用透射光谱法和光热偏转谱法测得了C60和C70薄膜在宽能量范围(0.6到6.5 eV)的光谱,并计算了吸收系数.根据分子轨道模型分析了C60和C70薄膜的光跃迁行为.Fuller烯薄膜的弱吸收光谱与非晶硅的类似.用Tauc公式确定了C60和C70薄膜的光学带隙分别为1.75和1.65eV.Urbach吸收边和亚隙吸收表明Fuller烯薄膜中存在无序状态,导致带尾态和缺陷态,这虽非C60或C70薄膜所固有,但无序的存在给准确测定Fuller烯薄膜的禁带宽度带来障碍.讨论了偏转介质与衬底对Fuller烯薄膜的弱吸收光谱的影响. 相似文献

本文研究了D4 型量子包络代数的Gelfand-Kirillov 维数的计算问题. 利用文献[1] 中给出的Gelfand-Kirillov 维数的计算方法和文献[2] 中给出的D4 型量子包络代数的Groebner-Shirshov 基计算了D4型量子包络代数的Gelfand-Kirillov 维数, 得到的主要结果是D4 型量子包络代数的Gelfand-Kirillov 维数为28. 希望此结果为计算Dn型量子包络代数的Gelfand-Kirillov 维数提供一些思路. 相似文献

In this paper, nonlinear matrix equations of the form X + A*f1 (X)A + B*f2 (X)B = Q are discussed. Some necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of solutions for this equation are derived. It is shown that under some conditions this equation has a unique solution, and an iterative method is proposed to obtain this unique solution. Finally, a numerical example is given to identify the efficiency of the results obtained. 相似文献

本文给出了在5—43乇五种不同氩气压力和0.07—1乇钠蒸气压下利用Na+CCl_4反应得到的C2*d3Πg到a3Пu态跃迁的△v=0带序的化学发光光谱。假定C2*d3Πg v=6为优先生成,并然后经碰撞逐渐弛豫到低振动能级,这样就可以计算出C2*d3Πg态的总的脱活速率和振动弛豫速率。计算结果是:在温度为 340℃时,在氩气中其总脱活速率为4.1×106乇-1秒-1,振动弛豫速率为2.2×10~6乇-1秒-1。在氮气中这两个传能速率则要略高一些。C2*d3Πg态被钠原子猝灭的速率约为107乇-1秒-1,约比气动碰撞速率高一个数量级。这是由于发生电荷传递形成了Na+C2*-中间络合物所引起。 相似文献

系统研究了在LaAlO3 ,SrTiO3 和MgO衬底上、在不同的温度条件下利用脉冲激光法制备的La0.5Sr0.5CoO3薄膜的外延生长和电输运特性 ,测定了薄膜的电阻 温度关系 .研究表明薄膜的电输运性质对其外延结构具有密切的依赖性 ,外延生长的薄膜具有低的电阻率和金属性导电特征 ;在LaAlO3 衬底上在700℃左右外延生长的薄膜具有最佳的性能 ;探讨了这一薄膜的外延生长与其电输运性能的关系及其机理 . 相似文献

Let SO 2l be the special orthogonal group, either split or quasi-split over a number field, and 1 < l < n. We compute the local integral, where data are unramified, derived from the global Rankin-Selberg construction for SO 2l × GL n . In the general case, the local integral is difficult to compute directly, so instead it is transformed to an integral related to a construction for SO 2n+1×GL n , which carries a Bessel model on SO 2n+1. For the quasisplit case, when l = n − 1 we are able to compute the local integral, by a modification of our recently introduced approach using invariant theory. This leads to another proof of our result for 1 < l < n, as well as a new proof of a known result regarding the unramified Bessel function. 相似文献
