Summary p-Benzoquinone (1) reacts with dialkylamines2a-d to 2-dialkylamino-p-benzoquinones3, 2,5-bis-dialkylamino-p-benzoquinones4, 2-dialkylamino-8-hydroxydibenzofuran-1,4-quinones5, and in pyridine also to 2-dialkylamino-5-p-hydroxy-phenoxy-p-benzoquinones6. A method affording almost exclusively3 has been developed which is also applicable to compounds2e-h.

用普通溶液法合成了4个配合物:[Cu(Ts-p-aba)2(phen)(H2O)]n1)、[Zn(Ts-p-aba)2(phen)(H2O)]·H2O(2)、[Pb(Ts-p-aba)2(phen)]2(3)和{[Pb(Ts-p-aba)(phen)(NO3)](DMF)}n(4)(Ts-p-aba=N-对甲苯磺酰对氨基苯甲酸,phen=菲咯啉,DMF=N,N-二甲基甲酰胺)。X-射线单晶衍射结果表明:配合物12均为三斜晶系,P1空间群。配合物1的中心铜离子处于变形的八面体配位环境,并通过配体N-对甲苯磺酰对氨基苯甲酸扩展为一维直线链结构;配合物2是个单核分子,锌离子的配位多面体为四角锥体。配合物34均为单斜晶系,P21/c空间群。配合物3由配体N-对甲苯磺酰对氨基苯甲酸桥联成二聚体,铅离子处于变形的八面体配位环境;配合物4是具有一维链状结构的配位聚合物,铅离子处于变形的一面心八面体配位环境。另外,对4个配合物的热稳定性、电化学性能和荧光性质也进行了研究。  相似文献

从麝香草(Thymus vulgaris L)的甲醇萃取物中分离出三个单萜配糖物. 用核磁共振光谱确定了它们的结构为对伞花-9-基-β-D-葡糖苷(1), 5-β-D-葡糖苷百里氢醌(2)和2-β-D-葡糖苷百里氢醌(3). 其中1是新化合物, 用以对伞花-9-醇为原料的对映体选择性合成方法确定了化合物1的8位的立体化学为R型.  相似文献

The synthesis and properties of [Ph 2 p-TolSi]2, [Ph 2 p-TolSi]2SiPh 2, [Ph 3 Si]2Si(p-Tol)2, [Ph 2 p-TolSi]2Si(p-Tol)2 and (SiPh 3)2SiH2 are described. The silanes are identified using IR,Ra- and29Si-NMR-spectroscopy.

The low-temperature addition of tertiary phosphites to [(allyl)Fe (CO)4]+X? complexes proceeds regio- and stereospecifically and produces metal-coordinated β-olefinic trialkoxyphosphonium ions. These can be converted by various routes into the uncomplexed phosphonium salts or phosphonates. Similar reactions of acyclic [(dienyl)Fe(CO)3]+X? compounds give metal-coordinated (2,4-dien-1-yl)trialkoxyphosphonium salts or dialkyl (2,4-dien-1-yl)phosphonates. The mechanisms and their relationship to the classical Michaelis-Arbuzov reaction are discussed. The new compounds are characterized, if possible, by 1H-, 13C-, and 31P-NMR spectra. The new phosphonium salts and phosphonates, potentially useful for Wittig-Horner reactions, are difficult to obtain by conventional routes.  相似文献

2-p-Chlorobenzoylmethylene-5-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-3-furanone reacts with arylamines orN-arylideneamines to form the products of ring opening, 1,6-diaryl-1-arylamino-4-hydroxy-1,4-hexadiene-3,6-diones. The reaction of 5-aryl-2-p-chlorobenzoylmethylene-2,3-dihydro-3-furanones witho-aminophenol afforded 3-p-chlorobenzoylmethylene-3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[b]-1,4-oxazin-2-one. Nucleophilic attack of amines is directed either to electrophilic centers at the C(5) and C(2) atoms or to the carbonyl group of the 2-phenacylidene substituent of the 3-oxofuran ring. 1-(3, 4-Diethoxybenzyl)-6, 7-diethoxy-3, 4-dihydroisoquinoline (drotaverine, 1a) reacts with p-benzoquinone (2) and p-naphthoquinone (3) in nitromethane or during fusion to give 5-(3, 4-diethoxyphenyl)-7, 8-diethoxy-3-hydroxy-5a, 10, 11, 12-tetrahydroindolo[2, 1-a]isoquinoline (4) and 7-(3, 4-diethoxyphenyl)-9, 10-diethoxy-5-hydroxy-7a, 12, 13, 14-tetrahydrobenz[g]indolo[2, 1-a]isoquinoline (5), respectively. Compounds 4 and 5 are smoothly alkylated at the oxygen atom in the presence of bases. The structure of one alkylation product, viz., 3-allyloxy-5-(3, 4-diethoxyphenyl)-7, 8-diethoxy-5a, 10, 11, 12-tetrahydroindolo[2, 1-a]isoquinoline, was established by X-ray diffraction analysis.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The copper(II) complex [Cu(p-Tdp)(H2O)2]·2H2O, where p-Tdp is the anion of p-toluidine-N,N-di-3-propionic acid (or N,N-di(2-carboxyethyl)-p-toluidine), has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction. Three crystallographically independent [Cu(p-Tdp)(H2O)2] molecules have a similar structure. The Cu atoms have a square pyramidal environment (4+1) with a small trigonal bipyramidal distortion. The ortho-H atom of the benzene ring blocks up the sixth coordination position of the Cu polyhedron. The basal plane is formed by the donor atoms of the tridentate ligand and by the water molecule (average bond length Cu---N 2.03, Cu---O 1.93, Cu---Ow 2.00 Å), the apex is occupied by another water molecule (Cu---Ow 2.27 Å). The Cu atoms are located 0.20–0.30 Å out of the mean planes of the four basal atoms towards the apical Ow atom. The IR and electronic absorption spectra of p-Tdp and the title compound have been described. UV–Vis reflectance spectra shows that the complex has the same square pyramidal geometry in the crystal state and in solution. The protonation constants of the ligand log K1=6.87(2), log K2=3.75(2), log K3=2.57(2) and stability constants log KCuH(p-Tdp)=2.13(5), log KCu(p-Tdp)=6.38(3) were determined by pH-titration at 25.0 °C and I=0.1 M KNO3.  相似文献

Summary Thep-benzoquinones5e-j react with diazomethane (after dehydrogenation) to 6-anilino-2e, dimethylamino-2h, phenylthio-2i, and methylthioindazolquinone2j. Methylation with dimethylsulfate of these as well as of the already known indazolquinones 6-toluidino-2f, 6-methylanilino-2g, 5-tert.butyl-2m, 5,6-methyl- (isomer mixture)2l,n, and benz-indazolquinone2o yield the 1-and 2-N-methyl derivatives3 and4. The structure of the 2-methyl derivatives is established by reaction of the corresponding benzoquinones with 3-methylsydnon in the case of4e,4g. UV/VIS-, IR- and1H-NMR-spectroscopy (in CDCl3 andDMSO) were used for structure determination. Comparison of the UV/VIS-spectra of2–4 shows that the indazolquinones are existing as 2 H-4,7-diones. For the structure elucidation of the 1- rs. 2-methylderivatives (whichh can be attributed to the methylation products) NMR-spectroscopy is well suited even without knowing the second isomer (solvent-effect). The course of the reaction of quinones with diazomethane and of the methylation reactions of the indazolquinones is discussed.

The reaction of [(η 6-p-cymene)Ru(μCl)2Cl2] with functionalized phosphine viz, diphenyl-2-pyridylphosphine yielded complexes of the type: (a) P-bonded complex [(η 6-p-cymene)RuCl2(PPh2Py)] (1), (b) P-, N-chelated complex [(η 6-p-cymene)RuCl-(PPh2Py)]BF4 (2) and [RuCl2(PPh2Py)2] (3) resulting from the displacement of thep-cymene ligand. These complexes were characterized by1H NMR,31P NMR and analytical data. The structures of complexes1 and2 have been confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction study. Complex1 crystallised in triclinic space groupP 1 witha = 10.9403 (3) ?,b= 13.3108 (3) ?,c= 10-5394 (10) ?, α=88.943 (2)°, β = 117.193 (2)°, γ= 113.1680 (10)°, Z=2 andV= 1230.39 (5) ?3. An improved efficient synthesis of α-amino phosphonates has been discovered by the reaction of N-benzyloxycarbonylamino sulfones with dialkyl trimethyl silyl phosphites in the presence of FeCl3 as a catalyst. The products were formed in high yields (86–94%) within 2–4?h. The catalyst is inexpensive, easily available, and highly active. The unreacted dialkyl trimetyl silyl phosphites can easily be removed from the products due to their low boiling points. The sulfones can conveniently be prepared and are generally stable.  相似文献

Two novel N-(2-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazol-5-yl)-N′-(4-substituted-arylacetyl) urea compounds have been synthesized, characterized by NMR and MS, and used as self-assembly reagents to form self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) on Pt electrodes. The modified electrodes were characterized by electrochemical methods. The electrochemical behavior of p-benzenediol at the SAMs electrodes was investigated. It was found that the electrochemical response to p-benzenediol is controlled by diffusion and can be electrocatalyzed to obtain more symmetrical redox peaks and higher voltammetric current response at the SAMs electrodes, with a peak separation of 80 mV. For p-benzenediol the process at the SAMs electrodes is quasi-reversible with a rate constant of 0.6742 s−1. The SAMs electrodes have been used to determine p-benzenediol by differential pulse voltammetry. The peak current was linear for concentrations of p-benzenediol in the range 1×10−7−5×10−4 mol L−1 and the detection limit was 4.0×10−8 mol L−1. The SAMs electrodes were used to determine p-benzenediol in real photographic developer and in a synthetic waste water sample; the standard addition recovery was in the range 96.6–100.4%.   相似文献

It is demonstrated that the introduction of p-tert-butyl groups dramatically influences the conformational behaviour of the mercaptothiacalix[4]arene molecules. Quantum-chemical computations in combination with IR and NMR spectroscopy prove that, in contrast to closely related calixarenes, the 1,3-alternate becomes a dominant conformer of p-tert-butyl-mercaptothiacalix[4]arene not only in crystal, but also in solutions and in vacuum. It is shown that the title molecules form essentially non-cooperative intramolecular hydrogen bonds: their SH groups are intramolecularly H-bonded solely to the sulfide groups bridging thiophenolic units. The enthalpy of this bonding, evaluated from Iogansen’s rule, amounts to ca. 1.5 kcal mol−1 per one SH···S bond, which about four times smaller than the enthalpies of cooperative intramolecular H-bonds formed by related calixarenes and thiacalixarenes. The alkylation of ethylbenzene witht-butyl alcohol was studied over Al-MCM-41 (Si/Al = 50 and 90) and Al, Mg-MCM-41 (Si/(Al+Mg) = 50) in the vapour phase from 200 to 400°C. The products werep-t-butylethylbenzene (p-t-BEB),p-t- butylvinylbenzene (p-t-BVB) andm-t-butylethylbenzene (m-t-BEB). Ethylbenzene conversion decreased with increase in temperature and increase in the ethylbenzene content of the feed. The reaction between the freely diffusing ethylbenzene in the channel and thet-butyl cations remaining as charge compensating ions yieldedp-t- BEB.p-t-BVB, an unexpected product in this investigation, was produced by dehydrogenation ofp-t-BEB over alumina particles present in the channels of the molecular sieves. Adsorption of ethylbenzene on Br?nsted acid sites and its subsequent reaction with very closely adsorbedt-butyl cations proved to be necessary to obtainm-t-BEB. Thoughm-t-BEB was obtained, the correspondingm-t-butylvinylbenzene was not observed in this study. Study of time durations indicated rapid and slow catalyst deactivation at lower and higher streams respectively.  相似文献

New complexes CuL2×2H2O, CoL2×3H2O, MnL2×2H2O and FeL3×2H2O, L=γ-L -glutamyl-5-(p-nitroanilide), were synthesized and characterized by their spectral, magnetic and thermal properties. The thermal stabilities of the synthesized complexes were examined in the temperature range 20–500°C. In all these complexes γ-L -glutamyl-5-(p -nitroanilide) acts as a bidentate ligand, its coordination involving the carbonyl oxygen and the nitrogen atom of the second amino group. The local structure around the Cu(II) ion is pseudotetrahedral. In the Co(II), Mn(II) and Fe(III) complexes, the metal ions are in the high-spin form, with octahedral stereochemistry. 在可见光照射下,以乙二醇(EG)作为还原剂和稳定剂,在多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)上一步合成了铂纳米颗粒,成功制备Pt/MWCNTs复合材料,并通过p-硝基苯酚(p-NP)的催化还原反应研究了Pt/MWCNTs的催化性能。用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对所制备材料的形貌和晶体结构进行了表征。实验结果显示,可见光照射促进了EG水溶液中[PtCl4]2-前驱体的水解。通过金属界面的电子效应,铂前驱体被还原成了均匀分散的平均直径2.1 nm的超小颗粒Pt(Pt ultra-small particles,Pt UPs)。所制备的Pt/MWCNTs能有效地催化p-NP还原为p-氨基苯酚(p-AP),表现出较高的催化性能,其表观速率常数为0.25 min-1。Pt/MWCNTs多次使用后没有显著的活性损失,显示出了良好的稳定性。上述实验结果证明,除了传统的紫外光照射等手段以外,可见光照射也同样是制备铂金属催化剂非常有效的方法。而且,催化剂的形貌控制也完全可以通过简单而非复杂的实验条件加以实现。  相似文献

Summary. The 1,3-dipolar intermediates generated by addition of isoquinoline, to dialkyl acetylenedicaboxylates are trapped by N-alkylisatins to produce dialkyl 1,2-dihydro-2-oxo-1-alkylspiro[3H-indol-3,2′-[2H,11bH][1,3]oxazino[2,3-a]isoquinoline]-3′,4′-dicarboxylates in excellent yields. The reaction of isoquinoline, quinoline, or pyridine with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate in the presence of ninhydrin led to dimethyl 1,2-dihydro-1,3-dioxospiro[3H-indene-3,2′-[2H,11bH][1,3]oxazino[2,3-a]isoquinoline]-3′,4′-dicarboxylate, dimethyl 1,2-dihydro-1,3-dioxospiro[3H-indene-3,3′[3H,4aH][1,3]oxazino[3,2-a]quinoline]-1,2-dicarboxylate, or dimethyl 1,2-dihydro-1,3-dioxospiro[3H-indene-3,2′-[2H,9aH]pyrido[2,1-b][1,3]oxazino]-3,4-dicarboxylate.  相似文献
