In the title two‐dimensional coordination polymer, [Mn(1,4‐BDOA)(4,4‐bipy)(H2O)2]n [1,4‐BDOA2− is the p‐phenylenedioxydiacetate dianion (C10H8O6) and 4,4‐bipy is 4,4‐bipyridine (C10H8N2)], each MnII atom displays octahedral coordination by two O atoms of the 1,4‐BDOA2− groups, two N atoms of the 4,4‐bipy ligands and two solvent water molecules. The MnII atom, 4,4‐bipy ligand and 1,4‐BDOA2− group occupy different inversion centres. Adjacent MnII atoms are bridged by 1,4‐BDOA2− groups and 4,4‐bipy ligands, forming a two‐dimensional network with Mn⋯Mn separations of 11.592 (2) and 11.699 (2) Å. Hydrogen bonds from a water O—H group link the layers in the third dimension. 相似文献

The polymeric title complex, {[Mn(C4H4O4)(C10H8N2)(H2O)]·0.5C10H8N2}n, possesses a three‐dimensional open‐framework structure, with the solvate 4,4′‐bipyridine (bipy) molecules, which lie around centers of inversion, clathrated in the channels of the framework. The MnII center is surrounded by three succinate (succ) ligands, one water molecule and two bipy ligands, and displays a slightly distorted octahedral coordination environment, with cis angles ranging from 84.14 (12) to 96.56 (11)°. Each succ dianion coordinates to three MnII atoms, thus acting as a bridging tridentate ligand; in turn, the MnII atoms are bridged by three succ ligands, thus forming a two‐dimensional Mn–succ sheet pillared by the bridging bipy ligands. Two hydrogen‐bonding interactions, involving the water molecules and the carboxy O atoms of the succ ligands, are present in the crystal structure. 相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(SO4)2(C10H8N2)2(C2H6O2)2(H2O)2]n, contains two crystallographically unique CuII centres, each lying on a twofold axis and having a slightly distorted octahedral environment. One CuII centre is coordinated by two bridging 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy) ligands, two sulfate anions and two aqua ligands. The second is surrounded by two 4,4′‐bipy N atoms and four O atoms, two from bridging sulfate anions and two from ethane‐1,2‐diol ligands. The sulfate anion bridges adjacent CuII centres, leading to the formation of linear ...Cu1–Cu2–Cu1–Cu2... chains. Adjacent chains are further bridged by 4,4′‐bipy ligands, which are also located on the twofold axis, resulting in a two‐dimensional layered polymer. In the crystal structure, extensive O—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between water molecules, ethane‐1,2‐diol molecules and sulfate anions lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular network structure. 相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(C8H5O4)2(C10H8N2)2], was obtained by the hydrothermal reaction of ZnSO4·7H2O with phthalic acid (H2pht) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy). Crystallographic analysis shows that it has a one‐dimensional double‐chain structure via hydrogen‐bonding interactions. Each ZnII atom, adopting a distorted tetrahedral geometry, is coordinated by two N atoms from two 4,4′‐bipy ligands, with Zn—N distances of 2.054 (4) and 2.104 (4) Å, and by two O atoms from symmetry‐related Hpht− ligands, with Zn—O distances of 1.921 (4) and 2.019 (4) Å. 相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C9H10NO3)2(NO3)2(C10H8N2)(H2O)2]n, contains CuII atoms and l ‐tyrosinate (l ‐tyr) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy) ligands in a 2:2:1 ratio. Each Cu atom is coordinated by one amino N atom and two carboxylate O atoms from two l ‐tyr ligands, one N atom from a 4,4′‐bipy ligand, a monodentate nitrate ion and a water molecule in an elongated octahedral geometry. Adjacent Cu atoms are bridged by the bidentate carboxylate groups into a chain. These chains are further linked by the bridging 4,4′‐bipy ligands, forming an undulated chiral two‐dimensional sheet. O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds connect the sheets in the [100] direction. This study offers useful information for the engineering of chiral coordination polymers with amino acids and 4,4′‐bipy ligands by considering the ratios of the metal ion and organic components. 相似文献

The title complex, [MnII(nic)2(H2O)2]n [nic is 3‐pyridinecarboxylate (also called nicotinate), C6H4NO2?], has a two‐dimensional layer structure with the unique Mn atom on an inversion centre. In each layer, all nicotinate ligands are coordinated to Mn atoms in a bridging/bidentate mode, thus linking the {MnII(nic)2(H2O)2} monomeric units together to form a dative‐bond‐based layered polymer. The intra‐layer hydrogen bonds involving all water molecules and the carboxylate groups may play an auxiliary part in stabilizing the layer. The layers are arranged in an ordered manner along the a axis through van der Waals forces so as to complete the solid‐state structure of the crystal. 相似文献

Both MnII cations have similar distorted octahedral coordination geometries. One MnII cation is coordinated by a Cl− anion and five N atoms from the ligand, and the other is coordinated by three Cl− anions and three N atoms of the same ligand. The Mn⋯Mn distance is 7.94 Å. A Cl⋯H—O⋯H—O⋯H—N hydrogen‐bond chain is also observed, connecting the two parts of the complex. 相似文献

The title compound, [CoII(C10H8O6)(C10H8N2)(H2O)2]n, was obtained by the hydrothermal reaction of CoSO4 with benzene‐1,4‐dioxydiacetate [systematic name: p‐phenylenebis(oxyacetate)] and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bpy). The Co atom lies at an inversion center and the benzene‐1,4‐dioxydiacetate and 4,4′‐bipyridine moieties lie about other inversion centers. The benzene‐1,4‐dioxydiacetate ligands bridge the octahedral CoII coordination centers, forming a one‐dimensional zigzag chain. The chains are further bridged by 4,4′‐bpy ligands, forming a novel two‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. Hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the coordinated water molecules and the carboxylate O atoms lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional network structure. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Ba{HOOC(C6H4)2CO2}2(H2O)2] or [Ba(C14H9O4)2(H2O)2], the Ba atoms are coordinated by nine O atoms, six from two 2′‐carboxybiphenyl‐2‐carboxylate (Hbpdc−) ligands and three from three coordinated water molecules, resulting in the formation of face‐sharing distorted monocapped square antiprisms. The Hbpdc− ligands bridge the Ba atoms to form a one‐dimensional helical polymer, with a Ba⋯Ba distance across the chain of 4.1386 (17) Å. Adjacent chains are parallel to each other. The two independent ligands are tetradentate and have the same coordination mode, exhibiting μ‐oxo bridges and η8‐chelation. The crystal structure is further stabilized by hydrogen bonds within each chain. 相似文献

In the title complex, [Mn(C5H4NO)2(C5H5NO)2]n or [Mn(μ‐3‐PyO)2(3‐PyOH)2]n (3‐PyO− is the pyridin‐3‐olate anion and 3‐PyOH is pyridin‐3‐ol), the MnII atom lies on an inversion centre and has octahedral geometry, defined by two N atoms and two deprotonated exocyclic O atoms of symmetry‐related pyridin‐3‐olate ligands [Mn—N = 2.3559 (14) Å and Mn—O = 2.1703 (11) Å], as well as two N atoms of terminal 3‐PyOH ligands [Mn—N = 2.3482 (13) Å]. The MnII atoms are bridged by the deprotonated pyridin‐3‐olate anion into a layer structure, generating sheets in the (01) plane. These sheets are linked by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. There are also π–π and C—H⋯π interactions in the crystal structure. 相似文献

In the title compound, {[Co(SO4)(C10H8N2)(H2O)3]·C2H6O2}n, each CoII center is octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms from two bridging 4,4′‐bipyridine (bipy) ligands and four O atoms, one from a monodentate sulfate ligand and three from aqua ligands. In the title one‐dimensional complex, {[MnIII(C9H10NO2)2]Cl}n, the Schiff base ligand 2‐[(2‐hydroxyethyl)iminomethyl]phenolate (Hsae−) functions as both a bridging and a chelating ligand. The MnIII ion is six‐coordinated by two N and four O atoms from four different Hsae− ligands, yielding a distorted MnO4N2 octahedral environment. Each [MnIII(Hsae)2]+ cationic unit has the Mn atom on an inversion centre and each [MnIII(Hsae)2]+ cation lies about another inversion centre. The chain‐like complex is further extended into a three‐dimensional network structure through Cl⋯H—O hydrogen bonds and C—H⋯π contacts involving the Hsae− rings. 相似文献

The title dicadmium compound, [Cd2(C10H8N2)5(H2O)6](C7H6NO2)2(ClO4)2·2H2O, is located around an inversion centre. Each CdII centre is coordinated by three N atoms from three different 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands and three O atoms from three coordinating water molecules in a distorted octahedral coordination environment. In the dicadmium cation unit, one 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy) molecule acts as a bidentate bridging ligand between two Cd metal ions, while the other four 4,4′‐bipy molecules act only as monodentate terminal ligands, resulting in a rare `H‐type' [Cd2(C10H8N2)5(H2O)6] host unit. These host units are connected to each other viaπ–π stacking interactions, giving rise to a three‐dimensional supramolecular grid network with large cavities. The 3‐aminobenzoate anions, perchlorate anions and water molecules are encapsulated in the cavities by numerous hydrogen‐bonding interactions. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first example of a coordination compound based on both 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands together with discrete 3‐aminobenzoate anions. 相似文献

In the title complex, {[Mn(C4O4)(C10H8N2)(H2O)]·H2O}n, each MnII ion has a distorted octahedral coordination formed by two N atoms of a 2,2′‐bipyridine ligand, three carboxyl O atoms of three different acetylenedicarboxylate ligands and one coordinated water molecule. The acetylenedicarboxylate ligands act in a tridentate mode connecting adjacent MnII ions and constructing a two‐dimensional structure which can be regarded as an unusual plywood‐like stacked network. 相似文献

The title one‐dimensional chain polymer complex, [Mn(C6H4NO3)Cl(C6H5N)2]n, was isolated from the reaction of MnCl2 with 6‐oxo‐1,6‐dihydropyridine‐2‐carboxylic acid (HpicOH) in pyridine. The asymmetric unit contains one [Mn(HPicO)Cl(py)2] moiety (py is pyridine), with the (HpicO)− ligand acting in a tridentate manner via the two carboxylate O atoms and the pyridone O atom. The operation of inversion centres generates eight‐ and 14‐membered rings and, in conjunction with an a‐axis translation, leads to an infinite chain extending along [100]. The Mn⋯Mn separations in this chain are 5.1069 (6) and 7.1869 (6) Å. The MnII atom has a distorted octahedral coordination, with trans‐axial pyridine ligands and with three O atoms and the Cl atom in the equatorial plane. The conformation of the 14‐membered ring is stabilized by pairs of inversion‐related N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

The title complex, [Mn(C8H4O4)(C10H8N2)(H2O)]n, takes the form of a zigzag chain, with the terephthalate dianion (tp) acting as a tridentate ligand. The MnII center is surrounded by two tp ligands, one water molecule and one 2,2′‐bipyridine (bipy) ligand and exhibits a severely distorted octahedral coordination environment, with cis angles ranging from 57.31 (8) to 123.97 (11)°. The complete solid‐state structure can be described as a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework stabilized by hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the coordinated water molecule and the carboxy O atoms of the tp ligands, and by π–π stacking interactions involving the bipy rings and the benzene ring of the tp ligand. 相似文献

The title complex, {[Cd(C8H11O4)2(C10H8N2)(H2O)]·H2O}n, consists of linear chains formed through 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands linking seven‐coordinated CdII ions. Each CdII ion is in a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal environment, coordinated by one water ligand, two 4‐carboxycyclohexane‐1‐carboxylate ligands and one bridging 4,4′‐bipyridine ligand to generate linear chains. The water molecules and the Cd atom on one side, and the 4,4′‐bipyridine unit on the other, are bisected by two sets of twofold axes. The carboxylate group of the 4‐carboxycyclohexane‐1‐carboxyl ligand chelates a CdII ion, while the (protonated) carboxyl group forms hydrogen bonds with adjacent chains, resulting in a layered structure. This is the first reported occurrence of a dicarboxycyclohexane ligand exhibiting a non‐bridging coordination mode. 相似文献
