Air‐stable copper catalysts supported by bis‐ BTP ligands ( BTP = N,O‐bidentate benzotriazole phenoxide) were synthesized and structurally characterized. The reactions of Cu(OAc)2·H2O with 2.0 molar equivalents of sterically bulky 2‐(2H‐benzotriazol‐2‐yl)‐4,6‐bis(1‐methyl‐1‐phenylethyl)phenol ( CMe2PhBTP ‐H) and 2‐(2H‐benzotriazol‐2‐yl)‐4,6‐di‐tert‐butylphenol ( t‐BuBTP ‐H) in refluxing ethanol solution afforded monomeric copper complexes [(CMe2PhBTP)2Cu] ( 1 ) and [(t‐BuBTP)2Cu] ( 2 ), respectively. The four‐coordinated copper analogue [(TMClBTP)2Cu] (3 ) resulted from treatment of 2‐tert‐butyl‐6‐(5‐chloro‐2H‐benzotriazol‐2‐yl)‐4‐methylphenol ( TMClBTP ‐H) as the ligand under the same synthetic method with ligand to metal precursor ratio of 2:1, but treatment of complex 3 in acetone gave five‐coordinated monomeric complex [(TMClBTP)2Cu(Me2CO)] (4 ). X‐ray diffraction of single crystals indicates that Cu complex 4 assumes a distorted square pyramidal geometry, penta‐coordinated by two BTP ligands, and one Me2CO molecule. Catalysis for lactide (LA) polymerization of BTP ‐containing Cu complexes in the presence of various alcohol initiators was investigated. Complex 3 initiated by 9‐anthracenemethanol catalyzes the ring‐opening polymerization effectively not only in a “living” fashion but also in an “immortal” manner, yielding polymers with the predictable molecular weights and narrow molecular weight distributions. Initiations from multifunctional alcohols were able to produce PLLAs with two‐arm linear and three‐arm star‐shaped molecular architectures. The controlled character of Cu complex 3 also enabled us to synthesize the PEG‐b‐PLLA copolymer. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Polym. Chem. 2013 , 51, 3840–3849  相似文献

Two monomeric cobalt(Ⅱ)complexes,[CoL(N3)] ClO4(1)and CoL(N3)2(2),where L is tris((3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)methyl)amine,were synthesized and their crystal structures were determined by X-ray diffraction technique.Complex 1 is five coordinated with one azide nitrogen atom and four nitrogen atoms of the tris((3,5-dimethylpyrazol-l-yl)-methyl)amine ligand, and the metal center is in distorted trigonal bipyramidal environment.Complex 2 is six coordinated distorted octahedron with the two azide nitrogen atoms and four nitrogen donors of the tris((3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-methyl)amine ligand. The solution behaviors of the title complexes have been further investigated by UV-Vis,and 1H NMR analysis. It is found that the formation of 1 and 2 depends on the molar ratio of the azide ion to metal salt and ligand Complex 1 attached with one azide group is more stable and easy to generate than complex 2 incorporated with two azide groups, and the reasons were well discussed.  相似文献

The factors governing the stability and the reactivity towards cyclic esters of heteroleptic complexes of the large alkaline earth metals (Ae) have been probed. The synthesis and stability of a family of heteroleptic silylamido and alkoxide complexes of calcium [{LOi}Ca? Nu(thf)n] supported by mono‐anionic amino ether phenolate ligands (i=1, {LO1}?=4‐(tert‐butyl)‐2,6‐bis(morpholinomethyl)phenolate, Nu?=N(SiMe2H)2?, n=0, 4 ; i=2, {LO2}?=2,4‐di‐tert‐butyl‐6‐{[2‐(methoxymethyl)pyrrolidin‐1‐yl]methyl}phenolate, Nu?=N(SiMe2H)2?, n=0, 5 ; i=4, {LO4}?=2‐{[bis(2‐methoxyethyl)amino]methyl}‐4,6‐di‐tert‐butylphenolate, Nu?=N(SiMe2H)2?, n=1, 6 ; Nu?=HC?CCH2O?, n=0, 7 ) and those of the related [{LO3}Ae? N(SiMe2H)2] ({LO3}?=2‐[(1,4,7,10‐tetraoxa‐13‐azacyclopentadecan‐13‐yl)methyl]‐4,6‐di‐tert‐butylphenolate Ae=Ca, 1 ; Sr, 2 ; Ba, 3 ) have been investigated. The molecular structures of 1 , 2 , [( 4 )2], 6 , and [( 7 )2] have been determined by X‐ray diffraction. These highlight Ae???H? Si internal β‐agostic interactions, which play a key role in the stabilization of [{LOi}Ae? N(SiMe2H)2] complexes against ligand redistribution reactions, in contrast to regular [{LOi}Ae? N(SiMe3)2]. Pulse‐gradient spin‐echo (PGSE) NMR measurements showed that 1 , 4 , 6 , and 7 are monomeric in solution. Complexes 1 – 7 mediate the ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of L ‐lactide highly efficiently, converting up to 5000 equivalents of monomer at 25 °C in a controlled fashion. In the immortal ROP performed with up to 100 equivalents of exogenous 9‐anthracenylmethanol or benzyl or propargyl alcohols as a transfer agent, the activity of the catalyst increased with the size of the metal ( 1 < 2 < 3 ). For Ca‐based complexes, the enhanced electron‐donating ability of the ancillary ligand favored catalyst activity ( 1 > 6 > 4 ≈ 5 ). The nature of the alcohol had little effect over the activity of the binary catalyst system 1 /ROH; in all cases, both the control and end‐group fidelity were excellent. In the living ROP of L ‐LA, the HC?CCH2O? initiating group (as in 7 ) proved superior to N(SiMe2H)2? or N(SiMe3)2? (as in 6 or [{LO4}Ca? N(SiMe3)2] ( B ), respectively).  相似文献

The heteroscorpionate ligand 2,2‐bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazol‐1‐yl)‐1,1‐diphenylethanol, C24H26N4O, features in the solid state an intramolecular O—H…N hydrogen bond. A heteroscorpionate tungsten complex, cis‐[2,2‐bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)‐1,1‐diphenylethanolato]chloridodioxidotungsten(VI) tetrahydrofuran monosolvate, [W(C24H25N4O)ClO2]·C4H8O, was prepared by the simple mixing of solutions of the ligand and WOCl4 in tetrahydrofuran. The tungsten complex was isolated after standing for several weeks. The complex exhibits a κ3N,N′,O‐coordination of the ligand. This simple synthetic procedure allows access to the cis isomer in high yield without additional purification steps. The Hirshfeld surface analysis shows a change of the intermolecular contacts due to the coordination of the WO2Cl unit with the ligand molecule.  相似文献

An ABC‐type miktoarm star polymer was prepared with a core‐out method via a combination of ring‐opening polymerization (ROP), stable free‐radical polymerization (SFRP), and atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). First, ROP of ϵ‐caprolactone was carried out with a miktofunctional initiator, 2‐(2‐bromo‐2‐methyl‐propionyloxymethyl)‐3‐hydroxy‐2‐methyl‐propionic acid 2‐phenyl‐2‐(2,2,6,6‐tetramethyl‐piperidin‐1‐yl oxy)‐ethyl ester, at 110 °C. Second, previously obtained poly(ϵ‐caprolactone) (PCL) was used as a macroinitiator for SFRP of styrene at 125 °C. As a third step, this PCL–polystyrene (PSt) precursor with a bromine functionality in the core was used as a macroinitiator for ATRP of tert‐butyl acrylate in the presence of Cu(I)Br and pentamethyldiethylenetriamine at 100 °C. This produced an ABC‐type miktoarm star polymer [PCL–PSt–poly(tert‐butyl acrylate)] with a controlled molecular weight and a moderate polydispersity (weight‐average molecular weight/number‐average molecular weight < 1.37). The obtained polymers were characterized with gel permeation chromatography and 1H NMR. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem 42: 4228–4236, 2004  相似文献

Several new heteroleptic SnII complexes supported by amino‐ether phenolate ligands [Sn{LOn}(Nu)] (LO1=2‐[(1,4,7,10‐tetraoxa‐13‐azacyclopentadecan‐13‐yl)methyl]‐4,6‐di‐tert‐butylphenolate, Nu=NMe2 ( 1 ), N(SiMe3)2 ( 3 ), OSiPh3 ( 6 ); LO2=2,4‐di‐tert‐butyl‐6‐(morpholinomethyl)phenolate, Nu=N(SiMe3)2 ( 7 ), OSiPh3 ( 8 )) and the homoleptic Sn{LO1}2 ( 2 ) have been synthesized. The alkoxy derivatives [Sn{LO1}(OR)] (OR=OiPr ( 4 ), (S)‐OCH(CH3)CO2iPr ( 5 )), which were generated by alcoholysis of the parent amido precursor, were stable in solution but could not be isolated. [Sn{LO1}]+[H2N{B(C6F5)3}2]? ( 9 ), a rare well‐defined, solvent‐free tin cation, was prepared in high yield. The X‐ray crystal structures of compounds 3 , 6 , and 8 were elucidated, and compounds 3 , 6 , 8 , and 9 were further characterized by 119Sn Mössbauer spectroscopy. In the presence of iPrOH, compounds 1 – 5 , 7 , and 9 catalyzed the well‐controlled, immortal ring‐opening polymerization (iROP) of L ‐lactide (L ‐LA) with high activities (ca. 150–550 molL?LA molSn?1 h?1) for tin(II) complexes. The cationic compound 9 required a higher temperature (100 °C) than the neutral species (60 °C); monodisperse poly(L ‐LA)s were obtained in all cases. The activities of the heteroleptic pre‐catalysts 1 , 3 , and 7 were virtually independent of the nature of the ancillary ligand, and, most strikingly, the homoleptic complex 2 was equally competent as a pre‐catalyst. Polymerization of trimethylene carbonate (TMC) occurs much more slowly, and not at all in the presence of LA; therefore, the generation of PLA‐PTMC copolymers is only possible if TMC is polymerized first. Mechanistic studies based on 1H and 119Sn{1H} NMR spectroscopy showed that the addition of an excess of iPrOH to compound 3 yielded a mixture of compound 4 , compound [Sn(OiPr)2]n 10 , and free {LO1}H in a dynamic temperature‐dependent and concentration‐dependent equilibrium. Upon further addition of L ‐LA, two active species were detected, [Sn{LO1}(OPLLA)] ( 12 ) and [Sn(OPLLA)2] ( 14 ), which were also in fast equilibrium. Based on assignment of the 119Sn{1H} NMR spectrum, all of the species present in the ROP reaction were identified; starting from either the heteroleptic ( 1 , 3 , 7 ) or homoleptic ( 2 ) pre‐catalysts, both types of pre‐catalysts yielded the same active species. The catalytic inactivity of the siloxy derivative 6 confirmed that ROP catalysts of the type 1 – 5 could not operate according to an activated‐monomer mechanism. These mechanistic studies removed a number of ambiguities regarding the mechanism of the (i)ROPs of L ‐LA and TMC promoted by industrially relevant homoleptic or heteroleptic SnII species.  相似文献

As part of our studies on the structure of yeast tRNAfMet, we investigated the incorporation of N‐{[9‐(β‐D ‐ribofuranosyl)‐9H‐purin‐6‐yl]carbamoyl}‐L ‐threonine (t6A) in the loop of a RNA 17‐mer hairpin. The carboxylic function of the L ‐threonine moiety of t6A was protected with a 2‐(4‐nitrophenyl)ethyl group, and a (tert‐butyl)dimethylsilyl group was used for the protection of its secondary OH group. The 2′‐OH function of the standard ribonucleotide building blocks was protected with a [(triisopropylsilyl)oxy]methyl group. Removal of the base‐labile protecting groups of the final RNA with 1,8‐diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec‐7‐ene (DBU) and then with MeNH2 was done under carefully controlled conditions to prevent hydrolysis of the carbamate function, leading to loss of the L ‐threonine moiety.  相似文献

The tin(II) complexes {LOx}Sn(X) ({LOx}?=aminophenolate ancillary) containing amido ( 1 – 4 ), chloro ( 5 ), or lactyl ( 6 ) coligands (X) promote the ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of cyclic esters. Complex 6 , which models the first insertion of L ‐lactide, initiates the living ROP of L ‐LA on its own, but the amido derivatives 1 – 4 require the addition of alcohol to do so. Upon addition of one to ten equivalents of iPrOH, precatalysts 1 – 4 promote the ROP of trimethylene carbonate (TMC); yet, hardly any activity is observed if tert‐butyl (R)‐lactate is used instead of iPrOH. Strong inhibition of the reactivity of TMC is also detected for the simultaneous copolymerization of L ‐LA and TMC, or for the block copolymerization of TMC after that of L ‐LA. Experimental and computational data for the {LOx}Sn(OR) complexes (OR=lactyl or lactidyl) replicating the active species during the tin(II)‐mediated ROP of L ‐LA demonstrate that the formation of a five‐membered chelate is largely favored over that of an eight‐membered one, and that it constitutes the resting state of the catalyst during this (co)polymerization. Comprehensive DFT calculations show that, out of the four possible monomer insertion sequences during simultaneous copolymerization of L ‐LA and TMC: 1) TMC then TMC, 2) TMC then L ‐LA, 3) L ‐LA then L ‐LA, and 4) L ‐LA then TMC, the first three are possible. By contrast, insertion of L ‐LA followed by that of TMC (i.e., insertion sequence 4) is endothermic by +1.1 kcal mol?1, which compares unfavorably with consecutive insertions of two L ‐LA units (i.e., insertion sequence 3) (?10.2 kcal mol?1). The copolymerization of L ‐LA and TMC thus proceeds under thermodynamic control.  相似文献

Two novel sulfonate phenol ligands—3,3′‐di‐tert‐butyl‐2′‐hydroxy‐5,5′,6,6′‐tetramethyl‐biphenyl‐2‐yl 4‐X‐benzenesulfonate (X?CF3, LCF3 ‐H, and X?OCH3, LOMe ‐H)—were prepared through the sulfonylation of 3,3′‐di‐tert‐butyl‐5,5′,6,6′‐tetramethylbiphenyl‐2,2′‐diol with the corresponding 4‐substituted benzenesulfonyl chloride (1 equiv.) in the presence of excess triethylamine. Magnesium (Mg) complexes supported by sulfonate phenoxide ligands were synthesized and characterized structurally. The reaction of MgnBu2 with L‐H (2 equiv.) produces the four‐coordinated monomeric complexes ( LCF3 )2Mg ( 1 ) and ( LOMe )2Mg ( 2 ). Complexes 1 and 2 are efficient catalysts for the ring‐opening polymerization of ε‐caprolactone (ε‐CL) and trimethylene carbonate (TMC) in the presence of 9‐anthracenemethanol; complex 1 catalyzes the polymerization of ε‐CL and TMC in a controlled manner, yielding polymers with the expected molecular weights and narrow polydispersity indices (PDIs). In ε‐CL polymerization, the activity of complex 1 is greater than that of complex 2 , likely because of the greater Lewis acidity of Mg2+ metal caused by the electron‐withdrawing substitute trifluoromethyl (? CF3) at the 4‐position of the benzenesulfonate group. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem 48: 3564–3572, 2010  相似文献

Zinc catalysts incorporated by imino‐benzotriazole phenolate ( IBTP ) ligands were synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray structure determinations. The reaction of the ligand precursor ( C1DMeIBTP ‐H or C1DIPIBTP ‐H) with diethyl zinc (ZnEt2) in a stoichiometric proportion in toluene furnished the di‐nuclear ethyl zinc complexes [(μ‐ C1DMeIBTP )ZnEt]2 ( 1 ) and [(μ‐ C1DIPIBTP )ZnEt]2 ( 2 ). The tetra‐coordinated monomeric zinc complex [( C1PhIBTP )2Zn] ( 3 ) or [( C1BnIBTP )2Zn] ( 4 ) resulted from treatment of C1PhIBTP ‐H or C1BnIBTP ‐H as the pro‐ligand under the similar synthetic method with ligand to metal precursor ratio of 2:1. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction of bimetallic complexes 1 and 2 indicates that the C1DMeIBTP or C1DIPIBTP fragment behaves a NON‐tridentate ligand to coordinate two metal atoms. Catalysis for ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of ε‐caprolactone (ε‐CL), β‐butyrolactone (β‐BL), and lactide (LA) of complexes 1 and 2 was systematic studied. In combination with 9‐anthracenemethanol (9‐AnOH), Zn complex 1 was found to polymerize ε‐CL, β‐BL, and L‐LA with efficient catalytic activities in a controlled character. This study also compared the reactivity of these ROP monomers with different ring strains by Zn catalyst 1 in the presence of 9‐AnOH. Additionally, Zn complex 1 combining with benzoic acid was demonstrated to be an active catalytic system to copolymerize phthalic anhydride and cyclohexene oxide. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. The synthesis and characterization of a photocleavable block copolymer containing an ortho‐nitrobenzyl (ONB) linker between poly(methyl methacrylate) and poly(d ‐lactide) blocks is presented here. The block copolymers were synthesized via atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of MMA followed by ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of d ‐Lactide and ROP of d ‐lactide followed by ATRP of MMA from a difunctional photoresponsive ONB initiator, respectively. The challenges and limitations during synthesis of the photocleavable block copolymers using the difunctional photoresponsive ONB initiator are discussed. The photocleavage of the copolymers occurs under mild conditions by simple irradiation with 302 nm wavelength UV light (Relative intensity at 7.6 cm: 1500 μW/cm2) for several hours. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Poly(styrene) macromercaptanes (Mn = 1900, 3600, and 6100 g mol?1, PDI ≈ 1.2) derived from thiocarbonyl thio capped polymers prepared via reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer polymerization were employed to initiate the ring opening polymerization (ROP) of D ,L ‐lactide under conditions of organo‐catalyis employing 4,4‐dimethylaminopyridine. Poly(styrene)‐block‐poly(lactide) polymers of number average molecular weights up to 25,000 g mol?1 (PDI ≈ 1.2 to 1.6) were obtained and characterized via multiple detection size exclusion chromatography (SEC) using refractive index as well as UV detection. In addition, diffusion ordered nuclear magnetic resonance and liquid chromatography at critical conditions (of both polystyrene as well as poly(lactide) were employed to assess the copolymers' structure. Furthermore, it was demonstrated that polyethylenes capped with a thiol moiety can also be readily chain extended in a ROP employing D ,L ‐lactide, evidenced via NMR and high temperature SEC. This study indicates that the direct use of macromercaptantes is indeed a methodology to switch from a radical to a ROP process. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Core‐shell structured nanoparticles of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)/polypeptide/poly(D ,L ‐lactide) (PLA) copolymers were prepared and their properties were investigated. The copolymers had a poly(L ‐serine) or poly(L ‐phenylalanine) block as a linker between a hydrophilic PEG and a hydrophobic PLA unit. They formed core‐shell structured nanoparticles, where the polypeptide block resided at the interface between a hydrophilic PEG shell and a hydrophobic PLA core. In the synthesis, poly(ethylene glycol)‐b‐poly(L ‐serine) (PEG‐PSER) was prepared by ring opening polymerization of N‐carboxyanhydride of O‐(tert‐butyl)‐L ‐serine and subsequent removal of tert‐butyl groups. Poly(ethylene glycol)‐b‐poly(L ‐phenylalanine) (PEG‐PPA) was obtained by ring opening polymerization of N‐carboxyanhydride of L ‐phenylalanine. Methoxy‐poly(ethylene glycol)‐amine with a MW of 5000 was used as an initiator for both polymerizations. The polymerization of D ,L ‐lactide by initiation with PEG‐PSER and PEG‐PPA produced a comb‐like copolymer, poly(ethylene glycol)‐b‐[poly(L ‐serine)‐g‐poly(D ,L ‐lactide)] (PEG‐PSER‐PLA) and a linear copolymer, poly(ethylene glycol)‐b‐poly(L ‐phenylalanine)‐b‐poly(D ,L ‐lactide) (PEG‐PPA‐PLA), respectively. The nanoparticles obtained from PEG‐PPA‐PLA showed a negative zeta potential value of ?16.6 mV, while those of PEG‐PSER‐PLA exhibited a positive value of about 19.3 mV. In pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution at 36 °C, the nanoparticles of PEG/polypeptide/PLA copolymers showed much better stability than those of a linear PEG‐PLA copolymer having a comparable molecular weight. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The synthesis and characterization of dimeric lanthanide amides stabilized by a dianionic N‐aryloxo functionalized β‐ketoiminate ligand are described in this paper. Reactions of 4‐(2‐hydroxy‐5‐tert‐butyl‐phenyl)imino‐2‐pentanone (LH2) with Ln[N(SiMe3)2]3(µ‐Cl)Li(THF)3 in a 1:1 molar ratio in THF gave the dimeric lanthanide amido complexes [LLn{N(SiMe3)2}(THF)]2 [Ln=Nd ( 1 ), Sm ( 2 ), Yb ( 3 ), Y ( 4 )] in good isolated yields. These complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and 1H NMR spectroscopy in the case of complex 4 . The definitive molecular structures of complexes 1 , 3 , and 4 were determined. It was found that complexes 1 to 4 can initiate the ring‐opening polymerization of L‐lactide.  相似文献

A novel miktofunctional initiator ( 1 ), 2‐hydroxyethyl 3‐[(2‐bromopropanoyl)oxy]‐2‐{[(2‐bromopropanoyl)oxy]methyl}‐2‐methyl‐propanoate, possessing one initiating site for ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) and two initiating sites for atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP), was synthesized in a three‐step reaction sequence. This initiator was first used in the ROP of ?‐caprolactone, and this led to a corresponding polymer with secondary bromide end groups. The obtained poly(?‐caprolactone) (PCL) was then used as a macroinitiator for the ATRP of tert‐butyl acrylate or methyl methacrylate, and this resulted in AB2‐type PCL–[poly(tert‐butyl acrylate)]2 or PCL–[poly(methyl methacrylate)]2 miktoarm star polymers with controlled molecular weights and low polydispersities (weight‐average molecular weight/number‐average molecular weight < 1.23) via the ROP–ATRP sequence. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this contribution, we explored the catalytic ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of (macro)lactones using salen–aluminum complexes bearing cyclic β‐ketoiminato ligand. The effects of bridge moiety and ring size in the benzocyclane skeleton on the catalytic activity of these complexes were thoroughly investigated. Complex 5 with 2,2‐dimethylpropylene bridge and five‐membered cyclane ring can efficiently catalyze the ROP of ω‐pentadecalactone (ω‐PDL), showing higher catalytic activity (turnover frequency [TOF] up to 309.2 h?1) than the typical Al‐salen analogs bearing salicylaldiminato ligand (TOF = 227.2 h?1). Thus, polyethylene‐like polyester with high‐molecular weight (up to 164.5 kg/mol) could be easily prepared under optimal conditions. In addition, complex 5 can also catalyze the ROP of lactide (LA) and ε‐caprolactone (ε‐CL) with extremely high activity (TOF is high up to 147.6 h?1 and 4752 h?1, respectively). Here, we demonstrated a rare mono‐nuclear salen‐Al complex that can prompt the ROP of (macro)lactones with unprecedentedly high efficiency. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Seven magnesium complexes ( 1–7 ) were synthesized by reaction of new ( L 3 ‐H – L 5 ‐H ) and previously reported ketoimine pro‐ligands with dibutyl magnesium and were isolated in 59–70% yields. Complexes 1–7 were characterized fully and consisted of bis‐ligated homoleptic ketoiminates coordinated in distorted octahedral geometry around the magnesium centers. The complexes were investigated for their ability to initiate the ring opening polymerization (ROP) of l ‐lactide (L‐LA) to poly‐lactic acid (PLA) and ?‐caprolactone (?CL) to poly‐caprolactone in the presence of 4‐fluorophenol co‐catalyst. For L‐LA polymerization, complexes containing ligand electron‐donating groups ( 1–5 ) achieved >90% conversion in 2 h at 100 °C, while the presence of CF3 groups in 6 and 7 slowed or resulted in no PLA detected. With ?CL, ROP initiated with 1–7 resulted in lower percentage conversion with similar electronic effects. Moderate molecular weight PLA polymeric material (14.3–21.3 kDa) with low polydispersity index values (1.23–1.56) was obtained, and ROP appeared to be living in nature. Copolymerization of L‐LA and ?CL yielded block copolymers only from the sequential polymerization of ?CL followed by L‐LA and not the reverse sequence of monomers or the simultaneous presence of both monomers. Polymers and copolymers were characterized with NMR, gel permeation chromatography, and differential scanning calorimetry. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Polym. Reaction of bis(pyrazol‐1‐yl)acetic acid with n‐Bu2SnO in a 1:1 molar ratio gives dimeric bis[dicarboxylatotetraorganodistannoxanes], {[(n‐Bu)2(Pz2CHCO2)Sn]2O}2 (Pz = pyrazol‐1‐yl or 3,5‐dimethylpyrazol‐1‐yl), which are characterized by IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectra and elemental analyses. The X‐ray crystal structure analyses indicate that {[(n‐Bu)2(Pz2CHCO2)Sn]2O}2 is a centrosymmetric dimer with a cyclic Sn2O2 unit, in which each tin atom is situated in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. In addition, bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazol‐1‐yl)acetic acid in the solid state forms a dimer through two intermolecular O? H···N hydrogen bonds. These organotin derivatives display low fungicide, insecticide and miticide activities, but display certain cytotoxicities for Hela cells in vitro. Copyright © 2005 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A simple method of synthesis of a new, highly fluorescent amino acid derivative from the simple and generally available substrates 3‐nitro‐L ‐tyrosine and 1H‐indole‐3‐carbaldehyde is described. The obtained compound, N‐[(tert‐butoxy)carbonyl]‐3‐[2‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)benzoxazol‐5‐yl]‐L ‐alanine methyl ester ( 4 ), possesses a high fluorescence quantum yield. The described method illustrates a new possibility of synthesis of amino acid derivatives possessing desirable photophysical properties.  相似文献

When treated with LiNiPr2 (LDA) at ?78°, 1‐[(methylsulfanyl)methyl]‐2‐[(1Z,3E)‐4‐phenylbuta‐1,3‐dien‐1‐yl]benzene easily cyclized to form benzocycloheptenyl anion, which successively underwent intramolecular nucleophilic substitution to give a cyclopropanaphthalene. Similar LDA‐mediated cyclization also occurred for 4‐phenyl‐ or 4‐methyl‐substituted 1‐[2‐(methoxymethyl)phenyl]buta‐1,3‐dienes to furnish the corresponding benzocycloheptenes and cyclopropanaphthalenes. A 4‐tert‐butyl analog also underwent LDA‐mediated cyclization to give a benzocycloheptene, but not a cyclopropanaphthalene.  相似文献
