The title compound, [Zn(C32H16N8)(C5H6N2)]·2C4H8O, consists of one (phthalocyaninato)zinc (ZnPc) unit, a coordinated 4‐aminopyridine (4‐ap) molecule and two tetrahydrofuran (THF) solvent molecules. The central Zn atom is (4+1)‐coordinated by four isoindole N atoms of the Pc core and by the pyridine N atom of 4‐aminopyridine. The Zn atom is displaced by 0.4464 (8) Å from the isoindole N4 plane towards the pyridine N atom. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular amine–phthalocyaninate N—H...N hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions between the aggregated Pc rings, which form molecular layers, and by weak van der Waals interactions between the layers. As well as hindering the aggregation of ZnPc molecules by occupying an axial position, the amino group will add new interactions which will favor applications of ZnPc, for example, as a sensitizer of photodynamic therapy.  相似文献

The title compound, [Co(C7H4FO2)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2], is a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular complex. The CoII ion resides on a centre of symmetry and is in an octahedral coordination environment comprising two pyridyl N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two O atoms from water molecules. Intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds produce R32(6), R22(12) and R22(16) rings, which lead to two‐dimensional chains. An extensive three‐dimensional network of C—H...F, N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions are responsible for crystal stabilization.  相似文献

In the title compound [systematic name: aqua(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)(pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato‐κ3O2,N,O6)manganese(II) monohydrate, [Mn(C7H3NO4)(C12H8N2)(H2O)]·H2O, the manganese(II) centre is surrounded by one bidentate phenanthroline ligand [Mn—N = 2.248 (3) and 2.278 (3) Å], one tridentate dipicolinate ligand [Mn—N = 2.179 (3) Å, and Mn—O = 2.237 (2) and 2.266 (2) Å] and one water molecule [Mn—O = 2.117 (3) Å], and it exhibits a strongly distorted octahedral geometry, with trans angles ranging from 144.12 (9) to 158.88 (11)°. Extensive intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving coordinated and uncoordinated water molecules and the carboxyl O atoms of the dipicolinate ligand, as well as a stacking interaction involving the phenanthroline rings, are observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Mn(C7H3NO4)(C3H4N2)(C12H8N2)(H2O)], the MnII centre is surrounded by one bidentate phenanthroline ligand [Mn—N = 2.383 (3) and 2.421 (3) Å], one tridentate dipicolinate ligand [Mn—N = 2.300 (3) Å, and Mn—O = 2.300 (2) and 2.357 (2) Å], one monodentate imidazole ligand [Mn—N = 2.238 (3) Å] and one water molecule [Mn—O = 2.157 (3) Å]. It displays a distorted pentagonal‐bipyramidal geometry, with neighbouring angles within the equatorial plane ranging from 68.05 (9) to 77.48 (10)°. Intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into infinite chains. The chains are crosslinked by hydrogen bonds involving the carboxyl O atoms of the dipicolinate ligand and the protonated imidazole N atom, leading to an infinite two‐dimensional network sheet packing mode. The complete solid‐state structure can be described as a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework, stabilized by these intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions and π–π stacking interactions involving the phenanthroline rings.  相似文献

In the monomeric title compound, [Cu(C4H4O5)(C6H6N2O)(H2O)]·1.5H2O, the CuII cation is bound in a square‐pyramidal coordination to a tridentate oxydiacetate (ODA) ligand, a monodentate pyridine‐3‐carboxamide (p3ca) ligand and one aqua ligand, where the two organic ligands form the basal plane and the water O atom occupies the unique apical site. The ODA ligand presents a slight out‐of‐plane puckering in its central ether O atom, while the p3ca ligand is essentially planar. The availability of efficient donors and acceptors for hydrogen bonding results in the formation of strongly linked hydrogen‐bonded bilayers parallel to (101), with an interplanar distance of 3.18 (1) Å and a stacking separation between the bilayers of 3.10 (1) Å, both of them governed by extended π–π interactions. The disordered nature of the solvent water molecules around inversion centres is discussed. The monoaqua compound is compared with the octahedral diaqua analogue, [Cu(C4H4O5)(C6H6N2O)(H2O)2], reported recently [Perec & Baggio (2009). Acta Cryst. C 65 , m296–m298].  相似文献

The crystal structures of the title compounds, [Cu(C15H11N2O2)2(C14H15N)2] and [Cu(C15H11N2O2)2(C14H15N)2]·2CHCl3, respectively, have been determined. The red disolvate complex affords a square‐planar CuN4 coordination environment in which the CuII atom lies on a centre of symmetry. The blue solvent‐free complex affords a distorted square‐pyramidal CuN4O coordination environment and adjacent molecules form centrosymmetric dimers. A comparison of the different crystal structures focuses on the role of the solvent molecules in supramolecular assemblies of the copper(II) complexes.  相似文献

The title mononuclear complex, [Cu(CO3)(C8H7N5)(H2O)]·2H2O, was obtained by fixation of CO2 by a mixture of copper(II) tetrafluoroborate and the ligand bis(pyrimidin‐2‐yl)amine in ethanol/water. The CuII ion of the complex has a distorted square‐pyramidal environment, with a basal plane formed by two N atoms of the ligand and two chelating O atoms of the carbonate group, while the apical position is occupied by the O atom of the coordinating water molecule. In the solid state, hydrogen‐bonding interactions are dominant, the most unusual being the Watson–Crick‐type coplanar ligand pairing through two N—H?N bonds. Lattice water molecules also participate in hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, bis(2‐aminopyrimidine‐κN1)bis[6‐methyl‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐4(3H)‐one 2,2‐dioxide(1−)‐κ2N3,O4]copper(II), [Cu(C4H4NO4S)2(C4H5N3)2], the first mixed‐ligand complex of acesulfame, the CuII centre resides on a centre of symmetry and has an octahedral geometry that is distorted both by the presence of four‐membered chelate rings and by the Jahn–Teller effect. The equatorial plane is formed by the N atoms of two aminopyrimidine (ampym) ligands and by the weakly basic carbonyl O atoms of the acesulfamate ligands, while the more basic deprotonated N atoms of these ligands are in the elongated axial positions with a strong misdirected valence. The crystal is stabilized by pyrimidine ring stacking and by intermolecular hydrogen bonding involving the NH2 moiety of the ampym ligand and the carbonyl O atom of the acesulfamate moiety.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound [systematic name: diaquabis(6‐methyl‐2,2‐dioxo‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐4‐olato‐κO4)bis(3‐methylpyridine‐κN)nickel(II)], [Ni(C4H4NO4S)2(C6H7N)2(H2O)2], the NiII centre resides on a centre of symmetry and has a distorted octahedral geometry. The basal plane is formed by two carbonyl O atoms of two monodentate trans‐oriented acesulfamate ligands and two trans aqua ligands. The axial positions in the octahedron are occupied by two N atoms of two trans pyridine ligands. Molecules are stacked in columns running along the a axis. There are π–π stacking interactions between the molecules in each column, with a distance of 3.623 (2) Å between the centroids of the pyridine rings. There are also O—H⋯O interactions between the columns.  相似文献

The Ru—N bond distances in the title complex, [Ru(NO2)(C11H9N3)(C15H11N3)]BF4 or [Ru(NO2)(tpy)(azpy)]BF4, [tpy is 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine and azpy is 2‐(phenylazo)pyridine], are Ru—Npy 2.063 (4), Ru—Nazo 2.036 (4), Ru—Nnitro 2.066 (3) Å, and Ru—Ntpy 2.082 (4), 1.982 (3) and 2.074 (4) Å. The azo N atom is trans to the nitro group. The azo N=N bond length is 1.265 (5) Å, which is the shortest found in such complexes to date. This indicates a multiple bond between Ru and the N atom of the nitro group, and π‐backbonding [dπ(Ru) π*(azo)] is decreased.  相似文献

The title two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded coordination compounds, [Cu(C8H5O4)2(C4H6N2)2], (I), and [Cu(C8H7O2)2(C4H6N2)2]·H2O, (II), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The molecule of complex (I) lies across an inversion centre, and the Cu2+ ion is coordinated by two N atoms from two 4‐methyl‐1H‐imidazole (4‐MeIM) molecules and two O atoms from two 3‐carboxybenzoate (HBDC) anions in a square‐planar geometry. Adjacent molecules are linked through intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds into a two‐dimensional sheet with (4,4) topology. In the asymmetric part of the unit cell of (II) there are two symmetry‐independent molecules, in which each Cu2+ ion is also coordinated by two N atoms from two 4‐MeIM molecules and two O atoms from two 3‐methylbenzoate (3‐MeBC) anions in a square‐planar coordination. Two neutral complex molecules are held together via N—H...O(carboxylate) hydrogen bonds to generate a dimeric pair, which is further linked via discrete water molecules into a two‐dimensional network with the Schläfli symbol (43)2(46,66,83). In both compounds, as well as the strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds, π–π interactions also stabilize the crystal stacking.  相似文献

The title compound, [ZnCl3(C4H12N5)], was prepared from aqueous solution and its structure determined. The coordination geometry around the Zn atom is a tetrahedron, with the central Zn atom bound to three Cl atoms and to one N atom of the biguanide ligand. The dihedral angle between the two guanidine groups is 67.86 (1)°.  相似文献

The Cd atom in the polymeric title compound, [Cd(C14H8O5)(H2O)]n, is linked to four carboxyl O atoms and a water molecule in a five‐coordinate coordination polyhedron that is midway between a square pyramid and a trigonal bipyramid. The Cd atom and the water molecules both lie on the same twofold axis and the central O atom of the 4,4′‐oxydibenzoate moiety lies on another twofold axis. Covalent Cd—O bonds lead to the formation of a layer architecture perpendicular to the twofold axis, the layers being held together by hydrogen bonds in the third direction.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Pd(C12H8FN4O2)2(C5H5N)2] or trans‐[Pd(FC6H4N=N—NC6H4NO2)(C5H5N)2], the Pd atom lies on a centre of inversion in space group P. The coordination geometry about the Pd2+ ion is square planar, with two deprotonated 3‐(2‐fluorophenyl)‐1‐(4‐nitrophenyl)triazenide ions, FC6H4N=N—NC6H4NO2?, acting as monodentate ligands (two‐electron donors), while two neutral pyridine molecules complete the metal coordination sphere. The whole triazenide ligand is not planar, with the largest interplanar angle being 16.8 (5)° between the phenyl ring of the 2‐fluorophenyl group and the plane defined by the N=N—N moiety. The Pd—N(triazenide) and Pd—N(pyridine) distances are 2.021 (3) and 2.039 (3) Å, respectively.  相似文献

The title compound, [Co(C7H5O3)2(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2], forms a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular structure. The CoII ion is in an octahedral coordination environment comprising two pyridyl N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two O atoms from water molecules. Intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds produce R22(8), R22(12) and R22(14) rings, which lead to two‐dimensional chains. An extensive three‐dimensional supramolecular network of C—H...O, N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds and C—H...π interactions is responsible for crystal structure stabilization. This study is an example of the construction of a supramolecular assembly based on hydrogen bonds in mixed‐ligand metal complexes.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(NCS)2(C18H12N6)2(CH4O)2], contains a centrosymmetric octahedral MnII centre and three pairs of trans‐coordinating ligands. It is the first example of a mononuclear metal complex with the 2,4,6‐tri(4‐pyridyl)‐1,3,5‐triazine (tpt) ligand. Intermolecular π–π stacking of the planar tpt ligands, as well as hydrogen bonds between pyridyl N and methanol H atoms, results in the formation of a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [PtCl2(C5H5N)(C2H6S)], consists of discrete molecules in which the Pt‐atom coordination is slightly distorted square planar. The Cl atoms are trans to each other, with a Cl—Pt—Cl angle of 176.60 (7)°. The pyridine ligand is rotated 64.5 (2)° from the Pt square plane and one of the Pt—Cl bonds essentially bisects the C—S—C angle of the dimethyl sulfide ligand. In the crystal structure, there are extensive weak C—H⋯Cl interactions, the shortest of which connects molecules into centrosymmetric dimers. A comparison of the structural trans influence on Pt—S and Pt—N distances for PtS(CH3)2 and Pt(pyridine) fragments, respectively, in square‐planar PtII complexes is presented.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Mn(C4H2N3O)2(H2O)4]·2H2O, conventionally abbreviated [Mn(cdm)2(H2O)4]·2H2O, where cdm is carbamoyldicyanomethanide, is described. The bond lengths and distances are comparable to those previously reported for the isomorphous Ni and Co analogs. Molecular units are formed by coordination of the nitrile N atoms of two cdm anions and four water molecules to the manganese(II) cation. Although these mononuclear molecular species are connected via hydrogen bonding, no magnetic ordering was observed down to 1.55 K.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C9H13N5O2)(CH4O)](NO3)2, consists of square‐planar cationic complex units where the CuII centre is coordinated by an N,N′,O‐tridentate pyridoxal–aminoguanidine Schiff base adduct and a methanol molecule. The tridentate ligand is a zwitterion exhibiting an almost planar conformation. The dihedral angles between the mean planes of the pyridoxal ring and the six‐ and five‐membered chelate rings are all less than 2.0°. The charge on the complex cation is neutralized by two nitrate counter‐ions. Extensive N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonding connects these ionic species and leads to the formation of layers. The pyridoxal hydroxy groups are the only fragments that deviate significantly from the flat layer structure; these groups are involved in O—H...O hydrogen bonding, connecting the layers into a three‐dimensional crystal structure.  相似文献
