The crystal structure of bis­(benzyl­ammonium) hexa­chloro­tin(IV), (C7H7NH3)2[SnCl6], exhibits ionic layers separated by hydro­carbon layers. The hydro­carbon layer contains two crystallographically inequivalent benzyl groups and aromatic π–π stacking interactions are observed in this layer. In the inorganic layer, the ammonium groups interact with isolated tilted [SnCl6]2− octahedra through normal, bifurcated and trifurcated N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In ferrocene‐1,1′‐diyl­bis­(di­phenyl­methanol)–4,4′‐ethyl­enedi­pyridine (1/1), [Fe(C18H15O)2]·C12H12N2, there is an intra­molecular O—H?O hydrogen bond in the ferrocenediol component and a single O—H?N hydrogen bond linking the two components into a finite monomeric adduct. Ferrocene‐1,1′‐diyl­bis­(di­phenyl­methanol)–ethyl­enedi­amine (1/1), [Fe(C18H15O)2]·C2H8N2, crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in space group P, and there are two independent four‐component aggregates in the structure, both of which are centrosymmetric. In the first type of aggregate, the molecular components are linked by O—H?N and N—H?O hydrogen bonds, in which both di­amine N atoms participate; in the second type of aggregate, the di­amine component is disordered over two sets of sites, but only one N atom is involved in the hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

In the title compound, azido‐2κN‐bis­[μ‐(1η5:2κP)‐di­phenyl­phosphino­cyclo­penta­dienyl][2(η5)‐penta­methyl­cyclo­penta­di­enyl]­iron(III)­rhodium(III) hexa­fluoro­phosphate, [{Rh(C10H15)(N3)}{Fe(μ‐C17H14P)2}]PF6 or [FeRh(C10H15)(μ‐C17H14P)2(N3)]PF6, the coordination sphere of RhIII can be described as pseudo‐tetrahedral, composed of two P atoms from a 1,1′‐bis­(di­phenyl­phosphino)­ferrocene (dppf) ligand, an azido N atom and the centroid of the ring of a C5Me5 (Cp*) ligand. The two cyclo­penta­dienyl rings in the dppf moiety adopt an eclipsed conformation. The Rh⋯Fe distance is 4.340 (2) Å.  相似文献

In the adduct ferrocene‐1,1′‐diyl­bis­(di­phenyl­methanol)–1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)­ethene (1/1), [Fe(C18H15O)2]·C12H10N2, there is an intramolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond in the ferro­cene­diol component and a single O—H?N hydrogen bond linking the diol to the di­amine, which is disordered over two sets of sites, so forming a finite monomeric adduct. In the adduct ferrocene‐1,1′‐diyl­bis­(di­phenyl­methanol)–1,6‐di­amino­hexane (2/1), 2[Fe(C18H15O)2]·C6H16N2, the amine lies across a centre of inversion in space group P. There is an intramolecular O—H?O hydrogen bond in the ferrocenediol, and the molecular components are linked by O—H?N and N—H?O hydrogen bonds, one of each type, into a C(13)[R(12)] chain of rings.  相似文献

The title compound, (C8H16N)2[PbI4], crystallizes as an inorganic–organic hybrid perovskite, adopting the unusual 2ap× 2ap superstructure. As such, the structure consists of two‐dimensional sheets of corner‐sharing PbI6 octa­hedra in the ab plane, separated by bilayers of 2‐(1‐cyclo­hexen­yl)ethyl­ammonium cations. The ethyl­ammonium groups are not in the plane of the cyclo­hexenyl rings.  相似文献

The 1:1 adduct of N,N′‐bis­(di­phenyl­methyl­ene)­ethyl­enedi­amine (bz2en) with copper(I) chloride, viz. [Cu(C28H24N2)2][CuCl2], has been synthesized. The structure contains cationic moieties of CuI ions (Cu on a twofold axis) coordinated to four N atoms of two bz2en mol­ecules (in a distorted tetrahedron) and linear di­chloro­cuprate(I) anions (with Cu on an inversion centre). These cations and anions are packed in columns along b. The packing of the cation and anion columns involves a significant C—H⋯Cl interaction and four short intermolecular C—H⋯π contacts, two of which are between cation columns.  相似文献

The structures of a series of four‐coordinate nickel(II) complexes of the form [Ni(sacsac)L] PF6 (sacsac = pentane‐2,4‐di­thione anion; L = (Ph2P)2(CH2)n, n = 1,2,3) have beendetermined. These are [bis­(di­phenyl­phosphino)­methane](pentane‐2,4‐di­thionato‐S,S′)­nickel(II) hexa­fluoro­phosphate, [Ni(C25H22P2)(C5H7S2)]PF6, [1,2‐bis­(di­phenylphosphino)­ethane](pentane‐2,4‐di­thionato–S,S′)­nickel(II) hexa­fluoro­phosphate, [Ni(C26H24P2)(C5H7S2)]PF6, and [1,3‐bis­(di­phenyl­phosphino)­propane](pentane‐2,4‐di­thionato‐S,S′)­nickel(II) hexa­fluoro­phosphate, [Ni(C27H26P2)(C5H7S2)]PF6. All have a distorted square‐planar arrangement about Ni with angles around Ni varying with the length of the hydro­carbon chain.  相似文献

The three isostructural compounds butyl­ammonium hexa­chlorido­tin(IV), pentyl­ammonium hexa­chlorido­tin(IV) and hexyl­ammonium hexa­chlorido­tin(IV), (CnH2n+1NH3)2[SnCl6], with n = 4, 5 and 6, respectively, crystallize as inorganic–organic hybrids. As such, the structures consist of layers of [SnCl6]2− octa­hedra, separated by hydro­carbon layers of inter­digitated butyl­ammonium, pentyl­ammonium or hexyl­ammonium cations. Corrugated layers of cations alternate with tin(IV) chloride layers. The asymmetric unit in each compound consists of an anionic component comprising one Sn and two Cl atoms on a mirror plane, and two Cl atoms in general positions; the two cations lie on another mirror plane. Application of the mirror symmetry generates octa­hedral coordination around the Sn atom. All compounds exhibit bifurcated and simple hydrogen‐bonding inter­actions between the ammonium groups and the Cl atoms, with little variation in the hydrogen‐bonding geometries.  相似文献

The title compound, tetra­ethyl­ammonium dodeca‐μ‐cyano‐hexa­cyano­tetrakis­(ethyl­ene­di­amine)­tetra­cadmium(II)­tri­fer­rate(III), (C8H20N)[Cd4Fe3(CN)18(C2H8N2)4], was pre­pared from a reaction mixture containing CdCl2, K3[Fe(CN)6], ethyl­ene­di­amine (en) and [Et4N]Br in a 1:1:3:1 molar ratio. The crystal structure consists of a negatively charged three‐dimensional framework of {[Cd(en)]4[Fe(CN)6]3} anions, with [Et4N]+ cations located in the cavities of the framework. The Cd atom is octahedrally coordinated by one disordered chelating en mol­ecule [mean Cd—N = 2.35 (3) Å] and four N‐­bonded bridging cyano groups [Cd—N distances are in the range 2.283 (2)–2.441 (2) Å]. There are two crystallographically independent [Fe(CN)6]3− anions in the structure and in each the Fe atom lies on a twofold axis. In the first [mean Fe—C = 1.941 (5) Å], all the cyano groups are bridging ligands, while in the second [mean Fe—C = 1.945 (2) Å], there are two terminal cyano ligands in trans positions. The Cd—N—C angles range from 128.6 (2) to 172.8 (2)°.  相似文献

The title compound, (RS)‐3,5‐di­chloro‐2‐{[(1‐phenyl­ethyl)­imino]­methyl}phenol, C15H13Cl2NO, was synthesized from racemic 1‐phenyl­ethyl­amine and 3,5‐di­chloro­salicyl­aldehyde. The π‐conjugate system around the imine group is essentially planar in the phenol–imine tautomer. Intramolecular O⋯N hydrogen‐bond and intermolecular C—H⋯π interactions are present in the crystal structure.  相似文献

In the title salt, 1,3‐bis­{[2‐(2‐pyridinio)eth­yl][2‐(2‐pyrid­yl)ethyl]amino}benzene diperchlorate dihydrate, C34H38N62+·2ClO4·2H2O, the cation contains two ethyl­pyrid­yl and two ethyl­pyridinium pendant pairs anchored to the two N atoms of 1,3‐phenyl­enediamine. The pyrid­yl and pyridinium N atoms are flanked by a mol­ecule of water through strong hydrogen‐bonding inter­actions [N—H⋯O = 2.762 (6) and 2.758 (6) Å, and O—H⋯N = 2.834 (6) and 2.839 (6) Å]. The water mol­ecules have weak hydrogen‐bonding inter­actions with the perchlorate anions as well. One of the perchlorate anions is severely disordered.  相似文献

X‐ray data were obtained for the monoclinic polymorph of rac‐5,7,7,12,12,14‐hexa­methyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazonia­cyclo­tetra­decane bis­(hexa­fluoro­germanate) tetrahydrate, (C16H40N4)[GeF6]2·4H2O. The tetra­aza‐macrocyclic cations lie across inversion centers in space group P21/c. Water mol­ecules and [GeF6]2− anions form zigzag chains, which alternate in a three‐dimensional network with the macrocyclic cations. The structure is sustained by multiple hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Two of the title compounds, namely (E)‐1,2‐bis­(1‐methyl­benzimidazol‐2‐yl)ethene, C18H16N4, (Ib), and (E)‐1,2‐bis­(1‐ethyl­benzimidazol‐2‐yl)ethene, C20H20N4, (Ic), consist of centrosymmetric trans‐bis­(1‐alkyl­benzimidazol‐2‐yl)ethene mol­ecules, while 3‐eth­yl‐2‐[(E)‐2‐(1‐ethyl­benzimidazol‐2‐yl)­ethen­yl]benzimidazol‐1‐ium perchlorate, C20H21N4+·ClO4, (II), contains the monoprotonated analogue of compound (Ic). In the three structures, the benzimidazole and benzimidazolium moieties are essentially planar; the geometric parameters for the ethene linkages and their bonds to the aromatic groups are consistent with double and single bonds, respectively, implying little, if any, conjugation of the central C=C bonds with the nitro­gen‐containing rings. The C—N bond lengths in the N=C—N part of the benzimidazole groups differ and are consistent with localized imine C=N and amine C—N linkages in (Ib) and (Ic); in contrast, the corresponding distances in the benzimidazolium cation are equal in (II), consistent with electron delocalization resulting from protonation of the amine N atom. Crystals of (Ib) and (Ic) contain columns of parallel mol­ecules, which are linked by edge‐over‐edge C—H⋯π overlap. The columns are linked to one another by C—H⋯π inter­actions and, in the case of (Ib), C—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. Crystals of (II) contain layers of monocations linked by π–π inter­actions and separated by both perchlorate anions and the protruding eth­yl groups; the cations and anions are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The product of the addition reaction of 1,1,1,4,4,4‐hexa­chloro‐1,4‐disila­butane with N‐methyl­imidazole is μ‐ethyl­ene‐C1:C2‐bis­[di­chloro­tris(1‐methyl­imidazole‐N3)­silicon(IV)] dichloride, C26H40Cl4N12Si22+·2Cl?. Two of the six Cl atoms are replaced by aromatic nitro­gen bases and the coordination sphere of silicon is extended from four to six. The mol­ecule is located on a crystallographic centre of inversion. The environment around the Si atom can be described as a slightly distorted octahedron with the Cl atoms occupying axial positions and the three N‐methyl­imidazole ligands and the ethyl­ene bridge in the equatorial plane.  相似文献

In the title compounds, C7H8NO2+·NO3, (I), C7H8NO2+·ClO4·H2O, (II), and 2C7H8NO2+·SO42−, (III), the carboxyl planes of the 4‐carboxy­phenyl­ammonium cations are twisted from the aromatic plane. A homonuclear C(8) hydrogen‐bonding motif of 4‐carboxy­phenyl­ammonium cations is observed in both (I) and (II), leading to `head‐to‐tail' layers. The cations in (III) form carboxyl group dimers, making a graph‐set motif of R22(8). In all the structures, anions connect the cationic layers and an infinite chain running along the c axis is observed, having the C22(6) graph‐set motif. Inter­estingly, in (II), the anions are connected through weak hydrogen bonds involving the water mol­ecules, leading to a graph‐set motif of R44(12). Alternate hydro­phobic and hydro­philic layers are observed in all three compounds as a result of the column‐like arrangement of the aromatic rings of the cations and the anions. Furthermore, in (I), head‐to‐tail N—H⋯O inter­actions and inter­actions linking the cations and anions form an R64(16) hydrogen‐bonding motif, resulting in a pseudo‐inversion centre at (, , 0).  相似文献

The Mo atoms in the title compounds, i.e. triethyl­ammonium cis‐tetra­chloro­bis(4‐ethyl­pyridine‐N)­molybdate(III), cis‐(C6H16N)­[MoCl4(C7H9N)2], and trans‐tetra­chloro­bis(4‐ethyl­pyridine‐N)molybdenum(IV), trans‐[MoCl4(C7H9N)2], are six‐coordinate with octahedral geometry. The title compound, [SnCl2(CH3)(C6H5)(C5H8N2)2], was obtained by reaction of di­chloro­methyl­phenyl­tin(IV) and 3,5‐di­methyl­pyrazole (dmpz) in chloro­form, and was recrystallized from acetone. The structure consists of octahedral all‐trans [SnMePhCl2(dmpz)2] mol­ecules, with the Sn atom coordinated to two C [Sn—C 2.127 (5) and 2.135 (4) Å], two Cl [Sn—Cl 2.5753 (8) Å] and two N atoms [Sn—N 2.357 (3) Å]. The dmpz ligands, bound to the metal through their unprotonated N atoms, form weak intra‐ and intermolecular hydrogen bonds with the Cl ligands via their NH groups, giving rise to a polymeric chain along the c axis.  相似文献

The structures of 2‐phenyl­malonpiperadide [systematic name: 2‐phenyl‐1,3‐bis­(piperidin‐1‐yl)­propane‐1,3‐dione, C19H26N2O2, (I)] and 2‐phenyl­malonmorpholide [systematic name: 1,3‐dimorpholino‐2‐phenyl­propane‐1,3‐dione, C17H22N2O4, (II)], have been determined and both their molecular conformations and packing arrangements compared. Although chemically similar, compounds (I) and (II) exhibit different molecular conformations. The only general conformational similarities are that their respective carbonyl groups are orientated in the same direction and the heterocyclic rings exist in the chair arrangement. General similarities in the packing arrangements arise due to both compounds having the same space group (P212121) and a similar alignment of their phenyl‐substituted backbone with respect to the c axis. Similar C—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonding associations are listed for the carbonyl O atoms, while only one of the morpholine O atoms is involved in any such association.  相似文献

One of the pyridyl N atoms plays no part in the intermolecular hydrogen bonding, but participates in a short intramolecular C—H?N contact [H?N 2.31 Å, C?N 2.922 (2) Å and C—H?N 122°].  相似文献
