A simple and convenient method for preparation of cobalt hexacyanoferrate (CoHCF) nanowires by electrodeposition was reported. Multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were used as templates to fabricate CoHCF nanowires. MWNTs could affect the size of CoHCF nanoparticles and made them grow on the sidewalls of carbon nanotubes during the process of electrodeposition. Thus CoHCF nanowires could be obtained by this method. Field-emission scanning electron microscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to characterize these nanowires. These results showed the CoHCF nanowires could be easily and successfully obtained and it gave a novel approach to prepare inorganic nanowires.  相似文献

Europium bisphthalocyanine (EuPc2) nanowires were prepared by electrochemicaldeposition method. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images show the evolution of themorphologies of nanowires obtained under different deposition time (Td). The optical properties ofeuropium bisphthalocyanine films were studied by UV-Vis absorption spectra. The morphology of EuPc2 nanowires could be controlled by changing deposition conditions, which provides a usefulmethod to make organic nanowires.  相似文献

利用Ag离子与Br离子之间的化学沉积作用在孔隙中充满明胶的阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板中制备了AgBr/AAO纳米介孔复合材料.材料选择性曝光后,利用原位显影液对其进行化学显影,在AAO模板中选择性得到Ag纳米线阵列.实验结果表明:Ag纳米线是连续的、致密的,且具有多晶结构,充满了曝光部分的模板孔隙.本文还对影响Ag纳米线选择性生长的因素进行了简单讨论.  相似文献

在溶液中, 以DNA为模板构造出了线性的苯胺-DNA复合物纳米线. 用压缩气流将得到的复合物纳米线拉直并固定到云母基底上. 用原子力显微镜(AFM)可观察到形貌规整的苯胺-DNA复合物纳米线. 苯胺单体在溶液中能从各个方向上组装到DNA分子上, 从而使DNA模板分子的表面包裹了一层苯胺. 以苯胺-DNA复合物纳米线为前驱体通过进一步化学氧化聚合得到了以DNA为模板的聚苯胺纳米导线.  相似文献

Pt? M (M=Cu, Co, Ni, Fe) wormlike nanowires with excellent catalytic activities were produced by a hydrothermal method. Based on the experiment results, Pt? M nanoparticles grew into nanowires through oriented attachment. The electrocatalytic activities of these nanowires toward methanol oxidation were also studied by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry measurements. The synthesized Pt? M nanowires showed higher catalytic activity and stability for methanol oxidation than Pt nanowires and commercial Pt black.  相似文献

利用碳辅助CVD方法, 在1100~1140 ℃、常压、N2/H2气氛下, 以Fe-Al-O复合体系为催化剂, 在石英衬底上制备了大量非晶氧化硅纳米线. 该纳米线直径为20~200 nm, 长数百微米. 利用透射电镜、扫描电镜及电子能谱对氧化硅纳米线的形貌及组分进行了表征与分析; FTIR光谱显示了非晶氧化硅的3个特征峰(482, 806和1095 cm-1)和1132 cm-1无序氧化硅结构的强吸收峰. 氧化硅纳米线的光致发光光谱(PL)表明其具有较强的438 nm荧光峰.  相似文献

采用氧化铝模板由交流电沉积制备纯银纳米线.然后借助化学还原法,在已制备好的银线表面包裹不同厚度的金壳层,得到具有核壳结构的AgcoreAushell复合纳米线.电子显微镜(SEM,TEM)显示该复合结构纳米线表面形貌与加入的金盐量有关,而且包裹层较薄的复合纳米线表面存在大量的孔洞.循环伏安测试表明,具有孔洞效应的复合纳米线经多次循环扫描后即可过渡到无孔洞效应的表面.以对巯基苯胺(PATP)作为探针分子的表面增强拉曼光谱,可用于表征纳米材料的表面结构.  相似文献

Template two step electrodeposition method and atomic layer deposition were used to synthesize copper nanowires of varied length (1.2 to 26.2 μm) and copper nanowires coated with titanium dioxide. As a result of the atomic layer deposition of TiO2, coated nanowires demonstrated an up to 10-fold decrease in the wetting angle, compared with uncoated nanowires. It was found the dissipation rate is substantially higher for nanowires coated by the atomic layer deposition method (100 s) as compared with the uncoated copper nanowires (400 s), which assumes the positive properties of water propagation along the surface, necessary for improving the heat transfer. It was also found that the water contact angle for uncoated nanowires and those coated with TiO2 by the atomic layer deposition (ALD) gradually increases as the samples are kept in air. A gradual increase in wettability was also observed for smooth silicon wafers coated by ALD of TiO2, which were exposed to air. On the coated silicon substrates, the wetting angle gradually increased from 10° to approximately 56° in the course of four days. In addition, it was shown that copper nanowires coated with TiO2 by the atomic layer deposition method have an excellent corrosion resistance, compared with uncoated nanowires, when brought in contact with air and water.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the roles of gold catalyst using modified thermal evaporation set-up in the growth process of ZnMgO nanowires. ZnMgO nanowires are fabricated on silicon substrates using different thickness of gold catalyst. A simple horizontal double-tube system along with chemical vapor diffusion of the precursors, based on Fick’s first law, is used to grow the ZnMgO nanowires. Field emission scanning electron microscopy images show that the ZnMgO nanowires are tapered. The optical properties of the ZnMgO nanowires are characterized by room temperature photoluminescence (PL) measurements. The PL studies demonstrate that the ZnMgO nanowires grown using this method have good crystallinity with excellent optical properties and have a larger band-gap in comparison to the pure ZnO nanowires. Field emission characterization shows that the turn-on field for the nanowires grown on the thinner gold film is lower than those grown on the thicker gold film.  相似文献

The fundamentals of phase separations of single-crystal III-V nitride nanowires grown by self-catalytic chemical vapor deposition method have been studied. Experimental tools, such as high resolution transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, have been used to characterize the nanowires. The study indicates that nanowires with diameters exceeding about 100 nm undergo phase transitions and/or crystal structure deterioration. The study highlights a relationship between the crystal structure and the kinetics of growth of nanowires.  相似文献

Au nanowire fabrication from sequenced histidine-rich peptide   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
A new biological approach to fabricate Au nanowires was examined by using sequenced histidine-rich peptide nanowires as templates. The sequenced histidine-rich peptide molecules were assembled as nanowires, and the biological recognition of the sequenced peptide toward Au lead to efficient Au coating on the nanowires. Monodisperse Au nanocrystals were uniformly coated on the histidine peptide nanowires with the high-density coverage, and the crystalline phases of the Au nanocrystals were observed as (111) and (220). The uniformity of the Au coating on the nanowires without contamination of precipitated Au aggregates is advantageous for the fabrication of electronics and sensor devices when the nanowires are used as the building blocks. We believe this simple metal nanowire fabrication method can be applied to various metals and semiconductors with peptides whose sequences are known to mineralize specific ions.  相似文献

Mixed oxide photocatalysts, ZnO-Zn2SnO4 (ZnO-ZTO) nanowires with different sizes were prepared by a simple thermal evaporation method. The ZnO-ZTO nanowires were characterized with a scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, energy-dispersive spectrometer, and X-ray photoelectron spectrThe photocatalytic activity of the ZnO-ZTO mixed nanowires were studied by observing the photodegradation behaviors of methyl orange aqueous solution. The results suggest that the ZnO-ZTO mixed oxide nanowires have a higher photocatalytic activity than pure ZnO and Zn2SnO4 nanowires. The photocatalyst concentration in the solution distinctly affects the degradation rate, and our results show that higher photodegradation efficiency can be achieved with a smaller amount of ZnO-ZTO nanowire catalyst, as compared to the pure ZnO and ZTO nanowires. Moreover, the photocatalytic activity can also be enhanced by reducing the average diameter of the nanowires. The activity of pure ZnO and ZTO nanowires are also enhanced by physically mixing them. These results can be explained by the synergism between the two semiconductors.  相似文献

以多孔氧化铝膜为模板,电化学沉积出Zn纳米线,再通过高温氧化得到ZnO纳米线阵列。通过改变制备多孔氧化铝模板的工艺参数来改变模板纳米孔径,进而改变ZnO纳米线的直径,得到不同形态的ZnO纳米线阵列。应用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜测试技术表征了ZnO纳米线的结构与形貌。结果发现,X射线衍射时会出现随ZnO纳米线直径增大衍射峰增多和增强的现象。采用荧光光谱仪测试样品的光致发光性能,通过Gaussian原理对谱峰的拟合分析了ZnO纳米线形态对其光致发光光谱的影响。结果表明,随着纳米线直径从30nm至60nm依次增大,其结晶性和化学计量比逐渐变好。近紫外区和蓝光区的发射峰随着纳米线直径的增大而蓝移,而纳米线直径为60nm的样品则出现随直径增大而红移的现象。结果可见,直径在55~60nm间的某点将是ZnO纳米线的结构和光致发光性能变化的临界点。  相似文献

Biological molecules, in particular DNA, have shown great potential to be used as interconnects of nanodevices and computational elements. In this research, we synthesized electrically conductive gold nanowires for the first time exploiting an electroless and microwave heating method for 120-180 s. Our results indicate that DNA serves as a reducing and nonspecific capping agent for the growth of nanowires. The current voltage ( I- V) characteristics of the Au nanowires are continuous, exhibiting Ohmic behavior having low contact resistance with the gold electrodes. The nanowires have a diameter of 10-15 nm in solution and of 20-30 nm in immobilized DNA with resistivity comparable to pure metals. The method is highly selective with deposition confined to the DNA itself. The nanowires we fabricated can be used as building blocks for functional nanodevices, sensors, and optoelectronics.  相似文献

One‐dimensional nanowires enable the realization of optical and electronic nanodevices that may find applications in energy conversion and storage systems. Herein, large‐scale aligned DNA nanowires were crafted by flow‐enabled self‐assembly (FESA). The highly oriented and continuous DNA nanowires were then capitalized on either as a template to form metallic nanowires by exposing DNA nanowires that had been preloaded with metal salts to an oxygen plasma or as a scaffold to direct the positioning and alignment of metal nanoparticles and nanorods. The FESA strategy is simple and easy to implement and thus a promising new method for the low‐cost synthesis of large‐scale one‐dimensional nanostructures for nanodevices.  相似文献

We report the synthesis of single-crystalline VO2 nanowires with rectangular cross sections using a vapor transport method. These nanowires have typical diameters of 60 (+/-30) nm and lengths up to >10 mum. Electron microscopy and diffraction measurements show that the VO2 nanowires are single crystalline and exhibit a monoclinic structure. Moreover, they preferentially grow along the [100] direction and are bounded by the (01) and (011) facets. These VO2 nanowires should provide promising materials for fundamental investigations of nanoscale metal-insulator transitions.  相似文献

Single crystalline wurzite GaN nanowires were successfully synthesized on the NiO catalyzed alumina substrate through a simple thermal chemical vapor deposition method. The mixture of Ga and GaN powder was used as the source material of Ga for synthesizing GaN nanowires. The diameter of nanowires ranged 50–60 nm and the length was about hundreds of micrometers. The nanowires were single crystal with hexagonal wurzite structure. The peaks of Raman spectra of GaN nanowires appeared broadened and asymmetric compared with those of bulk GaN. PL spectra under excitation at 325 nm showed a strong emission at 3.315 eV from near band-edge transition and a broad weak emission at 2.695 eV related to deep level defects.  相似文献

用一种新的电化学方法在多孔氧化铝模板中制备了CdS纳米线阵列体系,并用XRD、TEM对样品进行表征,结果显示CdS纳米线为立方相和六方相的多晶混合结构,对沉积机理进行了讨论.荧光光谱测量显示CdS纳米线阵列体系有三个强的紫外发光带和一个黄绿发光带.该文所使用的方法可以用来在氧化铝模板中制备其它材料的纳米线阵列体系.  相似文献

We report a novel approach for growing aligned and orientation-ordered ZnS nanowires. Our method relies on a buffer layer of CdSe grown on a Si(111) substrate, on which ZnS nanowires are grown. The growth process of the nanowire bundles is presented. The technique demonstrated could be an effective pathway for growing patterned, aligned, size-controlled, and orientation-ordered ZnS nanowires.  相似文献
