粗糙表面的弹塑性接触研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
建立了综合载荷作用下粗糙表面弹塑性接触的确定性模型,考虑了微凸峰接触的弹塑性变形阶段,数值求解得到实际接触面积、压力分布和微凸峰塑性形变.分析了实际接触面积与法向载荷的关系,并研究了点接触的椭圆参数对上述关系的影响.建立了结点增长模型,分析了结点增长与滑动摩擦系数的关系以及滑动摩擦系数随椭圆参数的变化.结果表明:随着法向载荷增大,实际接触面积与法向载荷之间的非线性关系愈加显著;椭圆参数越大,实际接触面积越小,选择较小的椭圆参数可降低平均接触压力;结点增长的速率随滑动摩擦系数增大而增大;表面剪切作用力使最大Mises应力值升高,疲劳裂纹的发生源向表面靠近;重载时选择较小的滚动轴承沟曲率半径系数有利于减小摩擦功耗.  相似文献

This paper introduces an elasto-plastic joint element characterised by strain hardening and softening in the analysis of dynamic soil-structure interaction. The phenomena of separation and sliding on the contact surface between soil and structure can be better simulated and the process can also be described. The interaction problems in a typical soil-structure system are analyzed in terms of elasto-plastic joint element as well as elastic ones. The results show that the elasto-plastic joint element is much better than the elastic one in modelling, especially in that the relative displacements accross the joint element can be much greater than that of the elastic case. Separation and sliding are not only related to the coefficient of friction and cohesion but also to their changes with plastic volumetric strain. 刚体滚动时摩擦力的判断是工程力学中极易引起学生困惑的问题. 在对摩擦力产生原因进行分析的基础上, 确定了刚体纯滚动时静摩擦力的计算公式和判定方法. 刚体作纯滚动时静摩擦力所作总功为零, 仅实现刚体平动动能和转动动能之间的相互转化, 其方向总是阻碍主动力引起的物体运动趋势并使其向另一种运动转化; 刚体作有滑滚动时滑动摩擦力所作总功为负, 其方向与刚体滑动方向相反, 并实现刚体平动动能和转动动能之间的相互转化.  相似文献

根据独立振子模型的能量耗散机理,提出了在无磨损界面摩擦中,利用通用界面粘附能量函数计算滑动时接触界面势能的变化从而计算摩擦力和摩擦系数的方法,建立摩擦力和摩擦系数与金属材料表面能与微观结构参数的关系,并利用已有的实验数据进行计算.结果表明,摩擦力与金属材料的表面能基本呈线性关系,与比例参数呈线性负相关关系,与晶格常数基本无关.计算结果与粘附理论公式以及超高真空原子力显微镜试验结果吻合较好.  相似文献

为提高不同应力状态下金属弹塑性行为的模拟精度,采用含应力三轴度修正的von Mises屈服准则,材料弹塑性本构关系在等效应力$\!$-$\!$-$\!$等效应变曲线基础上,提出一个切线模量为主应力函数的理论修正项. 将这两个修正项结合,以子程序形式编程嵌入ABAQUS主程序,以此模拟几种不同形状试样的弹塑性行为,并将其他屈服准则在单一曲线假设下编程与之对比. 模拟结果与真实试验结果对比发现,对于屈服而言,含应力三轴度修正的vonMises屈服准则比其他屈服理论准确;对于弹塑性阶段计算而言,提出的切线模量为主应力函数这一假设比单一曲线假设更加接近真实试验.   相似文献

The problem of motion of a homogeneous ball on a horizontal plane is considered. It is assumed that the contact patch is of spherical shape, whereas the pressure center does not coincide with the center of the contact patch and is displaced in the sliding direction of the ball. The friction force has two components that are parallel and perpendicular to the sliding velocity; the friction force moment has a vertical component and two horizontal components being parallel and perpendicular to the sliding velocity.  相似文献

轮轨滑动接触温升的准确预测对于轮轨的磨耗和疲劳研究均具有重要意义. 目前的轮轨温升解析或半解析模型通常考虑Hertz弹性接触压力分布和单一材料属性的温度相关性, 与实际的轮轨传热状态尚有一定偏差, 因此在轮轨滑动温升计算模型中考虑接触压力的塑性修正和多种材料属性的温度相关性, 有望提高温升预测结果的准确性. 基于弹塑性接触理论, 同时考虑热导率、比热容和摩擦系数的温度相关性, 通过基尔霍夫变换方法以热导率温度相关性函数的积分作为待求量, 将复杂的非线性Fourier导热方程转化成含单个变系数的简单偏微分方程形式, 从而构建了一种不限制材料温度相关性函数形式的统一隐式差分求解格式, 分别讨论了对流换热系数、法向载荷、蠕滑率以及行车速度对钢轨表面滑动温升的影响. 结果表明, 当列车高速行驶时, 对流换热系数对轮轨滑动温升的影响甚微; 蠕滑率和行车速度的增大, 均会引起摩擦功率的增大, 进而导致钢轨表面温度的升高; 钢轨表面滑动温升的峰值随法向载荷的增大而近似线性上升. 此外, 在轮轨滑动温升计算模型中考虑材料属性的温度相关性可有效避免对滑动温升的过分高估, 且摩擦系数的温度相关性对温升的影响要显著强于热导率和比热容.  相似文献

A finite strain hyper elasto-plastic constitutive model capable to describe non-linear kinematic hardening as well as non-linear isotropic hardening is presented. In addition to the intermediate configuration and in order to model kinematic hardening, an additional configuration is introduced – the center configuration; both configurations are chosen to be isoclinic. The yield condition is formulated in terms of the Mandel stress and a back-stress with a structure similar to the Mandel stress.It is shown that the non-dissipative part of the plastic velocity gradient not governed by the thermodynamical framework and the corresponding quantity associated with the kinematic hardening influence the material behaviour to a large extent when kinematic hardening is present. However, for isotropic elasticity and isotropic hardening plasticity it is shown that the non-dissipative quantities have no influence upon the stress–strain relation.As an example, kinematic hardening von Mises plasticity is considered, which fulfils the plastic incompressibility condition and is independent of the hydrostatic pressure. To evaluate the response and to examine the influence of the non-dissipative quantities, simple shear is considered; no stress oscillations occur.  相似文献

An experimental investigation was performed to evaluate the effect of strain history on an initially isotropic material. A hot-rolled 2.5-in.-diam bar of SAE 1045 steel provided all the test specimens. Axial and circumferential compression data indicated that the steel was isotropic. Additional tension and torsion data indicated that the steel was an isotropic-hardening von Mises material; this was also confirmed by proportionate loading of thin-walled cylinders such that the ratio of axial to circumferential stresses was either 0, 1/2, 1, 2 or ∞. Two additional sets of cylinders were preloaded either in simple axial tension or as closed-ended cylinders to an effective plastic strain of 0.006 before they were proportionately loaded. The preloading had a pronounced effect on yield surfaces for reloading if the effective plastic strain on reloading was only slightly greater than that for the preloading. The effect of preloading on the yield surfaces was small when the effective plastic strain was three to four times that for the preloading. Hill's anisotropic theory was used to predict stress-strain relations for several of the reloaded cylinders. Good agreement was obtained between theory and experiment.  相似文献

本文提出摩擦接触弹塑性分析的数学规划法,是弹性接触问题解法的推广,使之能处理比例加载时的塑性效应。利用所导出接触问题总刚度阵的逆,结合参变量线性互补公式,仍可消去由接触单元而引入的惩罚因子。于是,可以获得一个弹塑性问题、弹性接触和弹塑性接触问题的有限元参数二次规划法模型。所选的几个实例说明了方法的实用性。  相似文献

Based on von Mises’ yield criterion, deformation theory of plasticity and Swift’s hardening law, elasto-plastic deformation of variable thickness annular disks subjected to external pressure is studied. A nonlinear shooting method using Newton’s iterations with numerically approximated tangent is designed for the solution of the problem. Considering a thickness profile in the form of a general parabolic function, the condition of occurrence of plastic deformation at the inner and outer edges of the annular disk is investigated. A critical disk profile is determined and the corresponding elastic–plastic stresses as well as the residual stress distribution upon removal of the applied pressure are computed and discussed.  相似文献

A plasticity analysis of sliding friction of rough (fractal) surfaces sliding against smooth surfaces was developed based on a slip-line model of a rigid spherical asperity (wear particle) plowing and cutting through a soft semi-infinite medium. Solutions of the fraction of fully plastic asperity microcontacts responsible for the evolution of friction and energy dissipation were obtained in terms of the total normal load (global interference), interfacial adhesion characteristics, topography (fractal) parameters of the hard surface, and elastic–plastic material properties of the soft surface. This was accomplished by incorporating the slip-line model of a single microcontact into a friction analysis of sliding surfaces demonstrating multi-scale roughness. Numerical results provide insight into the effects of global interference (normal load), fractal parameters (surface roughness) of the hard surface, interfacial shear strength (adhesion), and material properties of the soft surface on plastic deformation at the microcontact level, global coefficient of friction, and frictional energy dissipated during sliding.  相似文献

车轮踏面剥离是轨道车辆车轮非圆化损伤的常见形式之一。轮轨滚动接触过程中,车轮踏面剥离会循环冲击钢轨,诱发异常大的轮轨动态相互作用,严重影响高速列车运行平稳性和安全性。基于三维轮轨滚动接触有限元模型,模拟了高速列车车轮踏面剥离引起的轮轨冲击力学响应,分析了轮轨冲击过程中的轮轨接触力/压力、接触斑及黏/滑特性、钢轨表面节点速度分布和应力/应变状态等响应特征,讨论了列车速度、剥离长度和剥离深度等关键参数对轮轨冲击响应的影响。结果发现,车轮踏面剥离引起的轮轨动态垂向接触力随列车速度的提高呈现出先增大后减小的变化趋势,并在列车速度为300 km/h出现最大值,约为轮轨准静态垂向接触力的1.35倍;随着剥离长度的增大,轮轨动态接触力、轮/轨von Mises应力和等效塑性应变均显著增大;随着剥离深度的增大,仅车轮von Mises应力和等效塑性应变显著增大。  相似文献

The problem of extension of a plate with symmetric edge notches of different shape is numerically solved on the basis of the theory of plane stress state of an ideally plastic body under the von Mises plasticity condition. The discontinuities of the tangential and normal components of the velocity along the rigid-plastic boundaries, which result in the plastic strain localization in the neck and the material fracture, are calculated. The obtained results are of practical interest for estimating the limit extension force for a plate with edge notches of different shape and the limit strain of a thin sheet in inhomogeneous biaxial extension.  相似文献

Strain-gradient plasticity theories are reviewed in which some measure of the plastic strain rate is treated as an independent kinematic variable. Dislocation arguments are invoked in order to provide a physical basis for the hardening at interfaces. A phenomenological, flow theory version of gradient plasticity is constructed in which stress measures, work-conjugate to plastic strain and its gradient, satisfy a yield condition. Plastic work is also done at internal interfaces and a yield surface is postulated for the work-conjugate stress quantities at the interface. Thereby, the theory has the potential to account for grain size effects in polycrystals. Both the bulk and interfacial stresses are taken to be dissipative in nature and due attention is paid to ensure that positive plastic work is done. It is shown that the mathematical structure of the elasto-plastic strain-gradient theory has similarities to conventional rigid-plasticity theory. Uniqueness and extremum principles are constructed for the solution of boundary value problems.  相似文献

考察了单晶硅在室温和低接触应力条件下的摩擦磨损行为随速度的变化情况.结果表明,单晶硅的摩擦系数和磨损率随滑动速度的提高而呈现降低趋势;单品硅在低速、短滑动时间下的磨损表面形貌特征以微断裂为主,并伴有一定程度的塑性变形;随着滑动时间的延长,塑性变形特征逐渐减弱,塑性变形同具有金属延性特征的p—Sn(简称si—II)相密切相关,Si—II在滑动过程中可转变为体心立方结构(简称Si-III)、斜方六面体结构(简称Si—XII)和非晶硅相;在高速条件下,单晶硅磨损表面呈现微断裂和较弱的塑性变形特征;尽管通过Raman分析证实磨损表面存在si—III相,但其对磨损机制的影响有待于进一步研究.  相似文献

Based on a rigid-plastic material model that obeys the von Mises yield criterion, the plastic behavior of foams with an open-celled structure is studied in this paper using a single unit cell. An approximate continuum plasticity model is developed within the framework of the upper bound theorem of plasticity to describe the yield behavior of foams. The microscopic velocity fields are derived for the unit cell, which satisfy the incompressibility and the kinematic boundary conditions, and expressed in macroscopic rate of deformation. From the microscopic velocity fields, a macroscopic yield function is developed for foams under multi-axial stresses and includes the effects of the hydrostatic stress due to the void presence and growth. The dependency of the derived yield surfaces of foams on their relative densities is studied. The plastic behavior of foams is also studied numerically using the finite element method. The newly developed plasticity model is compared with the finite element analysis results and other available foam models and then correlated with the finite element results.  相似文献

An instability of the Kelvin-Helmholtz type is shown to exist at the interface between an elastic mass moving at a uniform sliding velocity U and an underlying thin basal layer of high-shear granular flow. The generated basal wave will force out-of-phase perturbations in overburden pressure and sliding velocity and hence, a net reduction in the total power loss to friction. This, along with the net working of the basal pressure forces, will result in a net retrieval of energy from the basal zone to the mean motion of the sliding mass, thus effectively reducing the drag at the base. The mechanism is shown to be just as effective for the case of dry slides (no pore fluid), as for the case of wet slides. This confirms that the existence of low-viscosity pore fluid is not necessary for the development of lowdrag, long-runout landslide events.  相似文献

对粗糙面在梯度表面层上的滑动过程进行应力分布研究,以模拟实际摩擦过程中,考虑塑性变形情况下,梯度覆层体中的应力分布规律,同时与均质体及单覆层体进行比较研究,分析了在表面载荷相同时滑动接触的应力分布。结果表明覆层体出现塑性变形后,在接触表面上的压力分布与弹性变形时有很大变化,在界面处梯度层的应力分布比单层膜更为理想,其应变梯度也较小;受相同表面载荷作用下产生塑性变形时,梯度层膜在基体产生塑性变形较小  相似文献
