1,5‐Bis(4‐chlorophenyl)‐3‐(2‐oxo‐1,2‐dihydroquinolin‐3‐yl)pentane‐1,5‐dione, (Ia), and 1,5‐bis(2‐chlorophenyl)‐3‐(2‐oxo‐1,2‐dihydroquinolin‐3‐yl)pentane‐1,5‐dione, (Ib), crystallize as an 84:16 mixture, 0.84C26H19Cl2NO3·0.16C26H19Cl2NO3, in the space group I41/a, where the molecules of the two isomers occupy very similar sites in the unit cell. A combination of one N—H...O hydrogen bond and one C—H...O hydrogen bond links the molecules, regardless of isomeric form, into a single three‐dimensional framework structure. The molecules of (9RS,10RS)‐8,9‐bis(4‐chlorobenzyl)‐10‐(2‐oxo‐1,2‐dihydroquinolin‐3‐yl)‐5,6,9,10‐tetrahydrophenanthridine, C36H22Cl2N2O4, (II), are linked by two hydrogen bonds, one each of the N—H...O and C—H...O types, into a molecular ribbon in which centrosymmetric rings of R22(18) and R44(24) types alternate. The title compound, C16H9FN2S, crystallizes as a nonmerohedral twin with twin rotation about the reciprocal‐lattice vector [10]*. The molecules are nearly planar and the dihedral angle between the planes of the two aryl rings is only 4.4 (2)°. The molecules are linked by pairs of C—H...N hydrogen bonds to form cyclic centrosymmetric R22(18) dimers, which are linked into chains by an aromatic π–π stacking interaction. 2‐Amino‐5‐nitrothiazole crystallizes from solution in ethanol as a monosolvate, C3H3N3O2S·C2H6O, in which the thiazole component has a strongly polarized molecular–electronic structure. The thiazole molecules are linked into centrosymmetric dimers by paired N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds [H⋯N = 2.09 Å, N⋯N = 2.960 (6) Å and N—H⋯N = 169°], and these dimers are linked by the ethanol molecules, via a two‐centred N—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 1.98 Å, N⋯O = 2.838 (5) Å and N—H⋯O = 164°] and a planar asymmetric three‐centred O—H⋯(O)2 hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.07 and 2.53 Å, O⋯O = 2.900 (5) and 3.188 (5) Å, O—H⋯O = 169 and 136°, and O⋯H⋯O = 55°], into sheets built from alternating (8) and (38) rings. The title compound (trivial name terbutylazine), C9H16ClN5, (I), crystallizes with Z′ = 4 in the space group Pca21, and equal numbers of molecules adopt two different conformations for the ethylamine groups. The four independent molecules form two approximately enantiomorphic pairs. Eight independent N—H...N hydrogen bonds link the molecules into two independent chains of R22(8) rings, in which the arrangement of the alkylamine substituents in the independent molecules precludes any further crystallographic symmetry. The significance of this study lies in its finding of two distinct molecular conformations within the structure and two distinct ways in which the molecules are organized into hydrogen‐bonded chains, and in its comparison of the hydrogen‐bonded structure of (I) with those of analogous 1,3,5‐triazines and pyrimidines. 相似文献

2‐Amino‐4‐chloro‐5‐formyl‐6‐[methyl(2‐methylphenyl)amino]pyrimidine, C13H13ClN4O, (I), and 2‐amino‐4‐chloro‐5‐formyl‐6‐[(2‐methoxyphenyl)methylamino]pyrimidine, C13H13ClN4O2, (II), are isostructural and essentially isomorphous. Although the pyrimidine rings in each compound are planar, the ring‐substituent atoms show significant displacements from this plane, and the bond distances provide evidence for polarization of the electronic structures. In each compound, a combination of N—H...N and N—H...O hydrogen bonds links the molecules into sheets built from centrosymmetric R22(8) and R66(32) rings. The significance of this study lies in its observation of the isostructural nature of (I) and (II), and in the comparison of their crystal and molecular structures with those of analogous compounds. 相似文献

The title compound [systematic name: 5‐hydroxy‐2‐(3‐hydroxy‐4,5‐dimethoxyphenyl)‐3,6,7‐trimethoxy‐4H‐chromen‐4‐one], C20H20O9, was isolated from the seeds of Cleom viscosa Linn. Two independent molecules (A and B) are present in the asymmetric unit with almost similar conformations. The dihedral angles between the fused chromene ring system and the benzene ring bonded to it in molecules A and B are 4.2 (1) and 12.7 (1)°, respectively. The hydroxy O atoms are involved in intramolecular hydrogen bonding. The molecules are linked by C—H⋯O and O—H⋯O interactions into chains of edge‐fused R33(22) rings. Aromatic π–π and weak C—H⋯π(arene) interactions are also observed. 相似文献

A fixed hydrogen‐bonding motif with a high probability of occurring when appropriate functional groups are involved is described as a `supramolecular hydrogen‐bonding synthon'. The identification of these synthons may enable the prediction of accurate crystal structures. The rare chiral hydrogen‐bonding motif R53(10) was observed previously in a cocrystal of 2,4,6‐trichlorophenol, 2,4‐dichlorophenol and dicyclohexylamine. In the title solvated salt, 2C4H12N+·C6H3Cl2O−·(C6H3Cl2O−·C6H4Cl2O)·2C4H8O, five components, namely two tert‐butylammonium cations, one 2,4‐dichlorophenol molecule, one 2,4‐dichlorophenolate anion and one 2,6‐dichlorophenolate anion, are bound by N—H…O and O—H…O hydrogen bonds to form a hydrogen‐bonded ring, with the graph‐set motif R53(10), which is further associated with two pendant tetrahydrofuran molecules by N—H…O hydrogen bonds. The hydrogen‐bonded ring has internal symmetry, with a twofold axis running through the centre of the 2,6‐dichlorophenolate anion, and is isostructural with a previous and related structure formed from 2,4‐dichlorophenol, dicyclohexylamine and 2,4,6‐trichlorophenol. In the title crystal, helical columns are built by the alignment and twisting of the chiral hydrogen‐bonded rings, along and across the c axis, and successive pairs of rings are associated with each other through C—H…π interactions. Neighbouring helical columns are inversely related and, therefore, no chirality is sustained, in contrast to the previous case. 相似文献

The title compound, [RuCl2(C25H29N5)(C18H15P)], a transfer hydrogenation catalyst, is supported by an N,N′,N′′‐tridentate pyridine‐bridged ligand and triphenylphosphine. The RuII centre is six‐coordinated in a distorted octahedral arrangement, with the two Cl atoms located in the axial positions, and the pyridine (py) N atom, the two imino N atoms and the triphenylphosphine P atom located in the equatorial plane. The two equatorial Ru—Nimino distances (mean 2.093 Å) are substantially longer than the equatorial Ru—Npy bond [1.954 (4) Å]. It is observed that the Nimino—M—Npy bond angle for the five‐membered chelate rings of 2,6‐bis(imino)pyridine‐based complexes is inversely related to the magnitude of the M—Npy bond. The title structure is stabilized by intra‐ and intermolecular C—H...Cl hydrogen bonds, as well as by intramolecular π–π stacking interactions between the aromatic rings belonging to the triphenylphosphine ligand and the dimethylaminophenyl fragment. The intermolecular hydrogen bonds form an R22(12) ring and a zigzag chain of fused centrosymmetric rings running parallel to the [100] direction. 相似文献
