The interaction of 2,3-dimethyl-4-oxo-1,3-benzoxazinium and 2-[β-(4-bromophenylvinyl)]-3-methyl-4-oxo-1,3-benzoxazinium perchlorates with hydrazine hydrate has afforded the corresponding triazoles that have been used as ligands for the synthesis of zinc complexes L2Zn. Luminescent properties of the prepared complexes have been studied.

Reduction of 4-oxo-1,3-benzoxazinium perchlorates with sodium borohydride depending on the structure of starting salt and the reaction conditions leads to different products. 2-Alkyl- and 2-phenylsubstituted salts react with sodium borohydride to give 2,3-dihydro-4-oxo-1,3-benzoxazines. 2-Arylvinyl- and 2-heterylvinyl-substituted perchlorates either form 4-oxo-1,3-benzoxazines or undergo hydrogenation to arylor heterylethyldihydrobenzoxazinones.  相似文献

Sovomercuration adducts of 2-nitrobenzyl-, 2-nitro-4,5-(ethylenedioxy)benzyl-, and 4,5-dimethoxy-2-nitrobenzylcyclopropanes were synthesized. The adducts reacted with sulfuric, fluorosulfonic, or chlorosulfonic acid to give 3-(2-chloromercurio)ethyl-1-oxo-3,4-dihydro-1H-2,1-benzoxazinium ions whose stability depended on the nature of substituents in the aromatic ring. Unstable metalated 1-oxo-3,4-dihydro-1H-2,1-benzoxazinium ions underwent fast protodemercuration to form metal-free 3-ethyl-1-oxo-3,4-dihydro-1H-2,1-benzoxazinium ions. Stable analogs in the above acids did not change to an appreciable extent over a period of 48–72 h. Hydrolysis of stable metalated 1-oxo-1,3-dihydro-2,1-benzoxazolium ions afforded only 4-chloromercurio-1-(2-nitroaryl)butan-2-ol.  相似文献

New spiropyrans of the 4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,3-benzoxazine series, individual representatives of which have photochromic properties, were obtained by condensation of 2-alkyl-4-oxo-1,3-benzoxazinium perchlorates with aromatic o-hydroxy aldehydes in acetic acid and subsequent treatment of the 2-(o-hydroxystyryl) derivatives with pyridine or triethylamine. Recyclization of 4-oxo-1,3-benzoxazinium perchlorates by the action of benzothiazolylhydrazine gave previously unknown benzothiazolyl-substituted 1,2,4-triazoles that attract interest as potential biologically active substances. A method was developed for the synthesis of 4-oxo-(-ethoxyvinyl)-4H-1,3-benzoxazinium salts by condensation of oxo-2-alkylbenzoxazinium salts by condensation of oxo-2-alkylbenzoxazinium salts with ethyl orthoformate. During hydrolysis and aminolysis, attack of the nucleophile is directed to the -carbon atom of the benzoxazinium salts. The reaction of 4-oxo-2-(2-oxo-1,2-dihydroindol-3-ylidene)hydrazone-1,3-thiazin-6-methyl carboxylate 2 with hydrazine hydrate in methanol gave 4-oxo-2-(2-oxo-1,2-dihydroindol-3-ylidene)hydrazone-1,3-thiazin-6-carbonylhydrazine 3. The reaction of 2-aryl-4-hydroxy-6-oxo-1,3-thiazines with Vilsmeier's reagent results in the formation of a mixture of 2-aryl-6-oxo-4-chloro-1,3-thiazines and their 5-formyl analogs. Reactions involving the nucleophilic replacement of the halogen and nucleophilic addition to an aldehydic group have been studied. Sodium salts of 2, 2-dimethyl-4-mercapto-5-oxo-1,3-thiazoline and 2-oxo-3-mercapto-1-thia-4-azaspiro[4.5]dec-3-ene, obtained from a solvate of sodium cyanodithioformate with three molecules of dimethylformamide, acetone, or cyclohexanone in the presence of morpholine, react with chlorothioformic dimethylamide with the formation of 2,2-dimethyl-5-oxo-4-(dimethylaminothiocarbonylthio)-1,3-thiazoline and 2-oxo-3-(dimethylaminothiocarbonylthio)-1-thia-4-azaspiro[4.5]dec-3-ene, respectively, and during acidolysis by hydrochloric acid they are converted to 2,2-dimethyl-5-oxo-4-thiono-1,3-thiazolidine and 2-oxo-3-thiono-1-thia-4-azaspiro[4.5]decane. The latter compounds are facilely phosphorylated by dialkyl chlorophosphonates at the nitrogen atom. The N-oxide of N-(4-nitrobenzylidene)-2-cyclopropylaniline is converted by the action of strong acids into the corresponding 2,1-benzoxazinium derivative. Under identical conditions the N-oxide of N-(4-nitrobenzylidene)-2-cyclopropylmethylaniline forms the corresponding 2,1-benzoxazinium and 2,1-benzoxazepinium salts in a ratio of 1 : 2. The 2,1-benzoxazepinium ions are thermodynamically less stable and are isomerized with time into 2,1-benzoxazinium ions. Treatment of 2,1-benzoxazinium salts with hydrobromic acid solution and subsequent neutralization leads to o-(2-hydroxyalkyl)anilines and p-nitrobenzaldehyde. The effect of the nature of the ortho substituent on the direction of the conversions of the corresponding arylcyclopropanes is discussed.  相似文献

Also, 4-{2-[5,7-dimethyl-2-(phenylamino)(7a-hydropyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-3-yl](1,-thiazol-4-yl)}-2,3-dimethyl-1-phenyl-3-pyrazolin-5-one derivatives were synthesized via reaction of 4-{2-[5-amino-3-(phenylamino)pyrazolin-4-yl](1,3-thiazol-2-yl)}-2,3-dimethyl-1-phenyl-3-pyrazolin-5-one with β-diketone or β-keto ester. All synthesized compound were established by elemental analysis, spectral data, and alternative synthesis whenever possible.  相似文献

The syntheses and polymerizations of (2-oxo-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl)methyl acrylate, 4-(2-oxo-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl)methyl itaconate, and (2-oxo-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl)methyl maleate are described. Reactivity ratios in the copolymerization of these monomers with other comonomers are reported and the Alfrey-Price Q and e values calculated. The post-polymerization effects of ultraviolet light and heat on these polymers and copolymers are presented and compared to those for similar polymers containing the 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dixolane groups, which performs as an internal ultraviolet sensitizer. The 2-oxo derivatives are crosslinked thermally but not by ultraviolet light. The crosslinking reaction can be catalyzed by acids, bases, and salts.  相似文献

通过环己二酮与β-二腈基苯乙烯的Michael加成得到2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基-5-氧代-1,4,5,6,7,8-六氢喹啉(1); 4-苯基六氢喹啉(1a)与环己二酮发生胺的加成缩合反应生成2-N-(3-氧代-1-环己烯基)氨基-3-氰基-4-苯基-5-氧代-1,4,5,6,7,8-六氢喹啉(2), 在碱性和氯化亚铜催化下进一步环合成4-苯基-5-氨基-二-(2-氧代环己烷)并[b,g]-1,3-二氢萘啶(3). 芳醛、α-萘胺和环己二酮在乙醇中共回流, 则一锅法完成9-芳基-5,6,7,8,9,10-六氢苯并[c]吖啶酮(4)的合成. 对合成中所涉及的化学反应机理进行了尝试性的讨论. 新化合物1a~4c均经IR, 1H NMR 及元素分析证明其结构.  相似文献
