Two new glycoluril derivatives, namely diethyl 6‐ethyl‐1,4‐dioxo‐1,2,2a,3,4,6,7,7b‐octahydro‐5H‐2,3,4a,6,7a‐pentaazacyclopenta[cd]indene‐2a,7b‐dicarboxylate, C14H21N5O6, (I), and 6‐ethyl‐2a,7b‐diphenyl‐1,2,2a,3,4,6,7,7b‐octahydro‐5H‐2,3,4a,6,7a‐pentaazacyclopenta[cd]indene‐1,4‐dione, C20H21N5O2, (II), both bearing two free syn‐urea NH groups and two ureidyl C=O groups, assemble the same one‐dimensional chains in the solid state running parallel to the [010] direction via N—H...O hydrogen bonds. Furthermore, the chains of (I) are linked together into two‐dimensional networks via C—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In ferrocene‐1,1′‐diylbis(diphenylmethanol)–4,4′‐ethylenedipyridine (1/1), [Fe(C18H15O)2]·C12H12N2, there is an intramolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond in the ferrocenediol component and a single O—H?N hydrogen bond linking the two components into a finite monomeric adduct. Ferrocene‐1,1′‐diylbis(diphenylmethanol)–ethylenediamine (1/1), [Fe(C18H15O)2]·C2H8N2, crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in space group P, and there are two independent four‐component aggregates in the structure, both of which are centrosymmetric. In the first type of aggregate, the molecular components are linked by O—H?N and N—H?O hydrogen bonds, in which both diamine N atoms participate; in the second type of aggregate, the diamine component is disordered over two sets of sites, but only one N atom is involved in the hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

The structures of 1H‐phenanthro[9,10‐d]imidazole, C15H10N2, (I), and 3,6‐dibromo‐1H‐phenanthro[9,10‐d]imidazole hemihydrate, C15H8Br2N2·0.5H2O, (II), contain hydrogen‐bonded polymeric chains linked by columns of π–π stacked essentially planar phenanthroimidazole monomers. In the structure of (I), the asymmetric unit consists of two independent molecules, denoted (Ia) and (Ib), of 1H‐phenanthro[9,10‐d]imidazole. Alternating molecules of (Ia) and (Ib), canted by 79.07 (3)°, form hydrogen‐bonded zigzag polymer chains along the a‐cell direction. The chains are linked by π–π stacking of molecules of (Ia) and (Ib) along the b‐cell direction. In the structure of (II), the asymmetric unit consists of two independent molecules of 3,6‐dibromo‐1H‐phenanthro[9,10‐d]imidazole, denoted (IIa) and (IIb), along with a molecule of water. Alternating molecules of (IIa), (IIb) and water form hydrogen‐bonded polymer chains along the [110] direction. The donor–acceptor distances in these N(imine)...H—O(water)...H—N(amine) hydrogen bonds are the shortest thus far reported for imidazole amine and imine hydrogen‐bond interactions with water. Centrosymmetrically related molecules of (IIa) and (IIb) alternate in columns along the a‐cell direction and are canted by 48.27 (3)°. The present study provides the first examples of structurally characterized 1H‐phenanthroimidazoles.  相似文献

In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

In the adduct ferrocene‐1,1′‐diylbis(diphenylmethanol)–1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethene (1/1), [Fe(C18H15O)2]·C12H10N2, there is an intramolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond in the ferrocenediol component and a single O—H?N hydrogen bond linking the diol to the diamine, which is disordered over two sets of sites, so forming a finite monomeric adduct. In the adduct ferrocene‐1,1′‐diylbis(diphenylmethanol)–1,6‐diaminohexane (2/1), 2[Fe(C18H15O)2]·C6H16N2, the amine lies across a centre of inversion in space group P. There is an intramolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond in the ferrocenediol, and the molecular components are linked by O—H?N and N—H?O hydrogen bonds, one of each type, into a C(13)[R(12)] chain of rings.  相似文献

In ferrocene‐1,1′‐diylbis(diphenylmethanol)–2,2′‐dipyridylamine (1/1), [Fe(C18H15O)2]·C10H9N3, (I), there is an intramolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond [H?O 2.03 Å, O?O 2.775 (2) Å and O—H?O 147°] in the ferrocenediol component, and the two neutral molecular components are linked by one O—H?N hydrogen bond [H?N 1.96 Å, O?N 2.755 (2) Å and O—H?N, 157°] and one N—H?O hydrogen bond [H?O 2.26 Å, N?O 3.112 (2) Å and N—H?O 164°] forming a cyclic R(8) motif. One of the pyridyl N atoms plays no part in the intermolecular hydrogen bonding, but participates in a short intramolecular C—H?N contact [H?N 2.31 Å, C?N 2.922 (2) Å and C—H?N 122°].  相似文献

Reaction of biotin {C10H16N2O3S, HL; systematic name: 5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoic acid} with silver acetate and a few drops of aqueous ammonia leads to the deprotonation of the carboxylic acid group and the formation of a neutral chiral two‐dimensional polymer network, poly[[{μ3‐5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}silver(I)] trihydrate], {[Ag(C10H15N2O3S)]·3H2O}n or {[Ag(L)]·3H2O}n, (I). Here, the AgI cations are pentacoordinate, coordinated by four biotin anions via two S atoms and a ureido O atom, and by two carboxylate O atoms of the same molecule. The reaction of biotin with silver salts of potentially coordinating anions, viz. nitrate and perchlorate, leads to the formation of the chiral one‐dimensional coordination polymers catena‐poly[[bis[nitratosilver(I)]‐bis{μ3‐5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}] monohydrate], {[Ag2(NO3)2(C10H16N2O3S)2]·H2O}n or {[Ag2(NO3)2(HL)2]·H2O}n, (II), and catena‐poly[bis[perchloratosilver(I)]‐bis{μ3‐5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}], [Ag2(ClO4)2(C10H16N2O3S)2]n or [Ag2(ClO4)2(HL)2]n, (III), respectively. In (II), the AgI cations are again pentacoordinated by three biotin molecules via two S atoms and a ureido O atom, and by two O atoms of a nitrate anion. In (I), (II) and (III), the AgI cations are bridged by an S atom and are coordinated by the ureido O atom and the O atoms of the anions. The reaction of biotin with silver salts of noncoordinating anions, viz. hexafluoridophosphate (PF6) and hexafluoridoantimonate (SbF6), gave the chiral double‐stranded helical structures catena‐poly[[silver(I)‐bis{μ2‐5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}] hexafluoridophosphate], {[Ag(C10H16N2O3S)2](PF6)}n or {[Ag(HL)2](PF6)}n, (IV), and catena‐poly[[[{5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}silver(I)]‐μ2‐{5‐[(3aS,4S,6aR)‐2‐oxohexahydro‐1H‐thieno[3,4‐d]imidazol‐4‐yl]pentanoato}] hexafluoridoantimonate], {[Ag(C10H16N2O3S)2](SbF6)}n or {[Ag(HL)2](SbF6)}n, (V), respectively. In (IV), the AgI cations have a tetrahedral coordination environment, coordinated by four biotin molecules via two S atoms, and by two carboxy O atoms of two different molecules. In (V), however, the AgI cations have a trigonal coordination environment, coordinated by three biotin molecules via two S atoms and one carboxy O atom. In (IV) and (V), neither the ureido O atom nor the F atoms of the anion are involved in coordination. Hence, the coordination environment of the AgI cations varies from AgS2O trigonal to AgS2O2 tetrahedral to AgS2O3 square‐pyramidal. The conformation of the valeric acid side chain varies from extended to twisted and this, together with the various anions present, has an influence on the solid‐state structures of the resulting compounds. The various O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds present result in the formation of chiral two‐ and three‐dimensional networks, which are further stabilized by C—H...X (X = O, F, S) interactions, and by N—H...F interactions for (IV) and (V). Biotin itself has a twisted valeric acid side chain which is involved in an intramolecular C—H...S hydrogen bond. The tetrahydrothiophene ring has an envelope conformation with the S atom as the flap. It is displaced from the mean plane of the four C atoms (plane B) by 0.8789 (6) Å, towards the ureido ring (plane A). Planes A and B are inclined to one another by 58.89 (14)°. In the crystal, molecules are linked via O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds, enclosing R22(8) loops, forming zigzag chains propagating along [001]. These chains are linked via N—H...O hydrogen bonds, and C—H...S and C—H...O interactions forming a three‐dimensional network. The absolute configurations of biotin and complexes (I), (II), (IV) and (V) were confirmed crystallographically by resonant scattering.  相似文献

The ring system of the title compound, C13H18O3, was synthesized by addition of ethyl acrylate to the dienamine of 2‐octalone. The keto acid aggregates in the solid as acid‐to‐acid dimers [O?O = 2.663 (2) Å and O—H?O = 170 (3)°] whose centrosymmetric hydrogen bonds lie across the a edges and the center of the chosen cell. Three intermolecular C—H?O close contacts within 2.7 Å were found involving the ketone group.  相似文献

Reactions of a freshly prepared Zn(OH)2‐2x(CO3)x · yH2O precipitate, phenanthroline with azelaic and sebacic acid in CH3OH/H2O afforded [Zn(phen)(C9H15O4)2] ( 1 ) and [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)2(C10H16O4)2] · 3H2O ( 2 ), respectively. They were structurally characterized by X‐ray diffraction methods. Compound 1 consists of complex molecules [Zn(phen)(C9H15O4)2] in which the Zn atoms are tetrahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and two O atoms of different monodentate hydrogen azelaato groups. Intermolecular C(alkyl)‐H···π interactions and the intermolecular C(aryl)‐H···O and O‐H···O hydrogen bonds are responsible for the supramolecular assembly of the [Zn(phen)(C9H15O4)2] complexes. Compound 2 is built up from crystal H2O molecules and the centrosymmetric binuclear [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)2(C10H16O4)2] complex, in which two [Zn(phen)(H2O)]2+ moieties are bridged by two sebacato ligands. Through the intermolecular C(alkyl)‐H···O hydrogen bonds and π‐π stacking interactions, the binuclear complex molecules are assembled into layers, between which the lattice H2O molecules are sandwiched. In the crystal structure of the title compound, [N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine‐κ4N,N′,N′′,N′′′][1,3,5‐triazine‐2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)‐trithionato(2−)‐κ2N,S]zinc(II) ethanol solvate, [Zn(C8H22N4)2(C3HN3S3)]·C2H6O, the ZnII atom is octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms [Zn—N = 2.104 (2)–2.203 (2) Å] of a tetradentate N‐donor N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine (bapen) ligand and by two S and N atoms [Zn—S = 2.5700 (7) Å and Zn—N = 2.313 (2) Å] of a trithiocyanurate(2−) (ttcH2−) dianion bonded as a bidentate ligand in a cis configuration. The crystal structure of the compound is stabilized by a network of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(C9H7N3)2(H2O)4](CF3O3S)2, contains an octahedral [ZnL2(H2O)4]2+ cationic complex with trans geometry (Zn site symmetry ), and each 5‐(3‐pyridyl)pyrimidine (L) ligand is coordinated in a monodentate fashion through the pyridine N atom. In the extended structure, these complexes, with both hydrogen‐bond acceptor (pyrimidine) and donor (H2O) functions, are linked to each other by intermolecular water–pyrimidine O—H...N hydrogen‐bonding interactions, resulting in a double chain along the crystallographic a axis. The trifluoromethanesulfonate anions are integrated into the chains via O—H...O hydrogen bonds between the coordinated water and sulfonate O atoms. These double chains are associated into a novel three‐dimensional network through interchain water–pyrimidine O—H...N hydrogen bonds. The asymmetric ligand plays an important role in constructing this unusual supramolecular structure.  相似文献

The crystal structures of two crown‐ether‐coordinated caesium halogen salt hydrates, namely di‐μ‐bromido‐bis[aqua(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane)caesium(I)] dihydrate, [Cs2Br2(C12H24O6)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, (I), and poly[[diaquadi‐μ‐chlorido‐μ‐(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane)dicaesium(I)] dihydrate], {[Cs2Cl2(C12H24O6)(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, (II), are reported. In (I), all atoms are located on general positions. In (II), the Cs+ cation is located on a mirror plane perpendicular to the a axis, the chloride anion is located on a mirror plane perpendicular to the c axis and the crown‐ether ring is located around a special position with site symmetry 2/m, with two opposite O atoms exactly on the mirror plane perpendicular to the a axis; of one water molecule, only the O atom is located on a mirror plane perpendicular on the a axis, while the other water molecule is completely located on a mirror plane perpendicular to the c axis. Whereas in (I), hydrogen bonds between bromide ligands and water molecules lead to one‐dimensional chains running along the b axis, in (II) two‐dimensional sheets of water molecules and chloride ligands are formed which combine with the polymeric caesium–crown polymer to give a three‐dimensional network. Although both compounds have a similar composition, i.e. a Cs+ cation with a halogen, an 18‐crown‐6 ether and a water ligand, the crystal structures are rather different. On the other hand, it is remarkable that (I) is isomorphous with the already published iodide compound.  相似文献

The structure of the title complex consists of isolated [Cd(C7H4NO3S)2(C4H11NO2)2] units. The Cd2+ cation lies on an inversion centre and is octahedrally coordinated by two N,O‐bidentate diethanolamine (dea) and two N‐bonded saccharinate (sac) ligands [saccharin is 1,2‐benzisothiazol‐3(2H)‐one 1,1‐dioxide]. The dea ligands constitute the equatorial plane of the octahedron, forming two five‐membered chelate rings around the CdII ion, while the sac ligands are localized at the axial positions. The Cd—Nsac, Cd—Ndea and Cd—Odea bond distances are 2.3879 (12), 2.3544 (14) and 2.3702 (13) Å, respectively. The H atoms of the free and coordinated hydroxyl groups of the dea ligands are involved in hydrogen bonding with the carbonyl and sulfonyl O atoms of the neighbouring sac ions, while the amine H atom forms a hydrogen bond with the free hydroxyl O atom. The individual molecules are held together by strong hydrogen bonds, forming an infinite three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(C2H8N2)3][Ni(C3HN3O2)2]·H2O, appears to be a modular associate consisting of two complex counter‐ions, containing bivalent nickel as the central atom in both cases, and a solvent water molecule. The NiII ion in the complex cation lies on the C2 crystallographic axis. Its coordination environment is formed by six N atoms of three ethylenediamine (en) molecules, representing a distorted octahedral geometry. The NiII ion in the complex anion occupies a position at the center of inversion. It exhibits a distorted square‐planar coordination geometry formed by four N atoms belonging to the deprotonated oxidoimine and amide groups of the two doubly charged 2‐cyano‐2‐(oxidoimino)acetamidate anions, situated in trans positions with respect to each other. In the crystal packing, the complex anions are linked by water molecules via hydrogen bonds between the amide O atoms and water H atoms, forming chains translated along the a direction. The [Ni(en)3]2+ cations fill empty spaces between the translational chains, connecting them by hydrogen bonds between the oxime and amide O atoms of the anions and the amine H atoms of the cations, forming layers along the ac plane. The water molecules provide connection between layers through N atoms of the cations, thus forming a three‐dimensional modular structure.  相似文献

In tris(4‐hydroxyphenyl)methane (or 4,4′,4′′‐methanetriyltriphenol), C19H16O3, molecules are connected by O—H⃛O hydrogen bonds [O⃛O = 2.662 (2) and 2.648 (2) Å] into two‐dimensional square networks that are twofold interpenetrated. In tris(4‐hydroxyphenyl)methane–4,4′‐bipyridine (1/1), C19H16O3·C10H8N2, trisphenol molecules form rectangular networks via O—H⃛O [O⃛O = 2.694 (3) Å] and C—H⃛O [C⃛O = 3.384 (3) Å] hydrogen bonds. Bipyridine molecules hydrogen bonded to phenol moieties [O⃛N = 2.622 (3) and 2.764 (3) Å] fill the voids to complete the structure.  相似文献

The title 3‐nitrophthalate–calcium coordination polymer, {[Ca(C8H3NO6)(H2O)2]·H2O}n, crystallizes as a one‐dimensional framework. The CaII centre has a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry, being seven‐coordinated by five O atoms from three different 3‐nitrophthalate groups and by two water molecules, resulting in a one‐dimensional zigzag chain along the a‐axis direction by the interconnection of the four O atoms from the two carboxylate groups. There is a D3 water cluster composed of the coordinated and the solvent water molecules within such chains. Adjacent chains are aggregated into two‐dimensional layers via hydrogen bonds in the c‐axis direction. The whole three‐dimensional structure is further stabilized by weak O—H...O hydrogen bonds between the O atoms of the nitro group and the water molecules.  相似文献

Crystal Structure of Sodium Dihydrogencyamelurate Tetrahydrate Na[H2(C6N7)O3] · 4 H2O Sodium dihydrogencyamelurate‐tetrahydrate Na[H2(C6N7)O3]·4 H2O was obtained by neutralisation of an aqueous solution, previously prepared by hydrolysis of the polymer melon with sodium hydroxide. The crystal structure was solved by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction ( a = 6.6345(13), b = 8.7107(17), c = 11.632(2) Å, α = 68.96(3), β = 87.57(3), γ = 68.24(3)°, V = 579.5(2) Å3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0535, 2095 observed reflections, 230 parameters). Both hydrogen atoms of the dihydrogencyamelurate anion are directly bound to nitrogen atoms of the cyameluric nucleus, thus proving the preference of the keto‐tautomere in salts of cyameluric acid in the solid‐state. The compound forms a layer‐like structure with an extensive hydrogen bonding network.  相似文献
