服务管理差距与服务质量差距之间关系模型的研究

在服务质量差距分析模型的基础上,基于服务管理差距和服务质量差距测评体系,运用结构方程建模方法,建立了企业内部服务管理差距与顾客感知服务质量差距之间的关系路径图和关系模型,定量研究了四个服务管理差距对服务质量差距的影响关系、服务管理差距测评指标对相应的四个服务管理差距的影响关系,为顾客感知服务质量差距的测量和评价提供了技术和方法.结合某外语培训学校服务管理实际进行了案例研究,为企业服务质量的诊断和改进提供了科学依据.     

On polynomial interpolation of two variables

Polynomial interpolation of two variables based on points that are located on multiple circles is studied. First, the poisedness of a Birkhoff interpolation on points that are located on several concentric circles is established. Second, using a factorization method, the poisedness of a Hermite interpolation based on points located on various circles, not necessarily concentric, is established. Even in the case of Lagrange interpolation, this gives many new sets of poised interpolation points.     

Pseudocharacters on anomalous products of locally indicable groups

The question on the existence of nontrivial pseudocharacters on anomalous products of locally indicable groups is considered. Some generalizations of theorems of R. I. Grigorchuk and V. G. Bardakov on the existence of nontrivial pseudocharacters on free products with the amalgamation subgroup are found. It is proved that they exist on an anomalous product 〈G, x | w = 1〉, where G is a locally indicable noncyclic group. We also prove some other propositions on the existence of nontrivial pseudocharacters on anomalous products of groups. Results on the second cohomologies of these products and their nonamenability follow from the propositions on the existence of nontrivial pseudocharacters on these groups. __________ Translated from Fundamentalnaya i Prikladnaya Matematika, Vol. 12, No. 3, pp. 55–64, 2006.

首先介绍一般邮递员问题, 涉及费用、服务侧、衔接费用、次序等要素. 然后简要综述过去50年来中国邮递员问题、有向图上中国邮递员问题、带风向的邮递员问题、混合图上邮递员问题以及乡村邮递员问题等一般邮递员问题的特殊情况的研究进展, 突出问题的线性规划描述及相应的组合多面体结构, 着重讨论问题的模型、精确算法及其时间复杂度、NP-困难情形下的近似算法及其性能比.     

控股股东对上市公司股利分配倾向的影响及实证分析——来自沪市A股上市公司的经验证据

当前对股利政策的研究主要集中在产权对股利政策的影响、自由现金流对股利政策的影响、公司过渡投资行为对股利政策的影响以及宏观经济波动对股利政策的影响等,而缺乏控股股东对股利政策的影响研究.现实中,控股股东对股利政策具有较大的影响,围绕控股股东对上市公司股利分配倾向的影响进行深入分析.具体而言,以2013-2014年度上证A股数据,建立Log斌ic模型和多元线性回归模型分析控股股东的几方面特征对股利分配倾向产生的多种影响.研究从理论上客观地评价了控股股东对股利分配倾向的影响,现实中对维护中小股东权益有重要意义.     

Stability on Time-Dependent Domains

We explore the key differences in the stability picture between extended systems on time-fixed and time-dependent spatial domains. As a paradigm, we take the complex Swift–Hohenberg equation, which is the simplest nonlinear model with a finite critical wavenumber, and use it to study dynamic pattern formation and evolution on time-dependent spatial domains in translationally invariant systems, i.e., when dilution effects are absent. In particular, we discuss the effects of a time-dependent domain on the stability of spatially homogeneous and spatially periodic base states, and explore its effects on the Eckhaus instability of periodic states. New equations describing the nonlinear evolution of the pattern wavenumber on time-dependent domains are derived, and the results compared with those on fixed domains. Pattern coarsening on time-dependent domains is contrasted with that on fixed domains with the help of the Cahn–Hilliard equation extended here to time-dependent domains. Parallel results for the evolution of the Benjamin–Feir instability on time-dependent domains are also given.     

Hardy-Hausdorff spaces on the Heisenberg group

In this paper, by using the tent spaces on the Siegel upper half space, which are defined in terms of Choquet integrals with respect to Hausdorff capacity on the Heisenberg group, the Hardy-Hausdorff spaces on the Heisenberg group are introduced. Then, by applying the properties of the tent spaces on the Siegel upper half space and the Sobolev type spaces on the Heisenberg group, the atomic decomposition of the Hardy-Hausdorff spaces is obtained. Finally, we prove that the predual spaces of Q spaces on the Heisenberg group are the Hardy-Hausdorff spaces.     

On the fixing of values of sequences of seminorms

Theorems on the fixing of values of sequences of continuous seminorms on certain sets in Banach spaces are proved, enabling one to obtain new results on the asymptotic behavior of approximations of individual functions and on the convergence of interpolation processes on classes of functions.Translated from Ukrainskii Matematicheskii Zhurnal, Vol. 44, No. 4, pp. 467–474, April, 1992.     

Laplace-Beltrami differentiability of positive definite kernels on the sphere

This contribution gives results on the action of the Laplace-Beltrami derivative on sufficiently smooth kernels on the sphere, those defined by absolutely and uniformly expansions generated by a family of at least continuous functions. Among other things, the results show that convenient Laplace-Beltrami derivatives of positive definite kernels on the sphere are positive definite too. We also include similar results on the action of the Laplace-Beltrami derivative on condensed spherical harmonic expansions.     

Mesh-dependent stability for finite element approximations of parabolic equations with mass lumping

In this paper, based on some mesh-dependent estimates on the extreme eigenvalues of a general finite element system defined on a simplicial mesh, novel and sharp bounds on the permissible time step size are derived for the mass lumping finite element approximations of parabolic equations. The bounds are dependent not only on the mesh size but also on the mesh shape. These results provide guidance to the stability of numerical solutions of parabolic problems in relation to the unstructured geometric meshing. Numerical experiments on both uniform meshes and adaptive meshes are presented to validate the theoretical analysis.     

Pseudo-differential Operators,Cubature and Equidistribution on the 3D ball: An Approach Based on Orthonormal Basis Systems

In this paper, the distribution of points on a unit ball in ?³ is investigated. The ansatz is motivated by an approach for point grids on the unit sphere by Cui and Freeden. A formula for a generalized discrepancy is developed, which is then used to check the uniformity of point grids on a ball. The generalized discrepancy originates from an error bound for a quadrature (cubature) rule on the ball with uniform weights. In particular, we discuss the integration of functions from particular Sobolev spaces based on known orthonormal systems on the ball. This includes the introduction of a concept of pseudo-differential operators on the ball. Finally, different point grids are constructed on the ball and are compared by the discrepancy. Furthermore, numerical and graphical comparisons of the grids are presented.     

产品消费情绪与购后行为关系的实证研究

消费情绪对购后行为有重要的作用,在产品消费中,以往研究主要针对产品属性和商店环境引发的消费情绪与满意的关系,本文作者在文献回顾的基础上,对由广告、消费促进和公共关系等其他营销者可控因素引发的消费情绪与购后行为的关系进行了定量研究,结果表明:由这些因素引发的消费情绪对满意有直接影响,并通过满意间接影响重购意向;对口传行为既有直接影响,也有间接影响,作者最后提出了本研究对管理实践的启示,研究的局限之处及未来的研究方向.

随机利率与双指数跳跃扩散模型下几何平均水平重置期权定价

在资产收益率满足双指数跳跃扩散模型条件下,用Vasicek随机利率模型刻画市场利率的变动,并充分考虑市场利率对资产收益率的影响,研究了具有几何平均特征的水平重置期权定价问题.通过应用测度变换和多维Fourier逆变换方法,给出了此类重置期权定价的解析公式.最后,通过数值实例分析了模型参数对期权价格的影响.结果表明,上跳概率、跳跃频率和利率的长期平均水平对期权价格有正向影响,上跳和下跳幅度对期权价格有反向影响,而利率的均值回复速率对期权价格的影响会因为利率与资产收益率间的相关系数的影响而呈现出复杂性.     

Corner singularities and boundary layers in a simple convection-diffusion problem

A singularly perturbed convection-diffusion problem posed on the unit square is considered. Its solution may have exponential and parabolic boundary layers, and corner singularities may also be present. Pointwise bounds on the solution and its derivatives are derived. The dependence of these bounds on the small diffusion coefficient, on the regularity of the data, and on the compatibility of the data at the corners of the domain are all made explicit. The bounds are derived by decomposing the solution into a sum of solutions of elliptic boundary-value problems posed on half-planes, then analyzing these simpler problems.     

The marked length spectrum vs. the Laplace spectrum on forms on Riemannian nilmanifolds

The subject of this paper is the relationships among the marked length spectrum, the length spectrum, the Laplace spectrum on functions, and the Laplace spectrum on forms on Riemannian nilmanifolds. In particular, we show that for a large class of three-step nilmanifolds, if a pair of nilmanifolds in this class has the same marked length spectrum, they necessarily share the same Laplace spectrum on functions. In contrast, we present the first example of a pair of isospectral Riemannian manifolds with the same marked length spectrum but not the same spectrum on one-forms. Outside of the standard spheres vs. the Zoll spheres, which are not even isospectral, this is the only example of a pair of Riemannian manifolds with the same marked length spectrum, but not the same spectrum on forms. This partially extends and partially contrasts the work of Eberlein, who showed that on two-step nilmanifolds, the same marked length spectrum implies the same Laplace spectrum both on functions and on forms. On friction resistance to motion of an aerostatic carrier with elastic diaphragm

The motion of an aerostatic carrier smooth elastic diaphragm on a rough supporting surface is considered. A semi-empirical dependence of the friction coefficient on the supporting surface roughness, air flow rate, load, carrier size, and on the diaphragm material elastic properties is obtained on the basis of theoretical analysis of the effect of the diaphragm flexural rigidity on the contact section size, and of experimental investigation results.     

A mixed integer nonlinear optimization model for gas sale company

In this paper the authors propose an optimisation model, called OMoGaS (Optimisation Modelling for Gas Seller), to assist companies dealing with gas retail commercialisation. The model takes into account the limits on price imposed by law on small consumers as well as the gas company policies in order to explore the commercial consequences of different policies. The GAMS framework is used for the optimisation of the defined MINLP model where the profit function is based on the number of contracts with the final consumers, on the tipology of consumers and on the cost supported to meet the final demand while the constraints include information on a maximum daily gas consumption, on yearly maximum and minimum comsumption in order to avoid penalties and on consumption profiles. A case study is presented.     

Coleman's principle for the determination of the stationary points of invariant functions

One finds broad conditions on a set X, on a collection G of operators acting on X, and on a functional f, defined on X and invariant relative to G, under which the following fact holds: a point which is stationary for f on X_o, the set of all fixed (relative to G) points from X, is stationary also for f on the entire X.
