The imino‐Nazarov cyclization of the polysubstituted pentan‐1,4‐diene‐3‐imines was realized. To this aim, a one‐pot procedure involving reductive alkenyliminylation of α,β‐unsaturated secondary amides with potassium organotrifluoroborates, followed by acid‐catalyzed imino‐Nazarov cyclization of the polysubstituted pentan‐1,4‐diene‐3‐imine intermediates, was studied systematically. This mild, operationally simple, flexible, and high‐yielding protocol efficiently affords polysubstituted pentan‐1,4‐diene‐3‐imines, cyclopentenimines, and α‐amino cyclopentenones, which are useful scaffolds in organic synthesis. The substituent effect at the C2 position of the polysubstituted pentan‐1,4‐diene‐3‐imines was studied by means of density‐functional theory calculations. Results suggested that the electron‐donating group facilitates the imino‐Nazarov cyclization process.  相似文献

Ni0‐catalyzed chemo‐ and enantioselective [3+2] cycloaddition of cyclopropenones and α,β‐unsaturated ketones/imines is described. This reaction integrates C?C bond cleavage of cyclopropenones and enantioselective functionalization by carbonyl/imine group, offering a mild approach to γ‐alkenyl butenolides and lactams in excellent enantioselectivity (88–98 % ee) through intermolecular C?C activation.  相似文献

A series of β,γ‐unsaturated ketones were isomerized to their corresponding α,β‐unsaturated ketones by the introduction of DABCO in iPrOH at room temperature. The endo‐cyclic double bond (β,γ‐position) on ketone was rearranged to exo‐cyclic double bond (α,β‐position) under the reaction conditions.  相似文献

Medium‐sized lactams are important structural motifs found in a variety of bioactive compounds and natural products but are challenging to prepare, especially in optically active form. A Michael addition/proton transfer/lactamization organocascade process is described that delivers medium‐sized lactams, including azepanones, benzazepinones, azocanones, and benzazocinones, in high enantiopurity through the intermediacy of chiral α,β‐unsaturated acylammonium salts. An unexpected indoline synthesis was also uncovered, and the benzazocinone skeleton was transformed into other complex heterocyclic derivatives, including spiroglutarimides, isoquinolinones, and δ‐lactones.  相似文献

We have developed a strategy to transform olefins into homoallylic nitriles through a mechanism that combines copper catalysis with alkyl nitrile radicals. The radicals are easily generated from alkyl nitriles in the presence of the mild oxidant di‐tert ‐butyl peroxide. This cross‐dehydrogenative coupling between simple olefins and alkylnitriles bears advantages over the conventional use of halides and toxic cyanide reagents. With this method, we showcase the facile synthesis of a flavoring agent, a natural product, and a polymer precursor from simple olefins.  相似文献

On the basis of asymmetric regioselective [3+2] or [3+2]/[4+2] cascade reaction of 3‐isothiocyanato oxindoles with C=C and C=N bonds of α,β‐unsaturated methanesulfonamides, diversified S‐containing heterocyclic spirooxindole derivatives could be obtained in high yields along with good to excellent diastereo‐ and enantioselectivities under mild conditions in the presence of cinchona alkaloid‐derived organocatalysts.  相似文献
