The dependence of sorption properties on the nature of heteroatoms in substituted five- and six-membered heterocyclic compounds with two heteroatoms (sulfur and oxygen), thiophenes and furans bearing alkyl, formyl, acetyl, and sulfide substituents have been investigated. Equations for calculating the retention indices of analogs have been proposed, and the indices of 35 previously non-investigated substances of these classes have been predicted.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. A series of substituted 2-aryl imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines has been prepared in which a variety of substituents are introduced on the 4′-position of the phenyl ring and on the 3, 5 , 6 or 7 position of the heterocyclic ring. Most examples have acetamido, bromo, cyano, or formyl substituents at the 4′-position. Analogous imidazo-[2,1-b]fhiazoles and imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidines have also been prepared. Another series of compounds consisting of 4′-formylphenoxymethyl derivatives of imidazole, the three positional isomers of pyridine, thiazole, benzimidazole and ring-substituted imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines has been prepared. 2-(4′-Formylphenylethenyl) derivatives of imidazole and imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine were also prepared.  相似文献

The chromatographic behavior of aromatic heterocyclic derivatives in reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography was investigated. The retention characteristics of the substances under the conditions of chromatography with water-acetonitrile mobile phases (retention factors, relative retentions, distribution coefficients, Henry adsorption constants, differences in the differential molar energy of sorption, and Gibbs energies of sorption) were determined. It was shown that the chromatographic retention of the sorbates depended on their molecular structure. A series of new liquid-crystalline compounds called imidazo [2,1-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles has been synthesized. The new compounds contain alkyl, aryl, trans-alkylcyclohexyl groups in positions 2,6 and lateral Br- and CN-substituents in position 5 of the heterocyclic fragment. The new mesogens normally have a wide mesophase range and a high thermal stability (Tc1 ∼ 300° C). The mesophase type depends significantly on the nature and position of the substituents, in particular the cyclohexane ring. Some chemical, physico-chemical and spectral properties of the new compounds have been investigated. The results are compared with the corresponding characteristics of their aromatic and heterocyclic analogues.  相似文献

Summary Retention indices and their energy equivalents were determined for ten alkylthiazoles analysed on the stationary phases Apiezon L, Triton X-305 and Carbowax 1000. It was found that the energy contributions of identical alkyl groups to the partial molar free energy of sorption of a molecule are not equivalent. Smaller energy contribututions are due to the α-position of alkyl groups with respect to the heteroatoms in the thiazole ring (α-effect). This effect was most pronounced for 2-alkylthiazoles. Higher sorption energies were found for dimethylthiazoles with two methylgroups in a vicinal position. The retention indices were predicted for ten other di- and tri-substituted methyl, ethyl and propyl thiazoles on the basis of the so-called α- and ortho-effects. The predicted values are in good agreement with the experimentally determined values. Dedicated to Prof. Dr. E. sz. The regularities governing differences in the gas chromatographic retention indices of aromatic nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds were studied during gas chromatographic analysis on a nonpolar capillary column. The retention indices of pyrrole, pyrazole, imidazole, 1,2,4-triazole, oxazole, thiazole, isoxazole, pyridine, pyridazine, pyrimidine, pyrazine, ands-triazine and their alkyl derivatives depend on the number, nature, and arrangement of heteroatoms and alkyl groups in the cycles. The majority of homologous series ofn-alkyl-substituted azoles and azines andn-alkylbenzenes is characterized by anomalously high differences between the retnetion indices of ethyl and methyl homologs. A scheme of calculation of retention indices of aromatic heterocyclic compounds from increments of heteroatoms was proposed.  相似文献

By the reaction of lithium derivatives of cyclopentadienylmagnesiumtricarbonyl, cyclopentadienylrheniumtricarbonyl, and benzenechromiumtricarbonyl with 2,6-disubstituted pyrylium salts the corresponding 4H-pyrans have been synthesized, and the oxidative dehydration of these has given pyrylium cations containing the stated organometallic groups in position 4. Characteristic 13C chemical shift ranges and substituent shifts of heterocyclic ring carbon atoms have been identified for a number of 1-aryl-3-phenyl-2-thioxo-4-imidazolidinones. 13CNMR spectra may be used to detect slow internal rotation about the aryl C? N-1 bond in compounds with diastereomeric rotational isomers; many corresponding carbon atoms in the rotamers have distinctly different chemical shifts. The δ-effects originating from aryl ortho substituents are both electronic and steric in origin.  相似文献

Benzocondensed six-membered heterocyclic rings containing two heteroatoms have been synthesized by a generally applicable method starting from disubstituted benzene compounds and methyl 4-chlorobutynoate ( 1 ) or methyl 4-bromobutenoate ( 2 ). The reactions with 1 yield a mixture of endo and exo (E or Z) isomers. The 13C nmr spectroscopy was used to assign the structure of the synthesized compounds.  相似文献

The sorption properties of stationary phases based on nematic p-substituted azoxybenzenes were studied. Correlations were revealed between the structural selectivity of mesogens, chemical nature of terminal substituents, capability for dispersion interactions and polarity of the sorbents, temperature gradient of the retention indices, and thermodynamic parameters of solution of xylene isomers in the sorbents.  相似文献

The electron impact-induced fragmentations of 2,3-dihydro-1,5-benzothiazepin-4(5H)-ones and some related compounds were investigated. On the basis of low- and high-resolution measurements, metastable ion studies by means of mass-analysed ion kinetic energy spectroscopy and collision-induced dissociation experiments, the main fragmentation pathways were established. The effect of methyl and phenyl substituents at the C(2) and C(3) positions of the heterocyclic ring on the fragmentations was also studied. The (1,3) ring splitting was investigated in some detail, using semi-empirical molecular orbital calculations.  相似文献

The vicinal proton coupling constants were obtained for some 6-membered ring unsaturated heterocyclic compounds. The R values and ring dihedral angles were determined and found to be consistent with half-chair conformations. Relative to saturated heterocyclic compounds, the effect of the sulfur atom on ring puckering was attenuated. However, an increase in ring puckering resulted from the sulfone group and was attributed to torsional energy.  相似文献

Methods for the synthesis of amino(1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)-1,2,5-oxadiazoles (amino-triazolylfurazans) with CH2Cl and COCH2Br substituents in the triazole ring were developed and nucleophilic substitution for their halogen atom in reactions with N-, O-, and S-nucleophiles were studied. The possibility of displacing the NO2 group from the furazan and triazole rings in triazolylfurazans by an azido group was investigated. Novel compounds of this series were synthesized; the reaction rate and pathway were found to depend on the nature of the substrate and the reagent and the position of the substituent in isomers. __________ Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The mass spectra of 16 methyl- and phenyl-substituted tetrahydro-4-thiopyrones that differ with respect to the position of the substituents in the ring and some of their deutero derivatives were studied. The principal pathways of dissociative ionization of these compounds are due to cleavage of the a bonds with respect to the heteroatom and the carbonyl group. 13C NMR spectra of indan derivatives bearing substituents in the 1, 2, 5 and 6 positions are reported and assigned by LIS measurements and other techniques. Epimeric indanes bearing vicinal oxygen and phenyl or benzyl substituents show ring carbon shielding in the cis relative to the trans isomers, which is compared with corresponding cyclopentane shifts, and indicates the predominance of envelope conformations with pseudoaxial oxygen substituents for the cis isomers. Acetylation shifts show consistently larger shielding at C-β for the trans compounds. Introduction of oxygen at C-5 leads to asymmetric shielding effects at the ortho carbon atoms as soon as there is a substituent in the para position which can participate in mesomeric forms.  相似文献

A series of 12H-dibenzo[d,g][1,3,2]dioxaphosphocins has been prepared by the reactions of bisphenols with either ethyl phosphorodichloridate or phosphorus pentasulfide. The structures of a pair of cis and trans isomers in this series were elucidated by X-ray crystallography. Both isomers adopt the boat-chair conformation in the solid state with the bulky group at C-12 in the pseudo-equatorial position. Some flattening of the heterocyclic ring due to the pseudo-axial ethoxy group was observed in the cis isomer. A novel transannular cyclisation reaction was observed in the mass spectra of the cis isomers and this has allowed us to assign the configurations of all the isomers in the series. The pmr spectra of the compounds have been explained in terms of the rigid boat-chair conformation; however, as bulky groups were introduced at C-12, signs of mobility were observed for the cis isomers and an equilibrium was established with mobile boat forms. A stereospecific long-range coupling between P and the proton at C-12 could be transmitted “through space” by the antiperiplanar lone-pair electrons on the ring oxygen atoms.  相似文献

The syntheses of new aromatic 30pi heptaphyrins either through a [5 + 2] or a [4 + 3] acid-catalyzed condensation and oxidative coupling reactions of easily available and air-stable precursors are reported. The methodology followed is not only simple and efficient but also allows synthesis of a range of heptaphyrins with different heteroatoms in the core. The oxidative coupling reactions of modified tripyrranes 11 and tetrapyrranes 12 were found to be dependent on the acid concentration used and as well as the substituents present on the meso position. The change of meso aryl substituents in 11 and 12 to meso mesityl substituents gave a new heptaphyrin 18. The structural characterization has been done with extensive 1H and 2D NMR studies. The heptaphyrins reported here show rich structural diversity when the connections of the heterocyclic rings are altered, and accordingly, one ring and two ring inversions have been observed. By a judicious choice of the precursors it has been possible to control the site of ring inversion either in the bithiophene unit or in the tripyrrane unit. Theoretical calculations performed on three different heptaphyrins, 4, 5, and 17, also reveal that the inverted structures are approximately 35-40 kJ lower in energy relative to the corresponding noninverted structures. Furthermore, one of the heptaphyrins 10c shows the presence of two conformers in solution in the ratio 1:2 and no interconversion between the conformers have been observed in the temperature range of 343-228 K. On protonation, the aromaticity and the ring inversions are retained and the deltadelta values vary in the range 10.07-20.59 ppm. The energies of the Soret maxima and the HOMO-LUMO gap vary linearly with the increase in pi electrons further justifying the aromatic nature of the heptaphyrins.  相似文献

Alkylation of 5-aryltetrazoles with N-arylchloroacetamides commonly proceeds regioselectively at 2 position of the tetrazole ring. The ratio of 1,5- and 2,5-regioisomers depends on the nature of a substituents in the benzene ring of the N-arylchloroacetamide and position of a substituent in the aryltetrazole aryl group. Features of 1H NMR spectra of the synthesized compounds are discussed.  相似文献

A series of 1-aryl-1,4,5,6-tetrahydro-4(1H)-pyridones having substituents in 2,3- and 2,3,5-positions was prepared from N-aryl-β-alanines and ethyl acetoacetate or 2,4-pentanedione. Twelve tentative biologically active compounds were identified by the combination of 1H, 13C and 1H/13C NMR spectroscopy. The extensive interest has been focused on the influence of substituents as well as on the number, attachment position, and the nature of the substituents. The unknown shielding of the heterocyclic ring on the aromatic carbon atoms was determined and the averaged chemical shift increments were successfully used for the assignment of the aromatic moiety of the studied compounds. It is confirmed that the loss of HO˙ from the molecular ion of o-nitrotoluene involves exclusively a hydrogen from the methyl group. However, in higher homologues hydrogen atoms from non-benzylic sites are also implicated. With such compounds this fragmentation mode is shown not only by the ortho but, to a lesser extent, by the meta and para isomers as well. The proportion of the total ion current borne by the [M – 17]+ ion follows the order ortho > meta > para, which is attributed to substituent migration around the ring with a hydroxyl radical only being lost when the groups are on adjacent ring atoms. Other ions present in the spectra point to interaction between substituents to form a new heterocyclic ring.  相似文献
