Summary. Chalcones were synthesized by a base catalyzed Claisen-Schmidt condensation reaction. Bromination of chalcones afforded the dibromo derivatives. Monobromo derivatives could be obtained by treating the corresponding dibromochalcones with dry benzene in the presence of triethylamine. Pyrazole derivatives were obtained by refluxing of dibromochalcones with phenylhydrazine or 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine in dry pyridine. Chalcones were treated with hydrazine hydrate or phenyl hydrazine in ethanol to afford Δ 2-pyrazolines and N-phenyl-Δ 2-pyrazolines. Condensation of chalcones with hydroxylamine hydrochloride or thiourea in ethanolic sodium hydroxide solution gave 4,5-dihydroisoxazoles and 5,6-dihydropyrimidine-2-(1H)-thiones. The prepared compounds were tested for antimicrobial activity against four different bacterial species displaying different degrees of antibacterial activities or inhibitory actions.  相似文献

The synthesis and structural characterization of tetra(1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-polyfluoroalkyl)silaneswith the same or different chain lengths CnF2n+1 linked to Si (1n6) is reported.

When the synthesis was effected from chlorosilanes and fluorinated organomagnesiumor organolithium reagents, the trialkylsilanes were obtained. The last fluorinated chainwas introduced either via a fluoroalkyllithium reagent or by hydrosilylation of thetrialkylsilanes.

Some properties and characterization by 1H, 19F and 29Si NMR spectroscopy of the1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-polyfluoroalkylsilanes are described.  相似文献

By reaction of 2-vinyloxyethyl isothiocyanate with salicylic acid hydrazide a synthesis of the corresponding thiosemicarbazide was performed. Alkaline hydrolysis of the latter led to an intramolecular heterocyclization into 1,2,4-triazole derivative. When cyclization was carried out in the water-alkali medium, 2-vinyloxyethyl fragment was shown to be hydrolyzed to form 4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-2H-1,2,4-triazolo-3(4H)-thione, whose spatial structure was established by XRD analysis.  相似文献

Oxidation of 2-aryl-7,8-dihydro-4H-acenaphth[5,6-bc]oxepin-4-ones with chloranil led to the formation of 2-aryl-4H-acenaphth[5,6-bc]oxepin-4-ones. The title compound was synthesized and characterized by IR, ^1H NMR, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Its biological activities were also tested. The results show that the title compound reveals inhibiting activities towards wheat gibberellin, apple ringspot, tomato early blight, peanut cercospora arachidicola and stem wilt of asparagus.  相似文献

Heating 1-alkyl- or 1-aryldihydro-6-methyl-2(1H)-pyrimidinethiones5, 6 in an inert medium causes rearrangement to 4-alkylamino-(4-arylamino-)-5,6-dihydro-2(1H)-pyridinethiones11, 12, probably via the methylene form29, by thermal heterolysis of the N1/C2 bond and exchange of the alkylamino (arylamino) group 1 through the carbon atom of the methylene group 6. The aminodihydropyridinethiones11, which can be regarded as cyclic derivatives of 3-aminothiocrotonamide, react with bistrichlorophenylmalonate under diacylation, and with formaldehyde and primary amines to yield aminodialkylation products of the enamine system, tetrahydro-4-hydroxy-7,7-dimethyl-5-thioxopyrido[4,3-b]pyridine-2(1H)-ones13, 14 and hexahydro-7,7-dimethylpyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidine-5(6H)-thiones18, 19, 21 respectively. H2O2 converts11 to the corresponding 4-aminodihydro-2(1H)-pyridones22, which can be reconverted into11 with P4S10.11 reacts with alkyl halides to 2-alkylthiodihydropyridines23, 24, 25. The Cu(II) complexes with 4,6-bis(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole-1-yl)pyrimidine (L1) and 4-(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole-1-yl)-6-(3,5-diphenyl-1H-pyrazole-1-yl)pyrimidine (L2) of the composition Cu2L1Br4 and Cu2L2A4 (A = Cl, Br), respectively, were synthesized and studied by IR and magnetochemical methods. The molecular structure of the complexes is likely to be binuclear. Unlike 1-aminobenzimidazoles, 1-alkylaminobenzimidazoles are thiolated on fusing with sulfur without elimination of theN-amino group, yielding the previously unknown 1-(alkylamino)benzimidazoline-2-thiones. These compounds can be more conveniently obtained on a preparative scale by thiolation of 1-alkylacetamidobenzimidazoles with subsequent hydrolytic elimination of the acetyl group. When 1-(dialkylamino)benzimidazoles are fused with sulfur, they are converted into 1-(dialkylamino)benzimidazoline-2-thiones. By alkylation of 1-(methylamino)- and 1-(diethylamino)benzimidazoline-2-thiones with methyl iodide in alkaline media the corresponding 2-(methylthio)benzimidazoles were prepared.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Abstract  

6-(Substituted amino)-4-(4-ethoxyphenyl)-1-phenyl-2(1H)-pyridinones were prepared from β-aryl glutaconic acid, which, on fusion with aniline, results in 4-(4-ethoxyphenyl)-1-phenylpyridine-2,6(1H,5H)-dione. This, on further treatment with phosphorus oxychloride gave 6-chloro-4-(4-ethoxyphenyl)-1-phenyl-2(1H)-pyridinone, and further treatment with secondary amines yielded 6-(substituted amino)-4-(4-ethoxyphenyl)-1-phenyl-2(1H)-pyridinones. These were subjected to azo coupling with different aryldiazonium chlorides furnishing two isomers, which were separated by column chromatography. All compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, and use of IR and NMR spectral data, and were evaluated for antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

3-Carboxamides and 3-carboxanilides of 6-alkyl and 6-aryldihydropyridin-2(1H)-ones have been prepared via different reaction pathways. All synthesized amides show hydrogen bonds in their NMR spectra. A series of diazaphosphorine 2-oxides were prepared by condensing 1,8-diaminonaphthalene with different aryloxyphosphorodichloridates and their structures confirmed by IR and NMR spectra.
