基于振幅耦合方程,引入入射处信号脉冲与泵浦脉冲的时间差,研究了光纤中单个信号脉冲与窄泵浦脉冲的作用。将泵浦脉冲取为双曲正割形式,得到交叠因子、信号光振幅、泵浦光振幅的解析解,及信号功率沿光纤的分布。研究了长光纤中信号脉冲与多个泵浦脉冲的作用,推导出考虑插损时的信号增益。  相似文献

In this experimental work, the SBS and SRS processes were used in order to produce UV laser beams of good optical quality and short time duration. An XeCl oscillator and a double-pass amplifier with a phase-conjugate mirror via stimulated Brillouin scattering, generate the laser beam at 308 nm to pump a Raman cell. The oscillator pulse was 11 ns long, while the amplified phase-conjugate beam duration could vary from 3.3 to 1.5 ns, due to the compression operated by the Brillouin mirror. When this last laser beam was focused into a Raman cell containing methane at 30 atm, the shortest backward stimulated Raman scattering pulse at 338.4 nm was 170 ps long with 0.4 ml of energy. The 338.4-nm wavelength is interesting for the production of short bunches of cold electrons from Mg and Zn targets  相似文献

Single-pass Raman generation pumped by a mode-locked Nd:YAG laser is investigated for long-span and low-loss fibres. The peak wavelength of the first Stokes jumps dramatically from 1.114 ?m to 1.12 ?m at 1.65 W average input power. The first Stokes increases rapidly between the inputs of 1.65 W and 2.1 W. These characteristics of single-pass stimulated Raman scattering are discussed in terms of group velocity matching.  相似文献

The output of a picosecond cascade-pumped controlled transient oscillation (CTO) dye laser has been amplified to the millijoule level. Single-mode operation and frequency selection with a spectral width of 0.2 nm were achieved by using an angle-tuned narrow-band interference filter. A plasma shutter was employed as a pulse clean-up device for these high-power laser pulses. This device had a transmission of 86 percent and provided background-free operation for the laser system. Sychronizable output pulses with an energy of 2 mJ and a duration of 20 ps at 10 pps were routinely produced. The gain of the amplifier chain was about7.5 times 10^{4}.  相似文献

We report an efficient CW far-off-resonance Raman laser in H/sub 2/ gas pumped by an injection-locked broad-area diode laser. The pump wavelength 794 nm is Raman shifted to the Stokes wavelength 1185 nm. The total output Stokes power reaches 21.6/spl plusmn/0.5 mW and the photon conversion efficiency reaches (74/spl plusmn/10)%.  相似文献

对半导体侧面泵浦Nd:YAG准连续高功率紫外激光器进行实验研究,首次采用新颖谐振腔型对基波进行非线性转换获得稳定的355nm紫外激光输出.在主谐振腔中,3列相互呈120°放置的激光二极管线阵对中心处直径3mm的Nd:YAG晶体棒进行连续泵浦,实现了1064nm基频光稳定振荡;在子腔中,使用对基频光双程倍频双程和频的方法提高转换效率,实现了高功率准连续355nm紫外激光单向稳定输出;实验使用角度调谐的Ⅰ类相位匹配LB0晶体与Ⅱ类相位匹配LBO晶体,当调制频率5.4kHz时,355nm紫外激光最高平均输出功率1.89W,脉冲宽度小于65ns,1h内输出功率抖动低于7%.  相似文献

采用连续LD端面抽运,腔内插入Cr+4:YAG,KTP和LBO等晶体,并采用自孔径选模,获得较好光束质量的准连续紫外激光输出。在抽运功率12W的条件下,紫外激光输出功率约50mW,重复频率10kHz,近场光斑显示获得近似基模的355nm紫外激光。  相似文献

本文介绍一种用Nd:YAG双锁模的倍频脉冲序列,同步泵浦以曲率半径R=2m的凹面光栅所组成的染料激光器,实现了高功率可调谐的微微秒染料激光输出。用条纹照相机对同步泵浦锁模激光系统中各部分的输出特性进行了实验研究和测试。  相似文献
