In the title compound, {[Cu(C15H11ClN2O3)(C4H9NO)]n, the CuII cation has square‐pyramidal geometry. The morpholine ligand serves as a bridge to link two symmetry‐related metal atoms, resulting in an infinite chain structure along the a axis. Adjacent chains are extended into a two‐dimensional layered structure via hydrogen bonds formed between morpholine and amide N atoms [N—H...N = 2.971 (3) Å].  相似文献

The title compound, {[Cu(NO3)(C2H4N2)(C10H8N2S2)(H2O)]NO3·H2O}n, is composed of a one‐dimensional linear coordination polymer involving cis‐protected copper(II) ions and a 4,4′‐dithiodipyridine bridging ligand. The polymeric chains run along the c‐axis direction. N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds involving the coordinating amine groups, nitrate ions and water molecules, as well as cocrystallized noncoordinating nitrate ions and water molecules, generate a three‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

In the title complex, {[Mn(C4O4)(C10H8N2)(H2O)]·H2O}n, each MnII ion has a distorted octahedral coordination formed by two N atoms of a 2,2′‐bipyridine ligand, three carboxyl O atoms of three different acetylenedicarboxylate ligands and one coordinated water molecule. The acetylenedicarboxylate ligands act in a tridentate mode connecting adjacent MnII ions and constructing a two‐dimensional structure which can be regarded as an unusual plywood‐like stacked network.  相似文献

The copper(II) ion in the synanti carboxylate‐bridged one‐dimensional zigzag chain title complex, {[Cu(C16H18N3O2)]ClO4}n, exhibits a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment. Two N atoms and one carboxylate O atom of the ligand form the basal plane, while the axial positions are filled by an N atom of the ligand and one O atom belonging to the carboxylate group of an adjacent molecule. The crystal packing is enhanced by C—H⋯O(perchlorate) hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C13H9NO3)(H2O)]n, the CuII ion is in a slightly distorted square‐pyramidal environment, with four short bonds in the basal plane formed by three donor atoms of the Schiff base and a water O atom. A symmetry‐related neighbouring molecule provides an apical carboxylate O atom at a distance of 2.551 (3) Å; this contact leads to the formation of zigzag polymeric chains. In addition, the chain fragments are connected to each other by hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2Fe3(C5H5)3(C2H3O2)(C6H4O2)3(C3H7NO)2], belongs to the classic dimeric paddle‐wheel structure type. It is an unusual example in that it contains two different carboxylate groups, viz. ferrocenecarboxylate and acetate. With three ferrocenecarboxylate groups and only one acetate group bridging the two Cu centres, a noncentrosymmetric molecular arrangement results.  相似文献

The basic units in the structure of the title compound, {[UO2(C6H7NO6)(H2O)2]·3H2O}n, are ribbons in which every UO22+ cation is coordinated in a monodentate manner to three tridentate‐bridging nitriliotriacetate dianions. Hydrogen bonds bind the ribbons into a three‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Tb(C12H8NO2)3(H2O)2]·H2O}n, the TbIII cation is in an eight‐coordinate environment, ligated by six carboxylate O atoms from five 3‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)benzoate (L) ligands and by two O atoms from water molecules. The cations are bridged by the carboxylate O atoms of the L ligands to form a two‐stranded polymeric chain which is assembled into a three‐dimensional supramolecular network through regular interchain O—H...N hydrogen bonding. On excitation at 320 nm, the title compound displays a series of emissions, which were assigned to the characteristic electronic transitions of TbIII.  相似文献

The Cu atom in the title complex {[Cu(C10H8N2)(C12H8N2)(ClO4)2]·H2O}n, has an N4O2 octahedral coordination geometry, the Cu atoms being bridged by the bipyridine and chelated by the phenanthroline heterocycles. Adjacent molecules are linked into a zigzag chain running along the c axis of the monoclinic unit cell. The chains are connected through lattice water molecules to produce a layer structure.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, {[Mg(C4H7O2)2(H2O)3]·H2O}n, features one‐dimensional ...(μ2‐ib)Mg(μ2‐ib)Mg... zigzag chains (ib is isobutyrate) parallel to the c axis. The octahedral Mg environment is completed by three fac‐oriented terminal water ligands, as well as one further monodentate end‐on coordinated ib ligand. In the crystal structure, the hydrophobic ib groups are all oriented within one half of the coordination perimeter of each chain, whereas the water ligands, together with hydrogen‐bonded noncoordinated solvent water molecules, define the other half. Along the a axis, neighbouring strands are oriented so that both the hydrophilic and hydrophobic sides are adjacent to each other. This results in an extensive hydrogen‐bonding network within the hydrophilic areas, also involving an additional solvent water molecule per formula unit. There are van der Waals contacts between the aliphatic isopropyl groups of the hydrophobic areas.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Zn(C8H4O5)(C12H8N2)]·H2O}n or {[Zn(OH‐BDC)(phen)]·H2O}n (where OH‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline), the Zn atoms are coordinated by two N atoms from the phen ligands and by four O atoms from hydroxyisophthalate ligands in a highly distorted octahedral geometry, with Zn—O distances in the range 2.042 (4)–2.085 (5) Å and Zn—N distances of 2.133 (5) and 2.137 (5) Å. The {[Zn(OH‐BDC)(phen)]·H2O}n infinite zigzag polymer forms a helical chain of [Zn2(OH‐BDC)2]n units. Face‐to‐face π–π interactions (3.60–3.75 Å) occur between two phen rings belonging to the same helical chain. Consolidation of the packing structure is achieved by O—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the carboxylate O atoms, the hydroxyl group and the water molecule, forming two‐dimensional sheets.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C8H4O5)(C5H5N)2]n or [Cu(OH‐BDC)(py)2]n (where OH‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid and py is pyridine), the Cu atoms are coordinated by two N atoms from the pyridine ligands and by three O atoms from hydroxyisophthalate ligands in a highly distorted triangular bipyramidal environment, with Cu—O distances in the range 1.941 (4)–2.225 (5) Å and Cu—N distances of 2.014 (6) and 2.046 (6) Å. The [Cu(OH‐BDC)]n two‐dimensional network is built up from interlocking 22‐, 15‐ and eight‐membered rings via sharing of Cu atoms and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. Consolidation of the packing structure is achieved by edge‐ or point‐to‐face C—H⋯π interactions and offset or slipped π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C4H8N2)4]SO4·0.5CH3CN·1.5H2O, consists of a double chain wherein the Cu centres are octahedrally coordinated by four 1‐methylimidazole ligands in the equatorial plane and by two axial sulfate ions which act as bridges between the Cu centres. The Cu—N bond lengths lie between 1.9929 (14) and 2.0226 (14) Å, but the Cu—O bond distances are longer, with values between 2.3496 (13) and 2.8276 (14) Å. The water molecules participate in the formation of a network of hydrogen bonds of significance in maintaining the connectivity of the structure.  相似文献

In the title complex, {[Cu(C8H8NO3S)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n, the CuII cation has a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination environment consisting of five O atoms, one from a water molecule, one from an N—O group and the other three from the carboxylate groups of two 3‐(2‐pyridylsulfanyl)propionate N‐oxide anions. The aqua[3‐(2‐pyridylsulfanyl)propionato N‐oxide]copper(II) moieties are bridged by 3‐(2‐pyridylsulfanyl)propionate N‐oxide anions to form an infinite three‐dimensional coordination polymer with a zigzag chain structure. The crystal structure is stabilized by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the polymeric title compound, [Cu(im)Cl(phen)]n, where im is the imidazolate anion (C3H3N2) and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline (C12H8N2), each CuII ion is five‐coordinated by four basal N atoms (two from two different im anions and two from one phen ligand) and one axial Cl atom, in a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. Moreover, each im anion bridges two identical {CuCl(phen)}+ cations through its two N atoms, resulting in a one‐dimensional zigzag chain along the crystallographic a axis. In addition, pairs of adjacent chains are staggered by π–π interactions, generating a two‐dimensional layer, and neighbouring layers are further linked by two different kinds of C—H⋯Cl interactions, producing a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

Both title compounds, [Cd(SO4)(C12H8N2)(H2O)2]n and [Cd(SO4)(C14H12N2)(H2O)2]n, respectively, are polymeric and present the Cd atoms in very similar octahedral environments, provided by the bidentate organic ligand (phenanthroline/dimethylphenanthroline), two aqua molecules and two O atoms from two translationally related sulfate groups, which thus act as links in the resulting polymeric chains.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Co(C4H2O4)(C7H6N2)3]n, consists of polymeric chains of the CoII complex. Two maleate dianions and three benzimidazole ligands coordinate to the CoII atom with a distorted octahedral geometry. The maleate dianions bridge neighbouring CoII atoms via both terminal carboxylic acid groups, one of which is monodentate and the other bidentate, to form a helical structure of alternating maleate dianions and CoII atoms, with a pitch height of 9.2667 (17) Å. The absolute structure has been determined, and the crystal contains only right‐handed helices. Intrahelical N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds stabilize the helical structure, while interhelical N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link neighbouring helices to form the supramolecular structure.  相似文献

The title complex, [Mn(C8H4O4)(C10H8N2)(H2O)]n, takes the form of a zigzag chain, with the terephthalate dianion (tp) acting as a tridentate ligand. The MnII center is surrounded by two tp ligands, one water molecule and one 2,2′‐bipyridine (bipy) ligand and exhibits a severely distorted octahedral coordination environment, with cis angles ranging from 57.31 (8) to 123.97 (11)°. The complete solid‐state structure can be described as a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework stabilized by hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the coordinated water molecule and the carboxy O atoms of the tp ligands, and by π–π stacking interactions involving the bipy rings and the benzene ring of the tp ligand.  相似文献

The title complex, {[Zn(C8H3NO6)(H2O)3]·H2O}n, has a one‐dimensional chain structure. The two carboxylate groups of the dianionic 2‐nitroterephthalate ligand adopt mono‐ and bidentate chelating modes. The Zn atom shows distorted octahedral coordination, bonded to three O atoms from two carboxylate groups and three O atoms of three non‐equivalent coordinated water molecules. The one‐dimensional chains are aggregated into two‐dimensional layers through inter‐chain hydrogen bonding. The whole three‐dimensional structure is further stabilized by inter‐layer hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Cu(C10H8N2)(H2O)](C8H4O4)0.5·H2O}n, has been synthesized hydrothermally and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The compound consists of nearly linear one‐dimensional chains of [Cu(4,4′‐bipy)(H2O)]nn+ cations (4,4′‐bipy is 4,4′‐bipyridyl), surrounded by isophthalate anions and free water molecules. Hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving cationic chains, isophthalate anions and free water molecules lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional network structure.  相似文献
