以薯蓣皂素为原料, 经过磺酰酯化、N-溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBS)氧化加成、Pb(OAc)4远程氧化关环、消去反应、间氯过氧苯甲酸(mCPBA)氧化、高氯酸开环及锌粉还原7步反应, 合成多羟基甾体25(R)-异螺甾环-5-烯-2β,3α,19-三醇. 并用IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS及元素分析对各中间体及目标化合物进行了表征.  相似文献

从南中国海海绵Cinachyrella australiensis的乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离出一个结构特别的甾体化合物, 应用UV, IR, MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DQCOSY, NOESY, TOCSY, HMQC和HMBC等光谱分析技术, 确定它为(3E)-胆甾-4-烯-3,6-二酮-3-肟(1). 化合物1为新天然甾体化合物, 通过生理活性实验表明其对乙肝病毒Hep G2细胞有较强的细胞毒活性. 本文对其波谱数据作了详细报道.  相似文献

首次利用薯蓣皂甙元的完整骨架经16步反应以7.6%的总收率合成了骨化三醇(1α,25-二羟基维生素D3)的光化反应前体. 3-苄基保护的薯蓣皂甙元经还原开E/F环产生3,16,26-胆甾三醇-3-苄醚(5). 除去化合物5 C-16羟基后, 其C-26羟基经消除和羟基化反应转移到C-25位. 目标分子A/B环结构单元通过薯蓣皂甙元A/B环的官能团转化被构筑. 按照已知的光化反应, (1S,3R)-胆甾-5,7-二烯-1,3,25-三醇能被转化成为1α,25-二羟基维生素D3.  相似文献

氧化双[三(2-甲基-2-苯基)丙基]锡分别与庚二酸和辛二酸反应, 合成了2个双[三(2-甲基-2-苯基)丙基锡]二元酸酯(CH2)n[CO2Sn(CH2CMe2Ph)3]2[(n=5 (1), 6 (2)], 经IR、1H和13C NMR、元素分析和X射线单晶衍射对化合物进行了表征。化合物属单斜晶系, 空间群为P21/c。锡原子均为畸型四面体构型, 化合物1以氢键作用形成一维链状结构, 化合物2以氢键和C-H…π作用形成二维网状结构。化合物12在340 ℃以下具有良好的热稳定性, 对人癌细胞Colo205、HepG2、MCF-7、Hela、NCI-H460均具有较好的体外抑制活性, 且具有一定的抑菌活性。  相似文献

设计合成了8-羟基喹啉衍生物34以及它们的金属锌配合物56,化合物34经质谱(MS)、元素分析(EA)、红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV)、核磁共振氢谱( 1H NMR)进行表征,并测定了它们的荧光性质,与2-甲基-8-羟基喹啉(λmax=390 nm)比较表明,化合物34的荧光红移80~150 nm;用X射线单晶衍射仪测定了化合物3的晶体结构,晶体属于三斜晶系,空间群P1,a=0.706 87(5) nm,b=0.962 03(6) nm,c=1.221 09(8) nm,α=86.735(4)°,β=87.840(4)°,γ=74.333(4)°,V=0.798 01(9) nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.367 Mg·m-3,μ=0.089 mm-1,F(000)=344,wR1=0.055 2,wR2=0.158 1。化合物3的晶体结构确认了2-甲基-8-羟基喹啉甲酰化是在5位。测定了化合物56的荧光光谱及其荧光寿命,结果表明,化合物56发光的峰值为620 nm 和623nm,能够发出橙色的荧光,与2-甲基-8-羟基喹啉锌(λmax=515 nm)比较,发生了明显的红移。化合物56的寿命分别为1.57 ns和1.77 ns,呈单指数衰减。  相似文献

C60-吡咯烷衍生物的合成及非线性光学性质的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过富勒烯C60与肌氨酸和有机醛化合物的1,3-偶极环加成反应, 获得了九种含不同有机功能基团的C60吡咯烷衍生物19, 用1H NMR, 13C NMR, FTIR, UV-vis和FAB-MS进行了结构表征; 利用皮秒激光光源, 采用z扫描技术测定了分子的三阶非线性超极化率γ(3), 结果显示: 化合物3 (γ(3)=4.14×10-33 esu)具有最大的三阶非线性光学系数, 说明增加噻吩共轭链的长度, 使三阶非线性活性增加; 对具有相同共轭链的C60-噻吩吡咯烷衍生物(2, 5, 14), 吸电子取代基减小了三阶光学非线性活性, 给电子基增大了三阶光学非线性活性; 同时发现喹啉环2-位键联(7)比4-位(8)有更好的三阶光学非线性活性.  相似文献

以2种1-苯基-3-甲基-5-对甲苯氧基-吡唑-4-甲醛为原料, 在强碱条件下与苯乙酮(取代苯乙酮)发生羟醛缩合, 高产率地合成出10种新型含吡唑基的查尔酮. 化合物的结构经元素分析, IR和1H NMR确认. 并用X射线衍射法测定了化合物4c的晶体结构. 化合物4c属三斜晶系, 空间群P-1, 晶胞参数: a=1.0225(2) nm, b=1.4263(3) nm, c=1.6718(3) nm, α=110.32(3)°, β=106.30(3)°, γ=98.11(3)°, Mr=428.90, V=2.1159(7) nm3, Dc=1.346 Mg/m3, Z=2, F(000)=896.  相似文献

为了寻找高活性的Hill反应抑制剂, 以β-氨基丙酸为原料, 经过四步反应, 合成了一系列未经文献报道的3-取代硫代氢化脲嘧啶. 所有新化合物的结构均经过1H NMR, IR和元素分析证. 初步的生物活性测试表明, 所合成的化合物能有效地抑制Hill反应, 如化合物 5j 有很高的抑制活性(IC50=0.82 g•mL-1).  相似文献

利用席夫碱与亚磷酸酯反应, 合成了新型O,O'-二烷基-α-(6-甲氧苯并噻唑-2-基氨基)-4-氟苯基膦酸酯化合物, 结构经元素分析, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR和X单晶衍射确认. X单晶衍射测试结果表明: 化合物3d分子属于四面体晶系, 空间群I4(1)/a, a=2.1055(3) nm, b=2.1055(3) nm, c=2.0521(5) nm, α=90.00°, β=90.00°, γ=90.00°, V=0.9098(3) nm3, Z=16, Dc=1.321 mg/m3, =0.250 mm-1, F(000)=3808. 化合物还存在着1个分子内氢键[N(2)—H(2)…O(1)]. 生物测定表明化合物3f在20 g/mL浓度下对PC3细胞的抑制率为84.3%.  相似文献

Chemical investigation on CH2Cl2 extract of the marine sponge Leucetta chagosensis, collected from the South China Sea, afforded two new 5,6-epoxysterols, 5α,6α-epoxycholesta-8(14),22(E)-diene-3β,7α-diol (1) and (24R)-24-ethyl-5α,6α-epoxycholesta-8(14),22(E)-diene-3β,7α-diol (2) along with ten known related steroid analogs (312). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR spectroscopic analyses, and comparison with the literature. All isolates were tested for cytotoxicity against three tumor cell lines only known compounds 11 and 12 exhibited notable cytotoxic activity against A549 (IC50: 3.0 and 5.6?μM), PC9 (2.0 and 15.6?μM), and MCF-7 (9.4 and 11.8?μM) cell lines, respectively.  相似文献

A new steroid, (3S,5R,9R,10S,13R,17R,20R,24S,22E)-ergosta-6,8,22-triene-3,25-diol (1), and its sulfonated analogue (2) together with a known one, 5α,8α-epidioxy-cholest-6-en-3β-ol (3) were isolated from the marine sponge Dactylospongia elegans collected from the South China Sea. The new structures including absolute configurations were established by the HRESIMS and 1D and 2D NMR analysis coupled with the X-ray crystal analysis. Both of 1 and 2 exhibited cytotoxicity against cancer cell line MCF-7 with IC50 values of 9.7 and 8.5 μM, respectively.  相似文献

Two new isoprenylated benzofuran 3-ones, airlanggin A (1) and B (2) along with two known xanthones, ananixanthone (3) and trapezifolixanthone (4) were isolated from the stem bark of Calophyllum soulattri. Structures of all the compounds were elucidated using extensive spectroscopic methods, including UV, IR, HRESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR. Compounds 14 were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against P-388 cells, showing that compound 3 was the most active with IC50 0.68 μg/mL and compound 1 showed moderate activity with IC50 5.80 μg/mL.  相似文献

A continuing phytochemical study on the semi-mangrove plant Hibiscus tiliaceus yielded two new tetracyclic triterpenoids (3β,24S)-19(10→9)-abeo-8α,9β,10α-eupha-5,25(26)-dien-3,24-diol (tiliacol A, 1 ), and (3β,23Z)-19(10→9)-abeo-8α,9β,10α-tircalla-5,23-dien-3,25-diol (tiliacol B, 3), together with one known analog (2). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectral analyses (MS, IR, 1D NMR and 2D NMR) and comparison with literature compounds. Compound 2 showed potent cytotoxicity against both P388 and HeLa cells with ICon values of 11.2 μmol/L and 11.5 μmol/L, resoectively.  相似文献

Abstract

One new pentanortriterpenoid, 23,24,25,26,27-pentanorlanost-7,9(11)-dien-3β,22-diol (1), one new triterpenoid, lanost-8-en-3β,22S,23S-triol (2), together with the known triterpenoid, 23,24,25,26,27-pentanorlanost-8-en-3β,22-diol (3), were obtained from culture of the fungus Diplodia cupressi associated with the moss Polytrichum commune. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic techniques including HR-ESIMS and 1?D and 2?D NMR experiments. The cytotoxicity of these compounds against human cancer cell lines (A549, Hep G2, Hepa 1c1c7, and Hela) was evaluated and compound 2 exhibited weak inhibitory activity with IC50 value of 35.0?±?2.3?μM against the proliferation of the Hepa 1c1c7 cells.  相似文献

Kosterm. Structures of all the compounds were elucidated using extensive spectroscopic methods, including UV, IR, HRESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR. One new 19-nor cucurbitane-type triterpenoid (3β,9β,25-trihydroxy-7β-methoxy-19-nor-cucurbita-5,23(E)-diene) (1), together with other six known cucurbitane-type triterpenoids (2–7), were isolated from the stems of Momordica charantia L. The chemical structure of 1 was elucidated by extensive 1D NMR and 2D NMR (HSQC, HMBC, COSY and ROESY), MS experiments. Using MTT assay, compound 1 exhibited weak cytotoxicity against HL-60, A-549, and SK-BR-3 cell lines with the IC50 values at 27.3, 32.7 and 26.6 μM, respectively.  相似文献

Two new sphingolipids: oxyacanthin A [(2S,3S,4R)-2-{[(2R,5E)-2-hydroxyoctadec-5-enoyl]amino}hexaeicosane-1,3,4-triol; 1] and B [(2S,3S,4R)-2-{[(2R,5E)-2-hydroxyoctadec-5-enoyl]amino}hexaeicosane-1,3,4-triol-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside; 2], together with 1-octacosanol, β-sitosterol, β-sitosterol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and luteolin 7-O-β-glucopyranoside were isolated from the methanolic extract of the whole plant of Carthamus oxyacantha. Their structures were elucidated using 1H and 13C NMR spectra and 2D NMR analyses (HMQC, HMBC and COSY) in combination with mass spectrometry (EI-MS, HR-EI-MS, FAB-MS and HR-FAB-MS) experiments and in comparison with the literature data of the related compounds. Both the compounds 1 and 2 showed inhibitory potential against lipoxygenase (LOX) in a concentration-dependent manner with IC50 values 83.3 ± 1.3 and 245.7 ± 1.1 µM, whereas compound 2 showed inhibition against enzymes acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) with IC50 values 65.3 ± 0.1 and 93.6 ± 0.1 µM, respectively.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of an extract of the marine sponge Phyllospongia papyracea, collected from the South China Sea, led to the isolation and identification of three new scalarane‐type sesterterpenoids, compounds 1 – 3 . Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR as well as high‐resolution ESI‐MS experiments. (12α,16β)‐12‐Acetoxy‐16‐hydroxy‐20,24‐dimethyl‐25‐norscalar‐17‐en‐24‐one ( 1 ) was cytotoxic against the leukemia P388 cancer cell line, with an IC50 value of 5 μg/ml.  相似文献

The phytochemical investigation of chloroform extract from Piper betle var. haldia, Piperaceae, leaves has resulted in the isolation of two new chemical constituents which were identified as 1-n-dodecanyloxy resorcinol (H1) and desmethylenesqualenyl deoxy-cepharadione-A (H4), on the basis of spectroscopic data 1D NMR (1H and 13C) and 2D NMR (1H-1H COSY and HMBC) as well as ESI-MS, FT-IR and HR-ESI-MS analyses. Compounds H1 and H4 showed excellent antioxidant DPPH free radical scavenging activity with IC50 values of 7.14 μg/mL and 8.08 μg/mL compared to ascorbic acid as a standard antioxidant drug with IC50 value of 2.52 μg/mL, respectively. Evaluation of cytotoxic activity against human hepatoma cell line (PLC-PRF-5) showed moderate effect with the GI50 values of 35.12 μg/mL for H1, 31.01 μg/mL for H4, compared to Doxorubicin® as a standard cytotoxic drug with GI50 value of 18.80 μg/mL.  相似文献
