We give a representation-theoretic and a categorical interpretation of the Drinfel'd double into the framework of group-cograded multiplier Hopf algebras. The Drinfel'd double as constructed by Zunino for a finite-type Hopf group-coalgebra is an example of this construction in the sense that the components of the group-cograded multiplier Hopf algebras are unital and finite-dimensional algebras and the admissible action is related with the adjoint action of the group on itself.  相似文献

We study Doi–Hopf data and Doi–Hopf modules for Hopf group-coalgebras. We introduce modules graded by a discrete Doi–Hopf datum; to a Doi–Hopf datum over a Hopf group coalgebra, we associate an algebra graded by the underlying discrete Doi–Hopf datum, using a smash product type construction. The category of Doi–Hopf modules is then isomorphic to the category of graded modules over this algebra. This is applied to the category of Yetter–Drinfeld modules over a Hopf group coalgebra, leading to the construction of the Drinfeld double. It is shown that this Drinfeld double is a quasitriangular ${\mathbb{G}}$ -graded Hopf algebra.  相似文献

1 Introduction A discrete dynamical system can be expressed as xn+1 ?f(xn), n = 0,1,2,... where X is a metric space and f : X →X is a continuous map. The study of it tells us how the points in the base space X moved. Nevertheless, this is not enough for the researches of biological species, demography, numerical simulation and attractors (see [1], [2]). It is necessary to know how the subsets of X moved. In this direction, we consider the set-valued discrete system associated to f, An+1 = (f|-)(An), n = 0,1,2,... where (f|-) is the natural extension of f to K(X) (the class of all compact subsets of X).  相似文献

We study Frobenius–Schur indicators of the regular representations of finite-dimensional semisimple Hopf algebras, especially group-theoretical ones. Those of various Hopf algebras are computed explicitly. In view of our computational results, we formulate the theorem of Frobenius for semisimple Hopf algebras and give some partial results on this problem.  相似文献

We prove an algebraic and a topological decomposition theorem for complete pseudo-D-lattices (i.e. lattice-ordered pseudo-effect algebras). As a consequence, we obtain a Hammer–Sobczyk type decomposition theorem for group-valued modular measures defined on pseudo-D-lattices and compactness of the range of every \(\mathbb {R}^{n} \)-valued σ-additive modular measure on a σ-complete pseudo-D-lattice.  相似文献

We define the global cohomological range for artin algebras, and define the derived bounded algebras to be the algebras with finite global cohomological range, then we prove the first Brauer–Thrall type theorem for bounded derived categories of artin algebras, i.e., derived bounded algebras are precisely the derived finite algebras. Moreover, the main theorem establishes that the derived bounded artin algebras are just piecewise hereditary algebras of Dynkin type, and can be also characterized as those artin algebras with derived dimension zero, which can be regarded as a generalization of the results of Han–Zhang [11 Han, Y., Zhang, C. Brauer-Thrall type theorems for derived category, arXiv:1310.2777. [Google Scholar], Theorem 1] and Chen–Ye–Zhang [4 Chen, X. W., Ye, Y., Zhang, P. (2008). Algebras of derived dimension zero. Comm. We show that the emerging field of discrete differential geometry can be usefully brought to bear on crystallization problems. In particular, we give a simplified proof of the Heitmann–Radin crystallization theorem (Heitmann and Radin in J Stat Phys 22(3):281–287, 1980), which concerns a system of N identical atoms in two dimensions interacting via the idealized pair potential \(V(r)=+\infty \) if \(r<1\), \(-1\) if \(r=1\), 0 if \(r>1\). This is done by endowing the bond graph of a general particle configuration with a suitable notion of discrete curvature, and appealing to a discrete Gauss–Bonnet theorem (Knill in Elem Math 67:1–7, 2012) which, as its continuous cousins, relates the sum/integral of the curvature to topological invariants. This leads to an exact geometric decomposition of the Heitmann–Radin energy into (i) a combinatorial bulk term, (ii) a combinatorial perimeter, (iii) a multiple of the Euler characteristic, and (iv) a natural topological energy contribution due to defects. An analogous exact geometric decomposition is also established for soft potentials such as the Lennard–Jones potential \(V(r)=r^{-6}-2r^{-12}\), where two additional contributions arise, (v) elastic energy and (vi) energy due to non-bonded interactions.  相似文献

This paper, mainly gives a Fundamental Theorem of weak Doi–Hopf modules, which is not only generalizes the Fundamental Theorem of weak Hopf modules but also generalizes the Fundamental Theorem of relative Hopf modules. The Gromov?CHausdorff distance between metric spaces appears to be a useful tool for modeling some object matching procedures. Since its conception it has been mainly used by pure mathematicians who are interested in the topology generated by this distance, and quantitative consequences of the definition are not very common. As a result, only few lower bounds for the distance are known, and the stability of many metric invariants is not understood. This paper aims at clarifying some of these points by proving several results dealing with explicit lower bounds for the Gromov?CHausdorff distance which involve different standard metric invariants. We also study a modified version of the Gromov?CHausdorff distance which is motivated by practical applications and both prove a structural theorem for it and study its topological equivalence to the usual notion. This structural theorem provides a decomposition of the modified Gromov?CHausdorff distance as the supremum over a family of pseudo-metrics, each of which involves the comparison of certain discrete analogues of curvature. This modified version relates the standard Gromov?CHausdorff distance to the work of Boutin and Kemper, and Olver.  相似文献

For a quasi-Hopf algebra H, a left H-comodule algebra  and a right H-module coalgebra C we will characterize the category of Doi–Hopf modules C ?(H) in terms of modules. We will also show that for an H-bicomodule algebra  and an H-bimodule coalgebra C the category of generalized Yetter–Drinfeld modules (H) C is isomorphic to a certain category of Doi–Hopf modules. Using this isomorphism we will transport the properties from the category of Doi–Hopf modules to the category of generalized Yetter–Drinfeld modules.  相似文献

The Birman–Murakami–Wenzl algebra (BMW algebra) of type D n is shown to be semisimple and free of rank (2 n  + 1)n!! ? (2 n?1 + 1)n! over a specified commutative ring R, where n!! =1·3…(2n ? 1). We also show it is a cellular algebra over suitable ring extensions of R. The Brauer algebra of type D n is the image of an R-equivariant homomorphism and is also semisimple and free of the same rank, but over the ring ?[δ±1]. A rewrite system for the Brauer algebra is used in bounding the rank of the BMW algebra above. As a consequence of our results, the generalized Temperley–Lieb algebra of type D n is a subalgebra of the BMW algebra of the same type.  相似文献
