以固体火箭发动机中的玻璃纤维复合材料壳体/绝热层试件的脱粘缺陷为研究对象,利用脉冲闪光灯热激励方式对试件进行加热,用红外热像仪实时监测试件的表面温度场,由表面温度差异来判定试件内部缺陷,然后通过对热像图进行图像增强处理和分割以定量识别缺陷。将实验结果与超声C扫描检测结果进行的对比分析表明:红外热像无损检测方法能够快速直观地发现深度5 mm以内、直径10 mm以上的脱粘缺陷,而超声C扫描检测更适合于对特定缺陷进行准确定量检测。  相似文献

It is shown that the locally excited helicon waves propagate in a semiconductor in terms of a narrow beam. This helicon peculiarity is proposed to be used for the local and contactless measurement of the free charge carrier concentration and mobility as well as the inhomogeneity of their distribution in the material volume. Photothermal radiometry allows for remote measurement of local harmonic heat transport where the phase angle (between remote optical energy deposition and resulting temperature modulation) is sensitive to subsurface features or defects. Phase sensitive modulation thermography (or ‘lock-in thermography’) combines the advantages of photothermal radiometry with the fast technique of infrared imaging thereby revealing hidden defects in a short time. In this paper the principle and various applications are described and analyzed. While this lock-in thermography is based on remote optical heating of the whole area of interest, one can heat defects selectively with modulated ultrasound which is converted into heat by the mechanical loss angle effect which is enhanced in defect regions. This ‘ultrasonic lock-in thermography’ provides images showing defects in a way that is similar to dark field imaging in optical microscopy.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to assess wood quality of standing trees with ultrasonic velocity methods. The ultrasonic techniques currently used are: scattering based techniques that use travel time and other wave parameters for measuring the elastic constants of wood, and ultrasonic tomographic imaging techniques which seek to provide a high resolution picture of the defect. Scattering based techniques were firstly used as nondestructive techniques with increment cores of 5 mm diameter. On these specimens measurements with bulk waves--longitudinal and shear were used to detect the influence of sylvicultural treatment (pruning) on wood quality and also to detect defects (slope of grain, wavy figures). High resolution imaging techniques were developed for imaging abnormalities induced by biological attacks of fungi or insects in standing trees. In this case, ultrasonic tomography refers to cross-sectional imaging of trees from data collected by illuminating the tree from different directions. Ultrasonic images were reconstructed from the time of flight. The images were reconstructed from 120 measurements in situ and through the bark with direct transmission technique, using 1 MHz transducers. The resolution is 5 cm.  相似文献

Unilateral NMR has been used to monitor the state of conservation of frescoes in the Vasari's house in Florence. The causes of deterioration of ancient frescoes are varied, which result in the detachment and crumbling of the painted film from the supporting plaster and in the outcropping of salts. Unilateral measurements of Hahn echo performed on such frescoes have allowed a perfect identification of the detachment of the painted film from the plaster. The presence of soluble salts on the pictorial film affects the spin-spin relaxation times, T(2). It is then possible using this technique, to characterize the effect of chemical treatments, of cleansing and consolidation procedures using the distribution of T(2) spin-spin relaxation times.  相似文献

为了解决电磁超声(EMAT)涂层质量检测中接收信号信噪比较低的问题,将电磁声谐振技术(EMAR)应用于涂层质量检测,有效提高了超声接收信号的信噪比。在EMAR仿真中,通过变步长离散仿真得出了谐振与非谐振状态下的时域波形和频谱图,验证了利用电磁声谐振进行涂层质量检测的可行性。以电磁超声谐振驻波作为检测信号,实验中谐振信号的幅值为未谐振反射回波的2.52倍,信噪比由26 dB(反射回波)提高到34 dB(谐振信号)。利用EMAR信号的谐振频率差进行涂层厚度检测,对0.2~0.8 mm的试件的检测误差在5%以内且涂层厚度越大,谐振频率越多,谐振频率差越小,检测精度越高;通过功率谱密度函数(PSD)表征不同粘接程度的试件,不同试件的PSD比值为61.17:4.15:1,区分度相对于峰峰值比值提升明显。  相似文献

The potential of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) relaxometry for quantitative evaluation of apple mealiness has been investigated. The degree of “mealiness” was defined by several mechanical techniques, including penetration, compression and shear rupture as well as by the BRIX (soluble solids) and juiciness levels. These data were correlated with both magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and NMR water proton transverse relaxation time measurements on a fruit-by-fruit basis. It was found that increasing mealiness caused a systematic increase in the transverse relaxation rate. The potential for rapid, on-line NMR/MRI detection of apple mealiness is discussed.  相似文献

Many modern structural materials exhibit anisotropic elastic behavior leading to complicated wave propagation phenomena. To ensure the reliability of ultrasonic nondestructive testing techniques, these material properties as well as the influence of microstructural inhomogeneities and the effects of interfaces on ultrasonic wave propagation have to be taken into account. In this respect, mathematical modeling provides an efficient method of assisting analysis. Two computationally efficient analytical approaches--a Gaussian beam and a point source superposition technique--are presented, which are well-suited for performing ultrasonic wave propagation and scattering simulations for anisotropic media. Results for homogeneous as well as inhomogeneous anisotropic media like composites and weld material are presented.  相似文献

Solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (SSNMR) is an NMR spectroscopy applied to condensed-phase systems, including membrane proteins. Membrane protein fold and function are dependent upon interactions with surrounding bilayer components. Structural and functional analyses are thus challenging, and new approaches are needed to better characterise these systems. SSNMR is uniquely suited to the examination of membrane proteins in native environments, and has the capabilities to elucidate complex protein mechanisms and structures. Notable research implementing SSNMR is aimed at developing new strategies and technology to efficiently target membrane proteins within synthetic and biological membranes. Significant advances have been made: observation of protein function in native environments, emergence of in situ methods to examine integral proteins within natural membranes, sensitivity enhancement techniques and cutting-edge structure determination methods. We present how these advances are applied to answer outstanding questions in structural biology. Experiments have shown consistent results for protein investigations in biological membranes and synthetic lipid compositions, indicating that SSNMR is an innovative and direct approach for the study of these systems.  相似文献

We consider the possibility of solving the inverse scattering problem in the linear approximation (in the form of a convolution equation) by reducing it to a system of linear algebraic equations and minimizing the residual. Since the problem is an ill-posed one, the Tikhonov regularization proves useful. The possibility of using the entropy of the image estimate as a stabilizing functional is considered, which is the key idea of the maximum entropy method. The single-frequency and multifrequency versions of the method are realized. The advantage of the maximum entropy method over the conventional linear methods of solving the inverse scattering problem is shown. The superresolution and sidelobe suppression abilities of the maximum entropy method are demonstrated. The method is shown to be stable to measurement noise and multiplicative interference in the form of aperture decimation. Examples of the image reconstruction by the maximum entropy method from model and experimental data are presented.  相似文献

The NMR relaxation of hydrogen nuclei of a fluid in a porous material is generally interpreted in terms of the Brownstein-Tarr model, in which the relaxation rate of the signal is inversely proportional to the pore size. We have investigated whether this model can be applied to the relaxation of Na nuclei in a NaCl solution in a porous material. The results indicate that the ion distribution over the pores can be obtained from an analysis of the Na NMR signal decay, if the pore sizes are roughly below 1 microm. This information is very useful for studies of combined moisture and ion transport in porous building materials.  相似文献

A single-sided mobile NMR apparatus with a small Halbach magnet was constructed for the first time. It is lightweight, compact and exhibits good sensitivity. The weight of the device is only 2 kg, and the NMR signal of the pencil eraser block can be detected in one shot using the device. This study describes the characteristics of this instrument, including the profile of static magnetic flux density, B0, the sensitivity in the depth direction and its effectiveness in one-dimensional profiling. Its usefulness in differentiating soft materials and evaluating the extent of damage of a material is demonstrated based on T2 relaxation data. The moisture absorbance also can be observed from the increase of the echo amplitude of the NMR spin echo signal.  相似文献

边缘提取是DSPI无损检测缺陷自动识别的基础。根据人类视觉识别的特点,提出以Curvelet多尺度几何分析为基础进行缺陷图像的边缘提取,为了对DSPI检测过程中因光照不足等原因产生的伪缺陷进行分辨,基于矢量积定义了图像的方向离散度,并与Curvelet多尺度分析方法相结合,在橡胶复合材料DSPI无损检测中进行应用。  相似文献
