In this study, we reported the synthesis of three kinds of mono-functional pillar[5]arene derivatives PRI, PRII and R and their structures were studied by 1D and 2D NMR spectra and mass spectra. The 2D NMR spectra including 1H-13C HSQC, 1H-1H COSY and NOESY spectra indicated that PRI and PRII are both stable self-included pseudo[1]rotaxanes in CDCl3. These original structures are promising compounds for the design of pillar[5]-based [1]rotaxane. And the results showed that R could exist stable in CDCl3 and DMSO because of the coordination of N-H?O hydrogen bonding interaction and C-H?π interaction.  相似文献

Several novel azacalix[4]aromatics constituting terphenylene units have been synthesized via sequential nucleophilic aromatic substitution reactions of 5′-t-butyl-(1,1′:3′,1″-terphenyl)-3,3″-diamine 9 and 5′-t-butyl-(1,1′:3′,1″-terphenyl)– 4,4″-diamine 11 with 1,5-difluoro-2,4-dinitrobenzene and cyanuric chloride, respectively. The bridging –NH– functions of the tetra-nitro substituted azacalix[2]arene[2]terphenylenes 1 and 2 have been transformed to the corresponding –N(CH3)– bridged azacalix[2]arene[2]terphenylenes 3 and 4 via N-alkylation. Single crystal X-ray analysis revealed that the terphenyl-3,3″-diamine derived azacalix[2]terphenylene[2]triazine 5 adopts a distorted chair conformation in the solid state, and the terphenyl-4,4″-diamine derived azacalix[2]terphenylene[2]triazine 6 was found to adopt a 1,3-alternate conformation.  相似文献

In the present study, the synthesis and liquid phase extraction properties towards some amino acid methylesters and amino alcohols of Schiff base and amino alcohol substituted calix[4]arene are reported. The Schiff base substituted calix[4]arene 5 has been synthesized via condensation reaction involving 5,17-diformyl-11,23-di-tert-butyl-25,27-di[3-(4-formylphenoxy)propoxy]-26,28 dihydroxycalix[4]arene 4 and (R)-(?)-2-phenylglycine methyl ester in CHCl3:MeOH. To give the amino alcohol substituted calix[4]arene 6, the synthesized chiral compound 5 was reduced by LiAlH4. The new chiral Schiff base and amino alcohol derivatives of calix[4]arene have been characterized by a combination of FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FAB-MS and elemental analysis. Also, the extraction behaviors of 5 and 6 towards some selected amino acid methylesters and amino alcohols have been studied by liquid–liquid extraction.  相似文献

Thiomethylation of resorcin[4]arene using N,N-diisopropyl-2-aminoethanethiol hydrochloride and formaldehyde [1:4:4 molar ratio] carried out in methanol/acetic acid [1:1 v/v] at 60 °C produced monofunctionalized product 3 in 68% yield. The introduced substituent was intramolecularly self-included into the cavity. This self-inclusion reduced the reactivity of the aromatic rings and inhibited further functionalization.  相似文献

ortho-Linked oxacalix[n]arene[n]hetarenes (n=2, 3) were prepared by one-step cyclooligomerization of catechol and meta-dichlorinated nitrogen containing heterocycles or via a two-step reaction process. Solid state structure of the ortho-linked oxacalix[n]arene[n]hetarenes (n=2, 3) has been determined by X-ray crystallography. 1,3-Alternate and 1,3,5-alternate conformations were found for ortho-linked oxacalix[2]arene[2]pyrazine (1) and oxacalix[3]arene[3]pyrazine (2), respectively. However, a core conformation with C3 symmetry was found for ortho-linked oxacalix[3]arene[3]pyrimidine (4), which is completely different from that of its isomer, compound 2.  相似文献

Metalation of (RSiMe2)3CH (1a R = H, 1b R = Me, 1c R = Ph) with lithium diisopropylamide (LDA) or methyllithium in THF gave organolithium reagents (RSiMe2)3CLi, which reacted with the formylated calixarene (2), to give the corresponding 5,17-bis[2,2-bis(organosilyl)-1-ethenyl]-25,26,27,28-tetrapropoxycalix[4]arenes (3a, 3b and 3c) via the Peterson olefination. The compounds (RSiMe2)3CLi were treated with 25,26,27,28-tetrakis(4-bromobutoxy)calix[4]arene (4) to give 25,26,27,28-tetrakis[4-(tris(dimethylsilyl)methyl)butoxy] calix[4]arene (5a) and 25,26,27,28-tetrakis[4-(tris(trimethylsilyl)methyl)butoxy] calix[4]arene (5b) via nucleophilic substitution reactions. However the compound 25,26,27,28-tetrakis[4-(tris(dimethylphenylsilyl)methyl)butoxy] calix[4]arene (5c) was not obtained, presumably because (PhSiMe2)3C- is highly sterically hindered and the reactivity of its derivatives is low. The compound 5a has potential as a core for dendrimers.  相似文献

By reacting thiacalix[4]arene with p-tosyloxyethoxylbenzaldehyde 1, 3-bis(benzaldehyde-4-oxyethyloxy)-p-tert-butylthiacalix[4]arene (2) were prepared in yield of 65%. Refluxing compound 2 with aniline, salicylic hydrazide, nicotinic hydrazide and isonicotinic hydrazide, novel ringopening 1,3-bis-arylformyl-hydrazone substituted thiacalix[4]arene derivatives (3a3d) were obtained in yields of 77–89%. Refluxing compound 2 with o-phenylendiamine, oxalyl dihydrazide, malonic dihydrazide and adipic dihydrazide in “1 + 1” intermolecular condensation mode under diluted condition, novel 1,3-bis-acyl hydrazone-bridged calix[4]arene derivatives (4a4d) were prepared in good yields. Moreover, by condensating compound 2 with 1,3-bis(hydrazinocarbonyl-methoxy)-p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene (5), the first example of hydrazone-bridged biscalixarene (6) with calix[4]arene and thiacalix[4]arene subunits was facilely synthesized in yield of 90%. The noncompetitive and competitive extracting experiments showed that these novel hosts were good receptors for both metal cations and α-amino acids. Compounds 3a–3d and 4a–4d showed similar binding properties with high extraction percentage but low extracting selectivities. Biscalixarene 6 exhibited not only high extracting abilities but also good extracting selectivities.  相似文献

The strategy of bridging the anisole units at the upper rim of calix[6]arene has been applied to strain the conformations of calix[6]arene. Based on the selective formylation of the 1,3,5-tri-p-tert-butylcalix[6]arene, several new calix[6]arene derivatives with different 1,3-bridged chains or a 1,3,5-tripod bridge at the upper rim have been prepared with moderate yields. The 1H NMR spectra indicate that these calix[6]arene derivatives adopt a cone conformation, which has also been confirmed by the theoretical calculation at AM1 level. X-ray crystal structure of 1,3,5-tripod bridged compound 5 discloses that the calix[6]arene host stands in a cone conformation with approximate C3v symmetry, and that a methanol molecule is enclosed in its hydrophobic cavity and stabilized by multi hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A series of N-linked tetrakis(tetrapeptido)calix[4]arene diversomers, 3A-P, has been synthesized by coupling of a cone calix[4]arene tetracarboxylic acid chloride with tetrapeptides 1A-P obtained in a parallel fashion. The inhibition activity of 3A-P towards tissue and microbial transglutaminase was evaluated by in vitro assays with a labeled substrate. Kinetic analysis using one of the most active derivatives (3A) showed a noncompetitive inhibition with respect to the amino acceptor substrate and an uncompetitive inhibition with respect to amino donor substrate. Experimental results are in accordance with an inhibition due to a protein specific surface recognition on a region noncomprising the enzyme active site.  相似文献

Two strategies for the design of new pillar[5]arene-based mechanically self-interlocked molecules (MSMs) are reported here. The first strategy is based on the construction of an intermediate pseudo[1]rotaxane followed by the desired bis-[1]rotaxane. The other one is based on the construction of the desired bis-[1]-rotaxane directly via a condensation reaction through host-guest interactions between a mono-functionalized pillar[5]arene and the axle. This compound has interesting self-assembly properties in methanol and some extended applications of this compound will be reported in the near future.  相似文献

The target compounds 4a-4d were designed to form complexes with anions based on hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interactions in acidic aqueous solutions and the interaction constant 1770 mol−1 dm3 of a 1:1 complex was obtained for the interaction of 4c with sulfate anion in 5 × 10−3 M aqueous HCl. The solid state structures of the compounds 3b, 3e and 3f were determined, their stereochemistry and the stereochemistry of the calix[4]arene frame is generally discussed. Raman, infrared and UV-vis spectra of the target compounds and some intermediates are reported, too.  相似文献

The article describes the synthesis of a family of novel calix[4]arene ionophores, 25,27-bis-(2-aminomethylpyridine-propoxy)-26,28-dihydroxycalix[4]arene (5a), 25,27-bis-(3-aminomethylpyridine-propoxy)-26,28-dihydroxycalix[4]arene (5b) and two chromogenic calix[4]arenes, 5,17-dinitro-25,27-bis-(2-aminomethylpyridine-propoxy)-26,28-dihydroxycalix[4]arene (5c), 5,17-dinitro-25,27-bis-(3-aminomethylpyridine-propoxy)-26,28-dihydroxycalix[4]arene (5d) bearing pyridinium units. In the synthesis, the upper and lower rims of p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene were modified in order to acquire binding sites for the recognition of arsenate and dichromate anions. It has been observed that protonated alkylammonium forms of the ionophores showed high affinity toward dichromate and arsenate anions.  相似文献

Pillar[5]arene-based molecular universal joints(MUJs), bearing fused crown ether subring(MUJ1 and MUJ3) or a ring without ether oxygen atom(MUJ2), were synthesized and enantio–differentiated. Significant chiral inversion was observed for the crown ether-fused MUJs upon the addition of equivalent cations Na+, showing an anisotropy(g) factor of 0.014, while alkyl subring-fused MUJ2 showed no CD inversions. Octakis(dimethylsiloxy)-octa-p-tert-butylcalix[8]arene was prepared from the parent p-tert-butylcalix[8]arene and 1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisilazane. Desilylation of the siloxy-calix[8]arene with tetrabutylammonium fluoride hydrate under different conditions afforded di- and tetraanionic derivatives. Determination of the solid state structure of the dianion revealed the formation of an inclusion compound with one tetrabutylammonium cation inside the macrocyclic cavity.  相似文献

A series of new calix[4]arene(amido)mono-crown compounds have been synthesized through aminolysis of calix[4]arene esters and intramolecular cyclization of the intermediates. The title compounds were converted into their nitro and azo substituted derivatives to provide novel photoresponsive molecular receptors for transition metal ions. Single crystal X-ray analysis of calix[4]arene(ethyleneamido)mono-crown (2a) revealed that the compound is present in a cone conformation with an amido loop that caps the lower rim of calix[4]arene cavity to result in stacking along axis a and axis c to provide supramolecular aggregates in the solid state. Evaluation of synthesized macrocycles in the solution phase for recognition of transition metal cations (Cr3+, Fe2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Ag+, Cd2+, Pb2+, Hg+, Hg2+, Pd2+, and Pt2+) by UV-visible spectroscopy revealed that p-tert-butyl-calix[4]arene mono-(amidocrown) 1c selectively shows a blue shift at 38 nm on interaction with Hg+ ions.  相似文献

A simple method for thiacalix[4]arene O-monoamide preparation with high yields using 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-28-(ethoxycarbonyl)methoxy-2,8,14,20-tetrathiacalix[4]arene reaction with diaminoalkanes is reported. The solid state cyclization reaction of the acylethylenediamines function of 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-28-O-[(N-(2-aminoethyl)aminocarbonyl)-methoxy]thiacalix[4]arene leading to the formation of the 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-28-[2-methoxy-imdazoline]thiacalix[4]arene compound is described for the first time for the calixarene macrocycle family. Finally, preliminary results show that O-mono-amide-thiacalixarene derivatives are promising candidates for the production of self-assembled materials and efficient precursors for the synthesis of bisthiacalix[4] arenes.  相似文献

A novel calix[4]arene derivative with two ferrocenyl Schiff-base groups at the upper rim 3 has been synthesized from 5,17-diformyl-25,27-dipropoxy-26,28-dihydroxy calix[4]arene and 4-ferrocenylaniline via condensation reaction. Reduction of 3 with sodium borohydride led to calix[4]arene derivative 4 with two amino ferrocenyl groups at the upper rim. The ferrocenyl Schiff-base calix[4]arene and its corresponding reduced amine have been purified and characterized by elemental analysis,1H NMR, FTIR, Mass and UV-vis spectral data. Electrochemical properties of compounds 3 and 4 have been investigated. Cyclic voltammograms of 3 and 4 show reversible redox couples of ferrocene/ferrocinium at E1/2=0.401 V and 0.346 V, respectively. Electrochemical studies show these redox active compounds electrochemically recognize trivalent lanthanides La3+ and Ce3+ and divalent Pb2+ and Cu2+cations. With ferrocenyl Schiff-base calix[4]arene 3 an anodic shift as large as 130 mV is observed on addition of one equivalent of Ce3+ ion. Also extraction properties of compound 4 towards some metal cations have been described. It has been observed that compound 4 has a good selectivity for metal cations Fe3+, Cu2+, Pb2+ and Cd2+ against Ni2+ and Co2+.  相似文献

The inclusion of tetramethylammonium and ditopic trimethylammonium cations by the water-soluble pentasulfonatocalix[5]arene 1 has been studied at neutral pH by 1H NMR and compared with the homologous tetrasulfonatocalix[4]arene 2. Unlike host 2, host 1 selectively binds the ditopic trimethylammonium ions by three different non-covalent interactions. Remarkably the flexible host 1 exhibits both more efficiency and selectivity in the complexation of ditopic methylammonium ions with respect to similar more preorganised calix[4]arene receptors.  相似文献

Host–guest complexation has been mainly investigated in solution, and it is unclear how guest molecules access the assembled structures of host and dynamics of guest molecules in the crystal state. In this study, we studied the uptake, release, and molecular dynamics of n-hexane vapor in the crystal state of pillar[5]arenes bearing different substituents. Pillar[5]arene bearing 10 ethyl groups yielded a crystal structure of herringbone-type 1:1 complexes with n-hexane, whereas pillar[5]arene with 10 allyl groups formed 1:1 complexes featuring a one-dimensional (1D) channel structure. For pillar[5]arene bearing 10 benzyl groups, one molecule of n-hexane was located in the cavity of pillar[5]arene, and another n-hexane molecule was located outside of the cavity between two pillar[5]arenes. The substituent-dependent differences in molecular arrangement influenced the uptake, release, and molecular dynamics of the n-hexane guest. The substituent effects were not observed in host–guest chemistry in solution, and these features are unique for the crystal state host–guest chemistry of pillar[5]arenes.  相似文献

A calix[4]arene derivative has been anchored to carboxyl CPG and TentaGel supports by an easily cleavable ester bond and DMT groups allow a simple loading evaluation via UV-vis spectroscopy. The loading of the calixarene on TentaGel resin has also been estimated by HR-MAS NMR experiments. The potential of the polymer supported calixarenes (9 and 10) in solid phase synthesis has been tested by condensation of four thymine nucleotide units onto the upper rim of the calix[4]arene skeleton.  相似文献
