The crystal structure of the title complex, {[Cu3(C2H3O2)2(OH)2(H2O)4](C10H6O6S2)}n, is built of infinite polymeric cationic {[Cu3(C2H3O2)2(H2O)4(OH)2]2+}n chains stretching along the a axis, with naphthalene‐1,5‐disulfonate (1,5‐nds) anions in between. One independent CuII cation and the 1,5‐nds anion occupy special positions on crystallographic inversion centres. Each CuII cation has an octahedral coordination environment formed by two carboxyl O atoms, two hydroxo O atoms and two water molecules. The carboxylate and hydroxo groups perform a bridging function, linking adjacent Cu atoms in the chain, with a shortest Cu⋯Cu distance of 2.990 (3) Å. The chains are further linked into a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework via hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the sulfonate groups of the 1,5‐nds dianions. 相似文献

The title complex, [CuCl(C4H8OS)]n, contains infinite spiral (CuS)n chains linked by bridging Cl atoms into layers. The Cl atoms do not form polymeric fragments with CuI, but combine into isolated centrosymmetric Cu2Cl2 units. The compound is non‐isomorphous with the Br‐containing analogue, which contains Cu8S8 rings linked by Br atoms into chains. The O atom of the 1,4‐oxathiane molecule does not realize its coordination abilities in the known copper(I)–halide complexes, while in copper(II)–halide complexes, oxathiane is coordinated via the S and O atoms. This falls into a pattern of the preferred interactions, viz. weak acid (CuI atom) with weak base (S atom) and harder acid (CuII atom) with harder base (O atom). 相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, {[Cu(C4O4)(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, consists of one pyridine‐4‐carboxamide (isonicotinamide or ina) ligand, one‐half of a squarate dianion, a coordinated aqua ligand and a solvent water molecule. Both the CuII and the squarate ions are located on inversion centers. The CuII ions are octahedrally surrounded by four O atoms of two water molecules and two squarate anions, and by two N atoms of the isonicotinamide ligands. The crystal structure contains chains of squarate‐1,3‐bridged CuII ions. These chains are held together by N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O intermolecular hydrogen‐bond interactions, forming an extensive three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

The three title compounds, namely 4‐phenyl‐1H‐imidazolium hexa‐μ2‐chloro‐chloro‐μ4‐oxo‐tris(4‐phenyl‐1H‐imidazole‐κN1)tetracopper(II) monohydrate, (C9H9N2)[Cu4Cl7O(C9H8N2)3]·H2O, hexa‐μ2‐chloro‐μ4‐oxo‐tetrakis(pyridine N‐oxide‐κO)tetracopper(II), [Cu4Cl6O(C5H5NO)4], and hexa‐μ2‐chloro‐tetrakis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazole‐κN1)‐μ4‐oxo‐tetracopper(II) methanol trisolvate, [Cu4Cl6O(C4H6N2)4]·3CH4O, exhibit the same Cu4OCl6 framework, where the O atom at the centre of an almost regular tetrahedron bridges four copper cations at the corners. This group is in turn surrounded by a Cl6 octahedron, leading to a rather globular species. This special arrangement of the CuII cations results in a diversity of magnetic behaviours. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C10H4O8)(C12H8N2)]n, the CuII cation has a four‐coordination environment completed by two N atoms from one 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) ligand and two O atoms belonging to two dihydrogen benzene‐1,2,4,5‐tetracarboxylate anions (H2TCB2−). There is a twofold axis passing through the CuII cation and the centre of the phen ligand. The [Cu(phen)]2+ moieties are bridged by H2TCB2− anions to form an infinite one‐dimensional coordination polymer with a zigzag chain structure along the c axis. A double‐chain structure is formed by hydrogen bonds between adjacent zigzag chains. Furthermore, there are π–π stacking interactions between the phen ligands, with an average distance of 3.64 Å, resulting in a two‐dimensional network structure. 相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of an aqueous solution of Cu(CH3COO)2·H2O, 1,2,4,5‐benzenetetracarboxylic acid and 4,4′‐bipyridine gave rise to the interesting title three‐dimensional polymer {[Cu6(btec)3(4,4′‐bpy)3(H2O)2]·2H2O}n (btec is 1,2,4,5‐benzenetetracarboxylate, C10H2O84−, and 4,4′‐bpy is 4,4′‐bipyridine, C10H8N2), in which each btec ligand links six copper(II) cations into a lamellar [Cu6(btec)3(H2O)2]n subpolymer framework. There are two distinct diamine units and two distinct carboxylate units, with one of each lying across an inversion centre. 相似文献

In the structure of the title compound, [CuBr(C6H8N2)]n, each Cu2+ cation is surrounded by two 2,3‐dimethylpyrazine ligands and two Br? anions in a distorted tetrahedral arrangement. The Cu2+ cations and Br? anions form (Cu2Br2)2 rhomboid dimers located around a centre of inversion. The 2,3‐dimethylpyrazine ligands connect the Cu2+ cations in the dimers into sheets parallel to (010). 相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu2(C6H8O4)(C6H9O4)2(C10H8N2)2(H2O)2]n, the square‐pyramidally coordinated Cu atoms are bridged by both 4,4‐bipyridine and adipate ligands into ladder‐like chains, with exo‐orientated 5‐carboxypentanoate ligands pendant from both side rails. Half of the adipate ligand is related to the other half by inversion symmetry. Interchain O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds from the aqua ligands to the carbonyl O atoms of the 5‐carboxypentanoate ligands are responsible for the formation of two‐dimensional grid‐like (4,4)‐networks, which complete a twofold interpenetration. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C14H18O4)(H2O)]n, each CuII atom bonds to four O atoms of four adamantanediacetate (ada) ligands in equatorial positions and an O atom from a water molecule in the apical position. Two adjacent CuII atoms form a paddle‐wheel unit with four ada ligands. The distance between the two Cu atoms is 2.5977 (3) Å. A crystallographic inversion center is located at the center of the Cu–Cu core. Each Cu2(ada)4 paddle‐wheel further bonds to four adjacent identical paddle‐wheel units, generating a two‐dimensional layered structure of Cu(ada)(H2O) with a 44 topology. 相似文献

In the title complex, [Cu2(C10H2O8)(C10H8N2)2]n, the CuII cation has a four‐coordinated environment, completed by two carboxyl O atoms belonging to two 1,2,4,5‐benzenetetracarboxylate anions (TCB4−) and two N atoms from one 2,2′‐bipyridine (2,2′‐bipy) ligand, forming a distorted square‐planar geometry. The [Cu(2,2′‐bipy)]2+ moieties are bridged by TCB4− anions, which lie about inversion centres, forming an infinite one‐dimensional coordination polymer with a double‐chain structure along the a axis. A two‐dimensional network structure is formed via a face‐to‐face π–π interaction between the 2,2′‐bipy rings belonging to two adjacent double chains, at a distance of approximately 3.56 Å. 相似文献

The title compound, [Cu3(C3H5O2)6(C6H7NO)4]n, is composed of polymeric chains formed by alternating centrosymmetric Cu2(μ‐CH3CH2CO2)4 and Cu(C3H5O2)2(C6H7NO)2 units. These elemental units are linked by two bridging 3‐pyridylmethanol (3PM) ligands. The Cu2(μ‐CH3CH2CO2)4 group presents a centrosymmetric tetrabridged structure with four syn–syn bridging propionate ligands to which two 3PM molecules are bonded (through N), occupying the apical positions of each square‐pyramidal polyhedron around the CuII ions. The remaining mononuclear group is centred around a third CuII ion, which lies on a symmetry centre and is bound to two monodentate propionate groups (through O), two monodentate 3PM molecules (through N) and two bridging 3PM molecules (through O), thus completing a square‐bipyramidal CuO2N2O2 coordination. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, (H3O)[Cu2(C4H8NO2)2Cl3(H2O)2], contains two CuII ions bridged by the carboxylate group of a dimethylglycinate ion in an anti–anti configuration. The CuII atoms both have an approximately square‐pyramidal conformation geometry and are 5.977 (2) Å apart. The two dimethylglycinate ligands have similar conformations, although they play different roles in the structure. A weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the two copper ions could be inferred from the magnetic susceptibility measurements. 相似文献

The title dinuclear CuII complex, [Cu2(C7H8NO2)2(C7H9NO2)2](CH3COO)2, has been synthesized by the reaction of Cu(CH3COO)2·H2O with pdmH2 (pdmH2 is pyridine‐2,6‐diyldimethanol) in the presence of tetrabutylammonium hydroxide. The title complex contains a centrosymmetric Cu2O2 core and each CuII atom has distorted octahedral geometry. Molecular [Cu2(pdmH)2(pdmH2)]2+ cations are connected by hydrogen bonds involving the CH3COO− anions, forming one‐dimensional chains along the a axis. 相似文献

The CuI cations in the title compound, [Cu(NCS)(C6H6N2O)2]n, are coordinated by N atoms from each of two mirror‐related nicotinamide ligands, as well as by one N atom of one thiocyanate ligand and one S atom of a symmetry‐related thiocyanate ligand, within a slightly distorted tetrahedron. The CuI cations and the thiocyanate anions are located on a crystallographic mirror plane and the nicotinamide ligands occupy general positions. The CuI cations are connected by the thiocyanate anions to form chains in the direction of the crystallographic a axis. These chains are connected by hydrogen bonds between the amide H atoms and the O atoms of adjacent nicotinamide ligands, to give a three‐dimensional structure. 相似文献

Crystals of the title compound, [Cu2(C10H9NO3)2(H2O)2]·2CH4N2O, consist of two (N‐salicylidene‐β‐alaninato‐κ3O,N,O′)copper(II) coordination units bridged by two water moieties to form a dimer residing on a crystallographic inversion center, along with two uncoordinated urea molecules. The CuII atom has square‐pyramidal coordination, with three donor atoms of the tridentate Schiff base and an O atom of the bridging aqua ligand in the basal plane. The axial position is occupied by the second bridging water ligand at a distance of 2.5941 (18) Å. Hydrogen bonds between molecules of urea and the neighboring dimer units lead to the formation of a two‐dimensional grid of molecules parallel to [101]. The superposition of the normals of the pyramidal base planes in the direction [100] indicates possible π–π interactions between the neighboring units. 相似文献

The crystal structures of tris(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H8NO)3], (I), and aquabis(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)copper(II), [Cu(C10H8NO)2(H2O)], (II), have been determined. Compound (I) has a distorted octahedral configuration, in which the central Fe atom is coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three 2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olate ligands. The three Fe—O bond distances are in the range 1.934 (2)–1.947 (2) Å, while the three Fe—N bond distances range from 2.204 (2) to 2.405 (2) Å. In compound (II), the central CuII atom and H2O group lie on the crystallographic twofold axis and the coordination geometry of the CuII atom is close to trigonal bipyramidal, with the three O atoms in the basal plane and the two N atoms in apical positions. The Cu—N bond length is 2.018 (5) Å. The Cu—O bond length in the basal positions is 1.991 (4) Å, while the Cu—O bond length in the apical position is 2.273 (6) Å. There is an intermolecular OW—H?O hydrogen bond which links the molecules into a linear chain along the b axis. 相似文献

The title polymeric ladder complex, {[Cu2(C7H6NO2)2(C10H8N2)3(H2O)2](NO3)2·4H2O}n, has been synthesized and spectroscopically characterized. The polymeric nature of the compound involves two non‐equivalent 4,4′‐bipyridyl ligands acting as almost orthogonal bridges joining the metal coordination Jahn–Teller‐distorted octahedra, and forming ladders packed under the influence of hydrogen bonds involving the uncoordinated amino group of the p‐aminobenzoate ligand, the NO3− anion and the water molecules. 相似文献

The present structure determination of di‐μ‐hydroxo‐bis{[N,N′‐bis(dipiperidinomethylene)propane‐1,3‐diamine‐κ2N,N′]copper(II)} bis(hexafluorophosphate), [Cu2(OH)2(C25H46N6)2](PF6)2, is the first to crystallographically characterize a Cu2(μ‐OH)2 complex with a bidentate guanidine ligand. The cation lies on a crystallographic inversion centre and shows planar fourfold coordination of the copper centres. The Cu2(μ‐OH)2 species can be distinguished from Cu2(μ‐O)2 by the Cu—O bond lengths. The packing is determined by strong intermolecular anion–cation hydrogen bonds. 相似文献
