The complexes [2‐(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl‐κN3)ethylamine‐κN]bis(tri‐tert‐butoxysilanethiolato‐κS)cobalt(II), [Co(C12H27O3SSi)2(C5H9N3)], and [2‐(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl‐κN3)ethylamine‐κN]bis(tri‐tert‐butoxysilanethiolato‐κS)zinc(II), [Zn(C12H27O3SSi)2(C5H9N3)], are isomorphous. The central ZnII/CoII ions are surrounded by two S atoms from the tri‐tert‐butoxysilanethiolate ligand and by two N atoms from the chelating histamine ligand in a distorted tetrahedral geometry, with two intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the histamine NH2 groups and tert‐butoxy O atoms. Molecules of the complexes are joined into dimers via two intermolecular bifurcated N—H...(S,O) hydrogen bonds. The ZnII atom in [(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl‐κN3)methanol]bis(tri‐tert‐butoxysilanethiolato‐κ2O,S)zinc(II), [Zn(C12H27O3SSi)2(C4H6N2O)], is five‐coordinated by two O and two S atoms from the O,S‐chelating silanethiolate ligand and by one N atom from (1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)methanol; the hydroxy group forms an intramolecular hydrogen bond with sulfur. Molecules of this complex pack as zigzag chains linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. These structures provide reference details for cysteine‐ and histidine‐ligated metal centers in proteins.  相似文献

This work presents an analysis of self‐assembly of a complex molecule from simpler ions, some of which are asymmetric, and is an example of a sodium silanethiolate. The tri‐tert‐butoxysilanethiolate anion has two helical conformers (P and M), so aggregation of silanethiolates can proceed with recognition of chirality. Alkali metal silanethiolates can form cyclic solvated oligomers (e.g. dimers) or complexes such as sodates with anions of general formula R2Na. We note that all known sodates (and lithiates) contain both ligands of the same helicity in the anion, whereas in the dimers the metal atoms are coordinated by silanethiolate ligands of different helicity. The title compound, a new example of a sodate, [Na(C4H10O2)2][Na(C12H27O3SSi)2] or [Na{(tBuO)3SiS}2][Na(DME)2] (DME is 1,2‐dimethoxyethane), is built up of separate ion pairs with no significant interactions. The anion is formed from an Na atom O,S‐chelated by two silanethiolate ligands of the same helicity (both P or both M), while the cation contains an Na atom solvated by two DME molecules. Because the structure is centrosymmetric, equal numbers of both conformational enantiomers are present in the crystal lattice.  相似文献

In the three title complexes, namely (2,2′‐biquinoline‐κ2N,N′)dichloropalladium(II), [PdCl2(C18H12N2)], (I), and the corresponding copper(II), [CuCl2(C18H12N2)], (II), and zinc(II) complexes, [ZnCl2(C18H12N2)], (III), each metal atom is four‐coordinate and bonded by two N atoms of a 2,2′‐biquinoline molecule and two Cl atoms. The PdII atom has a distorted cis‐square‐planar coordination geometry, whereas the CuII and ZnII atoms both have a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The dihedral angles between the N—M—N and Cl—M—Cl planes are 14.53 (13), 65.42 (15) and 85.19 (9)° for (I), (II) and (III), respectively. The structure of (II) has twofold imposed symmetry.  相似文献

In the title compounds, [PtCl2(C3H10N2)], (I), [PdCl2(C3H10N2)], (II), and [Pt2Cl4(C10H26N4)], (III), each metal atom lies in a distorted cis‐square coordination geometry. Compounds (I) and (II) are isostructural, and each complex has a mirror plane through the metal atom and the middle C atom of the propane‐1,3‐diamine ligand. In (III), the binuclear complex [Pt2Cl4(spn)] has an inversion center at the middle of the 4,9‐diazadodecane‐1,12‐diamine (spermine, spn) ligand. The six‐membered chelate rings in (III) adopt a chair form, which is unsymmetrical and less flattened than those in (I) and (II). In all three crystal structures, there are intermolecular N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compounds, μ‐(tri‐tert‐butoxysilanethiolato‐κ2S:S)‐bis[(tetrahydrofuran‐κO)lithium(I)], [Li2(C12H27O3SSi)2(C4H8O)2], (I), and catena‐poly[[bis(μ‐tri‐tert‐butoxysilanethiolato)‐1:2κ2S;1κS:2κS,O‐dilithium(I)]‐μ‐dimethoxyethane‐κ2O:O′], [Li2(C12H27O3SSi)2(C4H10O2)]n, (II), were obtained by the reaction of tri‐tert‐butoxysilanethiol with metallic lithium. The crude product, when recrystallized from tetrahydrofuran (THF) yields (I), and when recrystallized from 1,2‐dimethoxyethane (DME) gives (II). Compound (I) forms centrosymmetric dimers in the solid state with an Li2S2 central core, whereas (II) forms infinitely long chains, in which the centrosymmetric dimeric units are linked together by the bidentate DME ligand (also residing on an inversion centre), thus forming a coordination polymer. The formation of a one‐dimensional structure in (II) is a consequence of replacement of a monodentate THF solvent molecule with a bidentate DME molecule.  相似文献

In the title salt, (C6H8N4)[Mn(C14H8O4)2(C6H6N4)2]·6H2O, the MnII atom lies on an inversion centre and is coordinated by four N atoms from two 2,2′‐biimidazole (biim) ligands and two O atoms from two biphenyl‐2,4′‐dicarboxylate (bpdc) anions to give a slightly distorted octahedral coordination, while the cation lies about another inversion centre. Adjacent [Mn(bpdc)2(biim)2]2− anions are linked via two pairs of N—H...O hydrogen bonds, leading to an infinite chain along the [100] direction. The protonated [H2biim]2+ moiety acts as a charge‐compensating cation and space‐filling structural subunit. It bridges two [Mn(bpdc)2(biim)2]2− anions through two pairs of N—H...O hydrogen bonds, constructing two R22(9) rings, leading to a zigzag chain in the [2] direction, which gives rise to a ruffled set of [H2biim]2+[Mn(bpdc)2(biim)2]2− moieties in the [01] plane. The water molecules give rise to a chain structure in which O—H...O hydrogen bonds generate a chain of alternating four‐ and six‐membered water–oxygen R42(8) and R66(12) rings, each lying about independent inversion centres giving rise to a chain along the [100] direction. Within the water chain, the (H2O)6 water rings are hydrogen bonded to two O atoms from two [Mn(bpdc)2(biim)2]2− anions, giving rise to a three‐dimensional framework.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(C12H8N2)2(H2O)2](C4H4O4S)·[Mn(C4H4O4S)(C12H8N2)2]·13H2O, contains one dianion of thiodiglycolic acid (tdga2−) and two independent manganese(II) moieties, viz. [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ and [Mn(tdga)(phen)2], where phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline. The MnII atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate phen ligands [Mn—N = 2.240 (2)–2.3222 (19) Å] and either two water O atoms or two tdga carboxyl O atoms [Mn—O = 2.1214 (17)–2.1512 (17) Å]. The tdga ligand chelates as an O,O′‐bidentate ligand, forming an eight‐membered ring with one Mn atom. The free tdga2− dianion is hydrogen bonded to an [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ ion, with O⋯O distances of 2.606 (2) and 2.649 (2) Å. The crystal structure is further stabilized by an extensive network of hydrogen bonds involving 13 water molecules.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the title compounds, (C24H20P)2[Ni(C6H6O4S2)2], (I), and (C24H20P)2[Ni(C6H6O4S2)2]I, (II), in the diamagnetic reduced (2–) and paramagnetic oxidized (1–) states, are reported at 200 and 293 K, respectively. In both compounds, the Ni atom lies on an inversion centre and the NiS4 coordination is thus required to be exactly planar. In the diamagnetic complex, (I), the Ni—S distances are 2.1818 (7) and 2.1805 (6) Å, while they are 2.1481 (6) and 2.1392 (5) Å in the paramagnetic complex, (II). This results from both the different complex core oxidation states and the different conformations of the methoxycarbonyl groups.  相似文献

In the novel transition metal isothiocyanate complex of N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine (hydet‐en) with copper, [Cu(NCS)2(C4H12N2O)], the Cu atom lies in a distorted square‐pyramidal environment, coordinated by four N atoms in the basal plane and an apical O atom. The hydet‐en ligand is N,N,O‐tridentate, in contrast to the disposition in previously studied complexes, while the isothiocyanate ions act as N‐atom donor ligands. The monomeric units are linked to one another by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, dibromo(3‐hydroxy‐5‐hydroxymethyl‐2‐methyl‐4‐pyridinecarboxaldehyde semicarbazone‐κ3N1,O3,O3′)copper(II), [CuBr2(C9H12N4O3)], consists of discrete complex units with the tridentate pyridoxal semicarbazone ligand as a zwitterion in an almost planar configuration. The CuII ions are in a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination, with the equatorial Br atom at a distance of 2.4017 (6) Å and the apical Br atom at a distance of 2.6860 (6) Å.  相似文献

In the title monomer, [Cu(NO3)2(C18H12N2)], the six‐coordinated CuII atom lies on a twofold axis which bisects one of the ligands (a chelating biquinoline) and duplicates the remaining ligand, a chelating nitrate. The latter binds in a very asymmetric way, consistent with a Jahn–Teller distortion in the coordination polyhedron which, due to the triple chelation, is extremely distorted and difficult to describe in terms of any regular model.  相似文献

The title compounds, tris(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)iron(II) bis(2,4,5‐tricarboxybenzoate) monohydrate, [Fe(C12H8N2)3](C10H5O8)2·H2O, (I), and tris(2,2′‐bipyridine‐κ2N,N′)iron(II) 2,5‐dicarboxybenzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylate–benzene‐1,2,4,5‐tetracarboxylic acid–water (1/1/2), [Fe(C10H8N2)3](C10H4O8)·C10H6O8·2H2O, (II), were obtained during an attempt to synthesize a mixed‐ligand complex of FeII with an N‐containing ligand and benzene‐1,2,4,5‐tetracarboxylic acid via a solvothermal reaction. In both mononuclear complexes, each FeII metal ion is six‐coordinated in a distorted octahedral manner by six N atoms from three chelating 1,10‐phenanthroline or 2,2′‐bipyridine ligands. In compound (I), the FeII atom lies on a twofold axis in the space group C2/c, whereas (II) crystallizes in the space group P21/n. In both compounds, the uncoordinated carboxylate anions and water molecules are linked by typical O—H...O hydrogen bonds, generating extensive three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond networks which surround the cations.  相似文献

Two differently hydrated crystal forms of the title compound, viz. bis(acetato‐κ2O,O′)(2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)mercury(II), [Hg(C2H3O2)2(C14H12N2)] or [HgAc2(dmph)] [dmph is 2,3‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenantroline (neocuproine) and Ac is acetate], (I), and tris[bis(acetato‐κ2O,O′)(2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)mercury(II)] hexadecahydrate, [Hg(C2H3O2)2(C14H12N2)]3·16H2O or [HgAc2(dmph)]3·16H2O, (II), are presented. Both structures are composed of very simple monomeric units, which act as the building blocks of complex packing schemes stabilized by a diversity of π–π and hydrogen‐bonding interactions.  相似文献

In the title compounds, [Pd(C10H6O2)(C10H8N2)], (I), and [Pd(C10H6O2)(C18H12N2)], (II), each PdII atom has a similar distorted cis‐planar four‐coordination geometry involving two O atoms of the 2,3‐naphthalenediolate dianion and two N atoms of the 2,2′‐bipyridine or 2,2′‐biquinoline ligand. The overall structure of (I) is essentially planar, but that of (II) is not, as a result of intramolecular overcrowding leading to bowing of the biquinoline ligand.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(NCS)2(C12H30N6O2)], the Cu atom lies on an inversion centre and has an elongated octahedral coordination, with Cu—N distances of 2.004 (2) and 2.015 (2) Å, and a Cu—S distance of 2.9696 (10) Å. The 2,2′‐ethanol chains are axially oriented. The molecules are linked to form a three‐dimensional network via O—H?N, N—H?O and N—H?S hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(C3H10N2)2(H2O)2](C6H6NO3S)2, contains alternating layers of sulfanilate anions and diaquabis(1,3‐propanediamine)nickel(II) cations. The Ni atom lies on an inversion centre and is hexacoordinated by the 1,3‐propanediamine ligands, which function as N,N′‐bidentate ligands, and the water molecules, which are in a trans arrangement. The sulfanilate anions are arranged in layers, with the sulfonate and amine groups directed towards opposite sides of the layer. The structure is stabilized by a network of hydrogen bonding between the O and N atoms of the sulfanilate anions, the water molecules, and the N atoms of the 1,3‐propanediamine ligands.  相似文献

The CoII atom in bis(5‐aminotetrazole‐1‐acetato)tetraaquacobalt(II), [Co(C3H4N5O2)2(H2O)4], (I), is octahedrally coordinated by six O atoms from two 5‐aminotetrazole‐1‐acetate (atza) ligands and four water molecules. The molecule has a crystallographic centre of symmetry located at the CoII atom. The molecules of (I) are interlinked by hydrogen‐bond interactions, forming a two‐dimensional supramolecular network structure in the ac plane. The CdII atom in catena‐poly[[cadmium(II)]‐bis(μ‐5‐aminotetrazole‐1‐acetato], [Cd(C3H4N5O2)2]n, (II), lies on a twofold axis and is coordinated by two N atoms and four O atoms from four atza ligands to form a distorted octahedral coordination environment. The CdII centres are connected through tridentate atza bridging ligands to form a two‐dimensional layered structure extending along the ab plane, which is further linked into a three‐dimensional structure through hydrogen‐bond interactions.  相似文献

In the first title salt, [Cu(C12H8N2)2(C5H10N2Se)](ClO4)2, the CuII centre occupies a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment defined by four N donors from two 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) ligands and by the Se donor of a 1,3‐dimethylimidazolidine‐2‐selone ligand, with the equatorial plane defined by the Se and by two N donors from different phen ligands and the axial sites occupied by the two remaining N donors, one from each phen ligand. The Cu—N distances span the range 1.980 (10)–2.114 (11) Å and the Cu—Se distance is 2.491 (3) Å. Intermolecular π–π contacts between imidazolidine rings and the central rings of phen ligands generate chains of cations. In the second salt, [Cu(C10H8N2)2(C3H6N2S)](ClO4)2, the CuII centre occupies a similar distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment comprising four N donors from two 2,2′‐bipyridyl (bipy) ligands and an S donor from an imidazolidine‐2‐thione ligand. The equatorial plane is defined by the S donor and two N donors from different bipy ligands. The Cu—N distances span the range 1.984 (6)–2.069 (7) Å and the Cu—S distance is 2.366 (3) Å. Intermolecular π–π contacts between imidazolidine and pyridyl rings form chains of cations. A major difference between the two structures is due to the presence in the second complex of two N—H...O hydrogen bonds linking the imidazolidine N—H hydrogen‐bond donors to perchlorate O‐atom acceptors.  相似文献

The title two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded coordination compounds, [Cu(C8H5O4)2(C4H6N2)2], (I), and [Cu(C8H7O2)2(C4H6N2)2]·H2O, (II), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The molecule of complex (I) lies across an inversion centre, and the Cu2+ ion is coordinated by two N atoms from two 4‐methyl‐1H‐imidazole (4‐MeIM) molecules and two O atoms from two 3‐carboxybenzoate (HBDC) anions in a square‐planar geometry. Adjacent molecules are linked through intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds into a two‐dimensional sheet with (4,4) topology. In the asymmetric part of the unit cell of (II) there are two symmetry‐independent molecules, in which each Cu2+ ion is also coordinated by two N atoms from two 4‐MeIM molecules and two O atoms from two 3‐methylbenzoate (3‐MeBC) anions in a square‐planar coordination. Two neutral complex molecules are held together via N—H...O(carboxylate) hydrogen bonds to generate a dimeric pair, which is further linked via discrete water molecules into a two‐dimensional network with the Schläfli symbol (43)2(46,66,83). In both compounds, as well as the strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds, π–π interactions also stabilize the crystal stacking.  相似文献

The structures of trans‐bis[2‐(aminomethyl)pyridine‐κ2N,N′]bis(saccharinato‐κN)zinc(II), [Zn(C7H4NO3S)2(C6H8N2)2], (I), and [2‐(aminoethyl)pyridine‐κ2N,N′]bis(saccharinato‐κN)zinc(II), [Zn(C7H4NO3S)2(C7H10N2)], (II), exhibit octa‐ and tetrahedrally coordinated ZnII atoms, respectively. The diamine ligands behave as N,N′‐bidentate ligands, while saccharinate (sac) is coordinated through the N atom. In (I), the complex lies about an inversion centre with the Zn atom disordered and displaced by 0.256 (2) Å from a centre of symmetry towards a sac N atom. The crystal structure of (I) is stabilized by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and the crystal packing of (II) is determined by hydrogen bonding as well as weak π–π stacking interactions between the sac ligands.  相似文献
