Reaction of [Mn2(CO)10] with 2‐mercapto‐1‐methylimidazole in the presence of Me3NO at 25 °C afforded two new dimanganese complexes [Mn2(CO)6(μ‐SN2C4H5)2] ( 1 ) and [Mn2(CO)7(μ‐SN2C4H5)2] ( 2 ). Compound 1 consists of two μ‐SN2C4H5 ligands, each bound through the sulfur atom to two Mn atoms and through the nitrogen atom to one Mn atom forming a four‐membered chelate ring. Compound 2 was found to consist of one μ‐SN2C4H5 ligand in a similar bonding mode to 1 but another μ‐SN2C4H5 ligand coordinates through the sulfur atom to one Mn atom and through the nitrogen atom to another Mn atom. Compound 1 was also obtained as the only product from the reaction of [Mn2(CO)8(NCMe)2] with 2‐mercapto‐1‐methylimidazole. In contrast, a similar reaction of [Re2(CO)8(NCMe)2] with 2‐mercapto‐1‐methylimidazole led to the formation of the di‐, tri‐, and tetranuclear complexes [Re3(CO)8(μ‐CO)(μ3‐SN2C4H5)2(μ‐H)] ( 3 ), [Re4(CO)12(μ‐SN2C4H5)4] ( 4 ), and [Re2(CO)6(μ‐SN2C4H5)2] ( 5 ). Compound 3 provides a unique example of a hydrido trirhenium compound. The reaction of [Cr(CO)3(NCMe)3] and [Mo(CO)3(NCMe)3] with 1 in refluxing THF afforded the mixed metal complexes [CrMn2(CO)8(μ‐CO)2(μ3‐SN2C4H5)2] ( 6 ) and [MoMn2(CO)8(μ‐CO)2(μ3‐SN2C4H5)2] ( 7 ), respectively, in which two Mn–M (M = Mo, Cr) bonds were formed. In contrast, a similar treatment of [W(CO)3(NCMe)3] with 1 yielded two W‐Mn complexes [Mn2W(CO)8(μ‐CO)2(μ3‐SN2C4H5)2] ( 8 ) and [Mn2W(CO)7(μ‐CO)2(SN2C4H5)(μ3‐SN2C4H5)2] ( 9 ). Treatment of 1 with [Fe3(CO)12] at 70‐75 °C afforded the trinuclear mixed‐metal complex [FeMn2(CO)8(μ‐CO)(μ3‐SN2C4H5)2] ( 10 ) and the diiron side product [Fe2(CO)6(μ‐S2N2C4H5)2] ( 11 ). Compounds 6 ‐ 10 have a bent open structure of three metal atoms linked by two metal‐metal bonds and all, except 9 and 10 , contain a noncrystallographic two‐fold axis of symmetry. Compound 9 is structurally similar to 8 , but it contains a SN2C4H6 ligand, mono coordinated through the exocyclic sulfur atom to the W atom and a Mn–Mn bond instead of a Mn–W bond. Compound 11 comprises two bridging S2N2C4H5 ligands, which arise from the coupling of 2‐mercapto‐1‐methylimidazole with sulfur.  相似文献

The conformational isomers endo‐ and exo‐[Mo{η3‐C3H4(CH3)}(η2‐pyS)(CO)(η2‐diphos)] (diphos: dppm = {bis(diphenylphosphino)methane}, 2 ; dppe = {1,2‐bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane}, 3 ) are prepared by reacting the double‐bridged pyridine‐2‐thionate (pyS) complex [Mo{η3‐C3H4(CH3)}(CO)2]212:μ‐pyS)2, 1 with diphos in refluxing acetonitrile. Stereoselectivity of the methallyl, C3H4(CH3), ligand improves the formation of the exo‐conformation of 2 and 3 . Orientations and spectroscopy of these complexes are discussed.  相似文献

The 1‐azonia‐2‐boratanaphthalenes (NH)(BX)C8H6 can be synthesized from 2‐aminostyrene and the dihaloboranes XBHal2 ( 1 ‐ 4 : X = Cl, Br, iPr, tBu). Further derivatives (NH)(BX)C8H6 are obtained from 1 by replacing Cl by alkoxy or alkyl groups [ 5 ‐ 8 : X = OMe, OtBu, Me, (CH2)3NMe2]. The hydrolysis of 1 gives a mixture of the bis(azoniaboratanaphthyl) oxide [(NH)BC8H6]2O ( 9 ) and the hydroxy derivative (NH)[B(OH)]C8H6 ( 10 ). The diboryl oxide 9 crystallizes in the space group C2/c. The lithiation of 4 at the nitrogen atom gives [NLi(tmen)](BtBu)C8H6 ( 11 ), which upon reaction with the diborane(4) B2Cl2(NMe2)2 yields the 1, 2‐bis(azoniaboratanaphthyl)diborane B2[N(BtBu)C8H6]2(NMe2)2 ( 12 ). The 2‐chloro‐1‐methyl‐4‐phenyl derivative (NMe)(BCl)C8H5Ph ( 13 ) of the parent (NH)(BH)C8H6 can be synthesized from the aminoborane BCl2(NMePh) and phenylethyne. Substitution of Cl in 13 gives the derivatives (NMe)(BX)C8H5Ph [ 14 ‐ 20 : X = N(SiMe3)2, Me, Et, iBu, tBu, CH2SiMe3, Ph] and the reaction of 13 with Li2O affords the bis(azoniaboratanaphthyl) oxide [(NMe)BC8H5Ph]2O ( 21 ). The reaction of 16 or 19 with [(MeCN)3Cr(CO)3] yields the complexes [{(NMe)(BX)C8H5Ph}Cr(CO)3] ( 22 , 23 : X = Et, CH2SiMe3), in which the chromium atom is hexahapto bound to the homoarene part of 16 or 19 , respectively. The complex 23 crystallizes in the space group P21/c. Upon reaction of the phenols para‐C6H4R(OH) with the aryldichloroboranes ArBCl2 and subsequent condensation of the products with phenylethyne, the 1‐oxonia‐2‐boratanaphthalenes O(BAr)C8H4RPh with R in position 6 and Ph in position 4 are formed ( 24 ‐ 26 : Ar = Ph, R = H, Me, OMe; 27 ‐ 29 : Ar = C6F5, R = H, Me, OMe). The azoniaboratanaphthalenes 1 ‐ 23 were characterized by NMR methods.  相似文献

Syntheses and Crystal Structures of [μ‐(Me3SiCH2Sb)5–Sb1,Sb3–{W(CO)5}2] and [{(Me3Si)2CHSb}3Fe(CO)4] – Two Cyclic Complexes with Antimony Ligands cyclo‐(Me3SiCH2Sb)5 reacts with [(THF)W(CO)5] (THF = tetrahydrofuran) to form cyclo‐[μ‐(Me3SiCH2Sb)5–Sb1,Sb3–{W(CO)5}2] ( 1 ). The heterocycle cyclo‐ [{(Me3Si)2CHSb}3Fe(CO)4] ( 2 ) is formed by an insertion reaction of cyclo‐[(Me3Si)2CHSb]3 and [Fe2(CO)9]. The crystal structures of 1 and 2 are reported.  相似文献

The bis‐phosphonio‐1, 2, 4‐diazaphospholide salt ( 1 [Cl]) reacts with complex boron hydrides under selective extrusion of one PPh3 moiety to give borane adducts of a novel zwitterionic phosphonio‐1, 2, 4‐diazaphospholide. Both the Et3B adduct 2b and the free zwitterionic heterocycle 3 , which was liberated by further reaction of 2b with NEt3, were characterized by spectroscopic data and 2b , as well, by a single crystal X‐ray diffraction study. The comparison of the structural data with those of a neutral 1, 2, 4‐diazaphosphole and a lithium‐1, 2, 4‐diazaphospholide which was formed by deprotonation of the parent 1, 2, 4‐diazaphosphole 4a discloses trends in endocyclic bonding distances which can be rationalized in terms of a charge dependent shift in the π‐electron distribution. First studies of the co‐ordination properties reveal for both 2b and 4a a marked preference to bind two M(CO)5‐fragments (M = Cr, W) via the lone‐pairs of the phosphorus and one nitrogen atom; mononuclear complexes with P‐co‐ordinated heterocycles are formed as intermediates. A single crystal X‐ray diffraction study of the dinuclear complex [Cr2(CO)102‐C2H3N2P‐κP, κN)] ( 10a ) together with spectroscopic studies (including 183W NMR studies of tungsten complexes) suggests that M→L back donation is more efficient for P‐ than for N‐bound metal fragments. No evidence for π‐co‐ordination of the 1, 2, 4‐diazaphosphole ring to a Cr(CO)3 fragment was obtained.  相似文献

Synthesis, Structure, and Reactivity of η1‐ and η3‐Allyl Rhenium Carbonyls In (η3‐C3H5)Re(CO)4 one CO ligand can be substituted by PPh3, pyridine, isocyanide and benzonitrile. With 1,2‐bis(diphenylphosphino)ethylene, 1,1′‐bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene and 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethane dinuclear ligand bridged complexes are obtained. The η3‐η1 conversion of the allyl ligand occurs on reaction of (η3‐C3H5)Re(CO)4 with the bidendate ligands 1,2‐bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane and 1,3‐bis(diphenylphosphino)propane and with 2,2′‐bipyridine (L–L) which gives the complexes (η1‐C3H5)Re(CO)3(L–L). By reaction of (η3‐C3H5)Re(CO)4 with bis(diphenylphosphino)methane the allyl group is protonated and under elemination of propene the complex (OC)3Re(Ph2PCHPPh2)(η1‐Ph2PCH2PPh2) ( 19 ) with a diphosphinomethanide ligand is formed. On heating solutions of (η3‐C3H5)Re(CO)4 and (η3‐C3H5)Re(CO)3(CN‐2,5‐Me2C6H3) ( 5 ) in methanol the methoxy bridged compounds Re4(CO)12(OH)(OMe)3 and Re2(CO)4(CN‐2,5‐Me2C6H3)4(μ‐OMe)2 ( 20 ) were isolated. The crystal structures of (η3‐C3H5)Re(CO)3(CNCH2SiMe3) ( 4 ), [(η3‐C3H5)(OC)3Re]2‐ (μ‐bis‐(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene) ( 8 ), (η1‐C3H5)Re(CO)3‐ (bpy) ( 14 ), of 19 , 20 and of (OC)3Re‐[Ph2P(CH2)3PPh2]Cl ( 16 ) were determined by X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

Reduction of neutral metal clusters (Co4(CO)12, Ru3(CO)12, Fe3(CO)12, Ir4(CO)12, Rh6(CO)16, {CpMo(CO)3}2, {Mn(CO)5}2) by decamethylchromocene (Cp*2Cr) or sodium fluorenone ketyl in the presence of cryptand[2.2.2] and DB‐18‐crown‐6 was studied. Nine new salts with paramagnetic Cp*2Cr+, cryptand[2.2.2](Na+), and DB‐18‐crown‐6(Na+) cations and [Co6(CO)15]2– ( 1 , 2 ), [Ru6(CO)18]2– ( 3 – 4 ) dianions, [Rh11(CO)23]3– ( 6 ) trianions, and new [Ir8(CO)18]2– ( 5 ) dianions were obtained and structurally characterized. The increase of nuclearity of clusters under reduction was shown. Fe3(CO)12 preserves the Fe3 core under reduction forming the [Fe3(CO)11]2– dianions in 7 . The [CpMo(CO)3]2 and [Mn(CO)5]2 dimers dissociate under reduction forming mononuclear [CpMo(CO)3] ( 8 ) and [Mn(CO)5] ( 9 ) anions. In all anions the increase of negative charge on metal atoms shifts the bands attributed to carbonyl C–O stretching vibrations to smaller wavenumbers in agreement with the elongation of the C–O bonds in 1 – 9 . In contrast, the M–C(CO) bonds are noticeably shortened at the reduction. Magnetic susceptibility of the salts with Cp*2Cr+ is defined by high spin Cp*2Cr+ (S = 3/2) species, whereas all obtained anionic metal clusters and mononuclear anions are diamagnetic. Rather weak magnetic coupling between S = 3/2 spins is observed with Weiss temperature from –1 to –11 K. That is explained by rather long distances between Cp*2Cr+ and the absence of effective π–π interaction between them except compound 7 showing the largest Weiss temperature of –11 K. The {DB‐18‐crown‐6(Na+)}2[Co6(CO)15]2– units in 2 are organized in infinite 1D chains through the coordination of carbonyl groups of the Co6 clusters to the Na+ ions and π–π stacking between benzo groups of the DB‐18‐crown‐6(Na+) cations.  相似文献

Triply‐bridging bis‐{hydrido(borylene)} and bis‐borylene species of groups 6, 8 and 9 transition metals are reported. Mild thermolysis of [Fe2(CO)9] with an in situ produced intermediate, generated from the low‐temperature reaction of [Cp*WCl4] (Cp*=η5‐C5Me5) and [LiBH4?THF] afforded triply‐bridging bis‐{hydrido(borylene)}, [(μ3‐BH)2H2{Cp*W(CO)2}2{Fe(CO)2}] ( 1 ) and bis‐borylene, [(μ3‐BH)2{Cp*W(CO)2}2{Fe(CO)3}] ( 2 ). The chemical bonding analyses of 1 show that the B?H interactions in bis‐{hydrido (borylene)} species is stronger as compared to the M?H ones. Frontier molecular orbital analysis shows a significantly larger energy gap between the HOMO‐LUMO for 2 as compared to 1 . In an attempt to synthesize the ruthenium analogue of 1 , a similar reaction has been performed with [Ru3(CO)12]. Although we failed to get the bis‐{hydrido(borylene)} species, the reaction afforded triply‐bridging bis‐borylene species [(μ3‐BH)2{WCp*(CO)2}2{Ru(CO)3}] ( 2′ ), an analogue of 2 . In search for the isolation of bridging bis‐borylene species of Rh, we have treated [Co2(CO)8] with nido‐[(RhCp*)2(B3H7)], which afforded triply‐bridging bis‐borylene species [(μ3‐BH)2(RhCp*)2Co2(CO)4(μ‐CO)] ( 3 ). All the compounds have been characterized by means of single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction study; 1H, 11B, 13C NMR spectroscopy; IR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.  相似文献

The sterically hindered title complex, [Fe3Te2(C36H40N2)(CO)7], was obtained by substitution of two carbonyl groups in the [Fe33‐Te)2(CO)9] cluster by the bulky redox‐active N,N′‐bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)acenaphthene‐1,2‐diimine (dpp‐BIAN) ligand. The asymmetric unit contains two molecules of the same geometry. The C=N bond lengths in dpp‐BIAN indicate a rather low level of electron transfer from the cluster core to the dpp‐BIAN ligand.  相似文献

A novel palladium complex 4, cis‐dichloride(1,2‐bis(diphenylphosphino)vinyl‐P,P′,C)palladium(II)‐(bis(diphenylphosphino)methane‐P,P′)cobaltacarbonyl, was obtained and characterized from the treatment of [(μ‐Ph2PCH2PPh2)Co2(CO)4][(Ph2PC≡CPPh2)‐PdCl2] 3 with hydrochloric acid. The framework of 4 can be regarded as a grouping of two metal‐containing fragments: ‐Co(CO)2(dppm) and PdCl2(μ‐P,P‐Ph2PCH=C(‐)PPh2).  相似文献

Heterobinuclear Complexes: Synthesis and X‐ray Crystal Structures of [RuRh(μ‐CO)(CO)4(μ‐PtBu2)(tBu2PH)], [RuRh(μ‐CO)(CO)3(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐Ph2PCH2PPh2)], and [CoRh(CO)4(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(tBu2PH)] [Ru3Rh(CO)73‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)2(tBu2PH)(μ‐Cl)2] ( 2 ) yields by cluster degradation under CO pressure as main product the heterobinuclear complex [RuRh(μ‐CO)(CO)4(μ‐PtBu2)(tBu2PH)] ( 4 ). The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pcab with a = 15.6802(15), b = 28.953(3), c = 11.8419(19) Å and V = 5376.2(11) Å3. The reaction of 4 with dppm (Ph2PCH2PPh2) in THF at room temperature affords in good yields [RuRh(μ‐CO)(CO)3(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐dppm)] ( 7 ). 7 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with a = 9.7503(19), b = 13.399(3), c = 15.823(3) Å and V = 1854.6 Å3. Moreover single crystals of [CoRh(CO)4(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(tBu2PH)] ( 9 ) could be obtained and the single‐crystal X‐ray structure analysis revealed that 9 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/a with a = 11.611(2), b = 13.333(2), c = 18.186(3) Å and V = 2693.0(8) Å3.  相似文献

Synthesis of Mixed Chalcogenido‐Bridged Dirhenium Complexes of the Type Re2(μ‐ER)(μ‐E′R′)(CO)8 (E, E′ = S, Se, Te; R, R′ = org. Residue) Hydrido sulfido bridged complexes Re2(μ‐H)(μ‐SR)(CO)8 (R = Ph, naph, Cy) react with the base DBU to give the salts [DBUH][Re2(μ‐SR)(CO)8]. Upon addition of electrophiles R′E′Br (E′R = SPh, SePh, TePh) to the in situ prepared salts mixed chalcogenido bridged complexes Re2(μ‐SR)(μ‐E′R′)(CO)8 were formed. The structures of the new compounds Re2(μ‐SCy)(μ‐SePh)(CO)8 and Re2(μ‐Snaph)(μ‐TePh)(CO)8 were determined by single crystal X‐ray analyses. For the preparation of analogous selenido tellurido bridged complexes Re2(μ‐SePh)(μ‐TeR)(CO)8 the novel hydrido selenido bridged complex Re2(μ‐H)(μ‐SePh)(CO)8 was prepared from Re2(CO)8(NCMe)2 and PhSeH. Its structure was determined by single crystal X‐ray analysis. Subsequent deprotonation with DBU gave in situ [DBUH][Re2(μ‐SePh)(CO)8] which upon addition of RTeBr (R = Ph, Bun, But) formed the desired complexes Re2(μ‐SePh)(μ‐TeR)(CO)8. The reaction with ButTeBr also yielded the novel spirocyclic complex (μ4‐Te){Re2(μ‐SePh)(CO)8}2 in low amounts. It was identified by single crystal X‐ray analysis. Re2(μ‐SePh)(μ‐TeBut)(CO)8 is oxidised in chloroform in the presence of air to give the novel complex (μ‐Te–Te‐μ){Re2(μ‐SePh)(CO)8}2. All mixed chalcogenido bridged dirhenium complexes were proved to be dynamic in solution by 13C NMR spectroscopy. The dynamic behaviour is based on the fast and permanent inversion of the sulfido and selenido bridges. The tellurido bridges are rigid on the time scale of 13C NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The title compound, [Co2(C12H11N2)2(C12H10N2)(H2O)8][Co(H2O)6](SO4)4·8H2O, consists of bis(4‐pyridyl)ethenedicobalt(II) cations, hexaaquacobalt cations, sulfate anions and water solvent molecules that are linked by hydrogen bonds into a network structure. In the hexaaquacobalt cation, the six water molecules are coordinated in an octahedral geometry to the Co atom, which lies on an inversion centre. The other cation is a 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethene‐bridged centrosymmetric dimer, consisting of protonated 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethene cations, a bridging 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethene ligand and tetraaquacobalt cations. Each Co atom is six‐coordinated by four water molecules and two N atoms from a protonated 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethene cation and the bridging 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethene ligand, and the geometry around each Co atom is octahedral.  相似文献

1, 3‐Diaminobenzene reacts readily with PPh2Cl to give N, N, N′, N′‐tetrakis(diphenylphosphanyl)‐1, 3‐diaminobenzene ( 1 ) in excellent yield. The dinuclear complex [1, 3‐{cis‐Mo(CO)4(PPh2)2N}2C6H4] ( 2 ) is obtained in high yield from 1 and cis‐[Mo(CO)4(NCEt)2]. Compounds 1 and 2 were characterized by NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 31P) and by crystal structure determination. Yellow–orange tetraaquabis(3‐cyano‐4‐dicyanomethylene‐5‐oxo‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐2‐olato‐κN3)cadmium(II) dihydrate, [Cd(C8HN4O2)2(H2O)4]·2H2O, (I), and yellow tetraaquabis(3‐cyano‐4‐dicyanomethylene‐5‐oxo‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐2‐olato‐κN3)cadmium(II) 1,4‐dioxane solvate, [Cd(C8HN4O2)2(H2O)4]·C4H8O2, (II), contain centrosymmetric mononuclear Cd2+ coordination complex molecules in different conformations. Dark‐red poly[[decaaquabis(μ2‐3‐cyano‐4‐dicyanomethylene‐5‐oxo‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐2‐olato‐κ2N:N′)bis(μ2‐3‐cyano‐4‐dicyanomethylene‐1H‐pyrrole‐2,5‐diolato‐κ2N:N′)tricadmium] hemihydrate], [Cd3(C8HN4O2)2(C8N4O2)2(H2O)10]·0.5H2O, (III), has a polymeric two‐dimensional structure, the building block of which includes two cadmium cations (one of them located on an inversion centre), and both singly and doubly charged anions. The cathodoluminescence spectra of the crystals are different and cover the wavelength range from UV to red, with emission peaks at 377 and 620 nm for (III), and at 583 and 580 nm for (I) and (II), respectively.  相似文献

The pyrimidine rings in ethyl (E)‐3‐[2‐amino‐4,6‐bis(dimethylamino)pyrimidin‐5‐yl]‐2‐cyanoacrylate, C14H20N6O2, (I), and 2‐[(2‐amino‐4,6‐di‐1‐piperidylpyrimidin‐5‐yl)methylene]malononitrile, C18H23N7, (II), which crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group, are both nonplanar with boat conformations. The molecules of (I) are linked by a combination of N—H...N and N—H...O hydrogen bonds into chains of edge‐fused R22(8) and R44(20) rings, while the two independent molecules in (II) are linked by four N—H...N hydrogen bonds into chains of edge‐fused R22(8) and R22(20) rings. This study illustrates both the readiness with which highly‐substituted pyrimidine rings can be distorted from planarity and the significant differences between the supramolecular aggregation in two rather similar compounds.  相似文献
