The title complexes were obtained by the reactions of bis(2,4-pentanedionato)oxovanadium VO(Acac)_2 and m-nitrophenylhydrazide m-NO_2PhCONHNH_2 in the media EtOH and MeOH respectively. The compound (Ⅰ) crystallizes in the space group PT with unit cell dimensions a=8.123(2), b=10.409(5), c=10.822(4), α=65.78(3)°, β=85.50(3)°,γ=89.04(3)°. The compound (Ⅱ) crystallizes in the space group P2_1/a with unit cell dimensions a=7.745(2), b=19.164(5), c=10.787(4), β=107.87(2)°. The resuhs of structural analyses show that the two compounds have the same characteristics: the tridentate ligand formed by condensation occupies three of the four equatorial positions of vanadium and the rest equatorial position is occupied by alkoxy group RO~-. As RO~-group also bridges the sixth coordinated position of each vanadium atom, it brings about the formation of the new type binuclear complexes of vanadium.  相似文献

N-4-(bromobutanoyl)-N'-(o-, m- and p-tolyl)thioureas 3a, 3b and 3c respectively, were synthesized by the reaction of 4-bromobutanoylisothiocyanate with p-, m- and o-toludine. The products were characterized by IR, and NMR spectroscopic techniques. The two carbonoylthiourea isomers N-(4-bromobutanoyl)-N'-(3-methylphenyl)thiourea(3b) and N-(4-bromobutanoyl)-N'-(4-methylphenyl)thiourea(3c) were obtained in crystalline form by recrystallization from DMSO. Xray crystallographic studies showed that both compounds 3b and 3c crystallize in triclinic system with space group of P1. The molecules adopt trans-cis configuration with respect to the positions of 4-bromobutanoyl and tolyl groups respectively, against the thiono C=S bond across their C–N bonds. The configuration is attributed by the intrahydrogen bond between the carbonyl oxygen and amide hydrogen atoms. Both crystal structures are stabilized by N–H···S intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form dimers and arranged along the b axis.  相似文献

The title compound,2,6-bis(2-pyridinylmethyl)-3,5-bis(2-hydroxyl-5-chlorophe nyl)-pyrazine(C26H12Cl2N4O2C2H8O2,Mr=551.41),has been synthesized and characterized by LC-ESIMS,NMR,UV and IR spectroscopy as well as by X-ray single-crystal diffraction.The compound behaves as a substituted pyrazine.The hydrogen atoms on C(2) and C(3) are substituted by 2-pyridinyl,whereas those on C(1) and C(4) are substituted by 2-hydroxyl-5-chlorophenyl.It crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a=8.9433(12),b=32.003(4),c=10.5209(18),β=111.199(2)°,V=2807.5(7)3,Z=4,Dc=1.305 mg/m3,F(000)=1144 and μ=0.094 mm-1.A total of 13235 reflections were collected in the range of 2.17~25.01o by using a phi and omega scan mode,of which 4923 were unique(Rint=0.0692) and 2872 observed reflections with Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ) were used in the structure solution and refinement.  相似文献

The single crystal of title compound was obtained in the solution of DMF and CH3OH under the radiation of IR lamp. The crystallographic parameters obtained are as follows: trigonal system, space group P 31C, Z=4, a=b=1.0008(2) nm, c=2. 4011 nm; final R=0. 099, Rw = 0. 092. The properties of title compound were characterized by IR, UV, EPR, XPS and CV measurements.  相似文献

The title Schiff base compound (C11H8N4O), a derivative of pyrazole, has been synthesized by the reaction of salicylaldehyde and 3-amino-4-cyanopyrazole in absolute ethanol and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, ^1H NMR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/n, with a = 7.5594(7), b = 18.3342(19), c = 22.461(2) A^°, β = 98.419(2)°, V = 3079.5(5) A^°3, Mr = 212.21, Z = 12, F(000) = 1320, Dc = 1.373 g/cm^3, T = 298(2) K, 2 = 0.71073 A^°, the final R = 0.0571 and wR = 0.0493. A total of 5412 unique reflections were collected, of which 1612 with I 〉 2σ(I) were observed. The molecular structure adopts a trans configuration about the C=N double bond. The preliminary biological tests show that the compound has high antibacterial activities.  相似文献

Two new hydrazone compounds,N'-(5-hydroxy-2-nitrobenzylidene)-4-dimethyl-aminobenzohydrazide methanol solvate (1) and 2-fluoro-N'-(5-hydroxy-2-nitrobenzylidene)benzo-hydrazide (2),have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectra,1H NMR,and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a=11.571(3),b=12.420(3),c=12.360(2) ?,β=97.495(2)°,V=1761.1(7) 3,Z=4,R=0.0735 and wR=0.1344.Compound 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P with a=7.551(3),b=8.254(3),c=11.365(2) ?,α=79.352(2),β=76.154(2),γ=71.624(2)°,V=648.2(4) 3,Z=2,R=0.0393 and wR=0.1008.The hydrazone molecules of the compounds display E configurations with respect to the C=N double bonds.In the crystal structure of 1,the hydrazone molecules are linked by methanol molecules through N-H…O,O-H…N and O-H…O hydrogen bonds,forming chains running along the c axis.In the crystal structure of 2,molecules are linked through N-H…O and O-H…O hydrogen bonds,forming ribbons running along the b axis.The preliminary antimicrobial activities were studied.  相似文献

The intensity data of the title complex were collected at a low temperature of -90℃. Thecompound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2_1/n, a = 17.504(2), b = 27.323 (5),c = 21 .616(4)A, β= 104.49 (2)°, Z=4. The structure was solved by Patterson and Fouriertechniques and refined by least- squares to an R = 0.088 for 8320 independent reflections.The central Pr ion is bonded to eight oxygen atoms from two molybdosilicic heteropolyligands to form a square antiprism. The Pr- O average distance is 2.44 (2)A. Both molyb-dosilicic heteropoly ligands are of a defective α- Keggin structure.  相似文献

The title compound 2-amino-4-chloro-5-(4-methylbenzyl)-6-methylpyrimidine (C26H28Cl2N6, Mr = 495.44) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 14.892(7), b = 6.129(3), c = 14.889(7) , β = 109.795(8)°, V = 1278.7(10) 3, Z = 2, F(000) = 520, Dc = 1.287 g/cm3, μ = 0.280 mm-1, the final R = 0.0577 and wR = 0.1589 for 1357 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). A total of 6091 reflections were collected, of which 2257 were independent (Rint = 0.033). The X-ray analysis reveals that the chlorine atom and methyl of the title compound are disordered.  相似文献

The new title compound N-(5-(4-chloro-2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)furan-2-carbon-yl)- N'-(4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)thiourea (C19H14C1F3N4O2S) has been synthesized, and its crystal structure and biological behaviors were studied. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 7.932(5), b = 33.46(2), c = 7.556(5) A, β = 98.058(9)°, V = 1986(2) A^3 Mr = 454.85, Z = 4, Dc = 1.521 g/cm^3, μ = 0.349 mm^-1 and F(000) = 928. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.0724 and wR= 0.1429 for 3494 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Intermolecular hydrogen bonds along the b axis together with the continuous π-π interactions construct the three-dimensional architecture of the title compound. The preliminary biological tests show definite herbicidalactivity for the title compound.  相似文献

以(S)-2-氨基丙醇为手性源与α-溴-3-氯苯丙酮反应, (R)-2-氨基丙醇为手性源与6-甲氧基-2-(2-溴丙酰基)萘反应, 分别合成了手性纯化合物(2R,3R,5S)-3,5-二甲基-2-(3-氯苯基)-2-吗啉醇盐酸盐(4a)和(2S,3S,5R)-3,5-二甲基-2-(6-甲氧基-2-萘基)-2-吗啉醇盐酸盐(4b), 利用X射线单晶衍射仪测定了两化合物的晶体结构和两化合物的空间结构, 并初步分析两化合物空间结构, 化合物4a晶体属正交晶系, 空间群为P21212, 晶胞参数为: a=0.8718(2) nm, b=0.7883(2) nm, c=2.0247(6) nm, Z=4, V=1.3915(7) nm3, Dc=1.328 g/cm3, F(000)=584, R1=0.0399, wR2=0.0797, S=1.042. 化合物4b晶体属正交晶系, 空间群为P212121, 晶胞参数为: a=0.71035 (9) nm, b=0.77703(10) nm, c=2.9820(4) nm, Z=4, V=1.6318(4) nm3, Dc=1.318 g/cm3, F(000)=688, R1=0.0520, wR2=0.1108, S=0.994.  相似文献

由2-(1,2-亚乙二硫)亚甲基-3-羰基-5-芳基-4-戊烯酸与三苯基氢氧化锡反应,合成了九个标题化合物3。用X射线衍射法测定了3b的晶体结构。该晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P1,a=0.9074(2)nm,b=1.6809(3)nm,c=2.1834(4)nm,α=77.57(3)ⅲ,β=88.04(3)ⅲ,γ=89.47(3)ⅲ,V=3.2503nm^3,Z=2;R=0.0592。由锡氧原子间距离可推测,该晶体中羧酸根作为双齿配体与锡原子形成了分子内五配位结构。  相似文献

The closo-[B12H12-n(OH)n]2- (n = 1-4) ions have been synthesized by the reaction of cesium dodecahydro-closo-dodecaborate(2-), Cs21, with aqueous sulfuric acid. Variation of the reaction temperature, time, and acid concentration results in the stepwise introduction of from one to four hydroxyl groups. Each individual hydroxylation step proceeds regioselectively, affording only one isomer per step. Further substitution of the hydroxylated cluster preferentially takes place at a B-H vertex meta to a B-OH vertex. The closo-[B12H12-n(OH)n]2- (n = 1-4) species, designated 2-5, respectively, are characterized by one- and two-dimensional 11B NMR spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, and high-resolution fast atom bombardment (FAB) mass spectrometry. A rationale that qualitatively explains the influence of the hydroxyl group on the chemical shifts of the individual boron vertices is developed. Furthermore, the solid state structures of closo-[B12H11(OH)]2-, 2, and closo-1,7-[B12H10(OH)2]2-,3, are determined by X-ray diffraction. Crystallographic data are as follows: For [MePPh3](2)2, monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, a = 890.1(5) pm, b = 1814(1) pm, c = 1270.5(7) pm, beta = 101.66(2) degrees, Z = 2, R = 0.055; for [MePPh3](2)3, monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, a = 887.6(4) pm, b = 1847.2(8) pm, c = 1271.1(5) pm, beta = 101.17(1) degrees, Z = 2, R = 0.065. In addition, synthetic routes to O-derivatized species of the anions 2-5 such as closo-[B12H11(OTiCpCl2)]2-, 7, closo-1,7-[B12H10(OTiCpCl2)2]2-, 8, closo-1,7,9-[B12H9(OTiCpCl2)3]2-, 9, closo-[B12H11(OCONHPh)]2-, 10, and closo-1,7-[B12H10(OSO2Me)2]2-, 11, are described. The crystal structures of 7 and 11 are determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystallographic data are as follows: For [MePPh3](2)7, monoclinic, space group Cc, a = 2530.5(2) pm, b = 1653.3(1) pm, c = 1281.3(1) pm, beta = 118.79(2) degrees, Z = 4, R = 0.085; for [HPy](2)11, monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, a = 1550.9(8) pm, b = 993.1(5) pm, c = 1726.5(9) pm, beta = 112.36(2) degrees, Z = 4, R = 0.061.  相似文献

The new compounds (Z)-ethyl 2-cyano-2-(3H- and 2-methyl-3H-quinazoline-4-ylidene) acetate (1 and 2, respectively) were synthesized by multi-step reactions. The structures in a solution have been determined by (1)H-NMR spectroscopy and in the crystal form by X-ray analysis. Molecule 1 crystallized in a primitive monoclinic cell, space group capital ER, P2(1/c). The cell dimensions are a=7.970(6) A, b=7.061(2) A, c=20.537(7) A, beta=97.69(5) degrees , V=1145.3(10) A(3). Molecule 2 crystallized in a triclinic cell, space group P-1, the cell dimensions are a=8.196(5) A, b=8.997(6) A, c=9.435(4) A, alpha=74.22(4) degrees, beta=89.75(4) degrees , gamma=74.07(5) degrees , V=641.9(6) A(3). In both compounds the presence of intra-molecular NH---O=C hydrogen bonding between the nitrogen atom in position 3 of the quinazoline ring and a carbonyl group of the ethyl cyanoacetate residue was proven by quantum-chemical, (1)H-NMR and X-ray methods.  相似文献

3,3-Dichloro-N-p-methoxyphenyl-4-(2-phenylstryl)-2-azetidinone (C22H15Cl2NO2) was studied by X-Ray analysis, which indicated a monoclinic space group, P2(1)/c, with a = 9.619(5), b = 13.879(4), c = 14.161(5)A, beta = 100.16(3)degrees, V = 1860.8(13)A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.414 g cm(-3), micro(Mo Kalpha) = 0.366 mm(-1) and F000 = 816. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.041 for 4026 reflections [I > 2sigma(I). The beta-lactam ring (2-azetidinone) has antimicrobial affects. The substituents of the methoxyphenyl and phenyl substituents do not change the activity property of the beta-lactam ring, and the activity properties depend on the planarity of the beta-lactam ring.  相似文献

The reaction of Mn and Cd in alkali metal polythioarsenate fluxes afforded four new compounds featuring molecular anions. K(8)[Mn(2)(AsS(4))(4)] (I) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2/n with a = 9.1818(8) A, b = 8.5867(8) A, c = 20.3802(19) A, and beta = 95.095(2) degrees. Rb(8)[Mn(2)(AsS(4))(4)] (II) and Cs(8)[Mn(2)(AsS(4))(4)] (III) both crystallize in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 9.079(3) A, b = 9.197(3) A, c = 11.219(4) A, alpha = 105.958(7) degrees, beta = 103.950(5) degrees, and gamma = 92.612(6) degrees for II and a = 9.420(5) A, b = 9.559(5) A, c = 11.496(7) A, alpha = 105.606(14) degrees, beta = 102.999(12) degrees, and gamma = 92.423(14) degrees for III. The discrete dimeric [Mn(2)(AsS(4))(4)](8-) clusters in these compounds are composed of two octahedral Mn(2+) ions bridged by two [AsS(4)](3-) units and chelated each by a [AsS(4)](3-) unit. Rb(8)[Cd(2)(AsS(4))(2)(AsS(5))(2)] (IV) crystallizes in P1 with a = 9.122(2) A, b = 9.285(2) A, c = 12.400(3) A, alpha = 111.700(6) degrees, beta = 108.744 degrees, and gamma = 90.163(5) degrees. Owing to the greater size of Cd compared to Mn, the Cd centers in this compound are bridged by [AsS(5)](3-) units. The [Cd(2)(AsS(4))(4)](8-) cluster is a minor component cocrystallized in the lattice. These compounds are yellow in color and soluble in water.  相似文献
