Let H be a Hopf algebra with a finite-dimensional, nontrivial space of skew primitive elements, over an algebraically closed field of characteristic zero. We prove that H contains either the polynomial algebra as a Hopf subalgebra, or a certain Schurian simple-pointed Hopf subalgebra. As a consequence, a complete list of the locally finite, simple-pointed Hopf algebras is obtained. Also, the graded automorphism group of a Hopf algebra on a Schurian Hopf quiver is determined, and the relation between this group and the automorphism groups of the corresponding Hopf quiver, is clarified.  相似文献

The group of Hopf algebra automorphisms for a finite-dimensional semisimple cosemisimple Hopf algebra over a field k was considered by Radford and Waterhouse. In this paper, the groups of Hopf algebra automorphisms for two classes of pointed Hopf algebras are determined. Note that the Hopf algebras we consider are not semisimple Hopf algebras.   相似文献

This is a contribution to the classification of finite-dimensional pointed Hopf algebras. We are concerned with the case when the group of group-like elements is Abelian of exponent 2. We attach to such a pointed Hopf algebra a generalized simply-laced Cartan matrix; we conjecture that the Hopf algebra is finite-dimensional if and only if the Cartan matrix is of finite type. We prove the conjecture for the types An and An(1). We obtain the classification of all possible Hopf algebras with Cartan matrix An. We use the lifting method developed by Hans-Jürgen Schneider and the first-named author. Presented by S. Given a Hopf algebra A, there exist various cohomology theories for the category of Hopf bimodules over A, introduced by M. Gerstenhaber and S. D. Schack, and by C. Ospel. We prove, when A is finite-dimensional, that they are all equal to the Ext functor on the module category of an associative algebra associated to A, described by C. Cibils and M. Rosso. We also give an expression for a cup-product in the cohomology defined by C. Ospel, and prove that it corresponds to the Yoneda product of extensions.  相似文献

We classify finite-dimensional Hopf algebras whose coradical is isomorphic to the algebra of functions on 𝕊3. We describe a new infinite family of Hopf algebras of dimension 72.  相似文献

We show that, for any irreducible symmetrically braided Hopf algebra over a field of characteristic zero, the associated graded algebra with respect to the coradical filtration is a braided symmetric algebra. Consequently, we obtain conditions for a braided Hopf algebra to be of Poincaré–Birkhoff–Witt (PBW) type as module over a braided Hopf subalgebra containing the coradical.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce a generalized Hopf Galois theory for regular multiplier Hopf algebras with integrals, which might be viewed as a generalization of the Hopf Galois theory of finite-dimensional Hopf algebras. We introduce the notion of a coaction of a multiplier Hopf algebra on an algebra. We show that there is a duality for actions and coactions of multiplier Hopf algebras with integrals. In order to study the Galois (co)action of a multiplier Hopf algebra with an integral, we construct a Morita context connecting the smash product and the coinvariants. A Galois (co)action can be characterized by certain surjectivity of a canonical map in the Morita context. Finally, we apply the Morita theory to obtain the duality theorems for actions and coactions of a co-Frobenius Hopf algebra.  相似文献

We prove that a finite-dimensional cocommutative Hopf algebra H is local, if and only if the subalgebra generated by the first term of its coradical filtration H 1 is local. In particular if H is connected, H is local if and only if all the primitive elements of H are nilpotent.  相似文献

We classify Nichols algebras of irreducible Yetter–Drinfeld modules over nonabelian groups satisfying an inequality for the dimension of the homogeneous subspace of degree two. All such Nichols algebras are finite-dimensional, and all known finite-dimensional Nichols algebras of nonabelian group type appear in the result of our classification. We find a new finite-dimensional Nichols algebra over fields of characteristic two.  相似文献

In this paper, we define the notion of self-dual graded weak Hopf algebra and self-dual semilattice graded weak Hopf algebra. We give characterization of finite-dimensional such algebras when they are in structually simple forms in the sense of E. L. Green and E. N. Morcos. We also give the definition of self-dual weak Hopf quiver and apply these types of quivers to classify the finite- dimensional self-dual semilattice graded weak Hopf algebras. Finally, we prove partially the conjecture given by N. Andruskiewitsch and H.-J. Schneider in the case of finite-dimensional pointed semilattice graded weak Hopf algebra H when grH is self-dual.  相似文献

We prove a version of the Frobenius–Schur theorem for a finite-dimensional semisimple Hopf algebra H over an algebraically closed field; if the field has characteristic p not 0, H is also assumed to be cosemisimple. Then for each irreducible representation V of H, we define a Schur indicator for V, which reduces to the classical Schur indicator when H is the group algebra of a finite group. We prove that this indicator is 0 if and only if V is not self-dual. If V is self dual, then the indicator is positive (respectively, negative) if and only if V admits a nondegenerate bilinear symmetric (resp., skew-symmetric) H-invariant form. A more general result is proved for algebras with involution.  相似文献

We investigate pointed Hopf algebras over finite nilpotent groups of odd order, with nilpotency class 2. For such a group G, we show that if its commutator subgroup coincides with its center, then there exists no non-trivial finite-dimensional pointed Hopf algebra with kG as its coradical. We apply these results to non-abelian groups of order p3, p4 and p5, and list all the pointed Hopf algebras of order p6, whose group of grouplikes is non-abelian.  相似文献

Let H be a finite-dimensional and semisimple Hopf algebra over an algebraically closed field of characteristic 0 such that H has exactly one isomorphism class of simple modules that have not dimension 1. These Hopf algebras were the object of study in, for instance, [1 Artamonov , V. A. ( 2007 ). Semisimple finite-dimensional Hopf algebras . Sbornik: Mathematics 198 ( 9 ): 12211245 .[Crossref], [Web of Science ®] [Google Scholar]] and [9 Mukhatov , R. B. ( 2009 ). On semisimple finite-dimensional Hopf algebras . Fundamentalnaya i Prikladnaya Matematika 15 ( 2 ): 133143 . [Google Scholar]]. In this paper we study this property in the context of certain abelian extensions of group algebras and give a group theoretical criterion for such Hopf algebras to be of the above type. We also give a classification result in a special case thereof.  相似文献

We study the Hopf algebra H of Fliess operators coming from Control Theory in the one-dimensional case. We prove that it admits a graded, finite-dimensional, connected grading. Dually, the vector space ? ? x 0, x 1 ? is both a pre-Lie algebra for the pre-Lie product dual of the coproduct of H, and an associative, commutative algebra for the shuffle product. These two structures admit a compatibility which makes ? ? x 0, x 1 ? a Com-Pre-Lie algebra. We give a presentation of this object as a pre-Lie algebra.  相似文献

Let G be a group and assume that (A p ) pG is a family of algebras with identity. We have a Hopf G-coalgebra (in the sense of Turaev) if, for each pair p,qG, there is given a unital homomorphism Δ p,q : A pq A p A q satisfying certain properties. Consider now the direct sum A of these algebras. It is an algebra, without identity, except when G is a finite group, but the product is non-degenerate. The maps Δ p,q can be used to define a coproduct Δ on A and the conditions imposed on these maps give that (A,Δ) is a multiplier Hopf algebra. It is G-cograded as explained in this paper. We study these so-called group-cograded multiplier Hopf algebras. They are, as explained above, more general than the Hopf group-coalgebras as introduced by Turaev. Moreover, our point of view makes it possible to use results and techniques from the theory of multiplier Hopf algebras in the study of Hopf group-coalgebras (and generalizations). In a separate paper, we treat the quantum double in this context and we recover, in a simple and natural way (and generalize) results obtained by Zunino. In this paper, we study integrals, in general and in the case where the components are finite-dimensional. Using these ideas, we obtain most of the results of Virelizier on this subject and consider them in the framework of multiplier Hopf algebras. Presented by Ken Goodearl.  相似文献

In this paper,we get some properties of the antipode of a twisted Hopf algebra. We proved that the graded global dimension of a twisted Hopf algebra coincides with the graded projective dimension of its trivial module k,which is also equal to the projective dimension of k.  相似文献

We give definition of the second indicator for any finite-dimensional Hopf algebra over an algebraically closed field of characteristic 0 with the square of antipode an inner automorphism. We derive a closed formula for the trace of the antipode on endomorphism algebras of simple self-dual modules of nilpotent type liftings of quantum linear spaces and compute the value of their second indicators. Uniqueness of indicators is examined.  相似文献

In this paper, we study non-cosemisimple Hopf algebras through their underlying coalgebra structure. We introduce the concept of the maximal pointed subcoalgebra/Hopf subalgebra. For a non-cosemisimple Hopf algebra A with the Chevalley property, if its diagram is a Nichols algebra, then the diagram of its maximal pointed Hopf subalgebra is also a Nichols algebra. When A is of finite dimension, we provide a necessary and sufficient condition for A’s diagram equaling the diagram of its maximal pointed Hopf subalgebra.  相似文献

In this paper, the so-called differential graded (DG for short) Poisson Hopf algebra is introduced, which can be considered as a natural extension of Poisson Hopf algebras in the differential graded setting. The structures on the universal enveloping algebras of differential graded Poisson Hopf algebras are discussed.  相似文献
