2‐Amino‐4‐chloro‐5‐formyl‐6‐[methyl(2‐methylphenyl)amino]pyrimidine, C13H13ClN4O, (I), and 2‐amino‐4‐chloro‐5‐formyl‐6‐[(2‐methoxyphenyl)methylamino]pyrimidine, C13H13ClN4O2, (II), are isostructural and essentially isomorphous. Although the pyrimidine rings in each compound are planar, the ring‐substituent atoms show significant displacements from this plane, and the bond distances provide evidence for polarization of the electronic structures. In each compound, a combination of N—H...N and N—H...O hydrogen bonds links the molecules into sheets built from centrosymmetric R22(8) and R66(32) rings. The significance of this study lies in its observation of the isostructural nature of (I) and (II), and in the comparison of their crystal and molecular structures with those of analogous compounds. 相似文献

The title compound, C16H9FN2S, crystallizes as a nonmerohedral twin with twin rotation about the reciprocal‐lattice vector [10]*. The molecules are nearly planar and the dihedral angle between the planes of the two aryl rings is only 4.4 (2)°. The molecules are linked by pairs of C—H...N hydrogen bonds to form cyclic centrosymmetric R22(18) dimers, which are linked into chains by an aromatic π–π stacking interaction. The title compound, C28H27N3O4S, crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P21/n, with one molecule in the asymmetric unit. In the indole ring, the dihedral angle between the fused rings is 3.6 (1)°. The phenyl ring of the sulfonyl substituent makes a dihedral angle of 79.2 (1)° with the best plane of the indole moiety. The phenyl ring of the dimethylaminophenyl group is orthogonal to the phenyl ring of the phenylsulfonyl group. The dihedral angle formed by the weighted least‐squares planes through the pyrrole ring and the phenyl ring of the dimethylaminophenyl group is 7.8 (1)°. The crystal structures of two elaborated‐porphyrin precursors have been determined. In the crystalline state, 2‐(1,3‐dithian‐2‐yl)benzaldehyde, C11H12OS2, has its dithiane ring in a slightly distorted chair conformation. The molecules pack in anti‐parallel chains. N‐{2‐[2‐(1,3‐Dioxan‐2‐yl)phenoxy]ethyl}phthalimide, C20H19NO5, is in a folded conformation. The dihedral angle between the phthalimide and phenyl planes is 80.07 (3)°. The title compound, C25H35N3O2, is a novel urea derivative. Pairs of intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds join the molecules into centrosymmetric R22(12) and R22(18) dimeric rings, which are alternately linked into one‐dimensional polymeric chains along the [010] direction. The parallel chains are connected via C—H...O hydrogen bonds to generate a two‐dimensional framework structure parallel to the (001) plane. The title compound was also modelled by solid‐state density functional theory (DFT) calculations. A comparison of the molecular conformation and hydrogen‐bond geometry obtained from the X‐ray structure analysis and the theoretical study clearly indicates that the DFT calculation agrees closely with the X‐ray structure. 相似文献

In the title compounds, C11H18N2, (II), and C13H20N2O, (III), the pyrrolidine rings have twist conformations. Compound (II) crystallizes with two independent molecules (A and B) in the asymmetric unit. The mean planes of the pyrrole and pyrrolidine rings are inclined to one another by 89.99 (11) and 89.35 (10)° in molecules A and B, respectively. In (III), the amide derivative of (II), the same dihedral angle is much smaller, at only 13.42 (10)°. In the crystal structure of (II), the individual molecules are linked via N—H...N hydrogen bonds to form inversion dimers, each with an R22(12) graph‐set motif. The synthesis of 3‐[5‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐yl]propionic acid, C19H17ClN2O3, (I), and its corresponding methyl ester, methyl 3‐[5‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐yl]propionate, C20H19ClN2O3, (II), is regiospecific. However, correct identification of the regioisomer formed by spectroscopic techniques is not trivial and single‐crystal X‐ray analysis provided the only means of unambiguous structure determination. Compound (I) crystallizes with Z′ = 2. The propionic acid groups of the two crystallographically unique molecules form a hydrogen‐bonded dimer, as is typical of carboxylic acid groups in the solid state. Conformational differences between the methoxybenzene and pyrazole rings give rise to two unique molecules. The structure of (II) features just one molecule in the asymmetric unit and the crystal packing makes greater use than (I) of weak C—H...A interactions, despite the lack of any functional groups for classical hydrogen bonding. 相似文献

In the cation of the title compound, C15H16NO+·C24H20B?, the pyridyl ring makes a dihedral angle of 14.03° with the phenyl ring. The anion has a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry and forms honeycomb‐like sheets which extend along the b axis, forming channels containing the cations. A comparison of packing energies reveals a difference between the title compound and a similar material which has non‐linear optical properties. 相似文献

The title compound, C25H44N4O5, exhibits a turn with the main chain reversing direction, held together by an intramolecular N—H?O hydrogen bond. In the urea fragment, a notable amide C—N bond between the carboxyl C and the tertiary N atom shows marked single‐bond character [1.437 (2) Å]. The dihedral angle of the β‐alanyl residue, centrally located in the turn, is gauche [69.2 (2)°]. The title compound, C18H18N4OS2, was prepared by reaction of S,S‐diethyl 2‐thenoylimidodithiocarbonate with 5‐amino‐3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1H‐pyrazole using microwave irradiation under solvent‐free conditions. In the molecule, the thiophene unit is disordered over two sets of atomic sites, with occupancies of 0.814 (4) and 0.186 (4), and the bonded distances provide evidence for polarization in the acylthiourea fragment and for aromatic type delocalization in the pyrazole ring. An intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond is present, forming an S(6) motif, and molecules are linked by N—H...O and N—H...N hydrogen bonds to form a ribbon in which centrosymmetric R22(4) rings, built from N—H...O hydrogen bonds and flanked by inversion‐related pairs of S(6) rings, alternate with centrosymmetric R22(6) rings built from N—H...N hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

New highly cytotoxic 1‐{3‐[1‐(5‐organylsilyl‐furan‐2‐yl)silinan‐1‐yl]propyl}amines and some trimethylgermyl analogues (IC50 1–7 μg mL?1) have been synthesized by a hydrosilylation reaction of aliphatic and heterocyclic N‐allylamines in the presence of Speier’s catalyst.
