In the centrosymmetric title compound, [Co2(C12H10O2P)4(C5H5N)4(H2O)2], each approximately octa­hedral Co atom features two trans‐coordinated pyridine mol­ecules, one water mol­ecule, a terminally coordinated monodentate diphenyl­phosphinate ligand, and two bidentate diphenyl­phosphinate ligands that bridge the two Co atoms across a centre of inversion to form a dimeric binuclear complex. The discrete mol­ecules are linked by double hydrogen bonds between the terminally coordinated diphenyl­phosphinate ligand and the water mol­ecule to form a continuous chain along the crystallographic b axis.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(ClO4)2(C4H9N3O2)2][Cu(C4H9N3O2)2(CH4O)2](ClO4)2·2CH3OH, comprises two independent CuII species lying on different inversion sites. In the Cu complexes, a distorted octa­hedral geometry arises (from basic square‐planar N4 coordination) from the weak coordination of two perchlorate ions (as Cu—O) in one species and two methanol mol­ecules in the other (also as Cu—O). Inter­actions between the O atoms of the perchlorate anions or methanol groups and the imide or amine NH groups afford an extensive inter­molecular hydrogen‐bonding network.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(C8H5O4)2(C10H8N2)2], was obtained by the hydro­thermal reaction of ZnSO4·7H2O with phthalic acid (H2pht) and 4,4′‐bi­pyridine (4,4′‐bipy). Crystallographic analysis shows that it has a one‐dimensional double‐chain structure via hydrogen‐bonding interactions. Each ZnII atom, adopting a distorted tetrahedral geometry, is coordinated by two N atoms from two 4,4′‐bipy ligands, with Zn—N distances of 2.054 (4) and 2.104 (4) Å, and by two O atoms from symmetry‐related Hpht ligands, with Zn—O distances of 1.921 (4) and 2.019 (4) Å.  相似文献

The title compound, [Dy2(C2H3O2)6(H2O)4]·4H2O, crystallizes in the form of dimeric units related by an inversion centre. Each cation is nine‐coordinate, binding to two water mol­ecules and three acetate groups, two of which are bidentate and the third tridentate. This last acetate group acts as a bridge between neighbouring metal atoms, leading to an intradimer Dy?Dy separation of 4.170 (1) Å.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Tb(C12H8NO2)3(H2O)2]·H2O}n, the TbIII cation is in an eight‐coordinate environment, ligated by six carboxylate O atoms from five 3‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)benzoate (L) ligands and by two O atoms from water molecules. The cations are bridged by the carboxylate O atoms of the L ligands to form a two‐stranded polymeric chain which is assembled into a three‐dimensional supramolecular network through regular interchain O—H...N hydrogen bonding. On excitation at 320 nm, the title compound displays a series of emissions, which were assigned to the characteristic electronic transitions of TbIII.  相似文献

The title compounds, [CuFe2(C5H5)2(C9H8O2)2], (I), and [CuFe4(C5H5)4(C13H9O2)2], (II), are four‐coordinate square‐planar copper(II) complexes with two bidentate 1‐ferrocenylbutane‐1,3‐dionate or 1,3‐diferrocenylpropane‐1,3‐dionate ligands, respectively. The copper ion in (I) lies on an inversion centre, with one‐half of the mol­ecule in the asymmetric unit, while in (II), there are two independent half mol­ecules in the asymmetric unit, with the copper ions also situated on inversion centres. The ferrocene substituents in (I) are in an anti arrangement. The mol­ecules assemble in the crystal structure in layers with ferrocene groups at the surface. The pairs of ferrocene substituents on each ligand in complex (II) are syn and these adopt an anti arrangement with respect to the pair on the other diketonate ligand. As found in (I), complexes assemble in a layered structure with ferrocene‐coated surfaces.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Ni2(C10H20N4O2)(C12H12N2)2](ClO4)2 or [Ni(dmaeoxd)Ni(dmbp)2](ClO4)2 {H2dmaeoxd is N,N′‐bis­[2‐(dimethyl­amino)ethyl]oxamide and dmbp is 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine}, the deprotonated dmaeoxd2− ligand is in a cis conformation and bridges two NiII atoms, one of which is located in a slightly distorted square‐planar environment, while the other is in an irregular octa­hedral environment. The cation is located on a twofold symmetry axis running through both Ni atoms. The dmaeoxd2− ligands inter­act with each other via C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and π–π inter­actions, which results in an extended chain along the c axis.  相似文献

The copper(II) ion in the synanti carboxyl­ate‐bridged one‐dimensional zigzag chain title complex, {[Cu(C16H18N3O2)]ClO4}n, exhibits a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment. Two N atoms and one carboxyl­ate O atom of the ligand form the basal plane, while the axial positions are filled by an N atom of the ligand and one O atom belonging to the carboxyl­ate group of an adjacent mol­ecule. The title compound {systematic name: tetra­kis(μ‐3,5‐dinitro­benzoato‐κ2O:O′)bis­[(3,7‐dihydro‐1,3,7‐trimethyl‐1H‐purine‐2,6‐dione‐κO2)copper(II)]}, [Cu2(C7H3N2O6)4(C8H10N4O2)2], consists of paddle‐wheel dimeric tetra­kis(μ‐3,5‐dinitro­benzoato‐κ2O:O′)dicopper(II) units with O‐coordinated caffeine mol­ecules in both apical positions. The entire dimeric mol­ecule lies on a tetra­gonal inversion axis, and thus one nitro­benzoate anion with one Cu atom in a special position belong to the independent part of the mol­ecule. The caffeine ligand bonded to the Cu atom is disordered on a local twofold non‐crystallographic axis coincident with the axis. A π–π stacking inter­action is observed between the caffeine rings and adjacent symmetry‐related benzene rings of the 3,5‐dinitro­benzoate anions.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C8H4O5)(C5H5N)2]n or [Cu(OH‐BDC)(py)2]n (where OH‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxy­isophthalic acid and py is pyridine), the Cu atoms are coordinated by two N atoms from the pyridine ligands and by three O atoms from hydroxy­isophthalate ligands in a highly distorted triangular bipyramidal environment, with Cu—O distances in the range 1.941 (4)–2.225 (5) Å and Cu—N distances of 2.014 (6) and 2.046 (6) Å. The [Cu(OH‐BDC)]n two‐dimensional network is built up from interlocking 22‐, 15‐ and eight‐membered rings via sharing of Cu atoms and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. Consolidation of the packing structure is achieved by edge‐ or point‐to‐face C—H⋯π interactions and offset or slipped π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

The structure of the ionic title compound, (C5H7N6)2[Nd2(C5O5)4(H2O)8], consists of anionic dimers built around an inversion centre and is made up of an NdIII cation, two croconate (croco) dianions and four water molecules (plus their inversion images), with two noncoordinated symmetry‐related 2,6‐diamino‐1H‐purin‐3‐ium (Hdap+) cations providing charge balance. Each NdIII atom is bound to nine O atoms from four water and three croco units. The coordination polyhedron has the form of a rather regular monocapped square antiprism. The croconate anions are regular and the Hdap+ cation presents a unique, thus far unreported, protonation state. The abundance of hydrogen‐bonding donors and acceptors gives rise to a complex packing scheme consisting of dimers interlinked along the three crystallographic directions and defining anionic `cages' where the unbound Hdap+ cations lodge, linking to the mainframe via (N—H)Hdap...Owater/croco and (O—H)water...NHdap interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Fe2O(SO4)2(C10H8N2)4], crystallizes as two different hydrates, viz. 11H2O, (I), and 15H2O, (II). The complex is binuclear, in which the two FeIII atoms are coordinated in an octa­hedral geometry to four N atoms from the two bipyridine ligands, to one O atom from the sulfate ion and to an oxide ion on a twofold axis, which acts as a bridge between the symmetry‐related units. The Fe⋯Fe separation is 3.556 (4) Å and the Fe—O—Fe angle is 161.6 (2)° in (I); the corresponding values are 3.544 (1) Å and 165.8 (2)° in (II). In (II), one of the O atoms of the sulfate ion is disordered over two positions. In both compounds, the solvent water mol­ecules form slightly different one‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded networks which pass along the c axis of the unit cell. In (I), three solvent water mol­ecules and, in (II), one solvent water mol­ecule, are situated on the twofold axis. In both (I) and (II), the central O atom of the metal complex lies on a twofold axis.  相似文献

The title compound, [TiZr(C5H11NO2)3(C3H7O)2], contains three methyl­imino­diethano­late ligands, two in different μ‐oxo bridging coordination modes and one bound only to the Ti atom. The Ti and Zr atoms have distorted octahedral and pentagonal–bipyramidal coordinations, respectively, which share edges. As well as some conformational disorder in the carbon chains, there is chemical disorder at one Ti site, with a mix of n‐ and isopropanolate ligands.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, {[La(C4H5O2)3(H2O)2]·C5H5N5·H2O}n, consists of an LaIII cation, three crotonate (but‐2‐enoate) anions and two coordinated water molecules forming the neutral complex, completed by an external adenine molecule and one hydration water molecule. The LaO10 coordination polyhedra, connected through the sharing of a single edge, form isolated chains running along the [100] direction. These one‐dimensional structures are characterized by two different centrosymmetric La2O2 loops, with La...La distances of 4.5394 (6) and 4.5036 (6) Å. The unbound adenine and water solvent molecules form a highly planar hydrogen‐bonded array parallel to (110) (r.m.s. deviation from the mean plane < 0.10 Å) which intersects the isolated La–crotonate chains in a slanted fashion to form an extremely connected hydrogen‐bonded three‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

The title compound, [Tb2(C24H12F9O6S3)2(C8H6N4)]·C4H8O2, has two terbium(III) centers bridged by the polyazine ligand 2,2′‐bipyrimidine (bpm), which is distorted from planarity by 7.0 (2)°. The terminal ligand 4,4,4‐trifluoro‐1‐(2‐thienyl)­butane‐1,3‐dione (tta) is bidentate, coordinating through the two O atoms, while the bridging ligand is bis‐bidentate, coordinating through four equivalent N atoms. The Cu2(μ‐CH3CH2CO2)4 group presents a centrosymmetric tetra­bridged structure with four synsyn bridging propionate ligands to which two 3PM mol­ecules are bonded (through N), occupying the apical positions of each square‐pyramidal polyhedron around the CuII ions. The remaining mononuclear group is centred around a third CuII ion, which lies on a symmetry centre and is bound to two monodentate propionate groups (through O), two monodentate 3PM mol­ecules (through N) and two bridging 3PM mol­ecules (through O), thus completing a square‐bipyramidal CuO2N2O2 coordination.  相似文献

The title complex, [Ag4(C7H5O3)2(C8H6N2)4(C7H6O3)4], lies about an inversion centre and has a unique tetra­nuclear structure consisting of four AgI atoms bridged by four N atoms from two 1,8‐naphthyridine (napy) ligands to form an N:N′‐bridge and four O atoms from two salicylate (SA) ligands to form an O:O′‐bridge. The Ag atoms have distorted octa­hedral coordination geometry. The centrosymmetric Ag4 ring has Ag—Ag separations of 2.772 (2) and 3.127 (2) Å, and Ag—Ag—Ag angles of 107.70 (4) and 72.30 (4)°. All SA hydroxy groups take part in intra­molecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonding. In the crystal packing, the napy rings are oriented parallel and overlap one another. These π–π inter­actions, together with weak inter­molecular C—H⋯O contacts, stabilize the crystal structure.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(NO3)2(C3H7N3O2)4], forms a centrosymmetric dimer, with the two Cu2+ ions separated by 2.6525 (6) Å. The asymmetric unit contains a Cu atom coordinated to two guanidino­acetic acid ligands (via one carboxyl­ate O atom from each ligand) and to a nitrate group. The inversion centre in P generates the entire mol­ecule, in which each Cu atom is coordinated to four carboxyl­ate and to one nitrate O atom; ignoring the Cu—Cu separation, the geometry about each Cu atom is square pyramidal. The amino acid ligand is in the zwitterionic form. The title ionic compound, (C7H8N3)2[Ho2(C4H5O2)8], is constructed from two almost identical independent centrosymmetric anionic dimers balanced by two independent 2‐amino‐1H‐benzimidazol‐3‐ium (Habim+) cations. The asymmetric part of each dimer is made up of one HoIII cation and four crotonate (crot or but‐2‐enoate) anions, two of them acting in a simple η2‐chelating mode and the remaining two acting in two different μ22 fashions, viz. purely bridging and bridging–chelating. Symmetry‐related HoIII cations are linked by two Ho—O—Ho and two Ho—O—C—O—Ho bridges which lead to rather short intracationic Ho...Ho distances [3.8418 (3) and 3.8246 (3) Å]. In addition to the obvious Coulombic interactions linking the cations and anions, the isolated [Ho2(crot)8]2− and Habim+ ions are linked by a number of N—H...O hydrogen bonds, in which all N—H groups of the cation are involved as donors and all (simple chelating) crot O atoms are involved as acceptors. These interactions result in compact two‐dimensional structures parallel to (110), which are linked to each other by weaker π–π contacts between Habim+ benzene groups.  相似文献
