The title compounds, C20H17NO3S, (I), and C19H15NO2S, (II), were prepared by the reaction of benzo[b]thiophene‐2‐carbaldehyde with (3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl)acetonitrile and (3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)acetonitrile, respectively, in the presence of methanolic potassium hydroxide. In (I), the C=C bond linking the benzo[b]thiophene and the 3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl units has E geometry, with dihedral angles between the plane of the bridging unit and the planes of the two adjacent ring systems of 5.2 (3) and 13.1 (2)°, respectively. However, in (II), the C=C bond has Z geometry, with dihedral angles between the plane of the bridging unit and the planes of the adjacent benzo[b]thiophene and 3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl units of 4.84 (17) and 76.09 (7)°, respectively. There are no significant intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions in the packing of (I) and (II). The packing is essentially stabilized via van der Waals forces.  相似文献

The title compound {systematic name: 2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediyldioxydi‐o‐phenylenebis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenol}, C29H26N2O4, exists as the phenol–imine form in the crystal, and there are strong intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, with O⋯N distances of 2.545 (2) and 2.579 (2) Å. The C=N imine bond distances are in the range 1.276 (2)–1.279 (2) Å and the C=N—C bond angles are in the range 123.05 (16)–124.64 (17)°. The configurations about the C=N bonds are anti (1E).  相似文献

In the title centrosymmetric binuclear complex, [Cd2(C17H11N3O)4(H2O)2](ClO4)4, the CdII ion assumes a distorted octahedral geometry. There are π–π stacking interactions between the pyridine and 1,10‐phenanthroline ring systems of adjacent ligands at the same CdII centre. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the coordinated aqua ligand and the O atom of a keto group connect adjacent complex cations into extended chains. Hydrogen bonds also exist between the complex cations and the perchlorate anions. Compared with the fluorescence spectrum of the organic ligand, the complex displays strong fluorescent emission and an ipsochromic shift of the emission peaks, which may be attributed to the structural character.  相似文献

In the title compound, cis‐[Pd(C5H14NP)2]Cl2·CH4O, the coordination geometry around the PdII center is distorted square planar, with a cis‐P2N2 configuration of the two chelating (3‐amino­prop­yl)dimethyl­phosphine (pdmp) ligands. The six‐membered pdmp chelate rings adopt chair conformations, and pairing of the chairs designates the complex cation as a (Cs)‐chair2 conformer. The distances between the PdII center and the Cl anions are greater than 4.5 Å, indicating no obvious inter­action.  相似文献

The title 4,4′‐disubstituted diphen­yl‐1,3‐triazines, C14H15N3, (I), C12H9ClFN3, (II), and C13H12FN3, (III), each contain a triazene group (–N=N—NH–) having an extended conformation. The dihedral angles between the two benzene rings in (I), (II) and (III) are 4.3, 3.4 and 6.5°, respectively. The mol­ecules are almost entirely planar, with maximum deviations from the mean planes of 0.1087 (2), −0.1072 (7) and 0.1401 (3) Å, respectively. In each compound, the molecules are linked by N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds to form chains and pack similarly in the crystal structures.  相似文献

The title copper(II) complex, [Cu(C22H18N6)2](ClO4)2·2C2H3N, comprises two neutral substituted tris­(pyrazol‐1‐yl)­methane ligands bonded to a central CuII ion, which is positioned on a crystallographic inversion center. Six Cu—N bonds are arranged in a distorted octa­hedral fashion. The unsubstituted pyrazole rings on each ligand are oriented trans with respect to each other, inter­digitated with the two 3‐phenyl­pyrazole rings of the other ligand.  相似文献

The title compound, (C8H16N)2[PbI4], crystallizes as an inorganic–organic hybrid perovskite, adopting the unusual 2ap× 2ap superstructure. As such, the structure consists of two‐dimensional sheets of corner‐sharing PbI6 octa­hedra in the ab plane, separated by bilayers of 2‐(1‐cyclo­hexen­yl)ethyl­ammonium cations. The ethyl­ammonium groups are not in the plane of the cyclo­hexenyl rings.  相似文献

The title complex, [RhBr(C8H12)(C24H19F5N2)], has a distorted pseudo‐square‐planar geometry. The Rh—C bond distance between the N‐heterocyclic ligand and the metal atom is 2.022 (3) Å. The angle between the carbene heterocycle and the coordination plane is 75.60 (11)°. It is shown that the average Rh—C(cyclo­octa­diene) distance is linearly dependent on the Rh—C(imidazole) distance in this type of compound. The crystal structure contains one intra­molecular and two inter­molecular types of C—H⋯F inter­actions, as well as one type of π–π stacking inter­action.  相似文献

In the title mononuclear complex, [Cu(C5H9N3)(C10H15N5)](ClO4)2, the CuII centre is surrounded by two N‐donor ligands, which impose a square‐pyramidal environment on the metal. The new tridentate ligand [2‐(imidazol‐4‐yl)­ethyl]­[(1‐methyl­imidazol‐2‐yl)­methyl]­amine (HISMIMA) lies in the basal plane, while the hist­amine ligand occupies the apical and one of the basal positions around the CuII ion.  相似文献

The CuII ion in the title complex, [Cu(C5H10NO3)2] or [Cu(He‐ala)2] [He‐ala = N‐(2‐hydroxy­ethyl)‐β‐alaninate], resides at the inversion centre of a square bipyramid comprised of two facially arranged tridentate He‐ala ligands. Each He‐ala ligand binds to a CuII ion by forming one six‐membered β‐alaninate chelate ring in a twist conformation and one five‐membered ethanol­amine ring in an envelope conformation, with Cu—N = 2.017 (2) Å, Cu—OCOO = 1.968 (1) Å and Cu—OOH = 2.473 (2) Å. The [Cu(He‐ala)2] mol­ecules are involved in a network of O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the (10) plane. The layers are connected into a three‐dimensional structure by van der Waals inter­actions, so that the mol­ecular centres form pseudo‐face‐centered close packing.  相似文献

The title compound, [Fe(C12H8N3O2)2]ClO4·2C2H3N, contains FeIII in a distorted octa­hedral coordination environment, with the Fe—N(pyridine) bonds significantly longer than the Fe—N(amine) bonds. The title compound, [CuBr(C6H7NO)2]Br·H2O, is an ionic mononuclear complex in which the [CuBr(C6H7NO)2]+ cation possesses distorted square‐pyramidal geometry. The CuII centre is coordinated by two neutral 2‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)methanol (2‐pyMeOH) ligands and a terminal bromide ligand. The 2‐pyMeOH ligands are coordinated in a bidentate chelating manner through the pyridine N and hydroxy O atoms, forming a five‐membered chelate ring with the CuII centre. The planes of the pyridine rings are twisted by 58.71 (14)° with respect to each other. The charge is balanced by a noncoordinating bromide anion which, together with a solvent water molecule, links the components through hydrogen bonds into infinite chains propagating along the a axis. The mononuclear cations appear to associate in pairs through weak interactions between the metal atom of one cation and the halogen atom of an adjacent cation.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, (C7H10NO)2[Mn2V10O28(H2O)10]·4H2O or (C5H4NHCH2CH2OH)2[{Mn(H2O)5}2V10O28]·4H2O, at 293 (2) K has triclinic (P) symmetry. The asymmetric unit consists of one half of a decavanadate anion of Ci symmetry, one [Mn(H2O)5]2+ group, one 2‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)pyridinium cation and two solvent water molecules. The decavanadate ion bridges between two [Mn(H2O)5]2+ groups, thus forming a dodecanuclear complex unit. Complex units are connected via a hydrogen‐bonding network, forming supramolecular layers lying in the (001) plane. Cations and solvent water molecules are located between these layers.  相似文献

A novel series of coumarin substituted triazolo‐thiadiazine derivatives were designed and synthesized by using 5‐methyl isoxazole‐3‐carboxylic acid ( 1 ), thiocarbohydrazide ( 2 ), and various substituted 3‐(2‐bromo acetyl) coumarins ( 4a , 4b , 4c , 4e , 4d , 4f , 4g , 4h , 4i , 4j ). Fusion of 5‐methyl isoxazole‐3‐carboxylic acid with thiocarbohydrazide resulted in the formation of the intermediate 4‐amino‐5‐(5‐methylisoxazol‐3‐yl)‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thiol ( 3 ). This intermediate on further reaction with substituted 3‐(2‐bromo acetyl) coumarins under simple reaction conditions formed the title products 3‐(3‐(5‐methylisoxazol‐3‐yl)‐7H‐[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazin‐6‐yl‐2H‐chromen‐2‐ones ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j ) in good to excellent yields. All the synthesized compounds were well characterized by physical, analytical, and spectroscopic techniques.  相似文献

A new 1,3,4‐oxadiazole‐containing bispyridyl ligand, namely 5‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐3‐[2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethyl]‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole‐2(3H)‐thione (L), has been used to create the novel complexes tetranitratobis{μ‐5‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐3‐[2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethyl]‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole‐2(3H)‐thione}zinc(II), [Zn2(NO3)4(C14H12N4OS)2], (I), and catena‐poly[[[dinitratocopper(II)]‐bis{μ‐5‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐3‐[2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethyl]‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole‐2(3H)‐thione}] nitrate acetonitrile sesquisolvate dichloromethane sesquisolvate], {[Cu(NO3)(C14H12N4OS)2]NO3·1.5CH3CN·1.5CH2Cl2}n, (II). Compound (I) presents a distorted rectangular centrosymmetric Zn2L2 ring (dimensions 9.56 × 7.06 Å), where each ZnII centre lies in a {ZnN2O4} coordination environment. These binuclear zinc metallocycles are linked into a two‐dimensional network through nonclassical C—H...O hydrogen bonds. The resulting sheets lie parallel to the ac plane. Compound (II), which crystallizes as a nonmerohedral twin, is a coordination polymer with double chains of CuII centres linked by bridging L ligands, propagating parallel to the crystallographic a axis. The CuII centres adopt a distorted square‐pyramidal CuN4O coordination environment with apical O atoms. The chains in (II) are interlinked via two kinds of π–π stacking interactions along [01]. In addition, the structure of (II) contains channels parallel to the crystallographic a direction. The guest components in these channels consist of dichloromethane and acetonitrile solvent molecules and uncoordinated nitrate anions.  相似文献

2,5‐Bis[4‐methyl‐3‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)phenyl]‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole (L), C26H20N4O, forms one‐dimensional chains via two types of intermolecular π–π interactions. In catena‐poly[[dichloridozinc(II)]‐μ‐2,5‐bis[4‐methyl‐3‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)phenyl]‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole], [ZnCl2(C26H20N4O)]n, synthesized by the combination of L with ZnCl2, the ZnII centres are coordinated by two Cl atoms and two N atoms from two L ligands. [ZnCl2L]n forms one‐dimensional P (plus) and M (minus) helical chains, where the L ligand has different directions of twist. The helical chains stack together via interchain π–π and C—H...π interactions.  相似文献

The palladium(II) center in the title compound, trans‐[PdCl2(C5H2F6N2)2]·H2O, possesses a distorted square‐planar geometry. The NH groups are positioned on the same side of the PdN2Cl2 coordination plane.
