大孔树脂分离提取麻黄碱的研究 总被引:20,自引:1,他引:20
本文研究了九种大孔吸附树脂对麻黄碱的吸附能力,其中以D151,XAD-4,XAD-7的吸附效果较好,静态吸附容量分别为240.4mg/ml,122.1mg/ml,87.2mg/ml。三种树脂最佳吸附pH值为11,D151和XAD-7采用.08mol/L的HCl洗脱,XAD-4采用0.02mol/L的HCl与甲醇1:1的混合液洗脱。将三种树脂直接用于麻黄草提取液的麻黄碱分离提取,回收均在90%以上,纯度在80%以上,一次吸附提纯倍数为15-19倍。 相似文献

“浙八味”药材中重金属铅、镉、铜含量分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
为对"浙八味"药材质量控制和安全用药提供可靠的依据,采用灰化法处理样品,火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了其铅、镉、铜含量。结果表明,8种药材中的铅含量为0.828 1~1.747 3 mg.kg-1,镉含量为0.116 9~0.295 0mg.kg-1,铜含量为2.519 5~8.286 4 mg.kg-1。8种药材均检出一定量的有害重金属,但含量较低,未超出国家限量标准,符合《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》的有关规定。 相似文献

建立测定药食两用中药材中铅含量的微波消解–石墨炉原子吸收光谱分析方法。样品经微波消解后,以2%磷酸二氢铵为基体改进剂,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定药食两用中药材中的铅含量。在2~40μg/L范围内,铅的质量浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r大于0.999,检出限为5μg/kg。加标回收率为94.0%~105.5%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于5.0%(n=6)。该方法操作简便快速,准确度较高,基体干扰小,适合药食两用中药材中铅的检测。 相似文献

Abstract The modification of cross‐linked polyacrylamide (CPAAm) and incorporation of methyl thiourea (MeTU) or phenyl thiourea (PhTU) group were utilized in the preparation of two new chelating resins CPAAm‐EDA‐MeTU (resin I) and CPAAM‐EDA‐PhTU (resin II), [EDA=ethylenediamine]. The prepared resins were characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. The sorption behaviors of Cd(II), Pb(II), and Zn(II) ions on the prepared resins were studied and the optimum sorption conditions for the tested metal ions were determined. The optimum pH value for the sorption of Cd(II) and Zn(II) ions on both resins I and II was ranged between 7–8. The prepared new resins show very little affinity towards Pb(II) ion. The maximum experimental sorption capacities of resin I towards Cd(II) and Zn(II) ions were 3.2 and 0.6 mmol g?1, respectively, and that of resin II were and 0.6 mmol g?1 in the same prescribed order. Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm constants and correlation coefficients for the present system were calculated and compared. The thermodynamic parameters (ΔG°, ΔH°, and ΔS°) for cadmium and zinc sorption on the prepared resins were also determined from the temperature dependence. 相似文献

A novel analytical procedure for the determination of Pb(II) and Cd(II) in herbal medicines by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV) on Nafion‐coated bismuth film electrode (NCBFE) was proposed and experimentally validated. Various experimental parameters, which influenced the response of the NCBFE to these metals in real samples, were optimized. The results showed that there were well‐defined peaks of Pb and Cd in herb samples at deposition potential of ?1.2 V and deposition time of 300 s. The analytical performance of the NCBFE was evaluated in the presence of dissolved oxygen, with the determination limits of 0.35 µg·L?1 for Pb and 0.72 µg·L?1 for Cd and recoveries of 87.8% –105.4% for Pb and 89.5% –108.5% for Cd obtained from different samples. The Pb and Cd concentrations in the studied samples have been also determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS), suggesting that there was a satisfactory agreement between the two techniques, with relative errors lower than 6.5% in all cases. The great advantages of the proposed method over the spectroscopic method were characterized by its simplicity, selectivity and short analysis time, simultaneous analysis of different metals and cost‐efficiency. 相似文献

建立了中药中多种有机磷农药残留量的毛细管气相色谱测定方法。样品以丙酮-石油醚混合溶剂为提取剂,超声提取后,用固相吸附层析柱(装填4g弗罗里硅土和2g中性氧化铝)净化,采用GC—FPD法同时测定中药中多种有机磷农药残留量。方法检出限为0.011~0.015μg/mL,回收率为85.5%~107.8%。该法简便、准确,能满足实际样品分析。 相似文献
