FRTH(fractional Fourier transform hologram) is a new kind of hologram that differs from common Fresnel holograms and Fourier transform holograms. Due to the flexibility of zone plate. A method that uses the -1 order diffraction wave of zone plate as the object wave and the 0 order diffraction wave as the reference wave to record FRTH is presented. It provides a new simple way to record FRTH. In this paper, the theory of achieving FRT and recording FRTH using holographic zone plate is presented and experimental results are given.  相似文献

We analyse the diffraction result of optical field after Cosine zone plate, and theoretically deduce its transform matrix. Under some conditions, its diffraction distribution is a mixture of fractional Fourier spectra. Then we use Cosine zone plate and its diffraction result to image encryption. Possible optical image encryption and decryption implementations are proposed, and some numerical simulation results are also provided.  相似文献

The angular spectrum method(ASM) is a popular numerical approach for scalar diffraction calculations. However,traditional ASM has an inherent problem in that nonuniform sampling is precluded. In an attempt to address this limitation,an improved trigonometric interpolation ASM(TIASM) is proposed, in which the fast Fourier transform(FFT) is replaced by a trigonometric interpolation. The results show that TIASM is more suitable to situations in which the source field has a simple and strong frequency contrast, irrespective of whether the original phase distribution is a plane wave or a Fresnel zone plate phase distribution.  相似文献

提出了一种计算螺旋型波带片聚焦特性的方法。从衍射积分理论出发对螺旋型波带片的聚集特性进行了理论计算,推导出了级数形式的解析解,获得了螺旋型波带片"空心"焦点的场强分布。利用螺旋型波带片的聚焦特性,对其成像进行了数值模拟和理论分析。理论分析表明螺旋型波带片的空间分辨率与其"空心"焦点的环宽有关。通过验证实验证明理论分析与实验测试一致,为螺旋型波带片成像理论和模拟计算提供了一种有效手段。  相似文献

In this paper we presented theoretical predictions of light diffraction by complex acoustic fields such as: two adjacent and superposed ultrasonic beams or ultrasound of cylindrical symmetry. The numerical calculations of light intensity of diffraction orders were performed by means of two methods: Nth Order Approximation (NOA) and Successive Diffraction Model (SDM) based on Fourier optics. The latter technique involves dividing the ultrasonic field into several adjacent sections provided that in each section the interaction of light and ultrasound is considered to fulfill Raman-Nath approximation. Propagation of light inside and behind the region with ultrasonic wave was described within the formalism of Fourier optics so that only both transfer and transmission functions had to be appropriately defined. It was revealed that SDM method based on Fourier optics might be applied in the studies of acousto-optic interaction in the cases of complex ultrasonic fields.  相似文献

An analytic approximation is derived for the far-field response of a generally anisotropic plate to a time-harmonic point force acting normal to the plate. This approximation quantifies the directivity of the flexural wave field that propagates away from the force, which is expected to be useful in the design and testing of anisotropic plates. Derivation of the approximation begins with a two-dimensional Fourier transform of the flexural equation of motion. Inversion to the spatial domain is accomplished by contour integration over the radial component of wave number followed by an application of the method of stationary phase to integration over the circumferential component of wave number. The resulting approximation resembles that of an isotropic plate but involves wave numbers, wave amplitudes, and phases that depend on propagation angle. Numerical results for a plate comprised of bonded layers of a graphite-epoxy material illustrate the accuracy of the method compared to a numerical simulation based on discrete Fourier analysis. Three configurations are analyzed in which the relative angles of the layers are varied. In all cases, the agreement is quite good when the distance between force and observation point is greater than a few wavelengths.  相似文献

In this paper a new method of emission tomography using coded apertures is analysed. The coded image of a radioactive distribution is created using a single linear Fresnel zone plate. The decoding procedure is performed using a computer algorithm simulating the optical phenomenon. This numerical reconstruction requires bidimensional Fourier transform algorithms. On the contrary, a linear Fresnel zone plate only requires a one dimensional Fourier transform algorithms is workable in most of the available nuclear medicine computers. The experimental results demonstrated the focalisation properties of this code (tomographic effect) and the parameters found after numerical reconstruction were similar to those expected from the optical theory. Practically, this technique should make it possible to perform morphological studies of moving organs, i.e. dynamic tomography which should be for example very helpful in cardiac studies.  相似文献

This paper deals with plane wave scattering and diffraction from a randomly rough strip using a combination of three tools: the perturbation method, the Wiener-Hopf technique and a group-theoretic consideration based on the shift-invariant property of the homogeneous random surface. The Da-Fourier transformation associated with the shift invariance is defined instead of the conventional complex Fourier transformation. For a slightly rough case, Wiener-Hopf equations for the zero-, first- and second-order perturbed fields are derived. They are reduced to a common Wiener-Hopf equation, an exact solution of which is obtained formally by means of the Wiener-Hopf technique. Using the inverse Da-Fourier transformation, the scattered wavefield is obtained as a stochastic field. When the strip width is large compared with the wavelength, a uniformly asymptotic representation of the scattered far field is obtained by the saddle point method. For a Gaussian roughness spectrum, several numerical results are calculated and illustrated in figures, based on which the characteristics of scattering and diffraction are discussed.  相似文献

数字全息是用CCD记录全息图并用计算机数值重建全息像的一种全息新方法.在数字全息中,通过对不同记录参数下记录的全息图的数值处理,可以消除零级光和共轭光,从而将数字全息系统看作是一个线性系统.本文依据全息理论和付里叶频谱分析,对菲涅尔数字全息系统的脉冲响应和分辨本领进行了理论分析.结果表明,在矩形等间隔抽样的情形下,菲涅尔数字全息的脉冲响应是由CCD有限大小的孔径衍射斑调制的矩形函数;菲涅尔数字全息的分辨率由CCD的孔径尺寸决定;由于CCD像素具有一定的大小,使得点光源的像发生弥散.  相似文献

The diffraction of a spherical acoustic wave generated by a point source from impedance slit in a moving fluid is investigated. The diffracted wave is calculated in the far field regime as a sum of fields produced by the edges of the slit and an incident field. The Myers’ impedance conditions are assumed along the edges of the slit. Such conditions are well adopted for the boundaries of the impedance barriers and yield reliable predictions of the diffraction patterns. A Wiener–Hopf technique is invoked to resolve the problem in combination with Fourier transform techniques and asymptotic analysis. The appositeness of the results and the effect of pertinent physical parameters on the separated field are presented and analyzed graphically.  相似文献

The paper presents a Fourier transform-based signal processing procedure for quantifying the reflection and transmission coefficients and mode conversion of guided waves diffracted by defects in plates made of viscoelastic materials. The case of the S(0) Lamb wave mode incident on a notch in a Perspex plate is considered. The procedure is applied to numerical data produced by a finite element code that simulates the propagation of attenuated guided modes and their diffraction by the notch, including mode conversion. Its validity and precision are checked by the way of the energy balance computation and by comparison with results obtained using an orthogonality relation-based processing method.  相似文献

This paper presents numerical simulations of structural intensity in a rib-reinforced plate, investigating the diffuseness. Many prediction models of building and structural acoustics, such as statistical energy analysis or energy flow methods, assume the vibrational wave fields to be diffuse. However, the diffuseness assumption is not always valid. One such example is a rib-reinforced plate typically found in a lightweight floor with wooden joists. Other examples can be found in aircraft and ship structures. The structural intensity of a ribbed plate is computed at low to mid frequencies using the Fourier sine expansion of the transverse displacement of the plate. Hamilton's principle is used in combination with thin plate theory and Euler beam theory. The model takes into account interactions between components. The Fourier sine modes are re-formulated as plane waves in a radial coordinate system, which can express the structural intensity in terms of the angular component of the modes. In the simulations, ensemble averages and rain-on-the-roof excitations are used. The numerical results show that the structural intensity varies significantly as the angle of propagation changes and cannot be assumed to form a diffuse field.  相似文献

从简谐光波满足的亥姆霍兹方程出发,将由格林定理得到的介质分界面上的积分方程转化为以表面上的光波及其导数为未知量的线性方程组,并对其进行数值求解,实现了光场的数值计算。然后将这一方法应用于亚波长尺度的小孔衍射的光波以及自仿射分形表面产生的随机光场及其在近场区域范围内的传播的计算。在随机表面产生的光场计算中.提出了类比推导夫琅禾费面上散斑场自相关函数的方法产生随机表面,以及计算其导数的傅里叶变换方法。对光场的计算结果表明,在近场范围内,光场随离开表面的距离的增加而迅速变化,其传播特性完全不同于光场在远场范围内的传播特性。  相似文献

We propose a new method for phase retrieval and coherent diffraction imaging by a specially designed pinhole sampling array (PSA) based on a liquid crystal spatial light modulation. We demonstrate that the phase and the amplitude of the wave front passing through a pinhole sampling array plate can be directly extracted from the inverse Fourier transform of the far-field diffraction intensity pattern. Scanning the whole surface of the wave front by such a series of the PSA plates, we can assemble the extracted complex amplitude to a two-dimensional discrete distribution of the sampled wave front covering the entire PSA plate plane in the scanning consequence. We called it linear scanning pinhole sampling array (LSPSA). Thus the wave front can be reconstructed which avoids any iterative algorithms. Furthermore, it provides a feasible approach for lensless coherent diffraction imaging in real-time.  相似文献

This paper investigates the feasibility of plate-wave diffraction tomography for the reconstruction of flexural inhomogeneities in plates using the results of computer simulation studies. The numerical implementation of the fundamental reconstruction algorithm, which has recently been developed by Wang and Rose [C.H. Wang, L.R.F. Rose, Plate-wave diffraction tomography for structural health monitoring, Rev. Quant. Nondestr. Eval. 22 (2003) 1615-1622] is investigated addressing the essential effects of applying the discrete form of the Fourier diffraction theorem for solving the inverse problem as discussed by Kak and Slaney [A.C. Kak, M. Slaney, Principles of Computerized Tomographic Imaging, IEEE Press, New York, 1988] for the acoustic case, viz. diffraction limited sensitivity, influence of weak scatterer assumption, damage location and scatter field data processing in time and Fourier space as well as experimental limitations such as finite receiver length and limited views. The feasibility of the imaging technique is investigated for cylindrical inhomogeneities of various severities and relative position within the interrogation space and a normal incident interrogation configuration. The results show that plate-wave diffraction tomography enables the quantitative reconstruction of location, size and severity of plate damage with excellent sensitivity and offers the potential for detecting corrosion thinning, disbonds and delamination damage in structural integrity management applications.  相似文献

Nanometer linear focusing of hard x rays by a multilayer Laue lens   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
We report on a type of linear zone plate for nanometer-scale focusing of hard x rays, a multilayer Laue lens (MLL), produced by sectioning a multilayer and illuminating it in Laue diffraction geometry. Because of its large optical depth, a MLL spans the diffraction regimes applicable to a thin Fresnel zone plate and a crystal. Coupled wave theory calculations indicate that focusing to 5 nm or smaller with high efficiency should be possible. Partial MLL structures with outermost zone widths as small as 10 nm have been fabricated and tested with 19.5 keV synchrotron radiation. Focal sizes as small as 30 nm with efficiencies up to 44% are measured.  相似文献

Elastic wave scattering in a flat thin plate hosting a through obstacle of arbitrary closed form is examined using a numerical technique based on the T-matrix approach, which is applied to describe of flexural waves in plates. The limiting cases of a hole and a rigid obstacle are considered. The vibrations of the plate are described by the Kirchhoff model. The far field backscattered amplitude as a function of wave frequency for inclusions of elliptic, triangular and square form with rounded corners is analysed numerically. Comparison of present results for circular obstacles with the analytical solutions obtained by other authors show excellent agreement.  相似文献

We propose a single-shot digital holography in which the complex amplitude distribution is obtained by spatial-carrier phase-shifting (SCPS) interferometry and the correction of the inherent phase-shift error occurred in this interferometry. The 0th order diffraction wave and the conjugate image are removed by phase-shifting interferometry and Fourier transform technique, respectively. The inherent error is corrected in the spatial frequency domain. The proposed technique does not require an iteration process to remove the unwanted images and has an advantage in the field of view in comparison to a conventional SCPS technique.  相似文献
