In the title compound, [Cu2(C6H8O4)(C6H9O4)2(C10H8N2)2(H2O)2]n, the square‐pyramidally coordinated Cu atoms are bridged by both 4,4‐bipyridine and adipate ligands into ladder‐like chains, with exo‐orientated 5‐carboxypentanoate ligands pendant from both side rails. Half of the adipate ligand is related to the other half by inversion symmetry. Interchain O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds from the aqua ligands to the carbonyl O atoms of the 5‐carboxypentanoate ligands are responsible for the formation of two‐dimensional grid‐like (4,4)‐networks, which complete a twofold interpenetration.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C2H3O2)4(C6H4N2)2], has the familiar lantern‐type structure that is characteristic of dimetal tetracarboxylates of copper and several other transition elements. The molecule lies about an inversion centre and the Cu atom is present in a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination environment, consisting of four O atoms in equatorial positions and the pyridyl‐N atoms of the two 4‐cyanopyridine ligands in axial positions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C2H3O2)4(C11H9N)2] or [Cu2(MeCO2)4(phpy)2] (phpy is 4‐phenylpyridine), consists of centrosymmetric dimers in which the CuII atoms display a square‐pyramidal CuO4N coordination, with four acetate O atoms in the basal plane [Cu—O 1.975 (3)–1.987 (3) Å] and the phpy N atom in the apical position [Cu—N 2.150 (3) Å]. The Cu atoms are 2.654 (1) Å apart and are bridged by four acetate groups. The discrete dimers are extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular array through intermolecular π–π‐stacking interactions.  相似文献

In the title dimeric complex, [Cu2(C4H4O4)2(C7H6N2S)4], which possesses a centre of symmetry, the Cu atoms are enclosed in a 14‐membered ring. They adopt a distorted square‐bipyramidal (4+2) coordination. The four closest donor atoms are two N atoms of 2‐aminobenzothiazole ligands and two O atoms of the succinate carboxylate groups. They form a square‐planar cis arrangement, with an average Cu—N distance of 2.003 (3) Å and Cu—O distances of 1.949 (3) and 1.965 (3) Å. Two longer Cu—O bonds of 2.709 (3) and 2.613 (3) Å involving the remaining O atoms of the carboxylate groups complete the sixfold coordination of the Cu atoms. The H atoms of each amino group of the 2‐aminobenzothiazole molecules form intra‐ and intermolecular N—H?O hydrogen bonds. A nearly perpendicular intermolecular C—H?Cg interaction (Cg is the centroid of the imidazole ring) is observed. The intramolecular Cu?Cu distance is 6.384 (2) Å.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound {systematic name: bis[6‐methyl‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐4(3H)‐one 2,2‐dioxide(1−)‐κ2N3,O4]bis(3‐methylpyridine)copper(II)}, [Cu(C4H4NO4S)2(C6H7N)2], the CuII centre resides on a centre of symmetry and has an octahedral geometry that is distorted both by the presence of four‐membered chelate rings and because of the Jahn–Teller effect. The equatorial plane is formed by the N atoms of two methylpyridine ligands and by the more basic O atoms of the acesulfamate ligands, while the weakly basic N atoms of these ligands are in elongated axial positions with a misdirected valence. The crystal is stabilized by two intermolecular C—H⋯O interactions involving the methyl and CH groups, and the sulfonyl O atoms of the acesulfamate group.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, bis(2‐aminopyrimidine‐κN1)bis[6‐methyl‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐4(3H)‐one 2,2‐dioxide(1−)‐κ2N3,O4]copper(II), [Cu(C4H4NO4S)2(C4H5N3)2], the first mixed‐ligand complex of acesulfame, the CuII centre resides on a centre of symmetry and has an octahedral geometry that is distorted both by the presence of four‐membered chelate rings and by the Jahn–Teller effect. The equatorial plane is formed by the N atoms of two aminopyrimidine (ampym) ligands and by the weakly basic carbonyl O atoms of the acesulfamate ligands, while the more basic deprotonated N atoms of these ligands are in the elongated axial positions with a strong misdirected valence. The crystal is stabilized by pyrimidine ring stacking and by intermolecular hydrogen bonding involving the NH2 moiety of the ampym ligand and the carbonyl O atom of the acesulfamate moiety.  相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl2(C11H15N3O2)], the CuII ion is five‐coordinated in a strongly distorted trigonal–bipyramidal arrangement, with the two methyloxime N atoms located in the apical positions, and the pyridine N and the Cl atoms located in the basal plane. The two axial Cu—N distances are almost equal (mean 2.098 Å) and are substantially longer than the equatorial Cu—N bond [1.9757 (15) Å]. It is observed that the N(oxime)—M—N(pyridine) bond angle for five‐membered chelate rings of 2,6‐diacetylpyridine dioxime complexes is inversely related to the magnitude of the M—N(pyridine) bond. The structure is stabilized by intra‐ and intermolecular C—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds which involve the methyl H atoms, except for one of the two acetylmethyl groups.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Cu2(C12H24N4O2)(C3H4N2)2(CH4O)2](ClO4)2 or [Cu2(dmoxpn)(HIm)2(CH3OH)2](ClO4)2, where dmoxpn is the dianion of N,N′‐bis[3‐(dimethylamino)propyl]oxamide and HIm is imidazole, consists of a centrosymmetric trans‐oxamidate‐bridged copper(II) binuclear cation, having an inversion centre at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond, and two perchlorate anions. The CuII atom has square‐pyramidal coordination geometry involving two N atoms and an O atom from the dmoxpn ligand, an N atom from an imidazole ring, and an O atom from a methanol molecule. The crystal structure is stabilized by O—H⋯O, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and imidazole π–π stacking interactions to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular array.  相似文献

The title complex, [Ag4(C7H5O3)2(C8H6N2)4(C7H6O3)4], lies about an inversion centre and has a unique tetranuclear structure consisting of four AgI atoms bridged by four N atoms from two 1,8‐naphthyridine (napy) ligands to form an N:N′‐bridge and four O atoms from two salicylate (SA) ligands to form an O:O′‐bridge. The Ag atoms have distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The centrosymmetric Ag4 ring has Ag—Ag separations of 2.772 (2) and 3.127 (2) Å, and Ag—Ag—Ag angles of 107.70 (4) and 72.30 (4)°. All SA hydroxy groups take part in intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonding. In the crystal packing, the napy rings are oriented parallel and overlap one another. These π–π interactions, together with weak intermolecular C—H⋯O contacts, stabilize the crystal structure.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(C8H5O4)2(C10H8N2)2], was obtained by the hydrothermal reaction of ZnSO4·7H2O with phthalic acid (H2pht) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy). Crystallographic analysis shows that it has a one‐dimensional double‐chain structure via hydrogen‐bonding interactions. Each ZnII atom, adopting a distorted tetrahedral geometry, is coordinated by two N atoms from two 4,4′‐bipy ligands, with Zn—N distances of 2.054 (4) and 2.104 (4) Å, and by two O atoms from symmetry‐related Hpht ligands, with Zn—O distances of 1.921 (4) and 2.019 (4) Å.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu4(C7H4ClO2)4(C6H6NO)4], consists of isolated tetranuclear clusters, where the Cu2+ cations are five‐ and sixfold coordinated by O atoms from the 4‐chlorobenzoate anions and by pyridine N and methanolate O atoms from bidentate 2‐pyridylmethanolate ligands. While three Cu atoms are six‐coordinated by an NO5 donor set forming distorted octahedra, the fourth Cu atom is five‐coordinated by an NO4 donor set forming a distorted tetragonal–pyramidal coordination around the Cu atom. The nucleus is a deformed cubane‐like Cu4O4 structure, with Cu...Cu distances in the range 3.0266 (11)–3.5144 (13) Å.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Zn(C7H5O3)2(C10H8N2)], contains one monomeric zinc complex. The Zn atom is coordinated to one 2,2′‐bipyridyl ligand via both N atoms and to two salicylate anions (Hsal) in a bidentate chelating manner involving carboxylate O‐atom coordination. The complex exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry about the ZnII atom, with the `apical' positions occupied by one of the two N atoms of the bipyridyl ligand and an O atom from one Hsal ligand; the Zn atom is 0.168 (1) Å out of the `basal' plane. Two intramolecular six‐membered hydrogen‐bonded rings are present, generated from interactions between the carboxyl and hydroxyl groups of the salicylate ligands. The crystal packing is governed by weak C—H⋯O and C—H⋯π interactions.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Cu(C16H16Cl3N3O2P)Cl(C12H8N2)], the CuII cation presents a square‐pyramidal environment, where the CuO2N2 base is formed by two O atoms from carbonyl and phosphoryl groups, and by two N atoms from a 1,10‐phenanthroline molecule. A coordinated Cl atom occupies the apex. N—H...Cl hydrogen bonds link the molecules into one‐dimensional chains. The trichloromethyl group is rotationally disordered over two positions, with occupancies of 0.747 (7) and 0.253 (7).  相似文献

In the title neutral coordination polymer, [Cd(C6H3ClNO2)2(H2O)2]n, each CdII ion is coordinated by one N and four O atoms from three 2‐chloronicotinate ligands and by two aqua ligands, defining a distorted monocapped octahedral coordination geometry. Adjacent Cd atoms are linked by the pyridyl N atom and the bidentate carboxylate functional group of a 2‐chloronicotinate ligand, forming a one‐dimensional infinite chain along the b axis. The Cd⋯Cd distance is 8.112 (3) Å. These chains are linked by O—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional network structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl2(C9H12N2O)], the CuII atom is coordinated by two Cl anions and two N atoms of one O‐ethyl 3‐methylpyridine‐2‐carboximidic acid molecule in a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry, with Cu—N distances of 2.0483 (17) and 1.9404 (18) Å, and Cu—Cl distances of 2.2805 (10) and 2.2275 (14) Å. In addition, each CuII atom is connected by one Cl anion and the CuII atom from a neighbouring molecule, with Cu⋯Cl and Cu⋯Cu distances of 2.9098 (13) and 3.4022 (12) Å, respectively, and, therefore, a centrosymmetric dimer is formed. Adjacent molecular dimers are connected by π–π stacking interactions between pyridine rings to form a zigzag molecular chain. The molecular chains are also enforced by N—H⋯Cl and C—H⋯Cl interactions.  相似文献

In the molecule of the title compound, [Cu(NO3)2(C6H6ClN)2], the Cu atom lies on an inversion centre and is six‐coordinated by two pyridine N atoms and four nitrate O atoms in trans positions. The nitrate acts as an unsymmetrical bidentate ligand. The coordination geometry is octahedral, with the Cu—N and the two Cu—O distances being 1.9939 (16), 2.0246 (16) and 2.4866 (19) Å, respectively. There are five types of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. Two of these generate two‐dimensional molecular networks in the direction of the a axis, and the others connect adjacent molecular networks.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(NO3)2(C3H7N3O2)4], forms a centrosymmetric dimer, with the two Cu2+ ions separated by 2.6525 (6) Å. The asymmetric unit contains a Cu atom coordinated to two guanidinoacetic acid ligands (via one carboxylate O atom from each ligand) and to a nitrate group. The inversion centre in P generates the entire molecule, in which each Cu atom is coordinated to four carboxylate and to one nitrate O atom; ignoring the Cu—Cu separation, the geometry about each Cu atom is square pyramidal. The amino acid ligand is in the zwitterionic form. Strong N—H?O hydrogen bonds lead to a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure, in which the N?O distances are in the range 2.931 (4)–3.278 (3) Å, with N—H?O angles ranging from 128 to 170°.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu2(CHO2)2(C5H4NO)2(C5H5NO)2]·1.02CH3CN, the dimeric unit is centrosymmetric, with two bidentate pyridin‐2‐olate and two bidentate formate synsyn bridges, and two apical 2‐pyridone ligands coordinated through the O atoms. The N atom from the apical 2‐pyridone ligand is a donor of a hydrogen bond to the O atom of the bridging pyridinolate ligand of the same complex. The coordination polyhedron of the Cu atom is a distorted square pyramid.  相似文献
