In this paper, a direct immersion solid-phase microextraction procedure for the simultaneous analyses of four primary riot control agents: 2-chloroacetophenone, o-chlorobenzylidene malonitrile, dibenz(b,f)-1,4-oxazepine, and oleoresin capsicum at μg/L concentration from environmental water was developed. Several parameters that influence the extraction effectiveness were investigated, including fiber type, extraction temperature, extraction time, starring rate, and salinity. Under the recommended conditions, the optimized method had reasonable linearity and accuracy. The average recovery of this method ranged from 84 to 108.1%. The limit of detection for all the analytes ranged from 0.2 to 3 μg/L and the limit of quantification ranged from 1 to 10 μg/L, respectively. A relative standard deviation from 3.0 to 4.3% can be achieved depending on the compounds. The procedure was applied to analyze all the four riot control agents simultaneously in several environmental samples.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶方法制备了三苄基杯[6]芳烃/羟基硅油(C[6]/OH-TSO)固相微萃取(SPME)探头, 通过对多环芳烃和酞酸酯(PAEs)的分析考察了新型C[6]/OH-TSO探头的性能. 结果表明: 杯[6]芳烃SPME探头对这些非极性和弱极性的芳香化合物有很好的萃取效果和选择性, 具有耐高温、使用寿命长等特点. 建立了SPME与气相色谱-氢火焰(GC-FID)联用测定化妆品中PAEs的方法. 该方法检测限低, 重现性好(RSD<9%), 线性范围宽(2~3个数量级). 回收率在83.42%~98.85%之间.  相似文献

A novel C18 functionalized graphene oxide (GO) coated solid-phase microextraction fiber was prepared by a novel protocol. Based on the strong van der Waals interaction present in GO and abundant oxygenous groups in GO sheets, a simple layer-by-layer self-assembly method was used in the preparation process and then C18 was successfully self-assembled on GO via C-O-Si bonding. Coupled with gas chromatography, extraction performance of the fiber was tested with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) as model analytes. The fiber not only exhibited excellent extraction efficiency and selectivity, but also showed many advantages including high rigidity, long service life and well stability toward organic solvent, acidic and alkali solutions, and high temperature. The relative standard deviations for single-fiber repeatability and fiber-to-fiber reproducibility were less than 7.26 and 17.25%, respectively. The detection limits to the PAHs were less than 0.08 μg L(-1) and the calibration curves were linear in a wide range for all analytes. The as-established Solid-phase microextraction GC method was also successfully used for determination of PAHs in two real water samples.  相似文献

A novel chemically bonded graphene oxide/fused-silica fiber was prepared and applied in solid-phase microextraction of six polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from water samples coupled with gas chromatography. It exhibited high extraction efficiency and excellent stability. Effects of extraction time, extraction temperature, ionic strength, stirring rate and desorption conditions were investigated and optimized in our work. Detection limits to the six polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were less than 0.08 μg/L, and their calibration curves were all linear (R(2)≥0.9954) in the range from 0.05 to 200 μg/L. Single fiber repeatability and fiber-to-fiber reproducibility were less than 6.13 and 15.87%, respectively. This novel fiber was then utilized to analyze two real water samples from the Yellow River and local waterworks, and the recoveries of samples spiked at 1 and 10 μg/L ranged from 84.48 to 118.24%. Compared with other coating materials, this graphene oxide-coated fiber showed many advantages: wide linear range, low detection limit, and good stability in acid, alkali, organic solutions and at high temperature.  相似文献

The development of a simple and sensitive analytical approach that combines multiple monolithic fiber solid‐phase microextraction with liquid desorption followed by high‐performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection is proposed for the determination of trace levels of seven steroid sex hormones (estriol, 17β‐estradiol, testosterone, ethinylestradiol, estrone, progesterone and mestranol) in water and urine matrices. To extract the target analytes effectively, multiple monolithic fiber solid‐phase microextraction based on a polymeric ionic liquid was used to concentrate hormones. Several key extraction parameters including desorption solvent, extraction and desorption time, pH value and ionic strength in sample matrix were investigated in detail. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the limits of detection were found to be in the range of 0.027–0.12 μg/L. The linear range was 0.10–200 μg/L for 17β‐estradiol, 0.25–200 μg/L estriol, ethinylestradiol and estrone, and 0.50–200 μg/L for the other hormones. Satisfactory linearities were achieved for analytes with the correlation coefficients above 0.99. Acceptable method reproducibility was achieved by evaluating the repeatability and intermediate precision with relative standard deviations of both less than 8%. The enrichment factors ranged from 54‐ to 74‐fold. Finally, the proposed method was successfully applied to the analysis of steroid sex hormones in environmental water samples and human urines with spiking recoveries ranged from 75.6 to 116%.  相似文献

Polymeric 1-vinyl-3-octylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate was synthesized in situ on stainless steel wire by surface radical chain-transfer polymerization and used as sensitive coatings in solid-phase microextraction. The outer surface of the stainless steel wire was firstly coated with microstructured silver layer via silver mirror reaction and then functionalized with self-assembled monolayers of 1,8-octanedithiol, which acted as chain transfer agent in the polymerization. Coupled to gas chromatography, extraction performance of the fiber was studied with both headspace and direct-immersion modes using benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes (BTEX), phenols and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAHs) as model analytes. In combination with the microstructured silver layer, the PIL-coated fiber exhibited high extraction efficiency. Linear ranges for BTEX with headspace mode were in the range of 0.2-1000 μg L(-1) for benzene, and 0.1-1000 μg L(-1) for toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes. Limits of detection (LODs) were from 0.02 to 0.05 μg L(-1). Wide linear ranges of direct-immersion mode for the extraction of several phenols and PAHs were also obtained with correlation coefficients (R) from 0.9943 to 0.9997. The proposed fiber showed good durability with long lifetime. RSDs of 56 times extraction were still in an acceptable range, from 8.85 to 22.8%.  相似文献

建立了悬浮固化-分散液液微萃取结合液相色谱-串联质谱测定纺织废水中5种痕量磷系阻燃剂的方法。通过对萃取过程中萃取剂、分散剂的种类与体积、盐浓度、溶液pH值等对萃取效率的影响因素优化,确立了最佳萃取条件。采用了密度小于水的十一烷醇(400μL)为萃取剂,甲醇(300μL)为分散剂,控制溶液pH值在6~9之间,NaCl添加量为2 g,萃取时间为涡旋2 min。在优化的萃取条件下,该方法在2~100μg/L均有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.995,除二(2,3-二溴丙基)磷酸酯(BIS)的检出限为5μg/L外,三(2-氯乙基)磷酸酯(TCEP)、三(1,3-二氯-异丙基)磷酸酯(TDCP)、三(1-氮丙啶基)氧化膦(TEPA)和三(2,3-二溴丙基)磷酸酯(TRIS)的检出限均为2μg/L。后整理、染色和印花等实际废水样品加标试验表明,方法的平均回收率为71.6%~114.5%, RSD为2.7%~11.2%(n=6)。对11个样品进行检测,其中3个废水样品检出TCEP与TDCP化合物,含量为2.6~3.4μg/L。本方法简单,快速,灵敏度好且环保绿色,能够对纺织废水中的5种痕量磷系阻燃剂...  相似文献

A polypyrrole (Ppy)/graphene (G) composite was developed and applied as a novel coating for use in solid-phase microextraction (SPME) coupled with gas chromatography (GC). The Ppy/G-coated fiber was prepared by electrochemically polymerizing pyrrole and G on a stainless-steel wire. The extraction efficiency of Ppy/G-coated fiber for five phenols was the highest compared with the fibers coated with either Ppy or Ppy/graphene oxide (GO) using the same method preparation. Significantly, compared with various commercial fibers, the extraction efficiency of Ppy/G-coated fiber is better than or comparable to 85 μm CAR/PDMS fiber (best extraction efficiency of phenol, o-cresol, and m-cresol in commercial fibers) and 85 μm polyacrylate (PA) fiber (best extraction efficiency of 2,4-dichlorophenol and p-bromophenol in commercial fibers). The effects of extraction and desorption parameters such as extraction time, stirring rate, and desorption temperature and time on the extraction/desorption efficiency were investigated and optimized. The calibration curves were linear from 10 to 1000 μg/L for o-cresol, m-cresol, p-bromophenol, and 2,4-dichlorophenol, and from 50 to 1000 μg/L for phenol. The detection limits were within the range 0.34-3.4 μg/L. The single fiber and fiber-to-fiber reproducibilities were <8.3 (n=7) and 13.3% (n=4), respectively. The recovery of the phenols spiked in natural water samples at 200 μg/L ranged from 74.1 to 103.9% and the relative standard deviations were <3.7%.  相似文献

A fully automated combination of solid-phase microextraction and on-fiber derivatization coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed to determine 17 chlorophenols in aqueous samples. Optimal parameters for the automated process, such as fiber coating (polyacrylate), derivatization reagent (N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl) trifluoroacetamide), extraction time (60 min), derivatization time (5 min), incubation temperature (35°C), sample pH (3), and ionic strength (300 g L(-1) of NaCl), as well as desorption time (5 min) and desorption temperature (270°C) were established. The whole procedure took only 90 min and was performed automatically. The shortcomings of silylation derivatives, like incompleteness and instability, were overcome by using solid-phase microextraction on-fiber silylation in this study. The results from both pure water and river water samples showed that the method had a good linearity (r(2) = 0.9993-1.0000), ranging from 0.01 to 100 μg L(-1). The related standard deviations were between 3.6 and 10.0%. The limits of detections and qualifications ranged from 0.03 to 3.11 ng L(-1) and 0.09 to 10.4 ng L(-1) for the CPs, respectively. The proposed method is superior to traditional solid phase extraction procedure.  相似文献

建立了顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)/气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)同时测定液态化妆品中8种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂(PAEs)的分析方法,并对萃取涂层、萃取温度、搅拌速率、盐浓度等参数进行了优化。最终采用65μm聚二甲基硅氧烷/二乙烯基苯(PDMS/DVB)固相微萃取纤维头,调节待萃取液盐浓度为360 g.L-1,在搅拌速率600 r/min及萃取温度90℃条件下萃取60 min,在250℃进样口解吸4 min后供GC-MS分析。结果表明,该方法对除邻苯二甲酸二苯酯(DPhP)外的7种目标化合物的线性范围为10~2 000μg.kg-1,检出限为0.7~13.6μg.kg-1,回收率为83%~97%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.5%~10.0%;由于DPhP在萃取涂层上的保留较弱,其回收率为70%,检出限为75μg.kg-1,RSD为13.9%。该方法能很好地富集基体中的目标化合物,满足液态化妆品中多种PAEs的分析要求。  相似文献

利用石墨烯的自组装性能,原位制备了基于石墨烯材料的固相微萃取(SPME)探头,并结合气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)建立了水体中甲苯、乙苯和邻二甲苯的分析方法。通过SEM对探头进行表征,发现制备的探头石墨烯材料均匀、牢固地结合在石英光纤上。通过优化萃取模式、萃取温度、萃取时间和盐度,得到最佳条件:顶空萃取模式、萃取温度为40℃、萃取时间为3 min、盐度为30%NaCl。在最佳条件下,3种苯系物在0.2~200μg/L范围内呈现出良好的线性,线性系数(r2)为0.998 7~0.999 6;检出限为0.001 2~0.004 2μg/L;其相对标准偏差小于5%。对采集的3个样品进行测定,均不同浓度地测出了苯系物污染,其加标回收率为90.3%~111%。该方法可用于环境水样中挥发性苯系物的分析检测。  相似文献

An automated dynamic two-phase hollow fiber microextraction apparatus combined with high-performance liquid chromatography was developed for extraction and determination of chlorophenoxy acid (CPA) herbicides from environmental samples. The extraction device, called TT-extractor, consists of a polypropylene hollow fiber mounted inside a stainless steel tube by means of two tee-connectors in flow system. An organic solvent, which fills the lumen and the pores of the hydrophobic fiber, is pumped through the fiber repeatedly and the sample is pumped along the outer side of the fiber. The factors affecting the dynamic hollow fiber liquid-phase microextraction (DHF-LPME) of target analytes were investigated and the optimal extraction conditions were established. To test the applicability of the designed instrument, CPAs were extracted from environmental aqueous samples. The limits of detection (LODs) as low as 0.5 μg/L, linear dynamic range in the range of 1-100 μg/L and the relative standard deviations of <7% were obtained. The developed method can provide perconcentration factors as large as 230. A hollow fiber membrane can be used at least 20 times with neither loss in the efficiency nor carryover of the analytes between runs. The system is cheap and convenient and requires minimal manual handling.  相似文献

A new kind of aniline-naphthol molecularly imprinted microsphere (MIM) synthesized by aqueous suspension polymerization was applied as a selective sorbent of miniaturized matrix solid-phase dispersion combining with dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (MSPD-DLLME) for the simultaneous determination of four Sudans in egg yolk samples. The solid sample was directly blended with MIM in MSPD procedure and the eluent of MSPD was used as the dispersive solvent of the followed DLLME for further purification and enrichment of the analytes before HPLC analysis. Good linearity for all the Sudan dyes was ranged from 0.02 μg g(-1) to 2.0 μg g(-1) (r(2)≥0.9990) and their recoveries at three spiked levels were ranged from 87.2% to 103.5% with RSD less than 6.1% (n=3). The presented MIM-MSPD-DLLME method combined the advantages of MIM, MSPD and DLLME, and could be applied for the determination of Sudans in complicated food samples.  相似文献

Multi-walled carbon nanotubes-coated solid-phase microextraction fiber was prepared by a novel protocol involving mussel-adhesive-protein-inspired polydopamine film. The polydopamine was used as binding agent to immobilize amine-functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes onto the surface of the stainless steel wire via Michael addition or Schiff base reaction. Surface properties of the fiber were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope and X-ray photoelectron spectroscope. Six phenols in aqueous solution were used as model compounds to investigate the extraction performance of the fiber and satisfactory results were obtained. Limit of detection was 0.10 μg/L for 2-methylphenol (2-MP) and 4-methylphenol (4-MP), and 0.02 μg/L for 2-ethylphenol (2-EP), 4-ethylphenol (4-EP), 2-tert-butylphenol (2-t-BuP), and 4-tert-butylphenol (4-t-BuP), which were much lower than commercial fiber and fibers made in laboratory. RSDs for one unique fiber are in the range of 1.92-7.00%. Fiber-to-fiber (n=3) reproducibility ranges from 4.44 to 8.41%. It also showed very high stability and durability to acid, alkali, organic solvent, and high temperature. Real water sample from Yellow river was applied to test the reliability of the established solid-phase microextraction (SPME)-GC method and recoveries with addition level at 5 and 100 μg/L were in the range from 81.5 to 110.0%.  相似文献

In this work, a graphene composite was coated onto etched stainless‐steel wire through a sol–gel technique and it was used as a solid‐phase microextraction (SPME) fiber. The prepared fiber was characterized by SEM, which revealed that the fiber had a highly porous structure. The application of the fiber was evaluated through the headspace SPME of five halogenated aromatic hydrocarbons (chlorobenzene, bromobenzene, 1,3‐dichlorobenzene, 1,2‐dichlorobenzene, and 1,2,4‐trichlorobenzene) in water samples followed by GC with flame ionization detection. The main factors influencing the extraction efficiency, including headspace volume, extraction time, extraction temperature, stirring rate, ionic strength of sample solution, and desorption conditions, were studied and optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the linearity of the method ranged from 2.5 to 800.0 μg/L for 1,2,4‐trichlorobenzene and from 2.5 to 500.0 μg/L for chlorobenzene, bromobenzene, 1,3‐dichlorobenzene, and 1,2‐dichlorobenzene, with the correlation coefficients (r) ranging from 0.9962 to 0.9980, respectively. The LODs (S/N = 3) of the method for the analytes were in the range between 0.5 and 1.0 μg/L. The recoveries of the method for the analytes obtained for the spiked water samples at 50.0 and 250.0 μg/L were from 76.0 to 104.0%.  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶聚甲基苯基乙烯基硅氧烷萃取头萃取饮料中山梨酸和苯甲酸,用直接固相微萃取与气相色谱联用进行测定,通过试验确定了萃取时间、酸度等萃取条件。山梨酸和苯甲酸的浓度在0.2~40μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9988,0.9989,检出限分别为0.0332,0.00320μg/mL,饮料样品和加标样品测定结果的相对标准偏差为4.18%~7.03%(n=3),两个添加水平的加标回收率为80.5%~96.5%。该方法灵敏度比传统的液–液萃取气相色谱法高。  相似文献

应用自制的聚醚砜酮(PPESK,30 μm)涂层纤维,采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱法测定水中痕量的酚类化合物。优化了固相微萃取温度、萃取时间、pH值和离子强度。方法的检出限为0.003~0.041 μg/L,相对标准偏差低于16%(n=5)。将PPESK涂层纤维与商品化的聚丙烯酸酯涂层纤维对比,结果表明PPESK萃取酚类化合物有较高的萃取富集倍数。用所制备的PPESK萃取头分析自来水、海水等实际水样,20 μg/L添加水平下的回收率分别为100.5%~111.8%和94.8%~117.3%。  相似文献

A novel solid-phase microextraction coating of phosphorous-containing titanium oxide composite was developed using titanium fiber as a support and a titanium source by hydrothermal oxidation in a phosphoric acid solution containing hydrogen peroxide. The morphology of the fiber coatings was controlled by the conditions of the hydrothermal oxidation reaction. The oriented nanofiber coating was employed to extract several types of representative aromatic analytes. The experimental results demonstrated that the as-prepared fiber exhibited excellent extraction efficiency toward polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Combined with high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection, main extraction conditions were optimized, including pH, ionic strength, extraction temperature, stirring rate, extraction time and desorption time. The established method presented good linearity from 0.05 to 200 μg/L with limit of detection ranging from 0.012 to 0.126 μg/L. This convenient and green procedure was suitable for the selective extraction and determination of typical polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in environmental water samples. The relative recoveries of 85.8–112% were obtained for the determination of target polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water samples spiked with 5.0 and 15.0 μg/L. Moreover, the as-prepared fiber showed at least 210 extraction/desorption cycles due to its high mechanical and chemical stability.  相似文献

Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, three isomers of xylene, and cumene have been isolated and enriched from soil samples by a combination of water extraction at room and elevated temperature and headspace-solid-phase microextraction before their gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric (GC-MS) determination. The conditions used for all stages of sample preparation and chromatographic analysis were optimized. Analytes sampled on a polydimethylsiloxane-coated solid-phase microextraction fiber were thermally desorbed in the split/splitless injector of a gas chromatograph (GC) coupled with a mass spectrometer (MS). The desorption temperature was optimized. The GC separation was performed in a capillary column. Detection limits were found to be of the order of ca. 1 ng g(-1). Relative recoveries of the analytes from soils were found to be highly dependent on soil organic-matter content and on compound identity; they ranged from ca 92 to 96% for sandy soil (extraction at room temperature) and from ca 27 to 55% for peaty soil (extraction at elevated temperature). A few real-world soil samples were analyzed; the individual monoaromatic hydrocarbon content ranged from below detection limits to 6.4 ng g(-1) for benzene and 8.1 for the total of p- + m-xylene.  相似文献

In this work, a simple and miniaturized solid-phase extraction device was constructed by connecting a commercial nylon needle filter to a syringe, which was applied for extracting 1-hydroxypyrene from a urine sample via hydrophobic and hydrogen bond interactions. The nylon membrane in the needle filter acted as the solid-phase extraction adsorbent, meanwhile, it filtered the particles in the urine sample. To obtain high extraction efficiency, key parameters influencing extraction recovery were investigated. The entire pretreatment process was accomplished within 5 min under the optimal conditions. By coupling high-performance liquid chromatography–ultraviolet, a rapid, low-cost, and convenient nylon needle filter-based method was established for the analysis of 1-hydroxypyrene in a complex urine matrix. Within the linearity range of 0.2–1000 μg/L, the method exhibited a satisfactory correlation coefficient (R = 0.9999). The limit of detection was 0.06 μg/L, and the recoveries from urine sample spiked with three concentrations (5, 20, and 100 μg/L) ranged from 105.8% to 113.1% with the relative standard deviations less than 6.7% (intra-day, n = 6) and 8.9% (inter-day, n = 4). Finally, the proposed method was successfully applied for detecting 1-hydroxypyrene in urine samples from college students, smokers, gas station workers, and chip factory workers. The detected concentration in actual urine samples ranged from 0.46 to 5.26 μg/L. Taken together, this simple and cost-effective nylon needle filter-based solid-phase extraction device showed an excellent application potential for pretreating hydrophobic analytes from aqueous samples.  相似文献
