In the two related polymeric title compounds, {[La2(sip)2(phen)2(H2O)3]·H2O}n [sip is the 5‐sulfonatoisophthalate trianion (C8H3O7S3−) and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline (C12H8N2)], (I), and {[La(sip)(H2O)3]·H2O}n, (II), the lanthanum(III) ions are nine‐coordinate, with similar distorted monocapped square‐antiprism coordination geometry. The two crystal structures are very different. In (I), the sip anion acts as a pentadentate ligand, one of the coordinated water molecules lies on a twofold axis and further inversion, n‐glide and translation operations generate a two‐dimensional framework. In (II), the sip anion functions as a hexadentate ligand and a three‐dimensional network with trinuclear 24‐membered rings is developed via inversion, n‐glide, twofold‐screw and translation operations. Both structures also have extensive O—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonded networks and π–π interactions.  相似文献

4‐Hydroxypyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid (chelidamic acid, hypydc[H]H2) reacts with MnCl2·2H2O in the presence of piperazine in water to afford the title complex, {[Mn3(C7H2NO5)2(H2O)8]·3H2O}n or {[Mn3(hypydc)2(H2O)8]·3H2O}n. This compound is a one‐dimensional coordination polymer, with the twofold symmetric repeat unit containing three metal centres. Two different coordination geometries are observed for the two independent MnII metal centres, viz. a distorted pentagonal bipyramid and a distorted octahedron. The 4‐oxidopyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate anions and two of the water molecules act as bridging ligands. The zigzag‐like geometry of the coordination polymer is stabilized by hydrogen bonds. O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds and water clusters consolidate the three‐dimensional network structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Na4(C8H16BO4)4(C4H10O2)]n, there are two coordination types for the four independent Na+ cations: two Na+ cations bond to six diolate O atoms [Na—O = 2.305 (2)–2.609 (2) Å], while the other two are five‐coordinate via one 1,4‐butanediol [2.289 (2) and 2.349 (3) Å] and four diolate O atoms [2.295 (2)–2.408 (2) Å]. Corresponding to this, there are three‐ and four‐coordinate diolate O atoms, the latter bridging Na atoms. The 1,4‐butanediol molecules lie on inversion centres. The boron stereochemistry shows minor local perturbations from its usual tetrahedral state [B—O = 1.457 (4)–1.503 (4) Å]. The resulting polymer packs as sheets parallel to the (10) plane crosslinked by the butanediol molecules. The structure was solved using data from a multiple crystal.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Zn(C10H8N2)(H2O)4](C6H5O4S)2·3H2O}n, the Zn atom, the bipyridine ligand and one of water molecules are located on twofold rotation axes. The Zn atom is coordinated by four O atoms from four water molecules and two N atoms from two 4,4′‐bipyridine molecules in a distorted octahedral geometry. The Zn2+ ions are linked by the 4,4′‐bipyridine molecules to form a one‐dimensional straight chain propagating along the c axis. The 4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate counter‐ions are bridged by the solvent water molecules through hydrogen bonds to generate a two‐dimensional layer featuring large pores. In the crystal packing, the intralayer pores form one‐dimensional channels along the c axis, in which the one‐dimensional [Zn(C10H8N2)(H2O)4]2+ chains are encapsulated. Electrostatic interactions between cations and anions and extensive hydrogen bonds result in a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Cu(C8H6NO4)2]·H2O}n, was prepared by the hydrothermal assembly of 5‐aminoisophthalic acid with copper nitrate. Single‐crystal X‐ray analysis shows that it has a two‐dimensional layer coordination framework, in which the unique Cu atom lies on an inversion centre and adopts a square‐planar geometry, coordinated to two N and two O atoms from symmetry‐related ligands. The water molecule lies on a twofold axis and there are hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the layers.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, {[Tm(C8H3O7S)(H2O)5]·1.5C10H8N2·0.5H2O}n, is built up from two [Tm(SIP)(H2O)5] molecules (SIP3− is 5‐sulfonatobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate), three 4,4′‐bipyridyl (bpy) molecules and one solvent water molecule. One of the bpy molecules and the solvent water molecule are located on an inversion centre and a twofold rotation axis, respectively. The TmIII ion coordination is composed of four carboxylate O atoms from two trianionic SIP3− ligands and five coordinated water molecules. The Tm3+ ions are linked by the SIP3− ligands to form a one‐dimensional zigzag chain propagating along the c axis. The chains are linked by interchain O—H...O hydrogen bonds to generate a two‐dimensional layered structure. The bpy molecules are not involved in coordination but are linked by O—H...N hydrogen bonds to form two‐dimensional layers. The two‐dimensional layers are further bridged by the bpy molecules as pillars and the solvent water molecules through hydrogen bonds, giving a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. π–π stacking interactions between the parallel aromatic rings, arranged in an offset fashion with a face‐to‐face distance of 3.566 (1) Å, are observed in the crystal packing.  相似文献

The title complexes, hexaaquacobalt(II) bis(μ‐pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)bis[(pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)bismuthate(III)] dihydrate, [Co(H2O)6][Bi2(C7H4NO4)4]·2H2O, (I), and hexaaquanickel(II) bis(μ‐pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)bis[(pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)bismuthate(III)] dihydrate, [Ni(H2O)6][Bi2(C7H4NO4)4]·2H2O, (II), are isomorphous and crystallize in the triclinic space group P. The transition metal ions are located on the inversion centre and adopt slightly distorted MO6 (M = Co or Ni) octahedral geometries. Two [Bi(pydc)2] units (pydc is pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate) are linked via bridging carboxylate groups into centrosymmetric [Bi2(pydc)4]2− dianions. The crystal packing reveals that the [M(H2O)6]2+ cations, [Bi2(pydc)4]2− anions and solvent water molecules form multiple hydrogen bonds to generate a supramolecular three‐dimensional network. The formation of secondary Bi...O bonds between adjacent [Bi2(pydc)4]2− dimers provides an additional supramolecular synthon that directs and facilitates the crystal packing of both (I) and (II).  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of Cd(CH3COO)2·2H2O, 4,4′‐bipyridyl and 2‐sulfobenzoic acid produced the title compound, {[Cd2(C7H4O5S)2(C10H8N2)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, which forms a two‐dimensional coordination polymer, the sheets of which are linked via hydrogen bonds. Two different types of Cd atoms are present, one lying on a twofold rotation axis and the other on a centre of inversion. Similarly, there are two types of bipyridyl ligand present, one lying across a twofold rotation axis and the other across a centre of inversion.  相似文献

For charge balance in the title compound, (H5O2)(C3H7N6)3[Mn(C7H3NO4)2]2(OH)·C7H5NO4·5H2O, it is assumed that the metal atom site is disordered MnII/MnIII, probably due to partial air oxidation of the starting MnII species. The formula unit of the complex contains a hydroxonium hydrate cation, H5O2+, also known as the Zundel cation, with twofold symmetry. The O...O [2.445 (10) Å] and O...H distances [1.24 (2) Å] in the H5O2+ cation indicate a strong hydrogen bond. In addition, there is a hydroxide ion that is disordered with respect to a twofold rotation axis. One of the melaminium groups and the pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate (pydc) ligand also reside on crystallographic twofold axes. The coordination environment of the Mn ion is distorted octahedral. Three intermolecular C=O...π interactions are observed, with distances of 3.536 (4), 3.262 (4) and 3.750 (4) Å between carboxylate C=O groups and the centroids of the aromatic rings of pydc and melaminium. There are numerous O—H...O, O—H...N, N—H...O, N—H...N and C—H...O hydrogen bonds. Most of the components of the structure are organized into one plane.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Zn2(SO3)2(C10H8N2)]·H2O}n, is a two‐dimensional polymer built up of a [ZnSO3]n chain evolving around a 21 axis and interconnected by a 4,4′‐bipyridine spacer. The resulting two‐dimensional structures are linked, in turn, by hydrogen bonding mediated by the solvent water molecule. The organic ligand lies on a centre of symmetry located on the mid‐point of the bond between the rings, while the solvent water molecule is halved by a twofold axis passing through the O atom.  相似文献

The title compound, [Na(C8H20BO4)]n, has twofold crystallographic symmetry, with the Na+ cations bound by four O atoms [Na—O = 2.251 (3) Å]. The tetraethoxyborate anion acts as a bridging ligand to form one‐dimensional polymers running along the twofold crystal axis. The crystal was treated as a racemic twin.  相似文献

The title compounds, [Cu(CHO2)2(C10H8N2)]n, (I), and {[Cu(C10H4O5)(C12H12N2)(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, (II), are composed of one‐dimensional linear coordination polymers involving copper(II) ions and bidentate bipyridyl species. In (I), the polymeric chains are located on twofold rotation axes at (x, x, 0) and are arranged in layered zones centered at z = 0, , ½ and parallel to the ab plane of the tetragonal crystal. Weak coordination of the formate anions of one layer to the copper centers of neighboring layers imparts a three‐dimensional connectivity to this structure. In (II), the polymeric chains propagate parallel to the a axis of the crystal. Noncoordinated water molecules link the chains through O—H...O hydrogen bonding in directions perpendicular to c, imparting to the entire structure three‐dimensional connectivity. The metal ions adopt distorted octahedral and square‐based pyramidal environments in (I) and (II), respectively. This study indicates that, under the given conditions, extended coordination involves CuII centers associating with the bipyridyl ligands rather than with the competing benzofurandicarboxylate entities.  相似文献

In poly[[bis(μ‐4,4′‐bi‐1H‐pyrazole‐κ2N2:N2′)bis(3‐carboxyadamantane‐1‐carboxylato‐κO1)cobalt(II)] dihydrate], {[Co(C12H15O4)2(C6H6N4)2]·2H2O}n, (I), the Co2+ cation lies on an inversion centre and the 4,4′‐bipyrazole (4,4′‐bpz) ligands are also situated across centres of inversion. In its non‐isomorphous cadmium analogue, {[Cd(C12H15O4)2(C6H6N4)2]·2H2O}n, (II), the Cd2+ cation lies on a twofold axis. In both compounds, the metal cations adopt an octahedral coordination, with four pyrazole N atoms in the equatorial plane [Co—N = 2.156 (2) and 2.162 (2) Å; Cd—N = 2.298 (2) and 2.321 (2) Å] and two axial carboxylate O atoms [Co—O = 2.1547 (18) Å and Cd—O = 2.347 (2) Å]. In both structures, interligand hydrogen bonding [N...O = 2.682 (3)–2.819 (3) Å] is essential for stabilization of the MN4O2 environment with its unusually high (for bulky adamantanecarboxylates) number of coordinated N‐donor co‐ligands. The compounds adopt two‐dimensional coordination connectivities and exist as square‐grid [M(4,4′‐bpz)2]n networks accommodating monodentate carboxylate ligands. The interlayer linkage is provided by hydrogen bonds from the carboxylic acid groups via the solvent water molecules [O...O = 2.565 (3) and 2.616 (3) Å] to the carboxylate groups in the next layer [O...O = 2.717 (3)–2.841 (3) Å], thereby extending the structures in the third dimension.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[K2Ni(C5O5)2(H2O)2]·4H2O}n, the Ni atom lies on an inversion centre. Two inversion‐related croconate [4,5‐dihydroxy‐4‐cyclopentene‐1,2,3‐trionate(2−)] ligands and an NiII ion form a near‐planar symmetrical [Ni(C5O5)2]2− moiety. The near‐square coordination centre of the moiety is then extended to an octahedral core by vertically bonding two water molecules in the [Ni(C5O5)2(H2O)2]2− coordination anion. The crystal structure is characterized by a three‐dimensional network, involving strong K⋯O⋯K binding, K⋯O—Ni binding and hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

The title 3‐nitrophthalate–calcium coordination polymer, {[Ca(C8H3NO6)(H2O)2]·H2O}n, crystallizes as a one‐dimensional framework. The CaII centre has a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry, being seven‐coordinated by five O atoms from three different 3‐nitrophthalate groups and by two water molecules, resulting in a one‐dimensional zigzag chain along the a‐axis direction by the interconnection of the four O atoms from the two carboxylate groups. There is a D3 water cluster composed of the coordinated and the solvent water molecules within such chains. Adjacent chains are aggregated into two‐dimensional layers via hydrogen bonds in the c‐axis direction. The whole three‐dimensional structure is further stabilized by weak O—H...O hydrogen bonds between the O atoms of the nitro group and the water molecules.  相似文献

The structures of five metal complexes containing the 4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylate dianion illustrate the remarkable coordinating versatility of this ligand and the great structural diversity of its complexes. In tetraaquaberyllium 4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylate, [Be(H2O)4](C7H2O6), (I), the ions are linked by eight independent O—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded framework structure. Each of the ions in hydrazinium(2+) diaqua(4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)calcate, (N2H6)[Ca(C7H2O6)2(H2O)2], (II), lies on a twofold rotation axis in the space group P2/c; the anions form hydrogen‐bonded sheets which are linked into a three‐dimensional framework by the cations. In bis(μ‐4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)bis[tetraaquamanganese(II)] tetrahydrate, [Mn2(C7H2O6)2(H2O)8]·4H2O, (III), the metal ions and the organic ligands form a cyclic centrosymmetric Mn2(C7H2O6)2 unit, and these units are linked into a complex three‐dimensional framework structure containing 12 independent O—H...O hydrogen bonds. There are two independent CuII ions in tetraaqua(4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)copper(II), [Cu(C7H2O6)(H2O)4], (IV), and both lie on centres of inversion in the space group P; the metal ions and the organic ligands form a one‐dimensional coordination polymer, and the polymer chains are linked into a three‐dimensional framework containing eight independent O—H...O hydrogen bonds. Diaqua(4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)cadmium monohydrate, [Cd(C7H2O6)(H2O)2]·H2O, (V), forms a three‐dimensional coordination polymer in which the organic ligand is coordinated to four different Cd sites, and this polymer is interwoven with a complex three‐dimensional framework built from O—H...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title complex, {[Cu3(C2H3O2)2(OH)2(H2O)4](C10H6O6S2)}n, is built of infinite polymeric cationic {[Cu3(C2H3O2)2(H2O)4(OH)2]2+}n chains stretching along the a axis, with naphthalene‐1,5‐disulfonate (1,5‐nds) anions in between. One independent CuII cation and the 1,5‐nds anion occupy special positions on crystallographic inversion centres. Each CuII cation has an octahedral coordination environment formed by two carboxyl O atoms, two hydroxo O atoms and two water molecules. The carboxylate and hydroxo groups perform a bridging function, linking adjacent Cu atoms in the chain, with a shortest Cu⋯Cu distance of 2.990 (3) Å. The chains are further linked into a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework via hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the sulfonate groups of the 1,5‐nds dianions.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Ce(C2H6OS)6(H2O)2][NaMo8O26]}n, contains an infinite chain of β‐octamolybdate moieties linked by Na+ ions, and further linked into a two‐dimensional network by [Ce(DMSO)6(H2O)2]3+ (DMSO is dimethyl sulfoxide) groups via hydrogen‐bond interactions. The Ce and Na atoms are located on a twofold axis and an inversion centre, respectively.  相似文献

The crystal structures of rare‐earth diaryl‐ or dialkylphosphate derivatives are poorly explored. Crystals of bis[bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)phosphato‐κO ]chloridotetrakis(methanol‐κO )neodymium methanol disolvate, [Nd(C24H34O4P)Cl(CH4O)4]·2CH3OH, (1), and of the lutetium, [Lu(C24H34O4P)Cl(CH4O)4]·2CH3OH, (2), and yttrium, [Y(C24H34O4P)Cl(CH4O)4]·2CH3OH, (3), analogues have been obtained by reactions between lithium bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)phosphate and LnCl3(H2O)6 (in a 2:1 ratio) in methanol. Compounds (1)–(3) crystallize in the C 2/c space group. Their crystal structures are isomorphous. The molecule possesses C 2 symmetry with a twofold crystallographic axis passing through the Ln and Cl atoms. The bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)phosphate ligands all display a κ1O‐monodentate coordination mode. The coordination polyhedron for the metal atom [coordination number (CN) = 7] is a distorted pentagonal bipyramid. Each [Ln{O2P(O‐2,6‐iPr2C6H3)2}2Cl(CH3OH)4] molecular unit exhibits two intramolecular O—H…O hydrogen bonds, forming six‐membered rings, and two intramolecular O—H…Cl interactions, forming four‐membered rings. Intermolecular O—H…O hydrogen bonds connect each unit via four noncoordinating methanol molecules with four other units, forming a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond network. Crystals of bis[bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)phosphato‐κO ]tetrakis(methanol‐κO )(nitrato‐κ2O ,O ′)neodymium methanol disolvate, [Nd(C24H34O4P)(NO3)(CH4O)4]·2CH3OH, (4), have been obtained in an analogous manner from NdCl3(H2O)6. Compound (4) also crystalizes in the C 2/c space group. Its crystal structure is similar to those of (1)–(3). The κ2O ,O ′‐bidentate nitrate anion is disordered over a twofold axis, being located nearly on it. Half of the molecule is crystallographically unique (CNNd = 8). Unlike (1)–(3), complex (4) exhibits disorder of all three methanol molecules, one isopropyl group of the phosphate ligand and the NO3 ligand. The structure of (4) displays intra‐ and intermolecular O—H…O hydrogen bonds similar to those in (1)–(3). Compounds (1)–(4) represent the first reported mononuclear bis[bis(diaryl/dialkyl)phosphate] rare‐earth complexes.  相似文献

In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献
