[(enH)_2(enH_2)Sn_2Se_6]的合成、结构及性能研究

采用溶剂热法 ,以K2 Se∶SnCl2 ·2H2 O∶Se∶en =1∶1∶4∶48的摩尔比 ,在 15 0℃下反应 5d ,生成黄色透明柱状晶体[(enH2 ) 2 Sn2 Se6·en] .该晶体属于三斜晶系 ,空间群为P 1,晶胞参数 ,a =0 865 9( 2 )nm ,b =1 10 5 5 ( 2 )nm ,c =0 663 60 ( 10 )nm ,α =10 4 44 ( 3 )° ,β =110 93 ( 3 )° ,γ =79 74( 3 )° ,V =0 5 7198( 19)nm3 ,Z =1.[(enH) 2 (enH2 )Sn2 Se6]晶体由质子化的乙二胺正离子 (enH) + ,(enH2 ) 2 + 和二聚硒代锡酸根负离子 (Sn2 Se6) 4 -堆积而成 .在AxSn2 Se6系列化合物 ,正离子A的大小对晶体结构的类型产生重要的影响 .研究表明 ,此晶体具有 1 76eV的能隙 (Eg) ,是个半导体 ,对太阳辐射具有选择吸收特性 ,在温度低于 180℃时是稳定的 .

新型镍配合物的溶剂热合成及其晶体结构

以2-乙氧基-6-亚氨甲基苯酚(HL)为配体,与氨水和Ni(ClO4)2.6H2O经溶剂热法合成了新型镍配合物[Ni(L)2](1),其结构经IR,元素分析和XRD表征。1属三斜晶系,Pī空间群,晶胞参数a=0.843 3(3)nm,b=1.009 4(2)nm,c=1.188 4(2)nm,α=111.16(3)°,β=97.43(3)°,γ=102.43(3)°,V=0.897 2(11)nm3,Mr=387.05,Z=2,Dc=1 433 g.cm-3,F(000)=404,μ=1.105 mm-1,S=1.015。1中Ni2-分别与两个L-上的两个N原子和两个O原子配位,形成了平面四边形几何构型。分子通过一对N-H┈O氢键形成二聚体;二聚体进一步通过N-H┈O氢键和C-H┈Ni氢键的相互作用形成二维网状结构。

二环己基锡喹啉甲酸酯配合物的合成、晶体结构及性质研究

在微波辐射作用下三环己基氢氧化锡和喹啉甲酸按物质的量比1∶1反应,合成了标题化合物晶体。经X-射线衍射方法测定了其晶体结构,属三斜晶系,空间群为P1。晶体中每一个结构基元包含了2个锡原子为六配位的畸变八面体构型单锡核配合物分子、1个锡原子为五配位的畸变三角双锥构型双锡核配合物分子和2个水分子。对其结构进行量子化学从头计算,探讨了配合物的稳定性、分子轨道能量以及部分前沿分子轨道的组成特征。研究了配合物的热稳定性、电化学性能和荧光性质。     

三硒化二铒Er_2Se_3的合成与结构

采用高温固相反应和化学气相传输法合成三硒化二铒。晶体属于四方晶系，Ｍ_ｒ＝５７１．４０，空间群为Ｐ４／ｎｍｍ，ａ＝３．９８４（１），ｃ＝８．２２８（３），Ｖ＝１３０．５９（７），Ｚ＝１，Ｄ_ｃ＝７，２７ｇ／ｃｍ￣３，Ｆ（０００）＝２３８，μ（ＭｏＫα）＝５２８．８６ｃｍ￣（－１），对于１８７个Ｉ≥３σ（Ｉ）的独立衍射点，最后偏离因子Ｒ＝０．０６６，Ｒ_ｗ＝０．０７８。化合物Ｅｒ_２Ｓｅ_３的晶体结构是由Ｅｒ配位多面体的双层状结构通过共用Ｓｅ（２）原子，沿ｃ轴方向堆积而形成的三维结构。

Quaternary Sulfide Ba6Zn6ZrS14: Synthesis,Crystal Structure,Band Structure,and Multiband Physical Properties

Ba₆Zn₆ZrS₁₄ was synthesized by a traditional salt‐melt method with KI as flux. The pale yellow crystals of Ba₆Zn₆ZrS₁₄ crystallize in the tetragonal space group I4/mcm with a=16.3481 (4) Å and c=9.7221(6) Å. The structure features unique one‐dimensional parallel [Zn₆S₉]^6? and [ZrS₅]^6? straight chains. The D_2h‐symmetric [Zn₆S₉]^6? cluster serves as the building block of the [Zn₆S₉]^6? chains. A powder sample was investigated by X‐ray diffraction, optical absorption, and photoluminescence measurements. The compound shows multiple‐absorption character with three optical absorption edges around 1.78, 2.50, and 2.65 eV, respectively, which are perfectly consistent with the results of first‐principles calculations. Analysis of the density of states further revealed that the three optical absorption bands are attributable to the three S(3p⁶)→Zr(4d⁰) transitions due to the splitting of the Zr 4d orbitals in the D_4h crystal field. The multiband nature of Ba₆Zn₆ZrS₁₄ also results in photocatalytic activity under visible‐light irradiation and three band‐edge emissions.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Potassium Indium Tribromide,KInBr3

KInBr₃, the first ternary indium bromide containing divalent indium, is synthesized from InBr₃, KBr, and elemental In at 450 °C. Its trigonal crystal structure (a = b = 853.24(1) pm, c = 1077.76(2) pm; P3¯; Z = 4) has been solved and refined from X-ray powder data. Indium atoms of oxidation state two are found in an [In₂Br₆]^2– unit with ecliptic ethane structure while potassium ions are located in two different polyhedra. There is an octahedral coordination by bromine anions for half of the K⁺ whereas the other K⁺ cations are located in trigonal Br^– prisms, tricapped by three additional Br^– anions.

New hydrated potassium hexaborate K2[B6O9（OH）2] has been synthesized under mild solvothermal conditions. The structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and further characterized by FT-IR, Rarnan spectra and DTA-TG. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system with space group P21/n, a=0.9036（2） nm, b=0.66052（18） nm, c=1.5997（4） nm, β=91.862（4）°, V=0.9543（4） nm^3 and Z=4. Its crystal structure consists of K-O polyhedra and 1-D stepped polyborate chains constructed by new [B6O9（OH）2]2- fundamental building blocks. 1-D polyborate chains contain 3,8-membered boron rings. Adjacent chains are further linked via H-bonding interactions into 2-D layers. The K^＋ cations reside not only between the layers but also in the 8-membered boron rings of the chains, compensating the negative charges of the borate chains and holding the layers together into the 3-D structure through bonding with oxygen atoms of the chains.
