摆式调谐质量阻尼器因其便于安装、维修、更换,且经济实用,广泛应用于结构减振.它通过将摆的自振频率调谐到接近主系统的控制频率,使摆产生与主系统相反的振动,从而抑制或消除主系统的振动.本文通过对主系统无阻尼的被动减振系统和主系统有阻尼的时滞反馈主动减振系统进行多目标优化设计,实现了对主系统幅频响应曲线的等峰控制和共振峰与反共振峰差值的有效控制.首先,建立了时滞耦合质量摆动力吸振器减振系统的力学模型和振动微分方程,通过对主系统无阻尼的被动减振系统进行等峰优化,获得了减振系统的最优频率比和质量摆的最优阻尼比.对于主系统存在阻尼的被动减振系统,在该优化参数下主系统的幅频响应曲线等峰优化失效.其次,对于主系统存在阻尼的时滞反馈优化控制系统,采用CTCR方法得到了反馈增益系数和时滞的稳定区域.在保证系统稳定的前提下,通过调节反馈增益系数和时滞量两个控制参数能够实现对主系统幅频响应曲线的等峰控制.再次,对共振点处主系统振幅放大因子时滞敏感度和反馈增益系数敏感度进行分析,表明共振点幅值对反馈增益系数比对时滞更为敏感.最后,通过实验分别在频域和时域内对理论结果进行了验证.研究表明,通过采用时滞反馈对摆式调...  相似文献

本文利用梁的振动理论对防振锤的阻尼特性进行研究。通过正弦激励下的共振驻留法,分别对不同型号以及同种型号不同锤头质量的防振锤进行振动实验,应用能量平衡原理得到了防振锤的阻尼特性曲线,分析了不同模态响应在阻尼耗能中的贡献。考虑不同类型阻尼对于减振性能的作用,在Lazan阻尼假设的基础上,利用经验公式推导了阻尼系数计算公式。结果表明,钢绞线变形大小直接影响防振锤的阻尼值大小;阻尼对减小共振频率附近的受迫振动幅值作用明显,验证了防振锤的减振性能;同时锤头质量的变化可以影响阻尼曲线的变化。以上结论可为防振锤的防振设计和应用提供参考。  相似文献

几何非线性摩擦阻尼隔振系统动力学行为研究   总被引:6,自引:5,他引:1  
非线性隔振系统由于具有较线性系统更优的隔振性能,因此在工程中应用广泛.本文通过配置与被隔振对象的运动方向相垂直的库伦摩擦阻尼器,构建了几何非线性摩擦阻尼模型.由于引入了几何非线性,因此其摩擦力与位移正相关,这与传统与位移无关摩擦力模型有显著不同.首先,建立了具有几何非线性摩擦阻尼的数学模型以及隔振系统的受迫振动方程;然后,使用谐波平衡法求解了动力学方程,并使用数值仿真方法验证了谐波平衡法求解的准确性;最后,研究了几何非线性摩擦阻尼隔振器的绝对位移传递率和相对位移传递率.研究结果表明,在库伦摩擦阻尼选择适当,非线性摩擦阻尼系统可以在保持高频振动衰减效果的前提下,显著降低系统共振峰,其性能优于传统的恒定摩擦阻尼隔振模型.同时,几何非线性摩擦阻尼系统能够避免传统摩擦阻尼系统中的“锁定”现象,从传递率角度来说,不利于共振峰控制;但从激励环境改变引发隔振系统失效的角度来看,几何非线性摩擦阻尼系统可以拓宽系统对激励幅值的适应范围,避免隔振系统失效.本文的研究结果对此类隔振系统的设计和摩擦阻尼参数的选择具有通用的指导意义.   相似文献

Vibrations on gears are mainly induced by the gear mesh contact. Resonance conditions of the gear may occur during service if the mesh frequency is close to the natural frequencies of the system at the designed speed of the shaft. Since detuning is not always possible in gears, the response level must be reduced by increasing the damping of the system. In this paper, a passive approach based on the application of a ring damper to reduce the vibration level is presented. The ring damper is placed in a groove underneath the outer rim of the gear. The contact is guaranteed by the preload due to the elasticity of the ring damper itself and above all by the centrifugal force that presses the damper against the groove during rotation. The relative motion of the two components at the contact interface dissipates energy by friction, and hence damping is generated. The vibration amplitude is reduced by optimizing the material and geometrical properties of the ring damper. One of the most important parameters in the determination of the amount of damping due to friction phenomena is the static normal load at the contact, which depends on the mass, the shape, and the material of the ring damper. A numerical method is presented, which couples the static and dynamic equilibrium equations of the assembly. The core of the proposed method is the contact element that takes into account local stick–slip–lift off of the contact and determines the contact forces in terms of static and dynamic loads, which are then used to solve the coupled static and dynamic equilibrium. Since the ring damper has a cut that breaks its continuous circular shape in order to be fitted on the groove, the hypothesis of cyclic symmetry for the gear/ring–damper assembly fails. As a consequence, an appropriate reduced-order modeling is presented to allow the forced response calculations. The algorithm is applied to a dummy bevel gear and to a ring damper having a flat punch contact area. The forced response calculations are performed to highlight the nonlinear interaction between the gear and damper by varying the parameters that mainly affect the amount and distribution of the contact forces and therefore the response level.  相似文献

Experimental data clearly show a strong and nonlinear dependence of damping from the maximum vibration amplitude reached in a cycle for macro- and microstructural elements. This dependence takes a completely different level with respect to the frequency shift of resonances due to nonlinearity, which is commonly of 10–25% at most for shells, plates and beams. The experiments show that a damping value over six times larger than the linear one must be expected for vibration of thin plates when the vibration amplitude is about twice the thickness. This is a huge change! The present study derives accurately, for the first time, the nonlinear damping from a fractional viscoelastic standard solid model by introducing geometric nonlinearity in it. The damping model obtained is nonlinear, and its frequency dependence can be tuned by the fractional derivative to match the material behaviour. The solution is obtained for a nonlinear single-degree-of-freedom system by harmonic balance. Numerical results are compared to experimental forced vibration responses measured for large-amplitude vibrations of a rectangular plate (hardening system), a circular cylindrical panel (softening system) and a clamped rod made of zirconium alloy (weak hardening system). Sets of experiments have been obtained at different harmonic excitation forces. Experimental results present a very large damping increase with the peak vibration amplitude, and the model is capable of reproducing them with very good accuracy.  相似文献

By a special layout of the damper in a vibration isolation system, the velocity-nth power damping of the damper can be transformed into the velocity-displacement dependent damping in the moving direction due to geometric nonlinearity. This study is mainly concerned with the mechanism of this geometric nonlinear damping and tries to find some guidelines for designing isolators with high performance, regardless of the isolator is passive or active. The model used in this study is an unconstrained two-degree-of-freedom isolation system, which is suitable for investigating vibration isolation in space vehicles. The motion equation is solved by the averaging method to obtain the amplitude–frequency equation. The influence of damping coefficients on the force transmissibility is analyzed. Results show that this kind of damping has some advantages in improving isolation performance at both the resonance and higher frequencies. Meanwhile, it can also degrade the isolation performance if unreasonable parameters are chosen.  相似文献

In this paper, a new kind of combined lead extrusion magnetorheological (CLEMR) damper is proposed. First, tests on CLEMR damper at different currents, excitation amplitudes, and frequencies are carried out. Experimental results show that even when power fails, CLEMR damper can still absorb and dissipate vibration energy of the structure effectively, and its damping force can also be well adjusted in a large range of damping force. Then a mathematical model employing the current, excitation amplitude, and frequency as inputs is proposed and verified by comparing experimental and numerical results. Comparison results show that the proposed model can describe the effects of current, amplitude, and frequency on properties of CLEMR damper. Finally, elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analyses on frame structure with and without CLEMR damper are carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of CLEMR damper in reducing seismic responses of the structures; dynamic responses of the uncontrolled and the controlled structures are then compared. Comparison results show that the displacement responses of each floor of the controlled structure, as well as the number of the cracking point and yielding point of the member, reduce significantly, which implies that the proposed CLEMR damper holds promise in reducing and suppressing the vibration responses of the civil structures.  相似文献

相比于传统动力吸振器, 负刚度动力吸振器同时具有更好的减振能力和更宽的有效减振频带宽度, 为了进一步降低共振峰幅值, 在负刚度吸振器系统耦合时滞反馈控制. 对负刚度时滞反馈控制动力吸振器系统进行等峰优化设计, 优化设计的准则是:第一和第二共振峰的峰值相等; 同时兼顾两个目标, 一个目标是在优化时的最大共振峰幅值小于被动负刚度吸振器系统的反共振峰幅值, 另一目标是在优化时共振峰幅值与反共振峰幅值差小于被动吸振器系统. 接着, 通过设计和调节负刚度系数、吸振器阻尼系数和时滞反馈控制系数对控制系统进行等峰优化设计. 最后, 在降低幅值的同时, 分析结构参数对有效减振频带宽度的影响. 经过等峰优化之后, 选择本文的一组结构参数与两个典型的模型进行对比. 为了定量比较不同模型的降幅效果, 定义了减幅百分比, 研究发现在有效减振频带区间内减幅百分比超过40%以上. 结果表明, 通过等峰优化准则对结构参数进行优化设计和调节增益系数和时滞量, 共振峰幅值的减幅百分比也近似达到40%, 也可以调节增益系数和时滞量, 使得幅频响应曲线具有较宽的有效减振频带和较低的共振峰幅值与反共振峰幅值的差值.   相似文献

为改善星箭界面振动环境,设计六杆隔振平台,采用磁流变阻尼器作为半主动控制元件,替代原有锥壳过渡支架.对整星隔振平台用磁流变阻尼器进行性能测试,得到反映磁流变阻尼器阻尼特性的实验数据.建立具有两个隐含层的反向传播神经网络对阻尼器进行建模,用于预测磁流变阻尼器阻尼特性以及控制系统设计.提出一种串行算法优化网络结构、权值和阈值,保证网络具有较好的泛化能力和稳定性.仿真结果表明,与参数化模型相比,提出的神经网络模型具有较小的训练误差和较强的泛化能力,能够很好地预测阻尼器的阻尼特性.  相似文献

针对大跨度斜拉桥拉索与桥塔、桥面的协同振动问题,考虑拉索垂度、阻尼、倾角以及重力弦向分力的影响,引入拉索高精度抛物线形,建立了桥塔-索-桥面连续非线性精细化振动模型,推导了桥塔和桥面共同激励作用下斜拉索耦合振动方程,对比分析了2种激振模式下斜拉索的参数振动特性,并编制程序研究了桥面与拉索的频率比、桥面激励幅值、索力及阻尼对结构耦合振动特性的影响规律。结果表明:桥面与拉索频率比对系统振动的影响较大,频率比为1:2和2:1时拉索均产生强烈振动,但2:1激振模式下拉索振幅更大,达到共振时间较长;随着桥面激励幅值的增大,2:1亚谐波共振模式下的拉索振幅增长速率更快;拉索振幅随索力的增大呈非线性减小趋势;斜拉索阻尼超过2%时,继续提高自身阻尼不能有效减小其振动幅值,需要通过设置附加阻尼才能更好地抑制其振动。  相似文献

The behaviors of a vibration system suppressed with an impact damper are investigated, where the impact damper is simplified as a combination of spring and viscous damping. The analytical theory for the optimal impact control algorithms for impact damper is developed, and the accurate expressions are derived for the optimal values of the impact damper damping and initial displacement in a single-degree-of-freedom structure. The relation between coefficient of restitution and impact damping ratio is obtained. The investigation shows that the effective reduction of the vibration response is nearly independent of the number of impacts, but primarily related to the type of collision which the impact mass collides with the main mass face-to-face. This theory is generalized to continuous structures. An example of an impact damper in a rotating cantilever beam demonstrates that the impact dampers are suitable for attenuating the impulse response of structures unconditional stable without the requirement of the accuracy of the modal information.  相似文献

分析了拉索-并联弹簧-阻尼器系统的自由振动特性,由系统的运动方程及边界条件 得到其复特征值方程。进一步研究了系统的极限解,由此讨论了拉索-并联弹簧-阻尼器系统的模态变化分区现象。以拉索-并联弹簧-阻尼器系统的二阶模态解为例,给出了模态频率和阻尼比的变化分布区间及其对应振型的变化情况。讨论了系统分区中存在的模态交叉现象;同时也讨论了斜拉索垂度对于一阶振动模态变化规律的影响。研究表明拉索-并联弹簧-阻尼器系统的振动模态演化因并联弹簧-阻尼器的位置不同而存在的明确的分区现象;安装并联弹簧和阻尼器后拉索的模态阻尼比和模态频率均可明显提高。  相似文献

本文研究一种新型非线性阻尼器——滞回摩擦型调谐惯质阻尼器(HFTID)在工程结构抗震控制中的应用。HFTID由调谐惯质阻尼器(TID)和滞回弹簧摩擦元件并联组成。首先通过谐波平衡方法推导了HFTID单自由度系统力与位移的传递率。然后对HFTID进行了最佳调谐参数优化,得到HFTID最优参数的近似表达式,比较了HFTID和TID振动控制系统的减振效果。结果表明,HFTID相比TID可以进一步降低振动控制系统的传递率。最后,以一栋多层隔震结构为例,将HFTID与TID的隔震效果进行了对比,结果表明,HFTID相比TID在降低地震响应峰值和均方根值方面具有更大优势,验证了HFTID在降低地震响应方面的有效性和实用性。HFTID在建筑和桥梁结构抗震、车辆悬挂系统和其他机械隔震问题上具有潜在的应用前景。  相似文献

The last decade has witnessed an important role of magneto-rheological dampers in the semi-active vibration control on the basis of empirical models. Those models established by fitting experimental data, however, do not offer any explicit expressions for the stiffness and the damping of magneto-rheological dampers. Hence, it is not easy for engineers to get any intuitive information about the effects of stiffness and damping of a magneto-rheological damper on the dynamic performance of a controlled system. To manifest the nonlinear properties of a magneto-rheological damper, this paper presents the hysteretic phenomena and the additional nonlinear stiffness of a typical magneto-rheological damper in terms of equivalent linear stiffness and equivalent linear damping. Then, it gives a brief discussion about the effect of nonlinear stiffness on the vibration control through the numerical simulations and an experiment for the semi-active suspension of a quarter car model with a magneto-rheological damper installed. Both numerical simulations and experimental results show that the additional nonlinear stiffness in the magneto-rheological damper is remarkable, and should be taken into consideration in the design of vibration control.  相似文献

铅耗能器主要利用金属铅塑性耗能,是一种构造简单、耗能性能优良而又经济的耗能减震元件。本文提出了一种隔板式铅耗能器。根据其构造和耗能原理,设计了四种不同约束形式的耗能元件,并通过EHF-EM电液伺服疲劳试验机进行了低周循环试验,分析了这四种约束形式对隔板式铅耗能器的力学性能与耗能性能的影响,揭示了其耗能机制。研究结果表明:隔板式铅耗能器主要具有屈服位移小、造价低廉、构造简单、工作性能稳定、耗能性能优良的特点,在建筑结构和大型机械减振控制方面具有广泛的应用前景;对比分析表明,其中B型耗能器力学性能尤为优越,耗能能力大且随位移增大刚度增强,同时对结构振动还具有限位功能。  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to investigate analytically a single-degree-of-freedom (SDOF) building structure equipped with a friction damper for assessing its vibration control effect. Friction dampers are installed between stories to reduce inter-story displacements of building structures subjected to external loading. They are in general regarded to generate damping forces characterized by Coulomb damping, of which the directions are opposite to the inter-story velocities of building structures. Hence, the building structure model with friction dampers can be represented by a mass-spring-viscous-Coulomb damping system. The building response reduction as a result of damper installation can be provided by observing the damping ratio rather than the friction force contributed by the dampers. Since a large friction damper force is required to attenuate the response of the building due to strong excitation, friction force ratio is directly related to building response reduction, which is the friction force of the damper versus external force. Therefore, damping and friction force ratios are key parameters, playing a main role in selecting an optimal friction damper, which satisfies target response reduction. This study first identifies an SDOF building structure installed with a friction damper for free vibration with initial conditions. A?closed-form expression of normalized displacement is derived in terms of friction force ratio in the time domain. Peak and valley of displacements are also found and then the time when the structure stops is derived with recursive interval number. This study is extended to identify steady-state vibration of the structure by deriving closed-form solution in case of resonance in terms of friction force ratio. Then, the dissipated energy balance is identified for both free and steady-state vibrations. Finally, equivalent viscous damping ratios are derived by using friction force ratio based on dissipated energy balance equation. The derived equations in terms of viscous damping ratio and friction force ratio can provide insight to design a friction damper for reducing structural displacement under external loadings.  相似文献

A non-linear vibration equation with the consideration of large amplitude, gas damping and excitation is developed to investigate the dynamic performance of a dielectric elastomer (DE)-based microbeam resonator. Approximate analytical solution for the vibration equation is obtained by applying parameterized perturbation method (PPM) and introducing a detuning variable. The analysis exhibits that active tuning of the resonant frequency of the resonator can be achieved through changing an applied electrical voltage. It is observed that increasing amplitude will increase the natural frequency while it will decrease the quality factor of the resonator. In addition, it is found that the initial pre-stretching stress and the ambient pressure can significantly alter the resonant frequency of the resonator. The analysis is envisaged to provide qualitative predictions and guidelines for design and application of DE-based micro resonators with large vibration amplitude.  相似文献

研究了设置耗能阻尼器框架的地震作用振动方程求解及该结构的地震反应。框架结构设置耗能阻尼器后,振动方程的阻尼矩阵不再对振型具有正交性,本文对该振动方程给出了状态方程直接积分法,并与传统强制解耦法进行了比较分析,结果表明强制解耦法对结构第一阶振动反应求解偏差较小,而对于高阶振动反应差别较大,并且强制解耦法高估了阻尼器的减震效果。继而采用状态方程直接积分法对设置有粘滞阻尼器的框架结构进行了地震反应分析,探讨了阻尼器位置对框架结构地震反应的影响,结果表明设置有阻尼器的楼层减振效果明显,未设置阻尼器的楼层减振效果差别较大,甚至有可能出现楼层层间侧移增大的现象,由此提出耗能阻尼器应在结构中合理设置。  相似文献

针对基于磁流变液阻尼器的半主动控制系统中存在的时滞问题, 采用了一种将可控的时滞变量引入半主动控制切换条件的控制策略, 研究了考虑时滞的天棚阻尼控制切换条件对半主动阻尼减振系统的影响, 分析了含有分数阶Bingham模型的线性刚度系统在基础激励下的振动特性. 利用平均法得到了系统在含时滞半主动控制策略下主共振响应的近似解析解, 根据Lyapunov理论分析了系统的稳定性. 通过数值解验证了近似解析解的准确性, 二者具有较好的一致性. 利用近似解析解分析了固定激励频率下时滞对系统幅频响应特性的影响, 以及主共振峰值响应和共振频率随时滞变化的特性规律. 结果表明, 含时滞的半主动控制系统存在一个小时滞区间, 使得系统的振幅在主共振峰对应的频率附近低于不考虑时滞时系统的振幅, 且存在最优时滞使得系统的振幅大幅度降低; 而大时滞的引入会加剧系统的振动, 导致系统的颤振. 确定了基于分数阶Bingham模型的线性刚度系统在天棚阻尼半主动控制下的时滞选取原则, 为振动系统半主动阻尼控制中的时滞选取提供了参考.   相似文献
