Syntheses,Structures, and Photophysical Properties of Two Coordination Polymers Based on 2,3‐Dioxo‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydroquinoxaline‐6‐carboxylic Acid 下载免费PDF全文
Two complexes based on the ligand 1,4‐dihydro‐2,3‐quinoxalinedione, namely [Mn(H2L)2(H2O)2]n ( 1 ) and {[Zn2(H2L)2(tz)2] · 5H2O}n ( 2 ) (H3L = 2,3‐dioxo‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydroquinoxaline‐6‐carboxylic acid, Htz = 1,2,4‐triazole) were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, as well as single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction. Complex 1 exhibited a 1D comb‐like chain formed by H2L– anions linking MnII ions, whereas complex 2 was a 2D layer‐like structure with square‐shaped windows and outstretched arms built by combination of H2L– and tz– ligands with ZnII ions. The adjacent chains or layers connected with each other by intermolecular hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking to further extend to a 3D supermolecular framework. In addition, the thermal stabilities, luminescence properties, and optical energy gap of 1 and 2 were investigated in detail. 相似文献

Compounds 1 – 6 have similar 1D chain structures, which are further linked by π–π interactions to generate supramolecular double chains for 1 and 2 , and supramolecular layers for 3 – 6 . Compound 7 displays a 3D 6‐connected framework with (44 · 611) topology. Compound 8 features a monomolecular structure, which is further linked by hydrogen bonds between the lattice water molecules and carboxylate oxygen atoms of L2 anions to form a 2D supramolecular layer. The monomolecular structures of 9 and 10 are connected by hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions simultaneously to generate supramolecular layers. Compounds 11 and 12 show layer structures. 相似文献

Two cadmium(II) coordination polymers, namely, [Cd3(m‐phth)2(atz)2]n ( 1 ) (m‐phth = m‐phthalate and atz = 3‐amino‐1,2,4‐triazolate) and [Cd(atphth)(H2O)]n ( 2 ) (atphth = 2‐aminoterephthalate), were synthesized and structurally characterized. Compound 1 features a three‐dimensional (3D) pillared framework based on two‐dimensional (2D) cadmium‐benzenedicarboxylate ladders pillared by the triazolate ligands. Compound 2 has a 3D framework constructed from 2D cadmium‐benzenedicarboxylate layers, which are further linked by Cd–N bonds between the cadmium ions and amino groups of the atphth2– ligands of the adjacent layers to form the final 3D structure. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibit solid‐state photoluminescence with emission maxima at 448 and 470 nm, respectively. 相似文献

The coordination polymers [Zn2(NDA)(HNDA)2(IPT)2]n ( 1 ) and [Mn(NDA)(IPT)]n ( 2 ) [H2NDA = naphthalene‐1,4‐dicarboxylic acid and IPT = 4′‐(4‐(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)phenyl)‐4,2′:6′,4′′‐terpyridine] were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Complex 1 features a one‐dimensional ladder‐like chain, whereas complex 2 shows a three‐dimensional CdS topology. The different coordination modes for organic ligands and topological nets for complexes 1 and 2 are mainly related with the metal ions. 相似文献

4‐Hydroxypyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid (H3CAM) reacts with Ln2O3(Ln = La, Ce) or Ln(NO3)3 (Ln = Sm, Dy, Gd, Ho) in hydrothermal reactions to form a series of lanthanide coordination polymers 1 – 6 . Elemental analysis, IR spectra and X‐ray crystal structure analysis were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure of 1 – 6 . Compounds 1 and 2 are isostructural and contain tetranuclear metallic ring unit and 3D framework. 4 – 6 are isostructural contain 2D network. Two new cobalt(II) coordination polymers, [Co(PDCO)(H2O)2]n ( 1 ) and [Co(PDCO)(bix)(2H2O)2·H2O]n ( 2 ) ( PDCO= pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid N‐oxide, bix = 1,4‐bis(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)‐benzene) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Single‐crystal X‐ray analyses show that compound 1 is a 1D helical chainlike structure with 41 screw axes parallel to the crystallographic c‐axis and interchain hydrogen‐bonding interactions further result in a 3D framework; for compound 2 , each bix ligand connects two Co1 atoms (or two Co2 atoms) to give a zigzag chain structure and these 1D chains are connected by offset face‐to‐face π···π and hydrogen bond interactions to generate a 3D architecture. The thermogravimetric analyses were investigated for 1 and 2 . The determination of variable temperature magnetic susceptibilities indicates an antiferromagnetic interaction between the metal atoms for 1 and 2 . 相似文献

Two zinc(II) compounds, namely [Zn5(AmTAZ)6(OH)2]n · 2n(NO3) · 6n(H2O) ( 1 ) and [Zn3(AmTAZ)2(mal)2]n ( 2 ) (HAmTAZ = 3‐amino‐1,2,4‐triazole, H2mal = malonic acid), were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X‐ray diffraction. Single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that compound 1 features a 3D framework with dodecahedral cages occupied by free nitrate ions and lattice water molecules and can be reduced into a (4, 8)‐connected flu topological network. Cadmium(II) based 2D coordination polymer [Cd(L1)2(DMF)2] ( 1 ) (L1 = 4,5‐dicyano‐2‐methylimidazolate, DMF = N,N′‐dimethylformamide) and 2D cobalt(II)‐imidazolate framework [Co(L3)4] ( 2 ) (L3 = 4,5‐diamide‐2‐ethoxyimidazolate) were synthesized under solvothermal reaction conditions. The materials were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, powder X‐ray diffraction measurement (PXRD) and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Compound 1 has hexacoordinate CdII ions and forms a zigzag chain‐like coordination polymer structure, whereas compound 2 exhibits a 2D square grid type structure. The thermal stability analysis reveals that 2 showed an exceptional thermal stability up to 360 °C. Also, 2 maintained its fully crystalline integrity in boiling water as confirmed by PXRD. The solid state luminescent property of 1 was not observed at room temperature. Compound 2 showed an independent high spin central CoII atom. 相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of Ln2O3 (Ln = Nd and Eu) with pyridine‐2,5‐dicarboxylic acid (H2pydc) resulted in the formation of two isomorphic three‐dimensional (3D) polymeric LnIII complexes, [Ln(pydc)(nic)·H2O]n (Ln = Nd( 1 ) and Eu( 2 )), in which nic (nicotinate; also named as pyridine‐2‐carboxylic acid) might have been formed from the pydc ligands through the C–C bond cleavage and CO2 molecules releasing. Pydc ligands bridge lanthanide centers to form the three‐dimensional framework featuring hexagonal channels along the axis a which are occupied by bridging nic anions and mono‐coordinated water molecules. From the topological point of view, two three‐dimensional nets are binodal with six‐ and three‐connected nodes, which display a distorted rutile (4.62)2(42·610·83) topology. Magnetic measurements (2‐300 K) reveal that all polymers possess weak antiferromagnetic property. A strong fluorescence emission spectrum of compound 2 was observed. 相似文献

Three copper(II) coordination polymers (CuCPs), namely, [Cu0.5(1,4‐bib)(SO4)0.5]n ( 1 ), {[Cu(1,3‐bib)2(H2O)] · SO4 · H2O}n ( 2 ), and [Cu(bpz)(SO4)0.5]n ( 3 ), were assembled from the reaction of three N‐donors [1,4‐bib = 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)benzene, 1,3‐bib = 1,3‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)benzene, and Hbpz = 3‐(2‐pyridyl)pyrazole] with copper sulfate under hydrothermal conditions. Their structures were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses and further characterized by elemental analyses (EA), IR spectroscopy, powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD), and thermogravimetric analyses (TGA). Structure analyses reveal that complex 1 is a 3D 6‐connected {412 · 63}‐ pcu net, complex 2 is a fourfold 3D 4‐connected 66‐ dia net, whereas complex 3 is a 1D snake‐like chain, which further expanded into 3D supramolecular architectures with the help of C–H ··· O hydrogen bonds. Moreover, the photocatalytic tests demonstrate that the obtained CuCPs are photocatalysts in the degradation of MB with the efficiency is 86.4 % for 1 , 75.3 % for 2 , and 91.3 % for 3 after 2 h, respectively. 相似文献

本文以Zn(NO3)2.6H2O分别与1,3,5-均苯三甲酸(1,3,5-H3BTC)和2,5-噻吩二羧酸(2,5-H2TDC)通过水热/溶剂热反应合成了2个锌的配位聚合物[Zn3(OH)(BTC)2(C4N2H11)(H2O)]n(1)(C4N2H11=质子化的哌嗪)和[Zn(2,5-TDC)(i-PrOH)]n(2)。并对配位聚合物1和2进行了元素分析、FTIR和X-射线单晶结构解析等表征。X-射线单晶结构解析表明配位聚合物1和2的晶体均属于正交晶系,空间群分别为Pbca和P212121。化合物1中含有Zn3O结构单元,Zn3O结构单元通过BTC的连接构成1个层状结构,层状结构再通过堆积形成1个三维结构。化合物2中含有无机的Zn-O链。无机Zn-O链通过TDC配体与相邻的6个无机Zn-O链相连形成三维开放式的框架结构。 相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of Co(NO3)2 · 6H2O and Zn(NO3)2 · 6H2O with 1,4‐bis(4‐phenoxy)benzenedicarboxylic acid (H2bcpb) resulted in the formation of the coordination polymers [Zn(bcpb)(Py)]n ( 1 ), and [Co(bcpb)(Py)2]n ( 2 ), respectively. Their structures were studied by single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction methods and further characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analyses, and thermogravimetric analyses (TGA). Single X‐ray diffraction analyses revealed that complex 1 has a 1D loop chain. Each repeated unit contains two carboxylate ligands and two SBUs (secondary building units), whereas complex 2 has a 2D 4‐connected sql sheet with point symbol (44.62). The complexes are further expanded to 3D supramolecular structures through non‐covalent bonding interactions. Besides, photoluminescent property of complex 1 was also investigated in the solid state at room temperature. 相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of Ni(II), 1,2,3‐benzenetricarboxylic acid (1,2,3‐H3btc) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bpy)/1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethane (bpa) yield two layered nickel(II) coordination polymers, [Ni2(1,2,3‐btc)(OAc)‐(4,4′‐bpy)2(H2O)]·2H2O ( 1 ) and [Ni(ip)(bpa)] ( 2 ) (ip=isophthalate), respectively. Both complexes are 2‐D coordination network based on 1‐D Ni‐carboxylate chains. The 1,2,3‐btc ligand adopts 3‐bridging mode in complex 1 , but transformed to isophthalate (ip) ligand through decarboxylation in 2 . The formation of the two complexes indicates that hydrothermal conditions andin‐situ ligand reaction have significant effect on constructing coordination polymers. 相似文献

Two heterometallic 3d–4f coordination polymers, [Gd(CuL)2(Hbtca)(btca)(H2O)] · 2H2O ( 1 ) and [Er(CuL)2(Hbtca)(btca)(H2O)] · H2O · CH3OH ( 2 ) (CuL, H2L = 2,3‐dioxo‐5,6,14,15‐dibenzo‐1,4,8,12‐tetraazacyclo‐pentadeca‐7,13‐dien; H2btca = benzotriazole‐5‐carboxylic acid) were synthesized by solvothermal methods and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Complexes 1 and 2 exhibit a double‐strand meso‐helical chain structures formed by [LnIIICuII2] (LnIII = Gd, Er) units by oxamide and benzotriazole‐5‐carboxylate bridges. They are isomorphic except that one free water molecule of 1 is replaced by a methanol molecule. All 1D chains are further interlinked by hydrogen bonds resulting in a 3D supramolecular architecture. The magnetic properties of the compound 1 and 2 are also discussed. 相似文献

Two coordination polymers, namely [Zn(L1)(OAc)]·H2O ( 1 ) and [Cd(L1)2] ( 2 ), where L1 = 3,5‐bis(pyridin‐4‐ylmethoxy)benzoic acid, have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Complex 1 has a 2D layer structure in which the hydrogen bonds between lattice water molecules and uncoordinated carboxylate oxygen atoms of the ligand L1 in the adjacent layers extend the 2D layer into a 3D supramolecular architecture. The structure of 2 is a 2D (3,5)‐connected net with (3·52)(32·53·64·7) topology. Two coordination polymers, {[Zn2(L)(bpy)] · 2H2O}n ( 1 ) and [Zn2(L)(bpe)]n ( 2 ) [H4L = terphenyl‐2,2′,4,4′‐tetracarboxylic acid, bpy = 4,4′‐bipyridine, and bpe = 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethane], were hydrothermally synthesized under similar conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TGA, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Compound 1 has a 3D framework containing Zn–O–C–O–Zn 1D chains. Compound 2 exhibits a 3D framework, which features tubular channels. The channels are occupied by bpe molecules. The differences in the structures demonstrate that the auxiliary dipyridyl‐containing ligand has a significant effect on the construction of the final framework. Additionally, the fluorescent properties of the two compounds were also studied in the solid state at room temperature. 相似文献
