The crystal structures of tricopper decavanadate tetracosahydrate, (I), and copper tetrasodium decavanadate tricosahydrate, (II), have been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Both compounds exhibit a catenary structure consisting of [V10O28]6− anions linked by Cu2+ cations in (I) or by Na+ cations in (II). Compound (II) also contains a polymeric linear array of edge‐sharing [Na(OH2)6]+ and [Cu(OH2)6]2+ octahedra. In both compounds, the [V10O28]6− ions lie about inversion centres and the Cu2+ ions in (I) also lie about inversion centers.  相似文献

The novel title compound, poly[octa‐μ‐aqua‐octaaqua‐μ‐decavanadato‐hexalithium], contains [V10O28]6− polyanions with 2/m symmetry linked by centrosymmetric [Li6(H2O)16]6+ cation chains. The [V10O28]6− polyanions form a two‐dimensional network with [Li6(H2O)16]6+ chains via O‐polyanion–Li‐chain coordination, with Li—O bond lengths in the range 2.007 (5)–2.016 (5) Å. The hexalithium hexadecahydrate chain is composed of a centrosymmetric pair of LiO6 octahedra and four distorted LiO4 tetrahedra. Hydrogen bonds occur between the polyanion and the Li‐based chains, and within the Li‐based chains.  相似文献

In the title compound, the decavanadate anion, [V10O28]6−, and the bridged [Na2(H2O)10]2+ dication lie across inversion centers. The charge balance is achieved by ethylenediammonium cations, H3NCH2CH2NH32+, which are disordered. The decavanadate anions are surrounded by the [Na2(H2O)10]2+ dications, thus forming layers, and the ethylenediammonium cations are located between these layers.  相似文献

The crystal structures of dimagnesium disodium decavanadate icosahydrate, Mg2Na2V10O28·20H2O, (I), and trimagnesium decavanadate octacosahydrate, Mg3V10O28·28H2O, (II), have been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. They crystallize with monoclinic (C2/c) and triclinic () symmetry, respectively. All the Mg2+ cations in (I) and (II) are octahedrally coordinated by six water molecules. The Na+ cations in (I) are coordinated by three water molecules and three O atoms of the decavanadate anions, and link the latter into a three‐dimensional network. The decavanadate anions in (II) are not linked to one another.  相似文献

Polyoxometallates are capable of including transition metals in their crystal structures as either discrete cations or heteroatoms. The title compound crystallizes with triclinic symmetry and consists of a centrosymmetric [V10O28]6? anion, a trimeric {[Na(H2O)3][Ni(H2O)6][Na(H2O)3]}4+ cation, an [Ni(H2O)6]2+ cation and four water molecules of crystallization. The compound possesses two Ni atoms (each on independent inversion centres), one as a discrete cation and one in a disodium–nickel trimeric cation involved in the one‐dimensional polycation–polyanion hybrid polymer. The polymers are bound together via hydrogen bonds to the water molecules and the nickel(II) hexahydrate cation. Several structures of decavanadate compounds having transition metal atoms, monovalent cations and [V10O28]6? anions in the ratio 2:2:1 have been reported previously. However, the present compound differs from these in its arrangement of monovalent cations and transition metal atoms.  相似文献

The calcium salts Ca2P2O6 · 2H2O ( 1 ) and [Ca(H2O)3(H2P2O6)] · 0.5(C12H24O6) · H2O ( 2 ) were prepared and structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca and compound 2 in the monoclinic space group P21/n. The crystal structure of compound 1 consists of chains of edge‐sharing [CaO7] polyhedra linked by hypodiphosphate(IV) anions to form a three‐dimensional network. The crystal structure of compound 2 consists of alternated layers of crown ether and water molecules and respective ionic units. Within the layers of ionic units the Ca2+ cations are octahedrally coordinated by three monodentate dihydrogenhypodiphosphate(IV) anions and three water molecules. The IR/Raman spectra of the title compounds were recorded and interpreted, especially with respect to the [P2O6]4– and [H2P2O6]2– groups. The phase purity of 2 was verified by powder diffraction measurements.  相似文献

Reactions of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, Na2C4H4O4 · 6 H2O and MnSO4 · H2O in CH3OH/H2O yielded a mixture of [Mn2(H2O)4(phen)2(C4H4O4)2] · 2 H2O ( 1 ) and [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2][Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)](C4H4O4) · 7 H2O ( 2 ). The crystal structure of 1 (P1 (no. 2), a = 8.257(1) Å, b = 8.395(1) Å, c = 12.879(2) Å, α = 95.33(1)°, β = 104.56(1)°, γ = 106.76(1)°, V = 814.1(2) Å3, Z = 1) consists of the dinuclear [Mn2(H2O)4(phen)2(C4H4O4)2] molecules and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The centrosymmetric dinuclear molecules, in which the Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and four O atoms from two H2O molecules and two bis‐monodentate succinato ligands, are assembled via π‐π stacking interactions into 2 D supramolecular layers parallel to (101) (d(Mn–O) = 2.123–2.265 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.307 Å). The crystal structure of 2 (P1 (no. 2), a = 14.289(2) Å, b = 15.182(2) Å, c = 15.913(2) Å, α = 67.108(7)°, β = 87.27(1)°, γ = 68.216(8)°, V = 2934.2(7) Å3, Z = 2) is composed of the [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ cations, [Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)] complex molecules, (C4H4O4)2– anions, and H2O molecules. The (C4H4O4)2– anions and H2O molecules form 3 D hydrogen bonded network and the cations and complex molecules in the tunnels along [001] and [011], respectively, are assembled via the π‐π stacking interactions into 1 D supramolecular chains. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and two water O atoms or two carboxyl O atoms (d(Mn–O) = 2.088–2.129 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.277–2.355 Å). Interestingly, the succinato ligands in the complex molecules assume gauche conformation bidentately to chelate the Mn atoms into seven‐membered rings.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the mixed-valence Np(V) and Np(VI) compound Na6[(NpVO2)2(NpVIO2)(MoO4)5] · 13H2O was determined. The structure is built of the anionic layers [(NpVO2)2(NpVIO2)(MoO4)5] 6n- n with the Na+ cations and crystal water molecules between them. The Np(V) and Np(VI) atoms in the anionic layers are ordered. The motif of the anionic layer is close to that found in Mg2[(UO2)3(SeO4)5] · 16H2O. The isostructural mixed-valence Np(V) and U(VI) compound was also synthesized.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Na4(C8H16BO4)4(C4H10O2)]n, there are two coordination types for the four independent Na+ cations: two Na+ cations bond to six diolate O atoms [Na—O = 2.305 (2)–2.609 (2) Å], while the other two are five‐coordinate via one 1,4‐butanediol [2.289 (2) and 2.349 (3) Å] and four diolate O atoms [2.295 (2)–2.408 (2) Å]. Corresponding to this, there are three‐ and four‐coordinate diolate O atoms, the latter bridging Na atoms. The 1,4‐butanediol molecules lie on inversion centres. The boron stereochemistry shows minor local perturbations from its usual tetrahedral state [B—O = 1.457 (4)–1.503 (4) Å]. The resulting polymer packs as sheets parallel to the (10) plane crosslinked by the butanediol molecules. The structure was solved using data from a multiple crystal.  相似文献

The blue copper complex [Cu2(H2O)2(phen)2(OH)2][Cu2(phen)2(OH)2(CO3)2] · 10 H2O, which was prepared by reaction of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, CuCl2 · 2 H2O and Na2CO3 in the presence of succinic acid in CH3OH/H2O at pH = 13.0, crystallized in the triclinic space group P1 (no. 2) with cell dimensions: a = 9.515(1) Å, b = 12.039(1) Å, c = 12.412(2) Å, α = 70.16(1)°, β = 85.45(1)°, γ = 81.85(1)°, V = 1323.2(2) Å3, Z = 1. The crystal structure consists of dinuclear [Cu2(H2O)2(phen)2(OH)2]2+ complex cations, dinuclear [Cu2(phen)2(OH)2(CO3)2]2– complex anions and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. In both the centrosymmetric dinuclear cation and anion, the Cu atoms are coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand, three O atoms of two μ‐OH groups and respectively one H2O molecule or one CO32– anion to complete distorted [CuN2O3] square‐pyramids with the H2O molecule or the CO32– anion at the apical position (equatorial d(Cu–O) = 1.939–1.961 Å, d(Cu–N) = 2.026–2.051 Å and axial d(Cu–O) = 2.194, 2.252 Å). Two adjacent [CuN2O3] square pyramids are condensed via two μ‐OH groups. Through the interionic hydrogen bonds, the dinuclear cations and anions are linked into 1D chains with parallel phen ligands on both sides. Interdigitation of phen ligands of neighboring 1D chains generated 2D layers, between which the hydrogen bonded water molecules are sandwiched.  相似文献

Dicaesium divanadium trioxide phosphate hydrogenphosphate, Cs2V2O3(PO4)(HPO4), (I), and dicaesium tris[oxidovanadate(IV)] hydrogenphosphate dihydrate, Cs2[(VO)3(HPO4)4(H2O)]·H2O, (II), crystallize in the monoclinic system with all atoms in general positions. The structures of the two compounds are built up from VO6 octahedra and PO4 tetrahedra. In (I), infinite chains of corner‐sharing VO6 octahedra are connected to V2O10 dimers by phosphate and hydrogenphosphate groups, while in (II) three vanadium octahedra share vertices leading to V3O15(H2O) trimers separated by hydrogenphosphate groups. Both structures show three‐dimensional frameworks with tunnels in which Cs+ cations are located.  相似文献

On the Crystal Structures of the Transition‐Metal(II) Dodecahydro‐closo‐Dodecaborate Hydrates Cu(H2O)5.5[B12H12]·2.5 H2O and Zn(H2O)6[B12H12]·6 H2O By neutralization of an aqueous solution of the free acid (H3O)2[B12H12] with basic copper(II) carbonate or zinc carbonate, blue lath‐shaped single crystals of the octahydrate Cu[B12H12]·8 H2O (≡ Cu(H2O)5.5[B12H12]·2.5 H2O) and colourless face‐rich single crystals of the dodecahydrate Zn[B12H12]·12 H2O (≡ Zn(H2O)6[B12H12]·6 H2O) could be isolated after isothermic evaporation. Copper(II) dodecahydro‐closo‐dodecaborate octahydrate crystallizes at room temperature in the monoclinic system with the non‐centrosymmetric space group Pm (Cu(H2O)5.5[B12H12]·2.5 H2O: a = 768.23(5), b = 1434.48(9), c = 777.31(5) pm, β = 90.894(6)°; Z = 2), whereas zinc dodecahydro‐closo‐dodecaborate dodecahydrate crystallizes cubic in the likewise non‐centrosymmetric space group F23 (Zn(H2O)6[B12H12]·6 H2O: a = 1637.43(9) pm; Z = 8). The crystal structure of Cu(H2O)5.5[B12H12]·2.5 H2O can be described as a monoclinic distortion variant of the CsCl‐type arrangement. As characteristic feature the formation of isolated [Cu2(H2O)11]4+ units as a condensate of two corner‐linked Jahn‐Teller distorted [Cu(H2O)6]2+ octahedra via an oxygen atom of crystal water can be considered. Since “zeolitic” water of hydratation is also present, obviously both classical H–Oδ?···H–O and non‐classical B–Hδ?···H–O hydrogen bonds play a significant role for the stabilization of the structure. A direct coordinative influence of the quasi‐icosahedral [B12H12]2? anions on the Cu2+ cations has not been determined. The zinc compound Zn(H2O)6[B12H12]·6 H2O crystallizes in a NaTl‐type related structure. Two crystallographically different [Zn(H2O)6]2+ octahedra are present, which only differ in their relative orientation within the packing of the [B12H12]2? anions. The stabilization of the crystal structure takes place mainly via H–Oδ?···H–O hydrogen bonds, since again the hydrogen atoms of the [B12H12]2? anions have no direct coordinative influence on the Zn2+ cations.  相似文献

Two novel As‐V‐O cluster supported transition metal complexes, [Zn(en)2][Zn(en)2(H2O)2][{Zn(en)(enMe)}As6V15O42(H2O)]·4H2O ( 1 ) and [Zn2(enMe)2(en)3][{Zn(enMe)2}As6V15O42(H2O)]·4H2O ( 2 ), have been hydrothermally synthesized. The single X‐ray diffraction studies reveal that both compounds consist of discrete noncentral polyoxoanions [{Zn(en)(enMe)}As6V15O42(H2O)]4? or [{Zn(enMe)2}As6V15O42(H2O)]4? cocrystallized with respective zinc coordination complexes. Interestingly, compounds 1 and 2 exhibit the first two polyoxovanadates containing As8V15O42‐(H2O)]6? cluster decorated by only one transition metal complex. The Lanthanum Dodecahydro‐closo‐Dodecaborate Hydrate [La(H2O)9]2[B12H12]3·15 H2O and its Oxonium‐Chloride Derivative [La(H2O)9](H3O)Cl2[B12H12]·H2O By neutralization of an aqueous solution of the free acid (H3O)2[B12H12] with basic La2O3 and after isothermic evaporation colourless, face‐rich single crystals of a water‐rich lanthanum(III) dodecahydro‐closo‐dodecaborate hydrate [La(H2O)9]2[B12H12]3·15 H2O are isolated. The compound crystallizes in the trigonal system with the centrosymmetric space group (a = 1189.95(2), c = 7313.27(9) pm, c/a = 6.146; Z = 6; measuring temperature: 100 K). The crystal structure of [La(H2O)9]2[B12H12]3·15 H2O can be characterized by two of each other independent, one into another posed motives of lattice components. The [B12H12]2− anions (d(B–B) = 177–179 pm; d(B–H) = 105–116 pm) are arranged according to the samarium structure, while the La3+ cations are arranged according to the copper structure. The lanthanum cations are coordinated in first sphere by nine oxygen atoms from water molecules in form of a threecapped trigonal prism (d(La–O) = 251–262 pm). A coordinative influence of the [B12H12]2− anions on La3+ has not been determined. Since “zeolitic” water of hydratation is also present, obviously the classical H–Oδ–···H–O‐hydrogen bonds play a significant role in the stabilization of the crystal structure. During the conversion of an aqueous solution of (H3O)2[B12H12] with lanthanum trichloride an anion‐mixed salt with the composition [La(H2O)9](H3O)Cl2[B12H12]·H2O is obtained. The compound crystallizes in the hexagonal system with the non‐centrosymmetric space group (a = 808.84(3), c = 2064.51(8) pm, c/a = 2.552; Z = 2; measuring temperature: 293 K). The crystal structure can be characterized as a layer‐like structure, in which [B12H12]2− anions and H3O+ cations alternate with layers of [La(H2O)9]3+ cations (d(La–O) = 252–260 pm) and Cl anions along [001]. The [B12H12]2− (d(B–B) = 176–179 pm; d(B–H) = 104–113 pm) and Cl anions exhibit no coordinative influence on La3+. Hydrogen bonds are formed between the H3O+ cations and [B12H12]2− anions, also between the water molecules of [La(H2O)9]3+ and Cl anions, which contribute to the stabilization of the crystal structure.  相似文献

Abstract

The crystals of a zinc-sodium complex with furan-2-carboxylate (FCA) as a ligand, n[Zn(H2O)6]2+[Zn8Na2(FCA)18(OH]2]2- n , contain hexahydrated zinc cations and polyanions in which four differently coordinated zinc(II) cations are bridged by bidentate and monodentate (FCA) ligands. In addition, a number of carboxylate and furan ring oxygen atoms are coordinated to sodium(I) atoms which constitute the backbone of the polyanion. [Zn(H2O)6]2+ cations are located in cavities formed by adjacent polyanions and interact with them via a system of hydrogen bonds. The resulting molecular layers are stacked in the crystal along the [100] direction.  相似文献
