稳定性  相似文献

利用分子动力学方法,研究了阻尼对一维体系热传导性质的影响.研究结果表明,当体系的可积性因阻尼的引入而被破坏时,在一维谐振子晶格体系中也能够形成线性的温度分布.弱阻尼对非可积体系的温度分布和热导率的影响是一种微扰,而对于可积体系是一种性态的改变.在强阻尼条件下,由于体系能量的过度耗散,体系中呈现出凹形的温度分布和收敛的热导率. 关键词: 非线性动力学 一维体系 能量传输 阻尼  相似文献

The waiting time distribution w(τ), i.e. the probability for a delay τ between two subsequent transition (‘jumps’) of particles, is a statistical tool in (quantum) transport. Using generalized Master equations for systems coupled to external particle reservoirs, one can establish relations between w(τ) and other statistical transport quantities such as the noise spectrum and the Full Counting Statistics. It turns out that w(τ) usually contains additional information on system parameters and properties such as quantum coherence, the number of internal states, or the entropy of the current channels that participate in transport.  相似文献

Recent results on theoretical studies of heat conduction in low-dimensional systems are presented. These studies are on simple, yet non-trivial, models. Most of these are classical systems, but some quantum-mechanical work is also reported. Much of the work has been on lattice models corresponding to phononic systems, and some on hard-particle and hard-disc systems. A recently developed approach, using generalized Langevin equations and phonon Green's functions, is explained and several applications to harmonic systems are given. For interacting systems, various analytic approaches based on the Green–Kubo formula are described, and their predictions are compared with the latest results from simulation. These results indicate that for momentum-conserving systems, transport is anomalous in one and two dimensions, and the thermal conductivity κ diverges with system size L as κ ~ L α. For one-dimensional interacting systems there is strong numerical evidence for a universal exponent α = 1/3, but there is no exact proof for this so far. A brief discussion of some of the experiments on heat conduction in nanowires and nanotubes is also given.  相似文献

A Monte Carlo simulation of the concentration dependence of the fluorescence quantum yield M and emission anisotropyr M of a system containing dye molecules in the form of monomers M and clusters T (statistical pairs and trimers) playing the role of the imperfect traps for nonradiative excitation energy transfer (NET) has been carried out. The simulation has been made for determined values of Förster critical distancesR 0 MM andR 0 MT and for several values ofR 0 TM andR 0 TT , assuming that the energy may be transferred from M* to T as well as from T* to M (reverse nonradiative energy transfer, RNET). It was shown that the RNET process in the range of high concentrations may strongly change the values ofr M as well as those of M. For emission anisotropyr M an effect of repolarization was observed which decreases rapidly with increasingR 0 TM andR 0 TT . A very good agreement between the simulation results of M and the theoretical model with no adjustable parameters was found. In the model, the RNET process and influence of correlation between active molecules on energy migration among monomers were taken into account.  相似文献

在杂化密度泛函理论的基础上,利用弹性散射格林函数方法研究了烷烃硫醇系列分子的电输运性质,并同实验结果进行了比较。研究结果表明,在低的外加偏压下,烷烃硫醇分子电流值随着分子链长度的增加而指数减小,其衰减常数约为1.41/CH2,且衰减常数基本上与外加偏压值的大小无关。分子末端原子与探针的距离具有较大地自由度,不同的接触距离导致了分子的电流值有较大地差别。  相似文献

理论上研究了含stubs的Rashba自旋轨道耦合(spin-orbit coupling, SOC)量子波导系统的自旋极化输运性质. 利用晶格格林函数方法,发现由于stubs和SOC产生的势阱使系统中出现束缚态,这些束缚态与传播态之间相互干涉导致电导中出现Fano共振结构,同时在对应的自旋极化率中也出现Fano共振或反共振结构. 此外,由于系统结构的突变使电子被反向散射和量子干涉效应,电导中出现一系列的共振峰. 但是,当系统加上外磁场后,所有这些效应都被抑制, 系统重新出现量子化电导, 同时自旋电导也出 关键词: 量子波导 自旋极化输运 自旋轨道耦合  相似文献

在第一性原理基础上,利用弹性散射格林函数方法,研究了六元杂环分子结2,5-哒嗪二硫酚 、2,5-吡嗪二硫酚和2,5-嘧啶二硫酚的电子输运特性,分析了终端原子的选取对杂环分子吡 啶电学特性的影响. 利用分子前线轨道理论和微扰方法定量地确定了分子与金属的相互作用 能参数. 计算结果表明,2,5-哒嗪二硫酚具有较好的电学特性,而2,5-嘧啶二硫酚在外加电 压较低时电导值比较小. 对于吡啶分子,选取硒原子作为终端原子时,其导电特性优于分别 以氧原子和硫原子作为终端原子的情况. 关键词: 六元杂环分子 伏安特性 电子输运 分子电子学  相似文献

在第一性原理基础上,理论研究了苯环上含有不同取代物的四个联苯分子的电输运特性.计算结果表明,当苯环上的氢被取代时,联苯分子的两个苯环之间的扭转角增大.分子结的电导随苯环间扭转角的增加而减少,且电导值与扭转角余弦平方成线性关系.在低偏压下,分子结的电输运机制是电子通过π轨道的隧穿过程.计算结果与实验结果符合的较好.  相似文献
