 叙述了多辊轧机轧制金属薄膜原理,以Ti膜制备为例,借助多辊轧机冷轧技术进行1.5 μm厚钛薄带的制备工艺研究。对薄膜的特性测试结果表明:工作辊的表面粗糙度对于轧制薄膜的表面粗糙度的影响很大,降低工作辊表面的粗糙度可以得到粗糙度为25.2 nm的金属薄膜。  相似文献

给出了利用叠片法测量“闪光二号”加速器高功率离子束能谱的基本原理及初步实验结果. 采用Ziegler的拟合公式编制程序计算了不同能量质子和碳离子穿过不同厚度Mylar膜后的能 量损失情况.在偏压法拉第筒阵列各个法拉第筒的准直孔前分别覆盖0—6μm厚的Mylar膜, 根据不同膜厚对应的信号衰减情况(叠片法),得到了高功率离子束的离子能谱,离子的最高 能量>440keV,平均能量约为270keV,能量为200—300keV之间的离子数目最多,碳离子数和 90keV以下的质子所占总离子数的组分不多于32%.所测量离子能谱和离子数目随时间的分布 关系与二极管的电压和电流符合也较好.还将叠片法的测量结果与利用磁谱仪和采用飞行时 间法等的测量结果进行了比较,三种方法所得的测量结果基本一致. 关键词: 高功率离子束 离子能谱 法拉第筒 叠片法 能量损失  相似文献

Predictions of nonlinear theories on dynamics of new phase formation have been examined for the hydration of calcium silicates with light water and heavy water. In the case of hydration with light water, reasonable agreement has been observed with dynamical scaling hypothesis with a new measure of the characteristic length. The characteristic length does not follow a power law relation with time. Hydrating mass is found to be mass fractal throughout hydration, with mass fractal dimension increasing with time. But, in the case of hydration with heavy water, no agreement has been observed with the scaling hypothesis. Hydrating mass undergoes transition from mass fractal to surface fractal and finally again to mass fractal. The qualitative features of the kinetics of hydration, as measured in small-angle scattering experiments, are strikingly different for hydration with light water and heavy water.  相似文献

从多个方面分析了棱镜和光栅色散分光的优缺点,分析结果表明棱镜更适于星载高分辨率超光谱成像仪的分光。在透过率方面,棱镜光谱仪透过率高达95.24%(VNIR),而光栅的衍射效率仅为60%~70%。在杂散光方面,棱镜光谱仪的杂散光可达10-4,而光栅的杂散光为10-2。在0.4 -2.5 范围,棱镜光谱仪相对光栅光谱仪有优越性。在色散线性方面,光栅光谱仪基本线性,棱镜光谱仪的短波非线性问题可通过复合棱镜进行补偿。可靠性方面,棱镜光谱仪较光栅光谱仪有优势;在光谱带宽和成本方面,棱镜光谱仪与光栅光谱仪基本接近。  相似文献

带有损耗的光波导微环谐振器在实现光速控制时存在输出脉冲能量损耗大、脉冲形状畸变严重等问题。基于带有增益和带有损耗的微环谐振器的传输特性之间的对称性,计算分析了单微环谐振器的透射率、群折射率和群速度色散等特性,分析了增益和损耗对微环谐振器输出特性影响的机制。计算了带有增益的微环谐振器的光速控制行为,并与带有损耗的微环谐振器进行对比。结果显示,带有增益的微环谐振器输出脉冲不分裂且有较大的输出强度。脉冲延迟量和超前量比损耗系统大,可用于光速控制,克服了微环带有损耗时产生的光强损耗和脉冲畸变。  相似文献

Summary The dynamical evolution of star clusters with a initial population of binaries strongly depends on the parameters of the bounded pairs. We performed computational simulation with directN-body codes, on models withN=300 objects, with initial fraction of 20% of binaries with the same orbital semi-axis and with a Salpeter mass spectrum. The results are compared with previous analysis on similar equal-mass star models. The calculation points out that binaries with different mass companions determine an enhanced and sudden expansion of the system with neither core collapse nor central mass segregation. 针对铜铝复合管(ACC管)在空调用翅片管换热器中替代铜管应用进行了试验研究。分别对Ф7.94mm型管的全铜管、过冷段铜铝复合管、全铜铝复合管三种换热器进行了性能比较和成本分析。研究结果表明,在风速和风量不变的情况下,过冷段铜铝复合管换热器能力为8634.22W,高于全铜铝复合管的换热器的8389.36W,低于全铜管换热器的8989.07W。制冷剂侧能力测试中,过冷段铜铝复合管换热器平均值为8.885kW,与全铜铝复合管换热器平均值8.775kW相比高1.24%,与全铜管换热器平均值9.101kW相比低2.37%,与能力测试结果基本一致。与原换热器铜管相比,在相同条件下,铜铝复合管可以降低管材成本29.5%。综上所述,过冷段采用铜铝复合管的换热器能够取代铜管换热器应用在空调中,在不影响其换热性能的基础上,降低成本效果明显。  相似文献

Quartz crystal resonators (QCRs) with circular electrodes have been widely used for various liquid and gas sensing applications. In this work,quartz crystal resonators with elliptical electrodes were studied and tested for liquid property measurement. Mindlin’s theory was used to optimize the dimension and geometry of the electrodes and a 5-MHz QCR with minimum series resistance and without any spurious modes was obtained. A series of AT-cut QCRs with elliptical electrodes of different sizes were fabricated and their sensing performances were compared to devices with circular electrodes. The experimental result shows that the device with elliptical electrodes can obtain lower resonance impedance and a higher Q factor,which results in a better loading capability. Even though the sensitivities of devices with elliptical and circular electrodes are found to be similar,the sensor with elliptical electrodes has much higher resolution due to a better frequency stability. The study indicates that the performance of QCRs with elliptical electrodes is superior to that of traditional QCRs with circular electrodes.  相似文献

为了评估柱壳和锥壳结构自由振动特征数值计算的精度,分析不同边界条件、环肋、纵肋以及流体载荷对自由振动特征的影响,计算并校验了典型壳体结构在空气中、浸没以及浸没并充满水情况下的自由振动特征。结果表明,空气中干模态分析在2 kHz内、单面及双面接触水情况下的流固耦合湿模态分析在500 Hz内的计算精度能够控制在10%以内。壳体流固耦合自由振动分析时可以采用实体单元离散也可以采用壳单元离散的方法,前者精度略高,能够有效保证求解收敛的频带范围更宽,但工作量更大。径长比大于0.2时,浸没于水中的自由振动分析可以转换为内部填充水时的自由振动分析,转换时应保证两者流固耦合湿表面积相等,如半浸水和半充满水,能够有效减小计算量;环肋和流体载荷对壳体自由振动特征的影响明显,环肋使柱壳同阶自振频率增加,流体载荷使柱壳同阶自振频率减小且影响幅度更大,两者均会使得柱壳模态振型呈现错序排列;流固耦合效应对无肋柱壳和环肋柱壳自振频率的影响效果相当;柱壳内外有水相对于单面接触水而言,同阶自振频率进一步减小,模态振型基本不变;流体载荷对环肋锥壳的自振频率和模态振型的影响幅度较对环肋柱壳小。   相似文献

In animals bearing tumors prolongation of spin lattice relaxation time (T1) has been detected in vitro in organs not directly affected by the malignancy. This has been termed the "Systemic Effect." In this study the possible existence of such an effect in the liver, muscle and fat of humans with lymphoma has been investigated. In vivo T1 measurements were made using a low field strength (0.08 Tesla) magnetic resonance imager. The mean liver T1 for 19 lymphoma patients with normal liver histology was 206 ms, compared with a mean of 191 ms for 61 volunteers (p less than 0.0001). Among these patients prolongation of liver T1 was related to the extent of disease elsewhere in the body. For 23 patients with Hodgkin's disease (HD) examined at the time of diagnosis, liver T1 was significantly correlated with other known markers of disease extent or activity (alkaline phosphatase level, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and the presence of systemic symptoms). No such correlations were observed among 25 patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Muscle and fat T1 was measured in 26 patients with lymphoma, 14 patients with acute leukemia and 88 volunteers. Seven of the patients with lymphoma and 2 of those with leukemia had muscle T1 values above the range observed for volunteers. Similarly, 3 patients with lymphoma and 1 with leukemia had prolonged fat T1. These findings indicate that a systemic effect of malignancy on T1 is detectable in a proportion of humans with lymphoma or leukemia.  相似文献

We have reported on the comparative characteristics of thermal oxidation of a carbon condensate prepared by high-frequency arc evaporation of graphite rods and a rod with a hollow center filled with nickel powder. In the latter case, along with different forms of nanodisperse carbon, nickel particles with nickel core–carbon shell structures are formed. It has been found that the processes of the thermal oxidation of carbon condensates with and without nickel differ significantly. Nickel particles with the carbon shell exhibit catalytic properties with respect to the oxidation of nanosized carbon structures. A noticeable difference between the temperatures of the end of the oxidation process for various carbon nanoparticles and nickel particles with the carbon shell has been established. The study is aimed at investigations of the effect of nickel nanoparticles on the dynamics of carbon condensate oxidation upon heating in the argon–oxygen flow.  相似文献

Metal inclusions in synthetic MDAS diamond grits were investigated by Mössbauer spectroscopy as a function of the grit size. The larger grit sizes show a nicely developed sextet, which collapses to a paramagnetic singlet with decreasing grit size. This superparamagnetic behavior shows that the metal inclusions are of the order of 10 nm in size, and become larger with the grit size. One grit which was showing the collapse was further investigated from 300 K down to 4 K. Part of the paramagnetic singlet unfolds to a sextet with Bhf ~33T, while another part unfolds with a narrower hyperfine magnetic field of ~4T and is associated with the paramagnetic phase that coexists with a ferromagnetic phase in Invar at higher temperatures. A singlet with an isomer shift of about 1.1 mm/s is associated with similar findings in catalysts with iron particles supported on carbonaceous materials.  相似文献

We present results from a novel variational method for the study of beam propagation in a Kerr medium with nonlinear absorption. This new method combines the variational method and a nonlinear absorption equation and gives a concise expression for the combination. The results obtained with this method show good quantitative agreement with numerical solutions obtained with the finite-difference method. It is shown that the variational method takes much less time than a numerical simulation with the finite-difference method for analysis of beam propagation in a thick medium with nonlinear absorption and nonlinear refraction. The new method makes detailed analysis of beam propagation in a Kerr medium with nonlinear absorption very simple and fast.  相似文献

The sign of the Soret coefficient S T of a large set of ionic magnetic colloids (ionic ferrofluids (IFFs)) and surfacted magnetic colloids (surfacted ferrofluids (SFFs)) is determined using forced Rayleigh scattering and the single-beam Z -scan techniques. Different samples were investigated: acid and alkaline colloids with different values of pH; colloids with different concentrations of magnetic grains; colloids with grains of different typical diameters; colloids with magnetic grains with different coating natures; colloids with different non-polar and polar liquid carriers. Our results indicate that the sign of S T depends on the sign of the surface charge of grains in IFFs. In the case of water-based SFFs, the thermodiffusive behaviour is opposite to that of IFFs; that is, grains coated with a cationic surfactant behave like negatively charged IFF (alkaline) grains and grains coated with an anionic surfactant behave like positively charged IFF (acid) grains. SFFs with grains coated with non-ionic surfactants dispersed in non-polar fluid carriers behave like SFFs with grains coated with a cationic surfactant. The nature of the liquid carrier itself is not the only determinant factor, except apparently in the case of non-polar fluids, where only S T > 0 is found. These results cannot be explained with the available theories and it is highly probable that different mechanisms are present in the thermodiffusive behaviour of these complex fluids.  相似文献

通过CO2激光器熔融不同直径的熔锥光纤以得到相应直径的石英玻璃微球,利用此微球和熔锥光纤,构造了球微腔耦合系统。实验中利用光腰直径为3.1μm的熔锥光纤与直径为143.1μm的石英玻璃微球进行耦合,通过最大分辨力为1pm的可调谐半导体激光器对该耦合系统进行光谱扫描,发现石英玻璃微球的吸收光谱中出现分立的结构共振峰。利用光学微球腔理论讨论了石英玻璃微球吸收光谱中的结构共振,并用米氏散射理论公式对一阶TE模共振峰的位置以及它们的间隔进行了计算,共振峰位置实验结果与理论结果的误差仅为0.03%,表明实验与计算结果相符。  相似文献

通过分子动力学模拟对聚酰亚胺/铜纳米颗粒复合物的形态结构、 热力学性质、力学特性进行计算, 分析其随模拟温度和纳米颗粒尺寸的变化规律. 模拟结果表明, 聚酰亚胺/铜纳米颗粒复合物为各向同性的无定形态结构, 铜纳米颗粒与聚酰亚胺基体之间通过较强的范德华作用结合在一起使结构更加稳定, 铜纳米颗粒表面多个原子层呈现无定形状态, 在铜颗粒和聚酰亚胺基体之间形成界面层, 界面区域随颗粒尺寸和温度的增加分别减小和增加. 聚酰亚胺/铜纳米颗粒复合物的等容热容随着颗粒尺寸增大而明显增高, 随温度变化比聚酰亚胺体系更为缓慢, 在较低温度下较小颗粒尺寸复合物的热容比聚酰亚胺体系更低. 聚酰亚胺/铜纳米颗粒复合物的热压力系数随颗粒尺寸增加而显著增大, 比聚酰亚胺体系的热压力系数更小, 且随温度升高而减小的程度要小得多. 聚酰亚胺/铜纳米颗粒复合物的热力学性质表现出明显的尺度效应, 温度稳定性明显高于聚酰亚胺体系. 聚酰亚胺/铜纳米颗粒复合物的力学特性表现出各向同性材料的弹性常数张量, 具有比聚酰亚胺体系更低的杨氏模量和泊松比, 随温度升高分别减小和增大, 与聚酰亚胺体系随温度的变化趋势相反, 且杨氏模量的温度稳定性显著提高, 同时泊松比随纳米颗粒尺寸增大而减小, 具有明显的尺度效应. 加入铜纳米颗粒形成复合物可获得与聚酰亚胺体系显著不同的力学新特性. 关键词: 分子动力学模拟 聚合物纳米复合物 聚酰亚胺 纳米颗粒  相似文献

The possibility of forming surface films with an elevated concentration of an impurity metal during high-temperature diffusion has been analyzed for a wide series of ionic crystals: LiF with Co, Ni, Mg, Ca, Ba, and Sr impurities; NaF with Co, Mn, Mg, Ca, and Sr; MgF2 with Co and Ni; and CaF2 with Co. It is established that films are formed only on alkali halide crystals with impurities of transition metals and are not formed on alkaline earth fluorides with transition metals, as well as on alkali halide crystals activated with other divalent cationic impurities. The dynamics of the increase and decrease in the intensity of centers related to impurity-vacancy dipoles during thermal diffusion is shown. The mechanisms of film formation are explained in terms of the features of growth and structure of ionic crystals with cationic impurities and on the basis of isomorphism rules.  相似文献
