The synthesis and characterization of a series of novel comb-like polymethacrylates bearingheterocyclic azo group and mesogenic group are described. The thermal properties of the polymers such asthermal stability and phase transition behavior were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis, differentialthermal analysis and polarizing optical microscopy techniques. The experimental results show that all thesynthesized polymers do not exhibit liquid crystallinity except the homopolymer of the mesogenic monomerMAPB2 and the glass transition temperatures of the polymers increase with increasing content of azo moietyin polymers linearly.  相似文献

报道了新型的含对甲氧基苯氧羰基偶氮苯基团的甲基丙烯酸酯单体与含对甲氧基苯氧羰基苯基团的甲基丙烯酸酯单体的合成及其自由基共聚合.利用1H NMR、IR、UV Vis、元素分析、GPC、TG DTA、POM及X 射线衍射等手段对偶氮单体及聚合物的结构与性能进行了表征,证明两种单体的共聚合产物为无规共聚物,而且各聚合物均具有较好的热稳定性.研究结果还表明,偶氮单体与聚合物在升温过程中均显示出向列相液晶织构,且聚合物的液晶相范围随偶氮含量的增加而变宽.  相似文献

Films were prepared from mixtures of copolymers of 4-nitro-4'- [N- methylacryloyloxyethyl,N'-ethyl] amino azobenzene with glycidyl methacrylate (chromophore content: 6 mol%) andcopolymers containing anhydride units, which was obtained by the reaction of 4-nitro-4'-[N-hydroxyethyl, N'-ethyl] amino azobenzene with polymethacryloyl chloride (chromophorecontent: 25 mol %). During thermal poling process the anhydride reacts with the epoxygroup and the resulting crosslinked network structure will stabilize the second harmonicgeneration in the poled film. The second harmonic generation of the poled film shows amaximum with the variation of composition, this is presumed to be due to the effects of theincreasing of concentration, orientation order as well as orientation stability of chromophoregroups during crosslinking.  相似文献

Some new mesogen-jacketed liquid crystalline polymers (MJLCP) with polymer backbones, spacers, andmesogenic units of different structures were synthesized by radical polymerization. The mesomorphic behavior of thesepolymers was examined using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and polarizing optical microscopy (POM). Theirliquid crystallinity is influenced by the variation of polymer backbone, spacer, mesogenic unit and its terminal groups. Theresults show that 1) a more flexible polymer main-chain is more favorable to the formation of a liquid crystal phase, while 2)a flexible spacer will decrease the "Jacket Effect" and the liquid crystallinity and 3) a subtle modification of the terminalgroups on the mesogenic unit may also have a significant influence on properties of the polymers.  相似文献

Novel side-chain liquid-crystalline poly(meth)acrylates were synthesized using 1-(3-hydroxyl-propyl)-3-[(4"-cyano-p-terphenyloxycarbonyl)alkyl]-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane as the key intermediate. The polymers used a disiloxanemoiety as decoupling spacer with cyano-p-terphenyl as mesogenic unit. The products were characterized by NMR, GPC,DSC and polarizing optical microscopy. All the polymers with cyano-p-terphenyl mesogens formed a stable mesophase.However, if the mesogenic unit is replaced by cyano-p-biphenyl, the liquid crystalline character will be lost. The results alsoshowed that the decoupling is incomplete even if a complex and very flexible decoupling spacer is deliberately incorporatedto obtain the highest possible decoupling effect.  相似文献

本文介绍了含液晶基元的缩聚单体的合成,2-甲基-1,4-苯撑双(4-氯甲酰)苯甲酸酯,以及由此单体与1,10-癸二醇、聚环氧丙烷二醇合成的含液晶性及非液晶性两种序列结构的嵌段共聚物。聚合物的液晶态性质由偏光显微镜和DSC进行初步表征。在研完中观察到:在对数比浓粘度较大的样品的DSC图中、在熔点之后存在一显著放热峰。这种异常现象可能意味着液晶态分子的另外一种分子运动。  相似文献

A novel side chain liquid crystalline polymer (SCLCP) combining the polysiloxane as main chain with azo-based mesogen moieties as side chain through a flexible spacer has been synthesized by the hydrosilylation reaction using Cp_2PtCl_2 as catalyst. The phase transition behavior of both side chain monomer (AZO-C_6C_(11))and polymer (P-AZO-C_6C_(11))has been characterized via combination of hot-stage polarized microscope, DSC and X-ray diffraction methods (including temperature-variation and quenching techniques). As normal, the transition process included K→S→N→I. Some pretransition features have been observed.  相似文献

本工作利用双键与Si-H键的加成反应合成了以丙烯酸胆甾醇酯为侧链的硅氧烷梳状聚合物液晶ECS.聚合物的结构得到了核磁与红外分析的证明.偏光显微镜和DSC对ECS的相态转变研究表明,ECS在一定的温度范围内能够形成液晶相,液晶相的存在范围与聚合物的结构密切相关.  相似文献

A novel series of main chain liquid crystalline copolyesters with X-shaped two-dimensional mesogenic unit and crown ether cycle of cis-4,4′-bis(4-hydroxyphenylazo) dibenzo-18-crown-6 was prepared via solution condensation polymerization from 4,4′-(α,ω-hexanedioyloxy) dibenzoyl dichloride (M1), 2,5-bis(p-octyloxybenzoyloxy) hydro-quinone (M2) and cis-4,4′-bis(4-hydroxyphenylazo) dibenzo-18-crown-6 (M3). Monomer M1 was synthesized by esterification and substitution of adipoyl chloride with p-hydroxybenzoic acid, monomer M2 was synthesized by esterfication and reduction reaction of 2,5-dihydroxybenzoquinone and p-octanoxybenzoyl chloride and monomer M3 was synthesized by diazotization and coupling reaction of cis-diaminodibenzo-18-crown-6 with phenol. The molecular weights of copolyesters are not high,and the intrinsic viscosity [η] of copolyesters ranges from 0.25-0.35. The monomers' structures were identified by using elemental analysis, IR, UV, 1H-NMR, MS, etc. All the copolyesters are yellowish powders and insoluble in THF and CHCl3 at room temperature except CP9. The properties of copolyesters were investigated by using GPC, [η] , DSC, TG,WAXD and POM. It was found that all the copolyesters entered into liquid crystal phase when they were heated to above their melting temperature (Tm). The typical smectic and nematic phase texture can be observed on POM. Their mesophase transition temperature and thermal stability change regularly with varying the content of cis-4,4′-bis(4-hydroxyphenylazo)dibenzo-18-crown-6 unit in the copolyesters.  相似文献

以二环己基碳酰亚胺/N,N-二甲基氨基吡啶为偶联剂,将结肠前体药物5,5′-偶氮二水杨酸(奥沙拉秦)与生物相容的聚乙二醇缩聚,制备得到主链含偶氮键的聚乙二醇-奥沙拉秦(PEO-OLZ)缩聚物.研究表明,改变聚乙二醇链段的分子量,可以方便地调节偶氮缩聚合物的亲水性和生物降解性能.在动物盲肠液中所含的偶氮还原酶的作用下,PEO-OLZ缩聚物的偶氮键发生特异性降解,同时通过酯键的水解,释放出抗结肠炎药物5-氨基水杨酸.该类新型偶氮缩聚物可以作为结肠靶向聚合物前体药,亦可用作结肠定位控释的高分子载体.  相似文献

β 氯乙基缩水甘油醚 (GCE)和GCE/羟丁基乙烯基醚 (HBVE)分别通过阳离子聚合、光引发共聚合 ,获得两种聚醚 ,然后再分别与 4 硝基 4′ 羟基 (NHS)反应 ,制备了两种侧链含生色团的液晶聚合物(PSEG、PSV) .用FTIR、1H NMR和EA对其化学结构及生色团含量进行了表征 ,以POM、DSC、TGA和WAXD对聚合物介晶相转变温度、织构、热稳定性及相行为进行了研究 .结果表明 ,这类聚合物属向列型热致双向性液晶 ,液晶相转变温度较低、范围较宽 ;聚合物热稳定性较好 ,开始分解温度在 30 0℃以上 .  相似文献

通过原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)与ATRP衍生物化学修饰结合的方法,合成了一系列AB2型星形杂臂偶氮液晶聚合物.其中,A为聚苯乙烯,B为聚6-[4-(4′-甲氧基苯基)偶氮苯氧基己酯](PMMAZO).合成分三步进行.首先,以ATRP方法得到ω-溴聚苯乙烯活性链PS(Br).然后对PS(Br)进行化学改性,得到带两个末端溴原子的聚苯乙烯活性链PS(Br)2·最后,以PS(Br)2作为双官能团大分子引发剂,引发6-[4-(4′-甲氧基苯基)偶氮苯氧基]己酯(MMAZO)发生ATRP聚合,得到星形杂臂PS(PMMAZO)2聚合物.进一步对聚合产物进行了GPC和1H-NMR分析.结果表明合成产物是预期的星形杂臂聚合物,产物分子量可控且分子量分布狭窄.同时,以DSC和POM表征了星形杂臂聚合物的液晶性.  相似文献

A side chain liquid crystalline copolysiloxane, which would show electro-optic effects as known from low mass liquid crystal, was synthesized by hydrosilylation reaction, and the two homologous monomers with different length spacers containing Schiff's base mesogen with—NO_2 terminated group were grafted toa polysiloxane main chain. 采用PET齐聚物的原位乙酰化法通过加入少量乙二醇(EG)合成了端羟基液晶聚合物PET/60PHB,并将其作为大单体,与双酚A及碳酸二苯酯通过熔融酯交换法,进一步制得了液晶嵌段共聚物PET/60PHB b PC.研究了合成规律,并借助粘度测定、DSC、偏光显微镜、X 光衍射和红外光谱分析等手段对合成的液晶嵌段共聚物进行了表征.研究表明,当PET齐聚物的ηinh=005~007dL/g,Ac2O/PHB(mol/mol)=13,EG/PET(mol/mol)=006时能获得颜色、液晶性、溶解性均很好的端羟基液晶聚合物PET/60PHB,以此液晶聚合物为原料,采用合适的配方与工艺,能获得粘度较高、液晶性较好,并且熔体流动性很好的液晶嵌段共聚物PET/60PHB b PC.通过偏光显微镜与X 光衍射观察,证明此嵌段共聚物呈现向列型液晶织构,但其液晶态织构与纯PET/60PHB、PET/60PHB和PC的混合物明显不同.此外,还初步建立了用红外的分析手段鉴定液晶聚合物PET/60PHB端基的方法.  相似文献

以4,4-′(α,ω己二酰氧)二苯甲酰氯(M1)、2,5-二(对辛氧基苯甲酰氧基)氢醌(M2)和反式4,4′-双(4羟基苯基偶氮)二苯并18冠6(M3)为单体,通过溶液共缩聚反应,合成了一系列含X型二维液晶基元和反式4,4′双(4羟基苯基偶氮)二苯并18冠6冠醚环的主链型液晶共聚酯.共聚酯的分子量不高,[η]在0.37~0.25dL g之间.单体的化学结构通过IR、UV、H NMR、MS和元素分析等方法确证.共聚酯的外观为黄色粉状固体,除CP9外,室温下不溶于CHCl3和THF溶剂.共聚酯的性质采用GPC、[η]、DSC、TG、WAXD和POM等方法进行了研究.发现所有的共聚酯加热到各自的熔融温度以上都能形成液晶态,在液晶态可以观察到近晶相的镶嵌织构或焦锥织构或破扇型织构和向列相的球粒织构或丝状织构或纹影织构.共聚酯的熔融温度(Tm)和各向同性温度(Ti)随共聚酯分子中反式4,4′双(4-羟基苯基偶氮)二苯并18冠6用量的改变呈规律性变化.WAXD研究进一步证实了共聚酯的液晶性.  相似文献

A silica-supported carboxymethylcellulose platinum complex (abbreviated as SiO_2-CMC-Pt) has been prepared and characterized by XPS. Its catalytic properties for hydro-genation of aromatic compounds were studied. The results showed that this catalystcould catalyze the hydrogenation of phenol, anisol, p-cresol, benzene and toluene to cyclo-hexanol, cyclohexyl methyl ether, p-methyl cyclohexanol, cyclohexane and methylcyclo-hexane, respectively in 100% yield at 30℃ and 1 atm. In the hydrogenation of phenol,COO/Pt ratio in SiO_2-CMC-Pt has much influence on the initial hydrogenation rate andthe selectivity for the intermediate product, cyclohexanone. The highest initial rate andthe highest yield of cyclohexanone both occur at COO/Pt ratio of 6. The complex is stableduring the reaction and can be used repeatedly.  相似文献
