Superconducting transition temperature (Tc), Ca content and oxygen deficiency are studied on GaSr1.8Ca0.2Yb1−xCaxCu2O7 (x≤0.35). Superconducting samples with Tc=52 K are prepared after the annealing at 20 MPa of oxygen. The Tc is reduced through a slight oxygen loss accompanied by annealing in air above 650°C. The oxygen loss suggests the presence of short Cu–O chains in the GaO4 slab. The formal valence of planar Cu required for the appearance of superconductivity depends on oxygen and Ca contents. The critical formal Cu valences are 2.105 and 2.125 for the samples annealed in air at 600°C and at 835°C, respectively. The values are higher than those of usual high-Tc superconductors. This can be explained by a high concentration of localized holes in the CuO5 slab. 相似文献

The synthesis, structural and magnetic properties of a new type high permittivity material Ca(Ti1/2Mn1/2)O3 was reported. The sample was prepared by conventional solid-state reaction route. Rietveld analysis revealed it was single perovskite with space group Pnma. Normalized bond length and bond valence were calculated to investigate the compression/dilation effects of bonds and atoms in unit cell. There were five types of Ca-O bonds and three kinds of (Ti, Mn)-O bonds in Ca(Ti1/2Mn1/2)O3. The susceptibility curve at high temperature followed the Curie-Weiss law with Curie and Weiss constant as 0.8991 emu K/mol and −276.3 K, respectively. The calculated effective moment per Mn is 2.68 μB-Bohr magneton. Antiferromagnetism and spin glass state at low temperature were found in Ca(Ti1/2Mn1/2)O3. Frustration parameter was estimated to be about 30, suggesting the cluster-spin-glass resulted from geometrical frustration. 相似文献

Superconductivity and composition analysis of PbBaSr(Y, Ca)Cu3Oy with fixed ratio of Sr/Ba = 1 were studied. Synthesis condition and superconductivity of Pb(Ba, Sr)2(Y, Ca)Cu3Oy with various ratio of Sr/Ba and Ca/Y were also studied. It was found that Tc increased with increasing Ca concentration, and that Sr-rich specimens allowed to contain more Ca. PbBa0.8Sr1.2Y0.6Ca0.4Cu3O7 showed superconductivity with zero-resistance temperature of 42 K, which was higher than PbBaSrY0.7Ca0.3Cu3O7 with maximum Ca content for Sr/Ba = 1. Decrease in averaged ionic radii of Ba and Sr in Sr-rich compositions would be favorable for the contraction of Cu-O bonds by hole-doping via Ca substitution for Y. 相似文献

轻标量介子性质研究是当今中高能核物理研究中的热点问题之一,特别是质量低于1 GeV的标量介子f0(980)的内部结构一直存在争议,至今未达成共识。基于前人的研究结果,运用有效拉氏量方法,对f0(980)粒子的光生过程γp→pf0(980)进行了更深入的理论研究。探讨了两种传播子形式下得矢量介子ρ和ω交换的贡献,第一种是选择雷吉传播子,第二种是选择普通费曼传播子。第二种形式的微分散射截面理论结果与现有实验数据符合比第一种形式的结果好。基于此,计算了两种形式的总截面,两种形式给出的理论结果相差很大。另外,给出了γp→pf0(980)→pπ+π-过程的π+π-不变质量分布的理论预言,发现π+π-不变质量分布对于f0(980)于K-K的耦合常数(gf0KK)有很强的依赖关系,不同的gf0KK给出明显不同的π+π-不变质量分布。将来相关实验数据可以验证这些理论预言,并对矢量介子传播子形式和耦合常数gf0KK做出限制,加深人们对f0(980)粒子的认识。We study the scalar meson f0(980) in the γp→pf0(980) reaction within an effective Lagrangian approach. Based on previous studies, we calculate the differential cross sections of this reaction. We take two types of the propagators of vector mesons ρ and ω, one is the Regge form, the other one is the normal Feynman propagator. It is found that our theoretical results for the differential cross sections with the Feynman propagator are in agreement with the current experimental data. For the total cross sections, the results with the two types of propagator are much different. On the other hand, we predict the π+π- invariant mass distribution of the γp→pf0(980)→pπ+π- reaction. We find that the π+π- invariant mass distribution depends sensitively on the value of the coupling constant gf0KK. We hope that the future experiments can test our model calculation and give further constraints on the value of gf0KK and also the nature of f0(980). 相似文献

The Coster-Kronig transition, f23, was determined using differential fluorescence cross sections of Ll X-ray for Th and U. The targets were irradiated an Am-241 radioisotope at the different incident angle. The Ll X-rays were counted with a Si (Li) detector at the different scattering angle varying from 60° to 90° at 10° intervals. For each angle, the Coster-Kronig transition probability, f23, was found. An obtained Coster-Kronig transition probability value was fitted versus emission angle. According to present results we can say that the Coster-Kronig transition probability, f23, shows isotropic distribution. 相似文献

The crystal structures of (Pb0.5Cd0.5)Sr2YCu2O7, (Pb0.5Cd0.5)Sr2(Y0.6Ca0.4)Cu2O7 and (Pb0.5Cd 0.5)Sr2(Y0.5Ca0.5)Cu2O7 have been refined by the Rietveld method for the X-ray diffraction data. The refinement results indicate that both Pb and Cd atoms in the (Pb, Cd)O layers and O(3) atoms are displaced from their ideal sites, and that there is a complicated occupation in the (Pb, Cd)O layers, i.e., other cations, such as Sr2+, Cu2+ and Ca2+, can occupy the (Pb, Cd) site for these samples. This may be the reason why the lattice constants do not vary monotanically with the calcium content, and why there exist broad superconducting transitions in the system (Pb0.5Cd0.5)Sr2(Y1−xCax)Cu2O7. The refinement results also indicate that, as the calcium content increases, the O(2) atoms move close to the CuO2 planes and far from the (Pb, Cd)O layers. Thus, the increase of calcium content results in charge transfer from the charge reservoir layer (Pb, Cd)O to the CuO2 planes. This result is consistent with the bond valence sums of the Cu ions in the CuO2 planes. 相似文献

The complete polarized infra-red and Raman spectra of single crystals of calcium and magnesium hydroxide are presented. The results are largely in disagreement with those of previous workers both with regard to frequencies and to symmetry assignments. The assignments have been confirmed by study of the spectra of the deuterated counterparts of the crystals. The implications of the results for previous calculations of the dispersion curves are stressed. It is shown that there is little mixing of rotatory and translatory character among the external modes of vibration and a discussion of the origin of the Davydov splitting of the internal modes is given. The complex combination bands observed in the infra-red absorption spectrum are discussed and compared with neutron diffraction spectra. 相似文献

The magnetic susceptibility of the layered compounds (CH2)3(NH3)2FeCl2Br2 and (CH2)6(NH3)2FeCl2Br2 has been measured in the range 80 < T < 300 K. The results follow a Curie-Weiss behavior in the range 120 < T < 300 K but are field dependent for T < 120 K. The results are interpreted in terms of a two-dimensional antiferromagnetic interaction which is canted. A comparison with the corresponding pure chloride compounds is given. 相似文献

properties with piezoelectric constant d33=163 pC/N, electromechanical coupling factor kp=0.33, kt=0.53, relative permittivity εr=785 and dissipation factor cosδ=2.2% at 1 kHz. The sample has larger remnant polarization than BNKLBT-0 ceramics and the
same coercive field as BNKLBT-0 ceramics. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the incorporated BLT diffuses into the BNT–BKT–BT
lattice to form a solid solution during sintering, but changes the crystal structure from rhombohedral to tetragonal symmetry
at higher BLT amounts. Depolarization temperature (Td) of the BNKLBT-100x ceramics increases from 102 °C to ∼136 °C for BNKLBT-0 to BNKLBT-2.5. BNKLBT-1.5 is used as the transduction
element in compressive type accelerometer and its sensitivity is calibrated by the back-to back method. Within the ±2.5% tolerance,
the lead-free accelerometer has a mean value of 2.97 pC/ms-2 within 50 Hz–12.45 kHz and the lead-based accelerometer has a mean value of 4.34 pC/ms-2 within 50 Hz to 8.24 kHz.

Brillouin spectrum of several directions, such as [0,0,1], [0,1,1]/?2, [0,1,0] and [1,/?2,1/2,1/2] of Ca(OH)2 crystals were measured. The elastic stiffness coefficients c11, c33, c44, c66 and c13 are estimated to be (in N/m2 × 1010): 9.928±0.15, 3.260±0.2, 0.985±0.2, 3.155±0.15 and 2.965±1.5, respectively. In our work single crystals of Mg4.5Na7(P2O7)4 were prepared, pulverized, pressed into pellets and sintered in order to measure the electrical conductivity of polycrystalline specimens. The conductivity was also measured on glassy specimens obtained by the melting of previously prepared crystals. The electrical conductivities at 25°C with values of the order of 10−16 Ω−1 cm−1 for polycrystalline samples and a value of the order of 10−14 Ω−1 cm−1 for glass, show that the glassy phase of Mg4.5Na7(P2 because of its greater molar volume and loosely packed structure, is a better matrix for ionic motion. 相似文献

The compound dihydrazinium bis(sulfato) niccolate(II), Ni(N2H5)2(SO4)2, containing sulfato-bridged chains of Ni(II) ions, can be described as an antiferromagnetic Heisenberg linear-chain system. A reasonable agreement of susceptibility measurements in the temperature region 2–80K, with a theory developed by Weng for antiferromagnetic Heisenberg linear chains with spin S=1, is obtained for a value of the intra-chain interaction . Preliminary results of specific heat measurements, on the other hand, do not fit quite well using this model. 利用脉冲激光溅射-超声分子束载带方法制备了气相Ti+(CO2)2Ar和Ti+(CO2)n(n=3-7)络合物离子.采用红外光解离光谱研究了这些选定的质量离子的振动光谱. 对于每一种络合物离子, 在CO伸缩振动频率范围都观察到了振动峰,表明这些离子具有插入的OTi+CO(CO2)n-1结构. 对于n≦5的OTi+CO(CO2)n-1离子,其CO振动和CO2的反对称伸缩振动频率都比自由的CO和CO2的频率要高,表明CO和CO2配体与中心金属离子之间主要是静电相互作用.实验结果还表明TiO+可以直接络合五个配体(1个CO和4个CO2分子).对于n=2络合物体系,除了插入的OTi+CO(CO2)结构以外,还观察到了具有弯曲结构的OCO-Ti+-OCO异构体的存在 相似文献

We have measured the paramagnetic (PM) resonance behavior as a function of temperature for various manganese perovskites (La,Y)2/3(Ca,Ba)1/3MnO3 with an average A-site size rA basically covering the whole region of ferromagnetic (FM) metallic ground state. We show that at least three regions with different magnetic behaviors can be distinguished by two phase lines: Tonset−rA and Tc−rA. For each given rA, the complete PM and long-range FM behaviors appear above Tonset and below Tc, respectively; while some anomalous PM behaviors appear for the intermediate temperature range of Tonset<T<Tc . A possible magnetic transition process is discussed in order of decreasing temperature from high-T complete paramagnetism to low-T long-range ferromagnetism. 相似文献
